Mein Lieblingsrestaurant in Potsdam. Das beste Sushi was ich je gegessen habe. Ente ist auch sehr gut. Nette Bedienung, sehr guter service (kriege beim warten auf eine abholung immer einen Drink spendiert). Ich wünschte sie hätten lieferservice, dann würde ich hier auch öfter bestellen.

Eines meiner Lieblingsrestaurants in Potsdam. Alles frisch zubereitet und sehr schmackhaft. Klare Empfehlung!

Ein wirklich ausgefallenes Restaurant in der City, Top Qualität und frische Zutaten, einwandfreier Service, sehr schönes Ambiente mit offener Küche und einem stylischen Sanitärbereich ohnes gleichen....!

Immer wieder ein Genuss!!! Großartige Qualität, lecker zubereitetes Essen. Ziemlich reichhaltige Portionen. Auch ohne Reservierung haben wir bisher immer einen Platz bekommen.

Mit Abstand das beste Sushi, was ich kenne!

Ein kleines gemütliches Restaurant, mitten in einer Fußgängerzone. Trotz Straßensanierung geöffnet. Nettes und freundliches Personal. Sofort Plätze bekommen. Schöne selbstgemachte Limonaden, gut dekoriert und schmackhaft. Das Essen ist anders als in den anderen Restaurants. Gut gewürzt und auch reichlich. Haben es genossen. Beim nächsten Besuch von Potsdam sind wir wieder hier.

Wir können es wärmstens empfehlen. Unglaubliche Aromen. Riesige Portionen. Diese Küche ist wirklich einen Versuch wert.

Das Essen ist köstlich, aber freitagabends rennen die Kellner alle fünf Minuten herum und fragen, ob wir fertig sind. Es ist laut und unangenehm. Man kann sich kaum unterhalten.

Was für eine tolle Überraschung. Danke für das sehr leckere Abendessen. Es war perfekt.

Wie immer fühlten wir uns willkommen und das Essen ist sehr gut. Es ist ein Muss für uns, dort zu speisen, wenn wir in Potsdam sind. Danke an die Crew Leider ist der Außenbereich durch die gefühlt nie endenden Bauarbeiten eingeschränkt.

Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend, qualitativ top und dafür ist das Preisleistungsverhältniss super. Die Bedienung war auch sehr nett und aufmerksam. Klare Empfehlung.

Leider ist die Location etwas in die Tage gekommen. Speziell die Möbel sollten Mal erneuert werden. Sonst super.

Absolut zu empfehlen, aber nur bis vier Personen. Alles darüber funktioniert nur mit Wartezeit, zumindest in der kalten Jahreshälfte, da man keine Plätze reservieren kann. Das ist der einzige Kritikpunkt, sonst war alles perfekt.

Traumhaftes Essen und gute Bedienung

Speisen und Getränke wie erwartet und gewünscht, war lecker und reichhaltig. Gerne wieder! Speisekarte mit Fotos, könnte mal wieder von innen gereinigt werden.

Wir waren zu zweit dort essen. Das Essen war ein Hochgenuss. Bedauerlicherweise hat uns die Bedienung jedoch in eine ungenehme Situation gebracht. Während wir noch am Essen waren, wurden wir unterbrochen und gebeten, den Tisch zu wechseln, damit dieser für eine Gruppe von sechs Personen verwendet werden konnte. Das erschien uns nicht gut organisiert. Wir haben direkt gesagt, dass wir das ärgerlich finden. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass unser Wunsch ignoriert wurde, wobei die Kellnerin sofort wegging, um sich um den anderen Tisch zu kümmern. Bei der Verabschiedung ist sie nicht darauf eingegangen, dass wir uns geärgert haben. Der Service entspricht nicht dem eines hochwertigen Restaurants.

Essen ausgezeichnet, bester Service gerne wieder

Kleines, aber feines Restaurant. Authentische, vietnamesische und sehr frische Speisen. Sushi wurde frisch zubereitet, der Fisch dazu lag in der Auslage auf Eis. Obwohl es Sushi gab, ist es für mich kein reines Sushi-Restaurant. Die übliche knusprige Ente, die es ja in jedem fernöstlichen Restaurant gibt, war hier eine rosa gebratene Entenbrust. Frisches Gemüse und feine Gewürze rundeten das Gericht ab. Live Cooking ist schön zum Zuschauen. Schade, dass wir nur einen Tag hier waren, dort wären wir gerne öfter hingegangen.

Sehr trendiges und sauberes Restaurant mit freundlichem Personal. Das Essen war sehr lecker, frisch und von sehr guter Qualität. Der Minz,Ingwer Tee war hervorragend. Die Fischsuppe war sehr lecker mit echten Tigergarnelen . Die Ente war auf dem Punkt rosa gebraten und kross mit frischen Pilzen und leckeren Reisnudeln. Da lohnt sich auch ein Besuch aus Berlin.

Herausragend! Ganz kleines Lokal. Mit Glück und etwas warten bekommt man einen Platz Essen wurde frisch zubereitet in der offenen Küche.

I'm a native Berliner and I'm constantly reminded that there's no better Asian restaurant in Berlin or the surrounding area. The service was absolutely top-notch on our visit today. The food is divine. Admittedly, I always order the duck here, as I believe you can't find such perfectly prepared duck anywhere else. The duck is as tender as a steak. It's always worth a visit, whether with family or for a date. Thank you to the team at my Keng, please keep up the great work so we can continue to enjoy your fantastic food for many years to come. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Soooo delicious. Whenever we're on holiday in Berlin or Potsdam, we always eat there.

Excellent food, super fresh, and a lovely place to sit. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. We love coming here.

We've been regulars here for several years and always enjoy coming back. They really do have the best sushi in Potsdam. Consistently excellent quality. The dishes are a bit more expensive, but you get top-quality food for your money.

Small, nice restaurant! It feels a bit pretentious! I find the tableware odd... Tea is served in soup bowls and the food comes on far too large plates (similar to a bathtub) that fill the entire table! The vegetables were raw, there was no apology, and I wasn't offered an alternative or a discount! Completely overpriced for the quality!! Not recommended! Pure smoke and mirrors! What a shame!

I've decided to change my rating of this place (from 5* to 1*) because I've been back again for the pho, which I've always enjoyed. Even though the price is higher than average, it's justified by the quantity and variety of meat they serve. This last time, I noticed that the veal ribs were missing from the dish, and they'd only served the minced meat. When I asked why this change, they simply said it depends on what they have on hand. I didn't like this at all (because, as I repeat, the reason I came here was the variety of meat served on the pho), considering that the price always remains the same when a dish is served cheaper, and plus, you have to let me know in advance if a dish is missing ingredients.

Best Vietnamese I love it there

I've been to My Keng several times, most recently yesterday. It's possible that the prices have always been at that level. However, at over €11 for two sake nigiri, I'm not comfortable with that. I would have wanted at least six nigiris, and spending €33 on them doesn't seem like realistic value for money. We went to another restaurant.

It's unfortunately very small inside, but comfortably furnished and has a small outdoor seating area. Unfortunately, everything outside was full, so I had to sit inside. The homemade lemonade was excellent, and the food was simply fantastic – fresh, delicious, and quickly prepared. The open kitchen allows you to watch the clean, fast cooking. Highly recommended!

Everything was good until we found rotten tomatoes in one our food. From there everything went wrongly. They basically ignored the fact that we found a moldy piece of tomato in our food. They did not even apologize or offered a replacement. We had to leave with one not finishing the food and still charged for it… that’s why 1 star to food and services.

Words are inadequate and can't even begin to describe this explosion of flavor (No. 129 Organic Salmon Teriyaki). The price for this dish is absolutely justified. The restaurant is unique and very clean. White tablecloths are changed when a guest leaves after their meal. The staff is attentive! Highly recommended!

We discovered the restaurant "My Keng" more or less "by chance" while strolling through the city center last weekend during our trip to Potsdam. We were drawn to the perfectly set tables with white tablecloths and fresh flowers...where else can you find something like that??? 👌😍 And we weren't disappointed by the food either; we were absolutely thrilled...super delicious sushi and a perfectly cooked salmon fillet on a bed of freshly prepared vegetables.... And finally, a big compliment to the very friendly and attentive staff 🙏💖 So we know where we'll be dining again on our next visit to Potsdam!!! 😋

I've been to this restaurant three times now and can only report positive things. The somewhat expensive dishes are justified, as the portions are generous, fresh, and the food is made with high-quality ingredients. The service is friendly and attentive, and the kitchen staff, who you can observe because the kitchen is open, are very welcoming and cook truly excellently. The ambiance is clean and harmonious. Since seating is extremely limited, reservations are not possible, but so far, even with up to five people this summer, I've always managed to get a seat without having to wait. From now on, this is my favorite Asian restaurant. 🤤

Lovingly and beautifully decorated (white tablecloths, fresh flowers, etc.), with friendly and attentive service. We felt very comfortable. The food was also delicious, the fish was very fresh and plentiful, and the plates were very attractive. The kitchen is open, which further inspires trust.

I ordered food for pickup. The food was ready quickly, the meat (duck) and the wontons were really good. The presentation was also very nice. However, the noodles, salad, and sauces were completely unsuitable. The sauces weren't my thing at all; they were too sour and bitter. I didn't understand why the salad was lukewarm between the noodles and meat, and I didn't think it was Asian-style either, as it consisted of tomatoes and arugula. I ate the meat and wontons (also because the sauce, thankfully, just sloshed around at the bottom like water), but with all due respect, I could only poke around in the salad and noodles a little. The starter and main course cost €40, so it wasn't cheap, and I ended up throwing away a good 50%. All in all, it was a bit of a disappointment, after all the positive reviews. The service wasn't friendly either, but it was also busy and very fast.

The ambiance was good as always, the service was very friendly and courteous, as well as attentive, and the food was delicious and plentiful. Only the prices seemed a bit overpriced for tourists. However, my baked roll (tempura) was also larger than elsewhere, so I couldn't even finish the maki. The drinks were also quite expensive.

One of the best restaurants in this area. Super clean and everything fresh. I think it's some of the best Vietnamese food I've ever had. The restaurant manager is cool. Unfortunately, there was a construction site right outside during our visit.

Every time I come to Potsdam, I visit this restaurant at least once; it's my absolute favorite! Very friendly and attentive service, a perfectly coordinated ambiance, and the food is of incredible quality!

Unfortunately, we can't and don't want to afford this restaurant anymore. The menu is very slimmed down, but the prices have risen considerably. Award-winning restaurants are only for the rich and famous. For years, "normal" people were welcome. Now they're relegated to the second, if not third, tier. It's a shame, but there are other Asian restaurants on Brandenburger Straße where the value for money and hospitality are good. I can't recommend my keng.

Therefore, it's not really a negative point. "Sushi for two" is especially recommended. A sufficient sushi platter for two people.

Potsdam is always worth a visit. While strolling through the pedestrian zone, you'll find this restaurant, among others, with a Gault Millaut rating! Stop in! Enjoy the selection and let the attentive and friendly staff serve you delicious dishes. Try the Igwer tea... This restaurant deserves its reputation! It should also be noted that you can order online and pick up on-site. Unfortunately, I have to revise my first impression somewhat. The quality of the food is still good, but unfortunately, it doesn't match the selection advertised on the menu (see photo). So check it out right away. You should also check the bill right away – there could be discrepancies between the bill and the credit card charge. Perhaps just an oversight, but we will avoid this restaurant in the future.

Very friendly service, I always enjoy going there. The portions are generous, but you can take them with you if you can't make it. The homemade drinks are also incredibly delicious.

My dad said we should eat at My Keng. And what can I say? Thank you Dad and thank you My Keng! I haven't eaten such incredibly delicious Vietnamese and Asian food in a long time. Everything was just really good. A clear recommendation: the Wan Tan Chien. Absolutely amazing as a starter. Then came the main courses and although expectations were already high, they were exceeded. Tender meat, crunchy vegetables and very tasty. And even though we were already stuffed, we had to try the baked bananas with vanilla ice cream. It was the right decision. The vanilla ice cream was simply incredibly good. Definitely try it. Thank you for this great food, the relaxed atmosphere and the very nice staff! We'll definitely be back!

The journey from Berlin to Potsdam is worth it. Unfortunately reservations are not possible. This means that you can expect some waiting time during peak times.

Had a spontaneous meal today. After a short wait, 5 people were quickly seated. The food came very quickly and was prepared with lots of good, fresh salads and vegetables. Extremely delicious. A portion of sushi will definitely fill you up here, as the rolls are large and the fish content is also very good. The duck was very pink, tender and juicy.

The atmosphere is modern and cozy, and the staff was very friendly and attentive right from the start. The menu offers a great selection of dishes – fresh, authentic and prepared with great attention to detail. The price-performance ratio is definitely right here. Excellent food in a lovely atmosphere and very courteous service. We were lucky with 6 people without a reservation - there was just one table left. Ate a mixed bag of pho, sushi and udon. Food is super fresh, large portions. Gladly again!

popped in for a cute little lunch, the food was so good. i got the mango salad, expecting a small portion with maybe a few pieces of salmon, but instead im treated with this massive plate of beautifully garnished salmon on top of the salad (picture doesn’t do it justice) highly recommended

The food is always flawless and a pleasure, but given the price it is reasonable to expect that. Visited several times over a somewhat longer period of time, unfortunately I don't like the change in ambience in terms of seating etc., it has always been a bit narrower but somehow it's getting worse and worse. Service is okay, nothing worth mentioning, so not mindblowing good or bad.

I was completely thrilled! The food was simply fantastic – fresh, aromatic and authentic. The service was extremely friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening or a special meal with friends or family. The price-performance ratio is marginal but still acceptable as the food tastes really good. We are here regularly and will definitely come back! A real highlight for all lovers of Asian cuisine. Food was great.....it tasted very good..... Duck was crispy...starters really too expensive...so you just order the main course. At 24 € it's already a good price... Ambiente seats are broken and very hard and uncomfortable... perhaps spice up with cozy cushions. The kitchen is cleaned... with gloves and lemons are then cut with these... Wow, that's not possible

Number 61 (the duck) is the best I have ever eaten. You just have to be here for that!
