Very old sushi-Dry and all food have bad quality,not worth to go

We had to wait 2.5 hours for delivery and then the order wasn't even complete. In addition, the man on the phone was so unfriendly and refused any communication. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend it.

Placed a large order today and unfortunately was deeply disappointed. Some of the rice was still uncooked, everything was already cold and totally unappetizing. Unfortunately not recommended at all!

I ordered late Monday evening. Everything was absolutely fresh: the rice tasted like it had just been cooked, and the fish in the sashimi smelled like fresh fish, not like the fridge. Dragon Salmon – an extraordinary roll that I have never tried anywhere else, very tasty. A special thank you for the free sauces!

We ordered just before 10 p.m. It arrived at around 11pm. Just by looking at it you could tell that the sushi was old. Unfortunately the rice wasn't cooked through either. At first you couldn't reach anyone by phone, but when someone answered you, no solution-oriented action was taken. More like a statement like “I can send you rice so you can see that it is fresh.” After a long back and forth, the seller agreed to deliver again. This lasted until 12:30 a.m. We waited almost 3 hours for our food and in the end we lost our appetite. We will definitely not order there again, do yourself a favor and don't do it. You notice the difference to other providers.

the fried sushi is too greasy and doesn't taste as fresh. the inside out rolls not so well. but the sauces are ok

Ordered over 60 pieces of sushi and the rice for all of them was dry and hard. I find it absolutely not right. And too late at that.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Despite problems with the delivery service, the employees were very friendly to me on the phone and answered my (annoying) questions nicely! The food is also really, really tasty! Next time I'll order via the website or by phone! 🙈 Many thanks again to the nice gentleman on the phone!

I ate there for the first time today. The sushi was poorly rolled, the fried sushi tasted like fry fat and the soy sauce tasted like wasabi. Really never had such bad sushi. Get a real sushi chef!! 2 stars because the price for sushi is ok but the taste was a 1/10 even though I was hungry

Ordered from the store at ten in the evening on Sunday and just waited there. The food was ready within 5 minutes and I still got a 30 percent discount by picking it up! Very tasty sushi with lots of salmon. Definitely try the avocado peanut rolls, a strange but good combination :)

Disastrous store! You order extra early for a set period and they manage to deliver the order an hour after the period and 3.5 hours after ordering!! The food itself is also below average at best. Never again.

Sashimi was of good (not the highest) quality. It was very tasty and reasonable for the price. The kimchi soup was also very good, delicious spices and the spiciness was appropriate.

We ordered here for self-collection for the first time today. Both visually and taste-wise it was A1. The Family Box is varied, the rolls are super well filled (somewhere else you have so much rice) and the preparation only took 20 minutes. We will order again! Clear recommendation!

Ordered at 6 p.m. received at 8 p.m., the reason was the rain. That's why the supplier was on the road "a little" longer in the car.

Unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience with Sushi Pearl today. We placed our order and, after waiting for over two hours, asked by phone when we could expect delivery. To our surprise, we were treated extremely rudely on the phone. The customer service was unacceptable and unprofessional. Instead of an apology or clear information about when our food would arrive, we were brushed off disrespectfully. Finally we decided to cancel our order. Due to this experience, we unfortunately cannot recommend the service from Sushi Perle. Friendliness and professionalism should be a given, especially in customer service. There was a complete failure here. Treating customers like this is simply an outrage. We hope the company rethinks its processes and training so that other customers are spared such negative experiences.

Good service and good food at a good price

Never again ! I ordered a Tom Kha Gai soup that tasted cold and simply bland. Plus there wasn't a piece of chicken in it! And the sushi is so tasteless that you could eat cardboard like that and it would taste the same but be much cheaper!!

Food neither looked appetizing nor tasted delicious, food was served cold after 2 hours of waiting and was not fresh, I also felt extremely sick and I won't order it a second time

Unfortunately the rice wasn't fully cooked & the fish didn't taste fresh

We ordered by phone due to a technical problem with the Lieferando app. The employee was very friendly and accommodating. The delivery was very fast. And that on a Friday evening. We ordered the pearl menu. The entire contents of the box were very tasty. There was nothing to complain about. We also had kimchi soup. It was okay, but nothing special either. Overall we were very satisfied and will order there again.

Waited 2 hours for the order and it doesn't just taste naughty either

The sushi was very unappetizing and didn't taste fresh. Way too much rice, which was dry and the fish smelled very bad. Do yourself a favor and don't order there!!!!!! HANDS OFF THE OLD FISH!!

We have ordered here 3 times in the last few weeks alone. The sushi tastes great and fresh, the rice is deliciously aromatic and spicy and the miso soup is full of umami. We ordered the vegan menu particularly often and were particularly enthusiastic about the avocado nigiri. We are happy to continue ordering from you!

2 hrs after ordering, no update and dont even pick up the phone. Update 06.02.2024: They have definitely improved their services, last few orders have gone smoothly and food is definitely worth it.

I was a regular customer but will never order here again. Every time you enter the store you have to wait at least 1-5 minutes for someone to come to the front from the kitchen, even though you will be looked at several times during this time. You are neither greeted nor shown any other gesture that you will be served immediately. Today the counter was full of invoices and orders that were looked at but not processed in any order or order. After I wanted to pick up my food about 40 minutes after ordering, my receipt was found after a few minutes amidst a lot of paperwork, but nothing had been prepared. I was then told to wait until my food was prepared, which I of course refused. After experiencing that and seeing someone in the kitchen with no socks on and walking around in sandals preparing food, I won't come back here again. Absolute disappointment.

We needed food for a Japanese-style event and placed a large order for pickup. And everyone really enjoyed it and no one had any complaints, everything was fresh and deliciously prepared. We took over some of the decoration as well as the panels in the photo. Overall it was really good and we can only recommend it and will also order there in the future.

Wir haben Essen bestellt. Nach der tollen Onlinekarte war die Erwartung an das Sushi hoch. Für den Preis war das Sushi nur okay. Im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants kann es nicht mithalten. Ich würde nicht noch einmal dort Sushi bestellen.

Ich kann dieses Restaurant jedem Sushi-Liebhaber empfehlen. Einfach klasse

Essen ist an sich frisch, aber wir stank das vegane Sushi nach Frittierfett. Also sehr unangenehm. Aber der Preis mit 2 für 1 war mega. Erdnuss sauce ist lecker. Standardmäßig gibt es mayo und soja sauce dazu. Das mit der Mayo zu Sushi verstehe ich allerdings nicht.

Ich habe hier online bestellt und sie waren super zuvorkommend. Wir haben extra einen Anruf bekommen - da wir vegan bestellt hatten haben sie sich erkundigt welche Saucen wir wollen. Sie haben echt super vegane Optionen<3

Das Sushi ist schon lecker, aber die Lieferzeit ist echt eine Unverschämtheit! Die letzten Male habe ich ca. 50 Minuten gewartet, ist noch grenzwertig ok. Aber jetzt waren es einfach 75 Minuten?! Ich wohne knapp 10 min mit dem Auto weg?! Da ist man ja schon verhungert, bevor es überhaupt ankommt…

Ich hatte bei Sushi Perle zum Abholen bestellt und war so begeistert von dem Essen - alles war frisch & lecker zubereitet, die Frühlingsrollen waren der Hit und ich durfte mir sogar noch ein Getränk aufs Haus mitnehmen. Hier komme ich jetzt gerne öfters hin!

Gestern zum ersten Mal bei Sushi Perle bestellt, California Menü 32 Stück und crunchy Ente Roll 8 Stück und total begeistert. Beide Sorten sehr lecker, vor allem die noch warmen crunchy roll. Und das Wasabi ist auch nicht ohne, hat ganz schön Dampf, aber auch sehr lecker. Alles in allem sehr gutes Sushi, macht weiter so, uns habt ihr als Kunden gewonnen. 😉

Sehr sehr nettes Personal, man wird hier direkt mit einem Lächeln empfangen. Das Sushi schmeckt mega gut und man hat viel Auswahl. Ich kann nur jedem Sushi Liebhaber den Laden weiter empfehlen !

Von Ambiente kann ich nichts sagen da ich es bestellt habe aber es war für die späte Uhrzeit alles frisch und richtig lecker Das Essen war früher geliefert als angegeben und so üppig dass ich es nicht mal alles aufessen kann. Sehr lecker
