Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing, and there seemed to be little effort to address or resolve the issues, with the blame instead placed on the customers.

One of the best sushi restaurants in Berlin i think! The experience was simply unforgettable. The first thing that impresses you is the atmosphere: cozy interior, stylish design, and pleasant lighting that sets the perfect mood for a relaxed dinner. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. But the highlight, of course, is the sushi. The taste is incredible! The fish is fresh, the rice perfectly cooked, and the combination of ingredients is a harmonious delight. The balance of flavors is just perfect, nothing overwhelming. If you're looking for an unforgettable culinary experience in Berlin, this restaurant should definitely be on your list. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

Sushi portions were expensive and small, drinks were average, and they didn’t have lots of the cocktails from their own menu, we had to change our order two times. Sushi were tasty but was it worth it?.. I would say no 😬

No matter how much you want to try delicious restaurant food, if you are from the yellow zone, then you are a servant and can forget about delivery. They refuse to take her simply because it is too far for them. I can’t imagine what’s going on with the people near the Ring Road, they probably send them right away

early October 2023 we had a rice and noodle dish here, which tasted very poor - by far the worst asian food we had for a very long time. on the menu they had sushi with mozarella and cream cheese. seriously?

The sushi wasn't properly rolled and already when we got it, some were open. But the taste was good.

For me one of the best sushi delivery services. Delivery is always super fast and the sushi is of great quality

Ordered via Uber Eats and the food came in 10 minutes or so. Was pleasantly surprised by the speed, wow!

Mega tasty and a large selection of sushi! The employees are also very friendly and patient😊 I was unsure whether I should try new types of sushi and was given great advice. Thanks again and from now on the maki with fried salmon will always be part of my selection 😍

I am now a regular at Sushi Moto. In addition to the delicious dishes, the huge selection and the homemade iced teas/cocktails, what stands out above all is the service. Orders are taken straight away and prepared as quickly as possible. I also order home very often and I have nothing to complain about here either. Always my pleasure!!

Wir hatten Mango Curry & Bun Nam Bo und es war wirklich überdurchschnittlich lecker. Geht hin & probiert's.

Habe online unser Abendessen für Abholung innerhalb der nächsten 25 Minuten bestellt. Als ich nach 20 Minuten erschien, wurde ich sehr freundlich begrüßt und das Essen war bereits fertig und perfekt verpackt. Dauer des Bezahlvorgangs 1 Minute, dann Heimweg durch die Kälte. Zu Hause angekommen war das Essen noch heiß. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und das Wichtigste: es hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Vielen Dank! ...und an die Nörgler, die in der Nähe des Restaurants wohnen: selbst abholen ist schneller, erspart Ärger mit Lieferdiensten und man kommt kurz an die frische Luft ;) Aber meckern ist ja so viel einfacher.

Ristorante semi nascosto di sushi di altissima qualità! Incredibile come abbiamo servito i prodotti, la simpatia dei ragazzi del servizio è il sapore genuino di un piatto che ormai fa parte della nostra routine. Un mix riuscito di gusto, delicatezza e quantità ad un prezzo super onesto.

Bester Vietnamese in ganz Berlin!

Leider sind die zu ihren Kunden ganz schön frech. Moto Poke Bowl mit Tofu kostet bei UberEats 19€, im Laden selbst aber nur 9€.

Das SushiMoto ist eine Bereicherung für den Kollwitzkietz. Die Speisekarte ist super Abwechslungsreich und die Küche geht auf individuelle Wünsche engagiert ein. Das Essen ist auf einem sehr hohen Niveu und die Mitarbeiter stets freundlich. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!

Ganz ok und normale Preise. Das Sushi ist eher im untersten Mittel, was Geschmack und Präsentation angeht. Wirkte für mich eher wie Sushi, welches man sich als Laie in der Küche mit Freunden zusammen bastelt. Die Beschäftigten waren aber sehr freundlich.

Sehr sehr gut und absolut fairer Preis. Für 30€ sollte man zu zweit genug Sushi haben und die Varianz und Geschmack sind echt sehr gut! „Normale Gerichte“ für „Sushimuffel“ gibt es auch. Getränke sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen und preiswert. Scheinbar alles frisch und netter Service!

Sehr leckeres Essen für ein fairen Preis. Immer wenn man im Prenzaluer Berg unterwes ist, ist SushiMoto ein MUSS! Wir haben noch nie besser gegessen als dort. Das Essen ist erstklassig! Der Service immer super freundlich. Das Ambiente ist toll, das Restaurant schick, gepflegt und sauber. Beide Standorte sind wunderschön gestaltet.

Ich kann diesen Sushi Laden wärmstens empfehlen! Zudem finde ich die wechselnden Wochenangebote sehr lecker und grandios! Holt euch das gebackene Hänchen mit Erdnusssauce und Reis. Meine Kinder waren auch begeistert von der Innenausstattung und dem dazu gehörigem Aquarium.

Sushi schmeckt sehr frisch, und die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr höflich. Kann ich nur jeden weiter empfehlen 👍🏼
