I would definitely call myself a regular customer because it's so delicious that we order weekly.

I used to enjoy ordering from here. Lately, however, the orders have been consistently incomplete. When I called the restaurant, I was treated like I wasn't trustworthy, and they argued with me about the number of sushi pieces. I've never experienced such terrible service. P.S. I had to use a different cell phone because no one answered my calls.

We ordered from here, absolutely not recommended. The tamago tastes like sponge, everything is incredibly bland and tasteless. And perhaps it's worth mentioning that a single piece of tamago nigiri costs €2.70, while elsewhere you get at least three pieces. As I said, order your sushi elsewhere if you're looking for flavor. On top of that, the delivery time was longer than stated (which I understand, but then please state a longer delivery time in the first place). Sorry.

I've always ordered via Wolt so far, but I'll definitely be dining there in person as well. The food is truly excellent: incredibly delicious, plentiful, and a real treat!

I ordered for the first time, partly because the reviews seemed good. Unfortunately, two of the four dishes I ordered were wrong. Instead of summer rolls, I received something deep-fried. Instead of unagi sauce, I got soy sauce. After a 1.5-hour delivery time (it was initially supposed to be 60 minutes, and I'm happy to wait a bit longer if the food is hot), the food was cold. This was especially disappointing with the burger. The crispy sushi was also bland as a result. Very disappointing.

We are always very satisfied with the quality and taste. Delivery sometimes takes a while, but we really enjoy ordering from them.

I can only agree with some of the reviews here. The food might taste good, but a 3-hour delivery time is unacceptable. The driver got lost and couldn't find the address. After 1.5 hours, they said the food would arrive in 30 minutes at the most. Wrong. After more than 2 hours, I called again and was told the food was on its way. When it finally arrived, it was, as expected, cold. I'm really disappointed and won't be ordering from them again.

I've ordered several times before and have always been satisfied with the food. Today, however, I have to say I was dissatisfied. The delivery took over 1.5 hours, which I understand is understandable due to weather conditions, etc. What I don't understand is why the food arrived lukewarm. There was no thermal box, so the soups and fried noodles were lukewarm. The bag containing the food fell apart in front of our door, and some of the food ended up on the ground. There was no apology or any other reaction from the driver.

The wonton soup is amazing, as are the spicy chicken soup and the sesame balls. But the sushi is fantastic too. I've been ordering from Sushi Yana for years, but this restaurant is the best.

I ordered a bowl and was slightly disappointed. For the price, the bowl was rather unimaginative and consisted mostly of rice and iceberg lettuce. The delivery time was also a negative experience. It was initially quoted at 25-30 minutes, which was then increased to 60 minutes – okay, I suppose, but: I ended up waiting 105 minutes. The food temperature was the same as the outside temperature – in my case, 5°C. The taste was okay, but nothing that would make me want to order again. The price/performance ratio, delivery time, and temperature were all unsatisfactory. There's definitely room for improvement here!

Instead of chicken I received duck. I ordered two extra sweet and sour sauces which didn't arrive, and I also didn't receive my sauce for the "chicken" (duck) pasta dish. The pasta was dry and the dumplings were just blobs.

The delivery service was very friendly, the sushi tasted very good, and the staff were generally very nice.

We ordered two bowls—one with salmon and one with mozzarella sticks. Both were delicious and plentiful. If we lived in Potsdam, we would definitely order here regularly!

It didn't arrive, or it arrived well after the stated delivery time. By the time the food arrived, I'd already been to a kebab shop and a gaming arcade. I can't recommend it.

We've ordered directly from Sushi Yana several times. Overall, we were satisfied. However, you had to be prepared for long delivery times and occasionally slightly colder food. I would have given them four stars. Last time, they forgot to deliver something. No problem—that can happen. A quick call, and we were offered to resend the food. However, it would take time, or the amount would be refunded. I said I wanted a refund before the driver made the long trip again. When I didn't receive a refund two days later, I sent another email. Again, no response and no refund. We understand this, but nothing more. We won't order again, as there's always the risk of paying for food we don't get. It's a shame, because we were otherwise satisfied—hence the two stars.

This was one of my favorite places to order Chinese food and sushi. After quite a long time we ordered a variety of food and it was a total disappointment. Sauer-scharf Suppe was unacceptable. As you can see from the video, we couldn't believe what has been delivered as a "soup". Mini Ebi Avocado Roll was ok, inside out Ebi tempura rice was tasting like definitely waited for hours. And the weirdest thing is, one is a regular sushi and the other called as "mini" and as you can see they both are the same in size. Not sure if mini is big or the regular is small. We also ordered another dish that had an over fried chicken problem. Again, this was a place I loved to order back in the days, and still delivers great price value but what I received was way cheaper than expected. I don't know if the chef has changed or it was just an unlucky order for me but, this is the result. Pity.

Attention! Scam! The phone number doesn't work. We tried for over an hour to find out where our order was. No one answered (probably because the owner of the Japanese restaurant only speaks Turkish). The delivery finally arrived after 2.5 hours. By then, we had already made our own dinner. It's a shame!

I ordered via Lieferando. The food didn't arrive even after two hours. I also tried for another 20 minutes to reach someone via Lieferando or on the phone, but there was absolutely no information. I don't know if this is an exception or if they forgot to let you know they were closed, but it's really not cool. What kind of stunt is that, charging you, saying nothing, and then just waiting for it to happen. Not a fan.

Our order was delivered much too late, and when we inquired about it, we were met with extremely rude behavior. Sushi Yana then canceled the order herself and treated us horribly. Never again.

The food is great... of course, food and drink are always a matter of taste. I really like Asian food. I particularly enjoyed the coconut soup with chicken and vegetables, which I hadn't tried before. The prices are reasonable: soup, main course of rice, noodles, crispy vegetables, roast duck, and drinks, including a tip, all come to around €22.00. Tram 91/94 (toward Pirschheide) stops right in front of the Asian restaurant. Next door is AVANTI Pizza, and across the street is the laundry room.

I always order online, and the food is always fresh and delicious :) Delivery times are sometimes a bit long, but if they have a lot of orders, it's okay. I really enjoy ordering from there and have always been very satisfied.

Ordered twice and waited over an hour and 45 minutes each time. They explained it was due to traffic. However, Google Maps says the journey time is 18 minutes. So, orders aren't prepared until over an hour and a half later. Then they should simply stop accepting orders if they don't have the staff. Of course, no one can be reached by phone either.

We order very often. If a breakdown happens (e.g. soup tipped over during delivery) we respond professionally and a replacement delivery arrives promptly. Special requests are also taken into account. Drivers are always friendly, as are the employees on the phone should a call ever be necessary. Ordering online directly or via Lieferando works perfectly. Gladly again.

We ordered food for Valentine's Day last night. The order only arrived after 2 hours (ordered just before 9pm and delivered at 11pm). If you're so late, it would have been really cool to call so you can at least be prepared for what you ordered to arrive. We no longer expected it after we saw that the store closed at 10:45 p.m. In addition to the delay, half of it was missing and other things were simply added instead, where we couldn't identify whether they were vegetarian dishes. Waited almost 2 hours for the food (from the time the order was confirmed), not a word of apology from the driver. Then a meal was missing from the order, and we weren't informed about this upon delivery. It was only when we asked us by phone that we were told that the item we ordered (via the homepage - not via delivery websites) was no longer available. Such service is simply disappointing.

We always order via Lieferando, super fast! , very, very tasty for a reasonable price. Good vegetarian selection and top service. Even when the booking via Lieferando went wrong (which they couldn't do anything about), they were very friendly and delivered straight away with rolls and cola on the house! Some time ago we ordered food here and it simply wasn't delivered. There was no response from the restaurant and our telephone inquiries remained unanswered. The corresponding review from my friend at the time was recently taken offline due to alleged defamation. Absolutely dubious approach on the part of the operator, who knows how many other negative reviews he has already had deleted.

The food is delicious. However, I had ordered my sushi online several times without cream cheese (vegan), which didn't work out a few times. The first time we didn't notice it until we got home. The second time, when I picked it up, I asked if it was really without cream cheese, which was answered in the affirmative. Unfortunately, when I wanted to eat at home, there was cream cheese on it again. Same game the third time, only this time it was remade following a hint. The atmosphere for eating in the restaurant is not that nice, as the doors are constantly open and the employees smoke outside. This makes it quite fresh and doesn't smell particularly good.
