A very busy restaurant where service is friendly, attentive and quick. The menu is very extensive, the food is very tasty and beautifully presented. The only small drawback is the high noise level. But we would definitely like to come back. Due to the large number of guests, we recommend that you reserve a table

It wasn't my first time there and I felt comfortable. The interior design is carefully chosen and the food looks good and is very tasty.

The ambience of a train station hall, so loud that you can't understand your own words. The food was terrible; Pasta box slapped onto a plate and topped with old lettuce. Ordered a bottle of seltzer and got a glass of tap water. My wife had ordered crispy fried duck with vegetables, she received a salad plate with pieces of meat floating in the salad (crisp fried), a third of which were not edible or edible. A clear rip-off and probably money laundering. Totally overpriced and the food is not worth the money. If health department employees had eaten there, the restaurant would have been closed immediately due to serious hygienic deficiencies in the kitchen.

I was really looking forward to my visit to the "Big Pan", but unfortunately I was disappointed. Unfortunately, the Tamago I tried first wasn't what I expected. It was dry and almost certainly not homemade and for such a high price, which made me skeptical for the rest of the evening. What particularly bothered me was the fact that the sauce and vegetable garnish in my main course were exactly the same as in the salad I had as a starter. Given the high prices, I would definitely have expected more variety and creativity. Overall, the meal just wasn't worth the money. I hope that the "Big Pan" will work on these points in the future, because unfortunately it was a disappointment for me.

My visit to Big Pan Berlin was an absolute disaster and definitely the worst thing I've experienced in a long time. The tamago was an insult to every palate - tasteless, chewy and apparently made without any fresh ingredients. It had the consistency of old sponge and tasted like it was days old. Not only was the chicken frozen, but it was bland and dry, as if it had been thrown straight from the freezer onto the plate without any effort or seasoning. You could literally taste how old and loveless it was. And the prices – that is the absolute height of audacity. To demand so much money for this miserable quality and disgusting food is simply outrageous. The entire experience was a first class rip off. The taste was reminiscent of what you'd expect at a low-quality subway station Asian takeaway, but even there I probably would have been better served. Paying so much money for such a bad meal borders on fraud. Never again!

I absolutely can't complain, everything was more than fantastic! Super fresh, delicious food. So professionally done. And the prices are very reasonable. The ambience is also just very nice.

Food very good, coffee okay, maybe you shouldn't order here. Service is nice but can be expanded in terms of listening and implementing. Side dish/rice definitely not enough and too expensive when reordered. Nevertheless, I would like to go there again, I think something like that can definitely be changed.

Stopped here because of the good reviews and wasn't disappointed. Get a seat immediately every day at lunchtime. Delicious sushi.

The atmosphere and surroundings were very nice. The food also looked very good The service left us standing for a long time and when we wanted to pay we had to wait a long time. Despite looking nice, the food was very tasteless and tasted like something from your own kitchen. We ordered two main courses, a lemonade and Fanta and this alone, with very smaller portions, cost €42.20.

The service was attentive and friendly. The food was very tasty and nicely prepared. We reserved a table in the cozy outdoor area and felt very comfortable there. Price/performance: reasonable. I can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience.

Great food and very inexpensive! Friendly service. If the price is good, it is advisable to reserve a table in advance. The only small drawback: There is no changing table for small children, but it is manageable. We will be happy to come back.

Big Pan in Tegel is and remains my absolute favorite restaurant! The sushi is some of the best I've eaten. Great atmosphere! Food great! Could eat here every week. My absolute favourite!

The food was really delicious. Price/performance ratio is good. It was a shame that you couldn't exchange anything within a sushi menu, even if it was the same price (exchange maki salmon with maki salmon skin) The area outside is really beautiful. The service is friendly.

The food has deteriorated a lot. The quality of the sushi is not very good, and the portions are quite small, and it feels like all of the starters came from the freezer and are not freshly prepared... it's a real shame, I'm such a big fan of Asian food and the atmosphere of the restaurant is just nice in Tegel, but the Vietnamese dishes make up for it a bit… Staff was okay, did the bare minimum.

Once again we met friends in this restaurant. We noticed (also the last time) that the quality and attention of the service has decreased. Unfortunately, every second crispy chicken breast was "rubbery". It didn't taste good. It's a shame about this beautiful restaurant.

Very cozy environment very close to the Herz Jesu Church in Tegel. The food was very tasty and a generous portion. It was the second time there with my daughter and we would love to come back. Nice ambience and very tasty food, even sushi lovers will get their money's worth, a very large selection! Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates Asian cuisine. 👌👌

Delicious food at moderate prices

We picked up seasonal vegetables, a house specialty. It didn't taste like anything, super disgusting. Unfortunately, tempura sushi arrived super dry. Ambience and service were good.

We were there in a larger group. Nevertheless, all dishes came to the table at approximately the same time. I also had the impression that the waiting time was okay. The food was tasty and a decent portion. The location right on a square in the middle of the neighborhood was also very pleasant. I would definitely go there again.

For me the best Thai for Reinickendorf. Always fresh and delicious. Always friendly service, quick service. The starters are large, the main courses are always very appetizing and of very good quality. The drinks are legendary, especially the Big Pan Rose.

In general everything is good, but today we got 2 dishes with salmon without salmon. Too bad and no answer in the chat. That should then cost less.

Friendly, food ok with a bit too much salad and apparently partially warmed up instead of fresh. Very nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the drink prices are high: 0.2l water €3.20, Selfmade Lemonade €7.50, Mango Lassi €6.50. “No card payments today.”

We always walked past the shop and thought we had to go there. So we ate here and it was a huge disappointment. The food tastes like nothing (adapted to the German palate) and is soaked in fat and now comes the kicker. The baked chicken is frozen chicken fingers. You can taste it and see it straight away - disaster! If I want to eat TK chicken fingers from the metro, I go to the metro and not to the Vietnamese restaurant that costs a lot of money. Never again.

We had an excellent meal here and the homemade lemonade was very tasty. We would love to come back!

Nice people, great location and great food

We had sushi as a starter and a rice dish and a noodle dish as a main course. The sushi was average, unfortunately the two main courses were completely disappointing. This has nothing to do with the dishes printed on the menu. Unfortunately, dry rice with ready-made fried chicken, a little sweet and sour sauce from the bottle, fried onions from the can and dry salad is absolutely not justified for the price. The only plus point was the friendly service.

Very tasty food. Prices are okay, the food was served quickly and warm. Since there were no seats inside, we sat outside and it started to get cold. The service kindly brought us blankets. There weren't many parking spaces in the evening.

Actually, we were originally really happy with this restaurant. But now the service and also the food are declining a lot. There are various dishes on the menu that have different names but are one and the same. Lemongrass was specified but not included in the meal. The meat was tough. Taste bland. Even dishes that used to taste good are now flat in taste. The interior is still pleasing. Unfortunately the service is not courteous.

We live around the corner and this restaurant is our first choice and favorite restaurant. Delicious food, good service and nice atmosphere.

The ambience of the Big Pan is really great, a lot of effort has been put into it with attention to detail. Just really beautiful and inviting. The food was also really good and came quite quickly. The staff was quite nice, even though we sat there for a bit long at the beginning, but it was also really full. The menu really has something for everyone who likes Asian food. The baked wontons were incredibly tasty, and my slightly spicy avocado sauce with rice, vegetables and breaded salmon was also really great. Not to forget my Sake Makis :-)

The people are nice, the food was good, the home-made lemonade too, but at a hefty price of 7.50 it was quite expensive for a glass of lemonade.

The prices are a bit steep, it's extremely crowded in the summer, but the food is delicious.

The tonic water was served stale and it only worked on the third attempt. The PHỞ TRỘN No. 64 was served without a single peanut, without honey-ginger sauce, and the salad was naked without any dressing, not even salt. When I mentioned it, the temporary worker told me that dish number 64 was with fish sauce, which is not true. He insisted that Vietnamese eat their duck crispy with fish sauce. For me, that was by far the worst Vietnamese food I've ever been served, which can happen on a holiday, but no one deserves such bad service.

Was here with my wife on February 23rd. Eating in the afternoon, the restaurant was relatively empty, we ordered a large shandy, an apple spritzer, fried glass noodles with beef and crispy duck with vegetables. The food and drinks came very quickly, the cyclist didn't yet know the function of the calibration mark on the glass, so they asked them to fill the glass up to the calibration mark...they apologized...but that was my portion of food (glass noodles with beef ) so small and somehow completely unseasoned that I had to eat my fill at home, I had ordered the same food there several times, so far it was always delicious and I was almost full.... Crispy duck was richer and also well seasoned... Next time, I'll ask in advance whether this dish will fill you up.

Sushi is really overpriced for the quality. Very small portions, not very tasty, something like what you usually get in a cheap Vietnamese place. Except the price is high. Service is nice and friendly though

We love this restaurant! Super tasty and fresh food. But ordering online doesn't work so well. The sushi was not sorted by menu (there were 4 different menus) but by type. Which is disadvantageous when ordering for several people. Furthermore, a lot of things had fallen apart and were no longer appetizing to look at. Unfortunately..

Super Restaurant. Klein und gemütlich. Habe Ente kross mit frischem Gemüse in Erdnuss Sauce und Jasminreis gegessen. Ohne Worte....Preise super. Hatte dann noch einen Lychee Men ...Cocktail...mein neuer Lieblings Cocktail. Bedienung nett freundlich. Also es lohnt sich. Da können sich so einige Restaurants von Spandau bis nach Treptow eine Scheibe abschneiden.

Sehr leckeres Essen! Im Sommer kann man wundervoll draußen sitzen, im Winter sollte man besser reservieren, da es schnell und oft sehr gut voll ist. Das Essen kommt immer schnell und ist wirklich sehr lecker zu fairen Preisen!

Angelockt von den sehr guten Bewertungen, haben wir unser spätes Mittagessen dort eingenommen. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist verhältnismäßig groß. Unsere Gerichte waren geschmacklich gut, aber kommen an andere vietnamesische Restaurants, in denen wir oft essen gehen, nicht heran. Enttäuscht waren wir von der lustlos wirkenden Bedienung, die auch erst spät unsere Bestellung aufgenommen hat. Die Preise sind angemessen. (09/2023)

Wir waren schon öfter hier und kommen immer wieder gerne! Große Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten und jedes Mal ist es sehr lecker! Personal dürfte noch ein wenig freundlicher sein, aber alle Wünsche werden erfüllt.

Sehr guter Geschmack. Wers Thailändisch bzw. Vietnamesisch mag, ist hier richtig gut aufgehioben, denn es ist richtig lecker. Ich komme alle paar Wochen mal hierher.

Ich war bestimmt schon 15 x in dem Restaurant. Anfangs war es eine Sensation, die sich ca. 1 Jahr lang gehalten hat. Super lecker, wirklich große Portionen, und zumindest eine Person vom Personal war kompetent und freundlich. Mit all dem ist es jetzt vorbei: Völlig überfordertes Amateur-(Jugend)Personal. Desinteressierte Bedienung, Essens-Qualität, -Zubereitung und -Menge sind deutlich unterdurchschnittlich. Die letzte ""knusprige Entenbrust" war wohl von einem Küken und vollkommen labberig. Statt gebratener Nudeln wurden kurzerhand lauwarme Soja-Sprossen serviert, und die Hühnchenteile waren geschmackslose, brettharte Formfleisch-Dinger. Das Rindfleischgericht einer Freundin sah aus als hätten sie Küchenabfälle zusammengkehrt. Mich sehen die erstmal nicht mehr!

Das Essen war sehr lecker, leider war der Service nicht besonders aufmerksam sonst hätten wir gerne noch einen Nachtisch (Karte wurde trotz Nachfrage nicht gebracht) und mehr Getränke bestellt. Naja, jeder hat Büffel schlechten Tag, wir werden es auf jeden Fall nochmal versuchen - das Essen ist es definitiv wert ;-)

Es war wirklich lecker. Das Essen kam schnell und war vielfältig in der Auswahl. Besonders toll das es neben Tofu auch Hähnchen Imitat gibt!

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut okay, Freundliche Serviererin, der Kellner allerdings (der auch fürs Kassieren zuständig war) mit unsauberer und zerrissener Jeans. Heute zwar bei jungen Leuten "modern", bei Kellner aber eher unpassend. Geschmacklich war es gut, wenn auch nicht überwältigend, aber bei dem Preis kann man nicht meckern

Hervorragende vietnamesische/asiatische Küche zu fast unglaublich moderaten Preisen. Sehr guter Service. Man kann drinnen und draußen sitzen. Absolute Empfehlung.

Als wir ankamen wurde wir erst einmal vom gesamten Personal ignoriert und an uns wurde vorbei gegangen. Wir sind dann direkt zum Tresen gegangen, meinten wir hätten reserviert. Kurze Aussage "Ja, sie können diesen Tisch oder Tisch vorne nehmen". Wir hatten Sushi bestellt, dass war gut. Im Anschluss hatten wir noch gebratene Udonudeln und Ban Boh Nam Boh, das war leider nicht besonders und etwas fad im Geschmack. Zwischendurch wollten wir noch Getränke bestellen aber wir konnten weder einen Kellner für eine Karte noch für eine Bestellung erreichen. Es wurde stetig an uns vorbei gelaufen. Die leeren Teller blockierten den Tisch und wurden nicht abgeräumt, auch auf den navhbartischen blieben überall die leeren Teller lange liegen. Also aufgrund des mangelnden Services würde ich dort nicht noch einmal essen.

Lecker, mehr muss man da nicht sagen.

Was ein Reinfall: Bedienung total überfordert. Keine Karte bekommen (irgendwann selbst geholt), mega-lange Wartezeit, kaltes Essen serviert bekommen, Bezahlung dann wegen mangelnder Bedienung drinnen und dafür den vollen Preis trotz mehrfacher Beanstandungen. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung, keine Nachfrage nach Getränkenachschub oder Kaffee, kein Abschlussgetränk. Als Gast ist man gefühlt nur Teil der Überforderung und schön, wenn das erledigt ist, Bedienung ist peinlich berührt und murmelt schüchtern in sich hinein. Schade, wenn das Essen mal warm ist, schmeckt es eigentlich gut. Das kann ein stückweit aber auch am Hunger liegen, der mit dem langen Warten immer größer wurde. Leider in Summe absolut keine Empfehlung.

Moderne schmackhafte asiatische Küche, wir sind immer zufrieden. Preis-Leistung stimmt auch. Die Küche ist gut durchstrukturiert, wenn der Laden nicht voll ist. Beim vollem Haus und weiteren außer Haus Bestellungen stößt alles an seine Grenzen. Beim Service ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Über 30 Minuten trotz Nachfrage für die Annahme der Getränkebestellung . Da hätte unsere Gruppe locker gern 2 Runden bestellt. ...und an den Getränken haben Gastronomen nunmal die größte Marge. Die lange Wartezeit hätten wir gern mit Getränken überbrückt. Gute 10x huschten die Servicekräfte an den leeren Gläsern der Stammgäste vorbei. Liest man die Bewertungen des weiteren Restaurants in Hermsdorf, stellt sich das Serviceproblem noch viel stärker da. Das sehen die Inhaber aber wohl völlig tiefenentspannt. Ly rỗng không mang lại tiền ....oder auf deutsch...leere Gläser bringen kein Geld.

Nicht außergewöhnlich oder überragend, aber doch sehr lecker und gemütlich. Man muss nicht nach Kreuzberg, wenn man hier aus der Ecke kommt. Die homemade limos sind toll und machen optisch was her
