Outrageous! Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for the food (estimated delivery time was 25-40 minutes), unpleasant delivery driver, yeah, the food was tasty, thanks.

Very disappointing. We ordered at 12:45 a.m., clearly stating that the food should be delivered by 1:53 a.m. at the latest. In reality, the order didn't arrive until 3:00 a.m. – even though the restaurant was supposed to be closed by then. When we inquired about the extreme delay, the young man on the phone was very unfriendly and not at all helpful. No apology, no understanding. The food arrived cold. While it tasted good, no matter how good the food is, you don't want to wait over two hours longer than promised. Long wait, unfriendly service, and poor organization. A shame, because the food itself would have been great.

Absolutely disappointing. We placed a sushi order with an already long delivery time of 1–1.5 hours. In the end, the food didn't arrive until over 2.5 hours later, around 3 a.m., even though the restaurant closes at 3 a.m. We called several times in the meantime. The first time we called, we were told the food was already on its way. However, 45 minutes later, it still hadn't arrived. During the second call, the young man on the phone became rude, impolite, and disrespectful instead of apologizing or offering a reasonable explanation. On top of that, the order was incomplete. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. If you can't meet delivery times, you should at least be honest and respectful. This will definitely be our last time ordering from them!

Fantastic service! We ordered through Lieferando and something went wrong, so we received a separate order. They also contacted us immediately when some items were missing and offered an alternative. Very fair and friendly.

I ordered food at 10 PM and an hour later it still hadn't arrived. At 11:18 PM, I called the restaurant. The employee said they had called me, but I hadn't answered. I told him I hadn't received any calls and had no missed calls on my cell phone. I gave him my phone number again so he could make sure it was correct. He said they would deliver the food in 20 minutes. An hour later, I called again and said I'd been waiting for my food for two hours. He said it would arrive in 10 minutes. Ten minutes later, I got a call from an unknown number, but my phone immediately muted itself. When I called back, the delivery driver said he'd already left, even though I called him back a minute later. I felt completely ripped off. I told him my name was clearly on the order, and that it was also on the doorbell, but he apparently didn't find/see it 😅 He said he'd be there in 20 minutes. 25 minutes later, he still hadn't arrived. When he finally came, I paid the full price, but three items were missing, and I overpaid. When I called the store, no one answered. The delivery driver told me to call the store. I got really angry, and That was the last time I'll ever order from them. Two and a half hours of waiting, overpaid, and then things were missing... No thanks! 😡

I've ordered here several times. Whether for work or home, I'm always more than satisfied. The taste is simply indescribably good, and the ingredients are always fresh. Keep it up!

I ordered the Christmas Bowl twice via Uber Eats on Sunday, December 21st, at 11 PM. What I received were approximately 20 vegetarian maki rolls, which, strangely enough, weren't even on the menu, but cost exactly the same. I initially thought I'd made a mistake, but no. I called them, and they told me the receipt clearly stated vegetarian maki rolls, so that's what I must have ordered; the error was mine. Sorry, but this is unacceptable. I'd be interested to know if any other customers have had the same experience.

This duck red cabbage Christmas burger is absolutely fantastic, it's also huge, you could live on it for 3 days.

I ordered at 00:06 and ended up waiting more than two hours for nothing. When I finally called, they fed me a story about the driver ringing my doorbell and calling me — none of which ever happened. No missed calls, no doorbell, nothing. They then promised to resend the order if I ‘had some patience.’ Well, I waited. Still nothing. At this point, it really felt like they were just making things up instead of actually delivering my order. After checking other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one getting this treatment. Whatever is going on here, it’s definitely not how an honest business should operate.

Ordered at 00:50, waited until closing time for the food to arrive, but nothing ever came. Absolutely not recommended. If you're hungry, order somewhere else. Also, nobody answered the phone when we tried to call.

The order simply hasn't arrived (ordered through Lieferando). Apparently, the order isn't even in their system (????? The order status keeps changing to "being prepared" or "arrived"), even though PayPal has already processed the payment. We've been waiting here for almost two and a half hours 😭😭😭 The order was placed this morning at 7 pm. Seriously, the guy on the phone said he'd call back, but nothing has happened. Update: NOTHING HAS ARRIVED. No response from the restaurant. At least we're getting our money back from Lieferando. But this is absolutely unacceptable!!

I ordered from Sushi Mana and unfortunately, the order arrived very late. When I called to inquire about it, I was met with a rather unfriendly reception. When my order finally arrived, it was missing soy sauce. When I called, I received neither compensation nor an apology.

Everything was prepared super quickly for self-pickup orders, which I think is great, and it definitely tastes good. I've ordered through Lieferando several times in the last few days, including today, and picked it up myself. I'm very satisfied, simply fantastic.

Terrible service! We waited two hours for our food, which we ordered at 00:36 on a Tuesday. The person on the phone was incredibly rude when we canceled the order. He kept telling us it would be there soon, but it didn't arrive until 2:20. He called me several times saying he was in the lobby, even though he wasn't, and I was outside in the cold. He'd gotten lost and ended up at another hotel down the street. Like I said, just rude and terrible service.

My absolute go-to place when I order food! They regularly have great discounts, and the sushi is always fresh and delicious. I especially love that you can choose the coating for each individual piece of sushi (sesame, fish roe, or chives). Delivery has always been extremely fast and reliable. I'm always very satisfied!

We just ordered a peanut dish each via Lieferando, and unfortunately, it was inedible because the sauce was way too sweet and runny. Well, it's a matter of opinion, but I've never ordered a peanut dish that didn't taste good. Otherwise, the rice, vegetables, etc., were good and clean. Maybe other dishes taste better, but this one definitely didn't.

ordered online, it was late at night so take that into account. Also a bad decision on my part, I ordered sweet and sour sauce with tofu. Not sure why I thought this was a good idea but unsurprisingly, the sauce was too sweet, unbalanced in seasoning and had an unappealing texture. Not sure how I feel about the addition of pineapple. The miso soup was arguably more disappointing, I couldnt detect any miso flavour as it was entirely overpowered by seaweed. It's not that the seaweed flavour was too intense for me but just not what the soup should be. The gyoza were ok for what they were, likely a frozen product. They had lost some crispiness on their journey but I don't fault the restaurant for this. The dipping sauce was not for me. They also forgot my drink so for that I gave service a 2. Finally, the best part of the meal were the fried pineapple rings. They too had lost crispiness but the flavour was not bad, although I think the slices were too thick

I would like to thank you very much; you were my savior. I came home from work early in the morning, didn't have time to eat, and there was nothing left in the fridge at home. You happened to be open on Wolt. I highly recommend the Thai curry, it's absolutely delicious! The delivery person was also super friendly despite the late hour. Thanks again!

The delivery was over an hour late, so the food was cold. Furthermore, the delivery instructions were not followed and the doorbell simply rang at 2:30 in the morning, even though I asked them several times not to ring it. All in all, a very negative experience.

ordered online but they forgot soy sauce and after letting them know they sent us soy souse and a drink after couple of minutes. Appreciate them to sending us again missing souse. The sushi overall was good. Thank you

The portion was alot, and the staff were welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended if you're looking for a comforting, well-made dish in Moabit.

I recently discovered this sushi restaurant and I'm absolutely thrilled. For Berlin, where there are countless sushi spots, this one is a real insider tip. The quality is above average – fresh, delicious, and simply amazing. I often eat sushi in the city, but this one really surprised me. Highly recommended!

The young man on the phone was very accommodating. The delivery was also super fast for sushi. I don't eat sushi often, but something like that? My throat swelled. So I immediately put everything in the fridge and ate it again later. What can I say? The same thing happened again. I really like salmon and tuna prepared differently. This was the first time something like this has happened to me. This was my first and last order; I'm personally too risky about the risk.

Great service. Good prices. The sushi and sushi bowls are impeccable. However, the chicken maki and red curry with chicken aren't exactly great. Punctuality varies.

I ordered food around 10:50 p.m. on a Monday. Well... what can I say? The food arrived (literally) the next day. Can someone explain to me why fried onions have a place in the duck "crispy" (rubber would be more accurate)? Or are the fried onions the deciding factor in calling this dish "crispy"? Well... I probably could have invested 20 euros in several packs of toast... Once and NEVER! NEVER!!!! AGAIN.....

I were ordering through the Wolt app, and this place does delivering through the app but with its own couriers. When the time of my order being delivered has expired I’ve made a call to a man that was delivering it and he screamed at me telling that he called me but I didn’t answer so he gave my food to a homeless person nearby. But the thing is, a haven’t got any massage or call from him at all. Read the bad comments, it’s mostly about delivery! Awful delivery service!

I don't think they're Asian, so the food doesn't taste that good. The peanut sauce was way too weak and tough, the rice was still hard. I had ordered my food and they were very incompetent and couldn't even tell me where the driver was. I had to wait an hour and 20 minutes even though the app only said 35 minutes. The food was already cold and neither the driver nor those in the restaurant were able to apologize and recognize their mistake. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

The very last. Accept an order from a delivery service and then fail to prepare the food. I waited 2.5 hours, called twice without success, only to be told by the delivery service that the restaurant had closed 90 after taking the order and that no one could be reached. Other restaurants were already closed. And it's also a bit strange that the positive reviews often come from accounts that have only written one to a maximum of three reviews.

They confirmed the order to me, then they confirmed to me that the order was on the way and half an hour later nothing had arrived even though it was only at least 10 to 15 minutes away and then no one even answered the phone, so if that wasn't a joke Then I don't know

Wir haben uns Abendessen liefern lassen. Das Team war am Telefon super freundlich, haben uns auch Zeit gelassen auszuwählen und die Lieferung war unter einer halben Stunde dann bei uns. Das Essen schmeckte gut und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Ich würde dort jederzeit wieder bestellen!
