A very nice atmosphere with friendly waiters. It's very relaxed and pleasant to sit here. For reasonable prices, you get really delicious food. Definitely worth a visit in this price range. We'll definitely be back.

We were there on a Saturday around 9:30 pm, without a reservation. We were politely informed that we needed to pay by 10 pm, but that we were welcome to order more and eat at our leisure. We finished around 10:30 pm and were given a friendly send-off. I have to say, it was simply a wonderful and cozy place, with friendly staff and delicious food. We'll be back! ❤️

One of the best asuan resurants in potsdam with the most fresh sushi,the prices are quite higher in comparison to other Asian ones in Berlin and potsdam, but it worth it,the food quality is so high .the only negative point is they accept cash if your order is below 30 Euros

We finally had lunch there after a long time. I can only say positive things about the restaurant and the food, which was simply delicious! 😁 The fresh juices they serve are just fantastic. 😋😋 All in all, a great lunch with a starter, main course, and dessert, including ice cream! A particular highlight was the coffee ☕️. Superb! ☺️☺️ A wonderful experience with excellent service and atmosphere. We're already looking forward to our next visit! 😊😊 Highly recommended!

I ate there once (glass noodle salad), and once I picked up sushi. I found both incredibly delicious, and the sushi contained a lot of fish. The atmosphere was lovely and the service was friendly.

I've been eating at this restaurant for several years and have even organized large group gatherings there twice. Always fond memories. Today, for the first time since I ordered food, I felt completely unwelcome. The lady taking the order was very impatient. My first impression was that she warned me in a very strange tone: "Cash only!" Then, before I had finished telling her the full name of the dish, she interrupted me, seeming very annoyed, and said, "Just tell me the numbers!" Almost like an order. I was shocked, but felt I might have overthought it. When the dish was served, however, I realized I had said "without cilantro." She looked at the plate with the cilantro and said again in her very impatient tone, "It's on top, just put it aside!" No, sorry, no explanation. Then I asked her why she was treating me so rudely. She said, "It's okay, it's okay." And she said she was too busy... I told her that wasn't okay, and she came back and said annoyingly, "Okay, sorry!" Afterward, the other lady I usually see at the restaurant saw me and greeted me. She also asked me if everything was okay. I asked her why the lady was being so rude to me. She told me it was probably too busy. Then the rude lady came back and tried to explain. Finally, she yelled at me and said, "Next time, just ask her, not me!" I don't know what happened to her. I'm sure I won't be coming back. I noticed that the lady had two faces: one smiling at some people, the other angry at others. It's awful. The food is good, and today I completely lost my appetite. I thanked the nice lady, but I didn't want to suffer there anymore.

The food here is super delicious and tastes fresh! The service itself is good, but at some point you get the feeling you're being asked to leave, even if you keep ordering something to eat or drink. The ambiance is also pleasant!

Super delicious, fresh, and high-quality food, served without a long wait. Friendly and attentive staff. The only downside: payment was cash only, which meant we had to make a long detour to the nearest ATM. Therefore, one star less in the "Service" category.

There's a large outdoor area and plenty of seating inside, making it a great place to chat. Service is fast, the atmosphere is pleasant, ordering is easy, and the food is served quickly.

The Mami Dang Bowl was really bad. It's served in cold bowls. There's no cow's milk alternative. It's a shame that the coconut lassi is also made with cow's milk.

Crispy duck with vegetables. Duck: Unfortunately, not crispy. And cooked all the way through. The snack bar can do that, too. At these prices, €16.90, I expect a little more in a restaurant than at a snack bar. I expected a pink duck breast inside and crispy on the outside, not mushy. The vegetables were probably fresh, but only probably. They were shredded and not crunchy. Also, some orientation was lacking. Something like cherry tomatoes or arugula. That might not be typically Asian, but just carrot strips, bean sprouts, and greens is boring. Second meal: glass noodle salad with chicken. The portion size was okay. But here, too, something like a well-seasoned sauce was missing. This was just snack bar quality. For three euros more, you can actually get a great taste experience at other Asian restaurants in Potsdam, like My Keng. NOTE: At My Keng, however, the drinks are quite expensive. HOWEVER: If you're going to take the time to visit a restaurant, you deserve a real dining experience. That's the case with other Asian restaurants, but not here.

We're repeat customers. We were very impressed on our last visit, three months ago. We were impressed by the quality of the food and the service. We wanted to see if it would be the same on our second visit. Whether the impression from the first visit would be confirmed. I can say... everything was 100% confirmed. Food was ok. Atmosphere was good but service can be better. After finishing the food we were still enjoying our beer and the waitress came requesting us to pay. She didn't even ask if we would like to have dessert or more drinks. This made us feel uncomfortable.

There are now a ton of really good Asian/Vietnamese restaurants in (East) Germany. However, this place was one of the "worse" ones. The curry was edible, but nothing more. Next time, I'll try a different dish.

Very tasty Vietnamese cuisine, beautifully presented, and a real treat for my taste buds! A lovely ambiance with a cozy feel to linger in. 😊 It's just a shame that a baked banana with honey and ice cream takes almost 30 minutes to arrive at the table, and what somewhat spoils the experience is sitting at the kitchen entrance, even though the swinging door opens and closes opposite! I know the staff are constantly coming and going, but the door issue could be resolved! We'd be happy to come back, though, as we really enjoyed the food!

Actually everything could be so good but a Vietnamese coffee should at least meet minimum requirements in a Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant. Very unfortunate!

Disgusting service, the staff doesn't speak German well. Ordered tea, asked for one or two, said one, brought two and tried to cram it in. Extremely rude and unfriendly staff. If you want to be rude and show your displeasure, this is the place to do it

The food was very tasty, reasonably priced. The staff was friendly, although very reserved and sometimes we had to wait a long time. Unfortunately, it was sometimes very drafty in the large restaurant. The clean toilets can be reached in the basement via a narrow staircase.

Mami Dang is simply fantastic! The menu quality is first class – fresh ingredients, perfectly prepared dishes and beautifully presented plates. The service is incredibly friendly and attentive, you immediately feel at home. The sushi plates, which are always made with great attention to detail, are particularly recommended. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also pleasant and inviting. Definitely one of the best sushi restaurants in the area for me. I always enjoy coming back!

Unfortunately our reservation for 8 people was simply canceled 15 minutes before the reservation. When we called we were told that they were full and that our table was unfortunately occupied. Unfortunately that's not possible because we had already reserved a few weeks in advance.

Nice ambience, good service, but the food can be improved. Maybe the cook was sick, I don't know. But the soup had no taste, everything tasted bland, without love. The Korean noodle dish had an oily, oily aftertaste and the beef was tough. It's a shame, price performance is inadequate. Only the mango shake was tasty and worthy of the price.

The service was friendly and the food started off as promising, gyozas were super tasty but it went downhill from there. Teriyaki salmon is served in a very strange way and was honestly tasteless, lack of salt or any flavour for that matter. My wife's dish was also the same, burger and fries really disappointing and tasteless. Probably won't be back.

Good restaurant with a variety of dishes. My coconut soup (with tofu) was very delicious, but some of the vegetables were very roughly chopped. That's why the soup wasn't so easy to eat. Super friendly service!

Like all of Mr. Dang's restaurants, it's simply great. Great food once you've decided - the menu has so many delicacies to offer and very nice service.

Conclusion: Very good food at fair prices! Definitely a recommendation. The food is of very good quality and absolutely top value for money. I ordered tempura and I have to say clearly: I have never eaten such good tempura. The service is very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere of the restaurant is modern and very clean. I would definitely like to come back and can recommend the restaurant without hesitation.
