Incredibly delicious...Super quality! Update November 15, 2025, Lichtenberg. The quality is declining, the price is rising. The staff are rude to the point of being arrogant. I received the wrong delivery, and when I called, they told me I should be grateful to get anything to eat at all... Thanks for nothing...Cem, do something!!! Food arrived over an hour late.

I ordered sushi here and unfortunately had a very bad experience. Shortly after eating it, I became extremely nauseous and vomited. The next day, I called the restaurant to report the incident and my suspicion of contaminated ingredients (presumably mushrooms in the sushi). Instead of an apology or any explanation, I was simply hung up on. I find it very disappointing how customer complaints are handled, especially when it comes to potential food quality issues. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Sushi tasted like it sat in a fridge for a while. Tom kha gai was tasteless.

I ordered a salmon salad, as I have several times before. This time, unfortunately, it consisted only of salmon and a ton of seaweed salad. There was no dressing at all. The chicken roll was missing chicken. I usually order through Lieferando.de, but this time I ordered online directly from the restaurant's website. I have no idea if that's why the food was so much worse. What a waste of money.

We waited for our delivered sushi for almost 2 hours 😂 This happened to me only once in Berlin, when I ordered outside of the Ring. In this case, the restaurant is in Lichtenberg and we live in Fhain, so pretty close. After already waiting for an hour, my bf called the restaurant and they told us the food will come in 20 min! The person was polite and in the end we even received some extra food. Sushi was very tasty, so I feel sorry that I cannot give a better review but waiting for sooo long and being hangry is something I'm not letting go of easily. A call or some kind of notice that the food will arrive much later than expected would have been nice. Hope the feedback comes good in making delivery service better.

Delivery very quickly, always fresh and very tasty!

We've ordered there several times; the food is always delicious. Unfortunately, they've been a bit late lately (30 minutes or more past the ordered time) - but everything's still fresh and delicious :)

I only ordered, didn't eat there. I really have to give it a top rating (for the fast delivery and the many additional sauces and toppings for the sushi 🍣.) I would order there again and again.

The food were really good and there were a lot. We didn’t have to wait for too long and the service were good.

We ordered there for the first time today. Unfortunately, sushi and rice were missing from one of the dishes. After a quick phone call, we were told that the extra sushi was probably included in the box with the salmon meal. We said no, it wasn't. They replied that it had to be there. Hmm, strange, the salmon meal comes with 24 pieces. There were only 24 in it. After another explanation, the missing items were delivered to us again. Still, it's annoying when some people can already eat and someone else (who doesn't eat sushi) has a chicken meal with rice. The rice is simply missing. As an apology, we brought a drink with us. The food itself was good. I might give it another chance and hope that everything goes smoothly.

I'm really sorry, but this was a complete disaster... Udon noodles with vegetables and beef. The udon noodles themselves were okay, but there were hardly any vegetables or beef in them. Everything was very tasteless. I can understand that inflation requires cost-cutting everywhere... but then it's better to make the dishes a little more expensive than to skimp on quality... I definitely won't order again.

I've ordered from there often and always loved it and was always satisfied. Today, however, I waited two hours for my food. I called 10 times to ask about the order status and ultimately canceled the order because the wait was too long. Not once did anyone answer. What a shame.

Possibly the worst sushi I've ever had. Delivery arrived 30 minutes late. Spring rolls needed at least 3 more minutes in the fryer; they were still soft and doughy on the inside. Part of my hot roll had no salmon in it. When I called to ask where my order was, the person who answered sounded upset that I dared bother them. 1 star for the mango maki, which tastes good.

Just had sushi and really wow!! Really a place where you think afterwards: I will definitely come back here. So yes, if you are in doubt... just go. You will not regret it (except maybe that you did not order more 😅).

I just moved to the area and was looking for a sushi place that delivers. It was the first one I tried, and it tasted so incredibly delicious! The prices are incredibly good considering the quantity and quality, and the food arrived much faster than expected! Highly recommended

April 2025 Despite a clearly visible “No Advertising” sticker on my mailbox, a flyer from Sushikoo was posted. Since there was no response to my request to cease and desist, I filed an application with the Lichtenberg District Court for an interim injunction. This was upheld: The court issued a ruling prohibiting the company from delivering unwanted advertising to my mailbox. In the event of a repeat offense, there is a risk of a fine of up to 250,000 euros or, alternatively, imprisonment. It is also noticeable that the flyer posted in April 2025 contains an offer that was only valid until the end of January 2025. Sushikoo's legal notice is also incomplete and does not comply with legal requirements.

SushiKoo is absolutely recommended! We have ordered or visited various stores in the past but SushiKoo is really something special in terms of taste. The quality leaves nothing to be desired, the portions are beautifully prepared and generous. The driver was also very nice and even arrived on time. Our search is over, we only order there!

I ordered and food never arrived. No message from the restaurant or the driver. Terrible service. Reaction to the answer: The address is correct, this isn't the first time I've had it delivered there. I was there during that time and didn't see anyone. I called and you didn't answer. I won't be accused of lying.

I ordered today (Saturday 1:45 p.m.). 1 hour later the food arrived. It was deliciously prepared and tasted sooooo good. This was the tastiest sushi I have ever ordered. I never dared to try new sushi suppliers. Trying something new today and trying out Sushikoo was absolute luck. I highly, highly recommend it!

Of all the sushi suppliers I've ordered from in the area, Sushikoo is my favorite. Very tasty and solid sushi. Good rice, firm bites with decent filling. The only complaint would be the delivery time, which is (usually) quite long at prime time at 1-2 hours.

The food is great though. But delivery men who supposedly don't have any change and can't communicate are not okay after all. So you get a higher tip.

I really enjoy ordering from Sushikoo often and I am always very satisfied. The food is always fresh and delivery is faster than stated. If there is a supposed delay, the boss will also call and say that it could take a little longer. I will continue to enjoy ordering here!

Yesterday I ordered from Wolt from this restaurant. The fish tasted like nothing, I don't know how it gets such high reviews, money wasted, we didn't even manage to finish eating it

We have ordered maybe 3 times now, the sushi and the sour hot soup were really very tasty, the service was also missing, a quick call, the very friendly employee apologized and it was delivered quickly. We can only recommend it and will order from it again

I think I've ordered there almost 10 times now and nothing has ever been missing. On the contrary, the quality was amazing every time!!! I now prefer to order from Sushikoo instead of visiting any well-known sushi shops in Berlin. The delivery always went smoothly.

The fish is always of excellent quality and the prices are therefore justified. The dishes at the “Asia Wok” also taste good. Criticism is taken very seriously. I had my rice with the peanut sauce dish delivered in a separate bowl because the sauce almost completely ran into the rice the first time.

I accidentally chose the "wrong" sushi provider and ended up at Sushikoo. I don't regret the supposed mistake. The delivery was extremely fast, the sushi was very good and the delivery driver was really very friendly. I ordered again today and was again very satisfied. An oversight can sometimes have a positive impact. I will stay with Sushikoo because the price-performance-service ratio is definitely worth 5 stars.

The sushi was fine and quickly prepared for an evening meal and the guy who has the place is very nice, although it was quite surprising to find such a place in what is mostly an industrial quarter.

The sushi is always very tasty, prices are fair but not too low (I think for sustainability reasons that sushi should cost something), carefully prepared and fresh. I also tried warm dishes and they were excellent too. Soup and curry arrived very hot, were well prepared, fresh and large enough portions. The suppliers are always very friendly and polite and more than deserve a tip. I would actually give it 5 stars, the one star deduction is only because all the packaging (plastic, aluminum foil) is simply not sustainable. Otherwise - only recommended and gladly again and again. At some point I'll try the food there too :)

We had really good sushi! It tasted fresh, the ingedients were of great quality and from the preparation you can tell that it is prepared from people who can make authentic japanese food. This is actually our favorite store. However, today we are disappointed. Surimi is as dry and hard as chicken that has been cooked for too long and the tuna is also very dry. So both are no longer fresh at all. Please please make it better... we actually love your sushi

Meine Tochter und ich sind total begeistert. Da wir in THE ROOM wieder einen Escape Room erledigen wollten, haben wir uns einen Sushiladen in der Nähe gesucht. Somit sind wir auf Sushikoo gestoßen. Wir wurden schon total lieb vom Eigentümer empfangen und haben uns die Wartezeit mit Gesprächen mit ihm vertrieben. Wir hätten uns gern noch länger unterhalten. Ein ganz sympathischer Mensch. Sollten wir nochmal als Landeier in der Gegend sein, dann kommen wir gern wieder. Wir können auch das Sushi sehr empfehlen. Der Lachs ist total zart und der Reis sehr lecker. Wir hatten die 508 für 26,50 €. Ich finde den Preis sehr angemessen. Macht weiter so

Die Zubereitung ist stets präzise, und die Gerichte sind geschmacklich perfekt ausbalanciert. Das Team von Sushikoo ist professionell, freundlich und immer bemüht, den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Die Atmosphäre im Lokal ist ungezwungen und einladend. Ich schätze besonders die regelmäßig wechselnden Spezialitäten, die eine willkommene Abwechslung bieten. lovely little spot for japanese food. we got the crispy duck fried rice and a plate of the salmon sashimi. very fresh and filling as it was a massive portion! we don’t speak any german but there was a lovely driver (i think?) who spoke some english and took care of us!

Super frisches & sehr leckeres Essen, wir haben jetzt schon öfters bei Sushikoo bestellt und sind als Firma GRAEF-GmbH sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen. Neben dem ganzen Essen darf man natürlich die Salate und die ganzen Soßen etc. nicht vergessen. Wir sitzen in Berlin-Wilmersdorf in der Nikolsburgerstraße 8/9 10717 Berlin Trotz weiter Entfernung wird das Essen immer pünktlich geliefert. Mit dem Lieferservice waren wir zufrieden Vor allem die Dekoration ist sehr faszinierend, man sieht, mit wie viel Liebe die Sushis vorbereitet wurden (siehe Bild). Wir können wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen, bei Sushikoo zu bestellen.
