Tolles Restaurant mit sehr leckerem Essen, freundlichem Service und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Die Gerichte waren frisch, geschmackvoll und schön angerichtet. Man fühlt sich hier willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Restaurant nur empfehlen!

Das Essen war sehr lecker und vorallem die Getränke sind gut gemacht. Der Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Ich war echt positiv überrascht. Das Essen war super lecker und alles hat richtig frisch geschmeckt. Das Sushi war klasse und das Hähnchen war schön saftig und perfekt gewürzt. Auch die Beilagen haben super dazu gepasst. Man merkt einfach, dass auf Qualität geachtet wird. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann das Koi wirklich jedem empfehlen.

War jetzt schon ein paar Mal im Koi und bin jedes Mal wirklich zufrieden. Das Essen schmeckt super und die Qualität ist immer top. Besonders finde ich den Service, alle sind total freundlich, aufmerksam und man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Man merkt, dass sich das Team wirklich Mühe gibt. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und kann das Restaurant nur empfehlen 😊

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Google Bewertungen, aber das war nicht nur eine schlechte Erfahrung, sondern besorgniserregend. Ambiente war gut, alles andere nicht. Der Kellner hat uns vier (4!) mal missverstanden, was unter anderem in falschen und teureren Bestellungen resultierte. Außerdem kamen aus drei Yakitori Spießen letztendlich zwei Fetzen Sehne und ein langes, spitzes Stück Knochen, an dem ich mich auch hätte verletzen können. Die Toiletten würde ich irgendwo zwischen dubios und ernsthaft unhygienisch einordnen. Es gibt in der Nähe bestimmt bessere Restaurants für asiatisches Essen.

Wir hatten einen Tisch reserviert und alles hat super geklappt. Tolles Ambiente, leckeres Essen und freundliches Personal. Klare Empfehlung...

Die Inneneinrichtung gefällt mir sehr gut! Da hat sich jemand viel Mühe gegeben. Der Mango Lassi war sehr lecker🥭🍹

Ich möchte ein besonders positives Feedback hinterlassen! Wir besuchen diese Sushi-Bar regelmäßig, und heute war der Service sogar noch besser. Ein großes Dankeschön an unseren Kellner Anton! Wir haben gar nicht gemerkt, dass er schon so lange dort arbeitet – alles war so professionell und herzlich. Ausgezeichnete Menüempfehlungen, schneller Service und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Solche Mitarbeiter sind ein echter Glücksgriff. Ich kann sie jedem wärmstens empfehlen und wünsche Anton viel Erfolg und eine gute Karriere!

Ambiente ist sehr schön, auch im Sommer schöne schattige Tische draußen vorhanden. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und stets verfügbar. Das Essen war gut. Ich hatte eine Pho Bo plus Mango Lassi. Essen Note 2, weil mir etwas Gemüse-Einlage gefehlt hat. Auch war kein Chili oder extra Koriander separat beigelegt. Das Fleisch hingegen war gut und die Suppe geschmacklich gut. Ab hier entfernt, wegen eines Missverständnisses meinerseits beim Preis.

Ich bin während meines Besuchs in Potsdam zufällig in diesem Restaurant zu Mittag gegessen, weil es mir von außen so gut gefiel! Unerwarteterweise haben das vietnamesische Essen und das Sushi meine Erwartungen übertroffen! Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Vielen Dank für den schönen Tag!

War jetzt bei KOI Sushi, Grill & Soup und echt positiv überrascht. Das Essen war frisch, schön angerichtet und geschmacklich richtig gut. Besonders die Kombination aus Sushi und warmen asiatischen Gerichten gefällt mir, weil man viel Auswahl hat. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, und die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und gemütlich. Perfekt für ein entspanntes Abendessen mit Freunden oder zu zweit. Preis-Leistung fand ich ebenfalls fair. Komme gerne wieder!

Wir waren zu fünft und wurden zunächst sehr unfreundlich empfangen. Da wir uns nichts vormachen wollten, haben wir es trotzdem versucht. Folgendes ist passiert: 1. Als wir freundlich fragten, ob wir einen weiteren Tisch dazubekommen könnten, da bereits ein Vierertisch besetzt war, wurde uns dies verweigert und wir sollten uns getrennt hinsetzen (wirklich?!). 2. Dann wurden wir an verschiedene Plätze gesetzt (obwohl das Restaurant fast leer war). 3. Die Kellnerin kam direkt, nachdem wir Platz genommen hatten, und fragte nach unserer Bestellung – wir hatten noch nicht einmal die erste Seite der Speisekarte gelesen. 4. Wir baten um Empfehlungen, woraufhin sie nur meinte: „Keine Ahnung, egal, suchen Sie sich was aus, nicht ich.“ 5. Sie brachten die falschen Gerichte, und als wir sie korrigierten, warf sie uns vor, falsch bestellt zu haben, obwohl sie den Fehler gemacht hatten. 6. Das Essen war absolut geschmacklos und unterdurchschnittlich. Ich würde sagen, dass andere Gäste nicht so behandelt wurden wie wir, obwohl wir Deutsch sprechen (vielleicht sind wir aber nicht blond genug, um richtig bedient zu werden ;) ). Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, unterhielten uns mit anderen Gästen, gaben Empfehlungen und plauderten sehr nett mit ihnen. Die Preise spiegeln die Qualität des Essens definitiv nicht wider. Wir haben über 100 Euro für ein unterdurchschnittliches Erlebnis bezahlt. Nie wieder! :(

Ein ordentliches Sushi-Restaurant, die vietnamesischen Gerichte hingegen waren etwas enttäuschend. Die Teriyaki-Sauce schmeckte recht einfach und eindimensional, mit nur wenigen Gemüsesorten, und war mir persönlich zu süß. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, daran gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Die Atmosphäre war insgesamt angenehm, gemütlich, aber nichts Besonderes. Das Sushi hingegen war frisch und wirklich lecker und definitiv das Highlight des Essens.

Seitan in einer Erdnuss-Kokos Sauce - ein vegetarisches Gericht mit Tiefgang. Auch die anderen Speisen waren geschmacklich sehr gut abgeschmeckt. Eine hervorragende Küche, die uns sicherlich zu regelmäßigen Ausflügen animieren wird.

Ich gehe immer mit meiner besten Freundin hier essen, weil es ein Erlebnis ist und wir bei tollem Essen auch gemütlich sitzen und quatschen können.

Das Rinderfilet war definitiv keines. Bestenfalls Huftsteak, mechanisch bearbeitet. Ich kläre dies immer vor Ort, manchmal hat man aber Gäste und möchte diese nicht damit konfigurieren.

Alles war super, wir haben nicht mal 5 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet. Und die Gerichte waren auch total lecker! Danke:)

Delicious Vietnamese food in large portions, cozy Asian atmosphere

Alex is being renovated. Craving Asian food. Stopped in on a whim. It was perfect. Quick, friendly, tasty.

I saw a Japanese restaurant listed online, so I went there. But apart from sushi, there was nothing else Japanese on the menu, just the usual dishes I'm familiar with from Vietnamese restaurants. Therefore, I don't understand why it's known as a Japanese restaurant. The food tasted good, but unfortunately, it was only lukewarm, including the rice. The service was very friendly. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, especially the toilet, which was shockingly dirty. Although I didn't notice any unpleasant smells while I was there, my clothes smelled of old cooking oil/fat; I only noticed the smell when I got home. Apparently, the place wasn't well ventilated. Unfortunately, I also didn't receive a bill. Laundry?? After I responded, I was told: "If it's detrimental to you not to issue a bill, then issue one." I wasn't even shown the breakdown of the items, just told the total amount.

Friendly welcome, good service, and delicious food. The menu is varied and the price-performance ratio is reasonable. The table by the aquarium was really nice.

The best sushi we've ever eaten! We've been to many restaurants, but the sushi here is truly perfect (especially the crunchy sushi), as are the salmon dishes! Highly recommended. The only thing that could be improved is the restrooms, which are sometimes very dirty, dark, and broken. The service is super friendly and attentive!

The sushi offers excellent value for money, and the menu features a well-balanced mix of appetizers, bowls, and other special dishes. The sushi set menus and platters are well-chosen, a good size, and attractively priced. There's also a separate lunch and daytime menu, perfect for a light meal. Great restaurant! Great team!

Amazing food in Potsdam. The menu is quite nice, it has tons of options, and one may think that’s a bad thing but everything we tried was very very tasty. Also the waitresses spoke English well enough to help us. I’d definitely recommend it, specially the salmon dishes!

We ordered food, so I can't comment on the atmosphere. The problem is that we ordered at 6:30 pm, but according to the receipt, it left the restaurant at 6:13 pm. However, it didn't arrive until 7:25 pm. Consequently, it wasn't really hot anymore. The food itself was good, but considering the price plus delivery fees, I can't recommend ordering from there.

We got a table for two people without a reservation. We opted for a sushi platter, which we added ourselves. The ambiance surprised us a lot, as it seemed rather unassuming from the outside. The food was good, but we now have a lot to compare it to. Accordingly, we think there's room for improvement in terms of taste. We would have liked to see the staff not only when ordering and paying, but also during our visit so we could provide feedback, requests, etc. Nevertheless, I can recommend the restaurant. If I didn't have a comparison, I would give it 4-5 stars.

A very cozy, small, and warm restaurant! You feel welcome as soon as you walk through the sliding doors. The staff immediately greeted us with a smile, and the young woman who served us was extremely friendly. We were seated quickly, and when I asked for a menu in our language, I thankfully received a hearty "Yes!" 🥰❤️ The food was simply spectacular—fresh, delicious, and full of flavor! Without a doubt, this would be my favorite place if I lived nearby. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

The most delicious Vietnamese food so far! It was more of a coincidence that we discovered this restaurant while passing through Berlin. Since there were six of us, we were able to try a variety of dishes. The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and lovingly served. The service was very friendly. A definite recommendation! Great, friendly service! We walked in and a waitress walked towards us with a large wooden boat with sushi on it. Our 7-year-old daughter, of course, loved it and was delighted. The team was so attentive that they also placed our small order on one of those boats to make her happy. Apart from that, the quality was excellent. I haven't had such well-cooked tempura batter in a long time. Thanks for that.

We are very satisfied with the KOI Sushi Restaurant. We have ordered and eaten there a few times. The food has always been delicious, served relatively quickly, and the staff has always been very attentive.

I visited KOI Sushi, Grill & Soup in Potsdam and was pleasantly surprised overall. The restaurant has a modern and stylish feel, and as soon as I entered, I had the feeling that great emphasis is placed on atmosphere and quality. I was really impressed by the menu – it offers a great mix of classic and creative dishes from Japanese and Southeast Asian cuisine. I could hardly decide: fresh sushi, aromatic soups, grilled meat dishes, and also many vegetarian and vegan options – there's something for everyone here. Price-wise, KOI is mid-range, which I think is absolutely fair for Potsdam – especially considering the high-quality ingredients and the beautifully presented plates. My sushi was freshly prepared and flavorful. The curry I tried was also well-seasoned and balanced. I was particularly pleased that the meat (in my case, beef) was perfectly cooked – unfortunately, that's not a given everywhere. I think KOI is a good place if you're looking for Asian food in a modern setting. There are certainly a few things that could be improved, but overall I had a very pleasant visit and would definitely come back.

I was truly impressed by Koi Sushi and Grill in Potsdam! The quality of the sushi is outstanding – the fish tastes fresh and is presented very attractively. The special rolls are a particular highlight and demonstrate the attention to detail. The hot grilled dishes are also excellent and a great addition to the large sushi selection. The ambiance is modern, stylish, yet cozy – you immediately feel at home. The staff was attentive, friendly, and quickly accommodated all requests. I also think the price is absolutely fair for the quality offered. For me, this is one of the best sushi restaurants in Potsdam – I will definitely be back and can recommend it to anyone who loves sushi!

We discovered this place by chance while passing through Potsdam. Despite the small space, it's very cozy and pleasant. The food is excellent. The homemade lemonades are great—not too sweet and not too sour. We ordered tempura sushi—the filling was very moist. The service was fast.

Here, you can dine under a deceptively lifelike cherry blossom tree in a wonderful ambiance that's second to none. The menu is impressive; it took me twice as long to decide as it did to wait. It's beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. I especially recommend the house lemonade. And I definitely have to come back.

We had to wait more than ten minutes before a staff member came to our table and took our orders. After a long wait, the appetizers arrived, but one soup was also forgotten. There was still no sign of drinks. The sushi was mediocre, and the crispy duck wasn't crispy at all. By the end of the evening, our clothes smelled strongly of the kitchen.

A great restaurant for anyone in Potsdam who loves Asian cuisine and good sushi. In my opinion, it's even better than the local competition on the other side of Brandenburg. I wouldn't actually recommend going here (but only to avoid reservation issues next time) 😄

Really, really delicious, no matter what you order. The only downside is that, even with a reservation, they ask you to sit at the front of the aisle. That's a bit unkind, especially when you know you've reserved ahead of time. I always enjoy coming here!

I accidentally saw this restaurant when I went to Potsdam. After 20 days in Europe, I finally got to eat Vietnamese food. I was so happy I wanted to cry. The restaurant is delicious and the decor is super nice (there are few restaurants in Germany that have decor as nice as this one). The food and service are high-class but the price is very affordable. I recommend that you stop by and try it once when traveling to Potsdam.
