Sashimi Sushi in Hamburg

I rated this store 5 stars over a year ago. Since you don't have the opportunity to leave a second review, I'm editing my first review and would prefer to rate this shop with 100 stars and recommend Semester Sushi to EVERYONE! We have been regular customers for over a year and are always surprised at how fast and friendly the employees are. The quality of sushi is absolutely top notch. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Thank you for always delivering to us in a friendly and timely manner, despite the huge construction site in front of our house. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Merci

Die angehobenen Preise entsprechen nicht immer der angeblich guten Qualität vom Einkauf im Großmarkt oder bei Penny. Einzig und allein ist der Wein dort etwas günstiger, daher gehen oft Gäste nur zum Trinken in das Restaurant. Sehr verwunderlich ist auch immer die Frage nach einer Barzahlung angeblich wegen hoher kartengebühren. Wenn man die schmuddelige Schürze vom Chef betrachtet und das total verschmutzte Terrassendach bekommt man eine Vorahnung was in der Küche passiert. Leider spricht nur ein schläfriger Kellner etwas deutsch alle anderen nur unverständliches Kauderwelsch bis auf Geld

Finally a place to eat halal sushi in the Süderelbe area. And not just sushi, also other Asian dishes AND burgers. Splendid. A shop made for us. The kids like burgers and fries, we like sushi and fried noodles. Meal for 3 people including drinks was just under €50. Can't complain and the food was delicious. Thank you for the friendly service. We'll be back. :-) ….and bring friends with you.

Very nice hosts in a quiet atmosphere. The food was fantastic. Highly recommended !!

Ordered sushi there for the first time today. The delivery was very quick and the delivery person was very friendly. 👍 The sushi rice tasted good. Unfortunately, I was hoping that the gyoza would be steamed. Instead they were fried. But they were still hot upon arrival 👍 Unfortunately, the salmon (nigiri + maki) tasted very watery. Also the flambéed salmon. This indicates either poor quality or a poor method of defrosting.
