Instead of chicken I received duck. I ordered two extra sweet and sour sauces which didn't arrive, and I also didn't receive my sauce for the "chicken" (duck) pasta dish. The pasta was dry and the dumplings were just blobs.

The delivery service was very friendly, the sushi tasted very good, and the staff were generally very nice.

We ordered two bowls—one with salmon and one with mozzarella sticks. Both were delicious and plentiful. If we lived in Potsdam, we would definitely order here regularly!

We've ordered directly from Sushi Yana several times. Overall, we were satisfied. However, you had to be prepared for long delivery times and occasionally slightly colder food. I would have given them four stars. Last time, they forgot to deliver something. No problem—that can happen. A quick call, and we were offered to resend the food. However, it would take time, or the amount would be refunded. I said I wanted a refund before the driver made the long trip again. When I didn't receive a refund two days later, I sent another email. Again, no response and no refund. We understand this, but nothing more. We won't order again, as there's always the risk of paying for food we don't get. It's a shame, because we were otherwise satisfied—hence the two stars.

I ordered the food through Lieferando, and it never arrived. No one answered the phone.

It didn't arrive, or it arrived well after the stated delivery time. By the time the food arrived, I'd already been to a kebab shop and a gaming arcade. I can't recommend it.

This was one of my favorite places to order Chinese food and sushi. After quite a long time we ordered a variety of food and it was a total disappointment. Sauer-scharf Suppe was unacceptable. As you can see from the video, we couldn't believe what has been delivered as a "soup". Mini Ebi Avocado Roll was ok, inside out Ebi tempura rice was tasting like definitely waited for hours. And the weirdest thing is, one is a regular sushi and the other called as "mini" and as you can see they both are the same in size. Not sure if mini is big or the regular is small. We also ordered another dish that had an over fried chicken problem. Again, this was a place I loved to order back in the days, and still delivers great price value but what I received was way cheaper than expected. I don't know if the chef has changed or it was just an unlucky order for me but, this is the result. Pity.

Attention! Scam! The phone number doesn't work. We tried for over an hour to find out where our order was. No one answered (probably because the owner of the Japanese restaurant only speaks Turkish). The delivery finally arrived after 2.5 hours. By then, we had already made our own dinner. It's a shame!

I ordered via Lieferando. The food didn't arrive even after two hours. I also tried for another 20 minutes to reach someone via Lieferando or on the phone, but there was absolutely no information. I don't know if this is an exception or if they forgot to let you know they were closed, but it's really not cool. What kind of stunt is that, charging you, saying nothing, and then just waiting for it to happen. Not a fan.

Our order was delivered much too late, and when we inquired about it, we were met with extremely rude behavior. Sushi Yana then canceled the order herself and treated us horribly. Never again.

The food is great... of course, food and drink are always a matter of taste. I really like Asian food. I particularly enjoyed the coconut soup with chicken and vegetables, which I hadn't tried before. The prices are reasonable: soup, main course of rice, noodles, crispy vegetables, roast duck, and drinks, including a tip, all come to around €22.00. Tram 91/94 (toward Pirschheide) stops right in front of the Asian restaurant. Next door is AVANTI Pizza, and across the street is the laundry room.

I always order online, and the food is always fresh and delicious :) Delivery times are sometimes a bit long, but if they have a lot of orders, it's okay. I really enjoy ordering from there and have always been very satisfied.

Service is beyond abysmal. We've been waiting for our food for over two hours. We couldn't reach anyone by phone. Customer service is zero, just like the rating for this club. The food hasn't been worth mentioning in the past... Terrible.

Ordered twice and waited over an hour and 45 minutes each time. They explained it was due to traffic. However, Google Maps says the journey time is 18 minutes. So, orders aren't prepared until over an hour and a half later. Then they should simply stop accepting orders if they don't have the staff. Of course, no one can be reached by phone either.

Ordered food via Lieferando: stated wait time 20-30 minutes. After 90 minutes, still nothing arrived, no response from Lieferando, phone number unavailable.

It's a delivery service... the atmosphere reflects that. The food is okay, but the prices are undeservedly high!

We order very often. If a breakdown happens (e.g. soup tipped over during delivery) we respond professionally and a replacement delivery arrives promptly. Special requests are also taken into account. Drivers are always friendly, as are the employees on the phone should a call ever be necessary. Ordering online directly or via Lieferando works perfectly. Gladly again.

We ordered food for Valentine's Day last night. The order only arrived after 2 hours (ordered just before 9pm and delivered at 11pm). If you're so late, it would have been really cool to call so you can at least be prepared for what you ordered to arrive. We no longer expected it after we saw that the store closed at 10:45 p.m. In addition to the delay, half of it was missing and other things were simply added instead, where we couldn't identify whether they were vegetarian dishes. Waited almost 2 hours for the food (from the time the order was confirmed), not a word of apology from the driver. Then a meal was missing from the order, and we weren't informed about this upon delivery. It was only when we asked us by phone that we were told that the item we ordered (via the homepage - not via delivery websites) was no longer available. Such service is simply disappointing.

We always order via Lieferando, super fast! , very, very tasty for a reasonable price. Good vegetarian selection and top service. Even when the booking via Lieferando went wrong (which they couldn't do anything about), they were very friendly and delivered straight away with rolls and cola on the house! Some time ago we ordered food here and it simply wasn't delivered. There was no response from the restaurant and our telephone inquiries remained unanswered. The corresponding review from my friend at the time was recently taken offline due to alleged defamation. Absolutely dubious approach on the part of the operator, who knows how many other negative reviews he has already had deleted.

Good value for money; Fast delivery (ordered Saturday at 5:45 p.m., food delivered around 6:30 p.m.) Extra requests were accommodated. So we can only recommend it and we won't order it for the last time.

Ordered food. Soup consistency like pudding, dry food, breaded shrimps taste like old frying fat. Just never again!

The food is delicious. However, I had ordered my sushi online several times without cream cheese (vegan), which didn't work out a few times. The first time we didn't notice it until we got home. The second time, when I picked it up, I asked if it was really without cream cheese, which was answered in the affirmative. Unfortunately, when I wanted to eat at home, there was cream cheese on it again. Same game the third time, only this time it was remade following a hint. The atmosphere for eating in the restaurant is not that nice, as the doors are constantly open and the employees smoke outside. This makes it quite fresh and doesn't smell particularly good.

The delivery was very good. Appetizers too. But it can't be the case that if two different dishes were ordered, each with duck, one had hardly any duck meat, just breading and fat, and the other dish was okay. Will not order there again. Very unfortunate.

We have ordered several times, the last time it only came after 2 hours, with a 1 hour drive it was over 30 degrees and raw fish, we didn't accept anymore because it was too risky because it wasn't cooled, we then ordered the next day, the order was accepted by them and then canceled by them without giving notice. I ordered a yellow chicken curry with rice and chicken fried rice. The order arrived after a good half hour. The portions were large, the fried rice was a little dry and there was even a chicken bone in my chicken curry. Overall it was ok.

The meat was extremely dry, as was the rice, few vegetables and the extra meat was in a separate can and so dry and unappetizing - you almost choke on it. The tempura sushi was not crispy but soggy and didn't taste good. Unfortunately no recommendation for sushi and Asian dishes. Only bowls are okay there. Delivery took 1 hour.

Well suited for orders. Rather “rustic” locally. You can eat quite well here. But I wouldn't call it a restaurant. You have to order food yourself at the counter and pay there. There is no regular classic service. Nevertheless, the staff on site was friendly and the sushi was tasty. Therefore, a spontaneous visit if you are hungry, or an order, is definitely worth it.

We really enjoyed ordering there for the opening. The business has now slowed down considerably. It's a shame that you have to buy it separately for pasta - it's free everywhere Fried noodles with “vegetables” in the middle with a few pieces of broccoli and carrots thrown in. In my opinion, the broccoli as shown in the pictures is bad, the food generally doesn't look appetizing and especially not inviting The chicken meat is crispy, disgustingly dry, totally burnt in some places and just tough (not edible)!!!! The baked bananas don't look particularly appetizing either and arrive swimming in fat. It all tastes very rancid and like old fat.

I ordered food, which unfortunately arrived a little late. The employee apologized several times and kept me updated. My delivery was suddenly canceled via lieferando SMS. When I asked, I was told on the phone that the meal didn't cost anything because I had to wait so long. That's what I call service! So I can recommend the shed with a clear conscience!

Ordering regularly, unfortunately in the last 2 orders the food that was supposed to be warm is cold, and when you call the woman on the phone is very rude and stroppy, and there is no answer, neither after delivery nor anything else.

I am a regular customer at the Sushi Yana branch in Potsdam. They are reliable in delivery and so far I have never had any complaints. The sushi is always very tasty and if you like something a little more German and down-to-earth, I recommend the Sushi Yana Crispy Roll. Super crispy and delicious cocktail sauce that is addictive.

We ordered this once today, and it stays that way. The summer rolls could also be cabbage rolls, the prawns are flabby and soft and the salad with the seaweed inside is terrible 😣 it's a shame you should leave it to the professionals! Wir haben heute das erste Mal bei Sushi Yana bestellt. Die Lieferung kam 10 Minuten früher als angekündigt und die gelieferten Bowls waren einfach nur wahnsinnig lecker. Wir werden hier auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen und das schon sehr zeitnah :)

Ich finde das Ambiente hier vor Ort super. Die Küche ist offen designt, man kann also bei der Zubereitung zuschauen, ebenso der Bestellmonitor, alles Transparent. Ein gelungenes und ehrliches Konzept. Das Essen selber ist von guter Qualität, schmeckt immer gut und gerade zur Mittagszeit dauert die Zubereitung keine 5 Minuten. Ich kann die Gebratenen Nudeln mit Tofu sowie den Laden an und für sich nur empfehlen.

Essen wurde geliefert. Suhsireis sehr lecker mariniert. Selten so guten Reis gegessen. Selbst die Süß-Saure Soße übertrifft alles was wir bisher gegessen haben. Frische Ananas in der Soße, noch nie gehabt. Das gebackene Hänchen, ebenfalls überraschend. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank, das lässt auf einen guten Lieferdienst mit leckerem Essen hoffen.

Das essen ist wirklich super und wird in einem sehr schönem Ambiente serviert. Dazu ist der Preis wirklich gut.

Habe bis jetzt immer online bestellt, Qualität vom Essen ist sehr gut, hatte einmal ein Problem mit der Bestellung dass es zu spät ankam, nach Rücksprache mit dem Chef erstattete er mir diesen Betrag von sich aus, ich bin vom Service sehr positiv beeindruckt, bestelle weiterhin dort :)

Waren noch nie vor Ort, bestellen aber bestimmt 3x im Monat über die App. Für uns das allerbeste (Imbiss-)Sushi im Umkreis! Auch der gebratene Reis übertrifft die Konkurrenz durch mehr Würze und reichlich sichtbarem Gemüse. Die Zusteller sind immer freundlich und die Lieferung erfolgt, trotz hoher Nachfrage (bspw. an Sonntagen) in angemessenem Zeitraum. Wir bleiben treue Stammkunden!
