Takeout only – I only eat gluten-free – despite the erroneous warning on the website – I can tolerate the maki and inside-out rolls as long as they don't have tempura or other questionable ingredients on them. Very good fresh sushi!

We order here often and are completely satisfied with the quality. The various menus offer something for everyone. The deal of the month and many other offers round out the excellent value for money. The restaurant's atmosphere isn't really conducive to lingering. Ordering and enjoying at home makes more sense. My recommendation: pick up your order and you'll get an additional 15% discount. Plus, you'll receive friendly service. My rating: 👍

I ordered via Uber. 1x Duck with Peanut Sauce 2x Temura Sushi The peanut sauce was truly inedible. A pungent, bitter taste. I couldn't force it down. The duck was kind of tiny, more fat than meat. So, there was really nothing to it, but at least I could eat it. And it came with a kilo of rice, which I had no use for since the sauce was inedible. Then I thought, at least there was the tempura sushi... well, guess what. For the first time, I got burnt sushi and basically just ate the insides so I wouldn't starve at work.

I've been ordering from Sushi for you for years, but I've never experienced anything like today. I specifically ordered an hour before my lunch break. After an hour and a half, I asked where my order was and the employee started laughing... yes, it really is very funny when customers call! Never again from this branch!! No go!! I was on a spontaneous visit to Berlin and discovered this sushi restaurant – and I have to say: absolutely fantastic! The food was fresh and delicious, the service attentive and friendly, and the value for money was just right. I was really pleasantly surprised. All in all, a clear recommendation – I'll be happy to come back next time I'm in Berlin!

I've eaten here several times now and I'm impressed every time. The quality of the sushi is outstanding – it couldn't be fresher! The special rolls, in particular, are creatively selected and taste simply divine. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also incredibly pleasant: stylish, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing evening. The staff is incredibly friendly; you feel completely at home. What I particularly liked about the place is that everything is freshly prepared and lovingly presented. You can tell that the work here is done with real passion.

This evening we ordered from Sushi For You Boxhagener Straße via Lieferando. The food arrived warm and on time. The quality of the food was excellent. Unfortunately, instead of a veggie sushi burger, a sushi burger with shrimp was mistakenly delivered. I called the local Sushi For You and the call was immediately answered in a friendly and polite manner. I asked if the missing item could be forwarded and it was ordered immediately. About 20 minutes later, the right item was there and we were really happy! Thank you very much for the quick response and the great service, it was worth every penny. We will definitely order here again ❤️

Unfortunately it's just disappointing... since the store on Heinrich-Heine-Straße was closed, I've been dissatisfied with the deliveries. Waiting times were far too long, I didn't get what I ordered, the quality and appearance were simply not what I was used to... what a shame! I'll look around for a new provider :(

We have ordered here several times now. Unfortunately we were continually disappointed, so this was our last attempt today. The waiting time is between 1.5 and 2 hours, which is really steep. The orders are not always complete, which is really annoying after such a wait. The vegetarian sushi burger contained two slices of avocado. The sushi sticks together, but is otherwise okay. Unfortunately, the pasta with crispy chicken lacks any flavor and although the chicken is breaded, it is far from crispy as it was simply mixed into the pasta in pieces. Given the prices you can expect a little bit more quality, I think. It was a lesson for us.

Personally, the sushi at “Sushi for You” tastes incredibly good. It's the best "German" sushi I've ever eaten. But the service at this sushi store on Boxhagener Straße is really incredibly bad. Each time a part of the order is missing. Some products supposedly no longer exist. But you can still choose them on the website. When I ordered from the store in Prenzlauer Berg, they always called me and let me know. At the Friedrichshain store, no one says anything, on the contrary: it is taken for granted that the customer simply accepts that the order is not complete. Since I now expect that not everything I ordered will be delivered, I no longer pay in advance via PayPal, but only in cash. Because I never saw the money I paid in advance. When I called the store manager to complain, I was assured that the next time I ordered I would get a portion of a little more. But of course that was then forgotten. If the food didn't taste so good, I would never order there again.

By far the worst sushi in Berlin! I've tried a lot of sushi shops in Berlin over the last 15 years. Last night was the worst experience. The employee was very unfriendly and said that the driver would be there every minute. 30 minutes later still nothing. 45 minutes later than stated on Uber Eats, someone finally came... Now to eat: the rice was so extremely overcooked that the sushi pieces could not be removed from the pack with chopsticks - they stuck to the bottom of the pack and tore when taken out. The rice tasted disgusting. The chicken was old and stale and the fish wouldn't go down afterwards... Unfortunately I had to throw half of it away because otherwise I would probably have vomited. I was very upset with the amount invested!

Now the measure is full! Waited twice for delivery for over two hours each time... Not today.-Thanks for that! But what you have delivered here is an outrage! -Can you eat yourself in the future. We ordered last time! Soggy rice led to Sushi rolls that were hard to get out of the packaging and some of which fall apart despite the disgusting sticky consistency. Just one soy sauce for 50 pieces of sushi, plus two mini portions of ginger. Unripe avocado pieces, hard as car tires… -Inedible! Kimchi was apparently out. There were two extra portions of seaweed salad, so we now had a total of three seaweed salads... Thanks. Never again! By the way, the rolls in the photo are supposed to be Inside-Out California Rolls…

Unfortunately, I've been pretty disappointed the last few times. I can still tolerate being late once, even if it's only a few minutes. But why offer an immediate time (30 minutes) if the drivers always come after an hour+ (2 out of 3 times). The driver also crept up the stairs extremely slowly and unmotivated today. And the sushi was otherwise ok in terms of rating, nothing good or bad. But unfortunately it was pretty sticky today. It's a shame, I thought this could become my standard shop, now I'll probably look for another one.

I don’t recommend it for Hermes packages. I had three Amazon packages delivered before I went to pick them up but when I went they said I only had two. Then I got an email from Amazon that the third one would get returned because it’s no longer available for pickup - it had been delivered 5 days BEFORE I went for pick up. The guy looked pretty confused about how to manage this service. Even though he’s nice he’s clearly not well trained. I’d rather walk further to a place that’s better organized EDIT: they’re also unethical - they marked my package as collected after this review even though I never collected it. And their response is incorrect the package was delivered on Sep 6 and on Sep 12 they seemed to have no idea about it.

I had a frustrating experience with the reception service at this restaurant. From the moment i arrived, the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping. The receptionist was unhelpful and seemed annoyed by my questions. This poor first impression set the tone for the rest of my visit. I hope they can improve their reception service, but based on this experience, I won't be coming back.

Not ordering from this restaurant after what they did. I ordered from Uber Eats at 20h13. Order accepted. (Before i continue, it is important to know that they have their own delivery system and don't use Uber Eats drivers. Otherwise, I wouldn't add this review here but would complain with Uber instead.) We waited. And waited. And waited. Almost 1 and a half hours of waiting, always trying to click the "ask for update" button so that the restaurant would update the estimated delivery time. I got tired of waiting and called the restaurant. No answer. Check Google Maps: it closes at 21h (45 minutes after my request is accepted). It's now almost 22h, no response from the restaurant, no-show from the food. Contacted Uber. They tried calling the restaurant too, got the money back, but the time is gone and wasted. Pictures are attached to prove everything, I also have the chat logs from Uber Support, proving they tried to contact the restaurant. The already low Google Maps review average should've been a tell that it was a bad idea to try this restaurant in the first place.

A wonton soup consisting of a completely over-salted instant vegetable soup and canned mushrooms, a glass noodle salad with dry glass noodles and a little soy sauce on top and a burst summer roll with two shrimps that were then disguised as four (halved in the middle) is simple just sad. The sushi worked. But there was nothing special in the order. Unfortunately I can do better. And certainly others too.

I tried to contact headquarters, but to no avail. Unfortunately I haven't received any feedback. I would like to express my disappointment that the quality of the food I ordered no longer meets the standards that I have come to expect from your company. In particular, I would like to point out the Rice Bowl with Salmon and the vegetarian version that I recently received, see picture 1. The condition of these dishes is in stark contrast to what I previously expected from your service. A direct comparison with the previous quality can be seen in picture 2. Additionally, I would like to point out that the food was delivered in a cardboard box, which was very disappointing to me as a long-time customer. Using cardboard boxes for such food is not only inappropriate but also affects the quality and taste experience of the food.

We've ordered several times because we've always been satisfied. But today's order was just bad. The rice was way too sticky and mushy. It could be due to the new packaging, which is now made of cardboard. Sustainability or not, but absolutely unsuitable for sushi. Everything was squeezed in. The For You rolls were in aluminum packaging with a cardboard lid. And they were wobbly too. The extra sauce You also order less and less and in a container where you can no longer dip the sushi. I have never been so disappointed with Sushi for you.

Until now we had always ordered the RiceBowls and various sushi. These were always very tasty too. Unfortunately, we tried the “Asian” soups last time and they were a disaster. Never had such a bad sour and spicy soup. It only tasted like vinegar and the wonton soup was just as bland and made with canned mushrooms. This time we gave the “Asian” dishes one last chance - never again! Tasteless, uninspired, totally greasy and oily!

Es ist einfach schrecklich. Beginnen wir mit der Tatsache, dass wir fast anderthalb Stunden gewartet haben (was verständlich war, da es Freitagabend war). Ich bin nicht damit einverstanden, die Tatsache zu verstehen, dass der Kurier mit einer Zigarette zum Eingang kam und sofort anfing, mich anzurufen. Als mir klar wurde, dass dies unsere Lieferung war (und unser Studio im Erdgeschoss liegt), bin ich sofort zu ihm gegangen. Ohne die Zigarette auszudrücken (die nach Rauch stank!) sagte er mir, ich solle den (schmutzigen) Behälter nehmen und die Bestellung selbst herausholen. Gleichzeitig wurde Rauch ins Studio gezogen (es war sehr „cool“, schreckliche Sushi zu essen und den Geruch von Zigaretten zu riechen). Dann ist er einfach gegangen, obwohl wir nicht bezahlt haben, haha. Ich machte ihn darauf aufmerksam, gab ihm 50€ und er sagte: „Ich habe kein Wechselgeld“, obwohl ich im Liferando angab, dass ich mit einem 50€-Schein bezahlen würde. OK. Als wir uns schließlich zum Essen entschlossen, stellten wir fest, dass die heißen Sushi die gleiche Temperatur hatten wie normale Sushi und von dem „heißen“ Essen war nichts mehr übrig. Die Lieferung dauert lange, der Kurier ist schrecklich, warmes Essen war kalt + Rückstände von der Arbeit des Unternehmens. Es ist eine Geld- und Zeitverschwendung.

Sehr schwache Leistung, nicht einmal ein Stern. Ich habe 2,5 Stunden auf mein Essen gewartet und mir wurde jedes Mal am Telefon versichert es sei unterwegs und am Telefon meinte man schon ich soll mich nicht auf die Zeiten online verlassen. Sie seien nie richtig. Dann behebt das Problem?!?! Aber bei fast drei Stunden würde wohl keiner mehr bestellen.

Online bestellt. Nach 45 Minuten nachgefragt, wann das Essen kommt, Die Antwort war: "Der Fahrer ist unterwegs". Weitere Telefonanrufe wurden ignoriert und weggedrückt. Nach 85 Minuten kam dann endlich die Bestellung. Die Rice Bowls sind gut. Das Sushi ist leider eher dürftig. Für den Preis insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Wir werden dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Liebevoller kleiner Laden in Friedrichshain. Super schnell und frisch nur zu empfehlen . Ich habe mich heute mal wieder getraut ein neues Sushirestaurant zu testen. Da jedem bewusst sein durfte dass der Name der Kette noch lange nicht für Zufriedenheit birgt spreche ich von einem „Neuen“ , denn dieser in der Boxhagenerstr war mir bislang fremd, da ich ehrlich gesagt selten in Friedrichshain verkehre. Ich weiß nicht ob es daran liegt das Sie ihren Standort im Szene Bezirk haben und deshalb extrem viel Erfahrung über die Jahre mitnahmen oder es extra eingeflogene Küchenchefs gibt die im verborgenen das unmögliche möglich machen. Um zum Punkt zu kommen, ich wollte mir rasch zum Mittag mein Menü mit ein paar makis und diversen frittierten Sachen genehmigen und nahm das Risiko schon voll und ganz in Kauf die nächsten 20min warten zu müssen da der kleine Laden gefüllt war mit Selbstabholern, aber zu meinem absoluten Erstaunen waren es maximal 10 min und das Sushi kam in einer Frische und einer Form die wirklich nur zu loben ist. Keinesfalls fast Food hätte ich behauptet wäre es nicht so schnell gegangen ☝️☝️☝️

Nochmal eine Chance gegeben und online bestellt (5€ teurer über Uber!)...schmeckt leider wieder als ob das Sushi gestern zubereitet wurde und den ganzen Tag im Kühlschrank stand...trockender Reis, brüchig, riecht fischig...nein danke.

Ganz schlechte Erfahrung gehabt . Ich habe Noodles mit Garnelen bestellt , das ist ganz Geschmacklos und die Gemüse sind von dose rein gemacht (Erbsen mit Möhren) das kann man in lidl , rewe finden. Ich habe niemals in meinem leben das noodles mit Erbsen gegessen. Ich wollte auch nicht euch das empfehlen. Und Lieferung war ganz („Mashaallah“) . Das war Vorbestellung und Kamm 1,5 std später . Ein stern ist auch mehr für das Restaurant

Wir haben schon mehrmals bestellst und es war immer lecker. Sushi for you hat mit Abstand die besten Lieferanten. Immer unfassbar freundlich. Manchmal gibt's auch ein Geschenk gratis dazu.

Kam 1 1/2 Stunden zu spät. Am Telefon wurde ich angelogen und vertröstet, der Fahrer sei gleich da (das hat mich 50min zusätzliches warten und hungern gekostet) obwohl der Schichtleiter (wie er mir später bei meiner persönlichen Beschwerde) sagte wusste, dass der Fahrer zurückgekehrt ist weil er was vergessen hatte. Nach meinem Versuch einen Rabatt am Telefon (nach +50min Verspätung) zu verhandeln haben sie gesagt, "machen wir nicht, aber sie kriegen eine Kleinigkeit gratis" kam der Fahrer ohne die "Kleinigkeiten gratis". Das sushi war labberig, fiel auseinder, das Wasabi war schlecht zubereitet (so viel pulver dass man es kaum essen kann). Der ganze Laden ist ein Franchise, das sich 0 um das Essen und Zufriedenheit kümmert. Die Mitarbeiter wirken eher wie zeitarbeiter, die nur die Abwicklung schnell schnell machen. Keiner übernimmt für etwas Verantwortung. Zu meiner Bitte, die Beschwerde doch bitte an den Chef weiterzuleiten, sagte der Schichtleiter nur "Ich hab den nie gesehen, weiss nicht wer er ist, wir sind ein Franchise". Nie wieder SUSHI FOR YOU WIRD SUSHI FOR NO ONE" :/

Nachdem sich in der App bezüglich des Status meiner Bestellung über 30 Minuten lang nichts änderte, rief ich an und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass meine Bestellung bereits unterwegs sei und in 15 min bei mir einträfe. Nach weiteren 25 Minuten warten wurde meine Bestellung storniert und telefonisch ist nun niemand mehr zu erreichen. Dieser Prozess hat mich nun eine Stunde Zeit gekostet und ich muss bei einem anderen Restaurant bestellen und erneut auf mein Essen warten.

(2021) 1* Ich bestelle nicht oft aber wenn dann bei euch ... Nur was war heute los??? der Ingwer ist angetrocknet, die Rollen ungleichmäßig geschnitten, an den vegetarischen Rollen Fischreste, der Reis trocken und zerfällt. Und die Krönung ein langes Haar, mein Freund dachte erst, es ist meins, packe es beiseite, nur leider Zug er aus der Rolle noch ein langes raus. Geht gar nicht🤮 UPDATE : habe es nochmal versucht, neue Bewertung (5.6.22) 5* Mein Freund hatte Bock und da wo ich Sushi bestelle mag er es nicht. Also, habe ich dem Ganzen eine neue Chance gegeben. Es war sehr gut, sauber und der Lieferant ist sowas von nett!!!! Sushi For you, ihr habt mich wieder😉

Kleines Feedback zur Bestellung: wir waren leider nicht zufrieden. Der Reis war falsch zubereitet, so dass das Sushi zerfallen ist. Bei Tekka Nigiri hatten die Filetstücke Sehnen und war zäh - war das Thunfischfilet falsch geschnitten? Und zu guter Letzt haben noch die Nutelle Bisquits gefehlt, die sogar auf fee Bestellbestätigung stande . Schade!

Für eine Bestellung an die 50€ erwarte ich frisches Sushi und nicht trockenen Reis und alle Nigiri zusammen geklebt. Die Teile in der Crispy Box waren gebacken als würde sie schon ein paar Tage liegen, hart und voller Panade .. hatte zweimal Ingwer extra bestellt der nicht dabei war .. Werde dort nicht mehr bestellen..

The three of us spontaneously stopped by for dinner one evening. Getting a table outside wasn't a problem (it's a Wednesday). Funnily enough, none of us ordered sushi, as there are other options on the menu. I opted for several tapas. I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the avocado cookies. I've never seen anything like them anywhere else, and they were incredibly delicious. The prices are also perfectly reasonable. Unfortunately, cash only.

The portion was alot, and the staff were welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended if you're looking for a comforting, well-made dish in Moabit.

Disappointing despite a good start I went to Xigon 1987 last week with my girlfriend, and to be honest, it was a mixed bag. We hadn't made a reservation, but a super friendly waitress (No. 1) still gave us a table—so nice! The place is small but cozy, so thumbs up for that. She also took our order in a friendly manner. Then the food arrived—brought by a young waiter (No. 2) with zero energy. No "hello," no "enjoy your meal," just the tray put down and off again...even though I thanked them twice. Sorry, but that's just not how hospitality works. 🙄 The food looked nice and actually tasted good, but my dish was way too salty. The nice waitress (No. 1) took care of it immediately, but unfortunately, the taste remained the same. Then, when it came time to pay, the shock: Another waitress (number 3), who had never served us, automatically added a 10% tip to the card reader – and simply told me I could delete it myself if I wasn't okay with it. Sorry, but that's completely unacceptable. That kind of behavior is disrespectful to guests. Tipping should be voluntary, not psychological pressure. It's unfair to put people in an uncomfortable situation just because they're polite or too proud to say "no." 😤 And the restroom… honestly, it was totally unkempt: water everywhere, no toilet paper, an unpleasant smell – it didn't match the nice impression the front made at all. 😩 As if all that wasn't enough, we both had stomach problems later that evening. What a shame, with such a lovely waitress and a good start, it could have been a wonderful evening.
