Sashimi Sushi in Hamburg

Danger! If you want to eat sushi on site, your only choice of drinks is water, cola and Fanta... no beer, no wine... no alcoholic drinks at all. I find something like that a bit strange and, above all, I haven't read or seen anything about it on the website. I don't know about the other branches, so we were very surprised. Maybe that's why we were the only guests there on Saturday at 6:30 p.m.... we lost some time and ended up going to Bergedorf. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the restaurant, but everything else was clean and the staff were still very friendly. That's why I give you 2 stars without rating the quality of the sushi.

Finally a place to eat halal sushi in the Süderelbe area. And not just sushi, also other Asian dishes AND burgers. Splendid. A shop made for us. The kids like burgers and fries, we like sushi and fried noodles. Meal for 3 people including drinks was just under €50. Can't complain and the food was delicious. Thank you for the friendly service. We'll be back. :-) ….and bring friends with you.

Since you don't have the opportunity to leave a second review, I'm editing my first review and would prefer to rate this shop with 100 stars and recommend Semester Sushi to EVERYONE! We have been regular customers for over a year and are always surprised at how fast and friendly the employees are. The quality of sushi is absolutely top notch. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Thank you for always delivering to us in a friendly and timely manner, despite the huge construction site in front of our house. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Merci

Actually my absolute favorite sushi shop. But currently it's difficult to find out when they're open. We always get the ghost menu and are always thrilled.
