Sehr gutes Sushi. Die Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir hatten die Sushi Platte für 2 inklusive Salat und dazu Frühlingsrollen. Am Ende waren wir satt und zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich kann diesen Ort nur empfehlen, nicht nur, weil die Sushi sehr lecker ist, sondern auch noch sehr schön serviert wird.

We simply asked if there was a table available, and your response was so rude, even though there clearly were some free. I have no problem being told no and going somewhere else, even though this has been my favorite sushi restaurant for five years. But you can be polite, can't you? Did I force you to work there?! We were all waitresses, and politeness was paramount in the job; it's not that complicated.

We love coming here again and again – the sushi is simply top-notch! Excellent quality, everything is fresh, delicious, and also a visual highlight. You can immediately tell that the work here is done with love and skill. We were there on a Monday this time – nice and relaxed, not too crowded. On Fridays or Saturdays, it can get a bit louder when lots of people are chatting – but that's part of Hamburg 😉 The main thing is that the sushi is good – and it is every time! Absolutely fair value: not cheap, but completely justified for the quality and service. The team is always friendly and attentive – you just feel at home. A clear recommendation – we'll definitely be back!

We always enjoy coming here. The team is incredibly accommodating and very customer-focused. The food is fantastic. The sushi rolls are a very good size and taste wonderful. Our daughter has also tried the other dishes several times and was delighted. We thank you and look forward to being guests again soon.

Delicious sushi. However, rather “Germanized”. Nice staff. Soups and sauces don't suit my taste. Edit: 03/2025 the soups are now very tasty. Service has decreased. Seemed a bit inattentive during our visit.

Really delicious, really good, really Asia We had a great dinner at the EchtAsien restaurant. The soup for the starter consisted of a rich broth with meat. So far, so good. When we then ordered the sushi platter for two people, we were blown away. The salmon fillet and the tuna fillet were super tender. The sushi was very balanced and really delicious. The wasabi paste was really spicy (not your run-of-the-mill wasabi). For dessert, we had homemade coconut ice cream, which also completely won us over. So all in all, good and tasty food at a fair price. Thanks, EchtAsien

Here you always had the best grilled tofu in all of Hamburg. I ate it for years. And now? New chef and the dish is just bad. Unseasoned, mushy vegetables and unpleasant sauce. In addition, everything has become much more expensive. It's a shame, but that was the last time I was here. A disappointment. Since the other dishes were good, two stars overall.

I stumbled upon this place by chance and immediately discovered a new favorite restaurant. A fantastic sushi restaurant with fantastic, friendly service—you can't ask for more.

One of the restaurants with mostly very good sushi. Unfortunately, it's quite popular and therefore busy. Therefore, a table reservation is advisable during normal times. The restaurant is discreetly decorated. A little dated here and there. The advantage: Even when it's full, it's bearably loud. The service is fast, friendly, and helpful. If you want to pick up an order and can't or don't want to wait outside, you'll end up standing in the way of the server for a bit. There are lots of great rolls and other sushi. Some are a bit lacking: the tempura shrimp was made with too much mediocre batter, which then soaked up a lot of fat. And the spicy tuna tempura roll with warm tuna tartar tastes a bit like meatballs. But these are just a few lowlights that don't spoil the rest.

Very tasty sushi, for one thing, and an insider tip is the fried salmon with fresh seasonal vegetables and rice in a savory teriyaki sauce. The service is always attentive, although on the last two visits, there was a relatively long wait for service and at least one item was forgotten. However, the food is very tasty, so you can overlook such minor gaffes. Definitely a recommendation!

We're so glad we went to you this evening. The young man who served us was the hero of the evening for us. He did an excellent job creating the Sunshine menu for two people and also added karaage since my wife isn't exactly a sushi fan, but he packaged it really well for her with duck and other delicacies. Echtasia in Alsterdorf offers a great selection of sushi with excellent quality ingredients. The house wine is excellent and the friendly, courteous staff ensure a pleasant atmosphere. All in all a great experience. Gladly again!

Disappointing. The ambiance was quite charming, but it's inexplicable how you could have upholstery with huge tears in the back that hasn't been repaired long ago. Service: Only two employees in the shop serving. Forgot wine with the meal. Not even a quick question if you wanted anything else. You constantly had to call one of the ladies to your table if you wanted anything else. And when you paid, they just gave you a half-ass goodbye and quickly left. Food: Good, but not great, especially not for the prices. Sushi around €15 per person. With drinks and dessert, we came to €100. The price/performance ratio is completely out of whack. You don't need to go back; there are better places nearby.

Very high quality sushi, really tasty and of good quality. The service was attentive and friendly. One star deducted for the exorbitantly exorbitant drinks prices. €6 for a large cola poured from a plastic bottle is audacious. For the price I expect a gas bottle.

The three of us were at the Echtasian before a concert and we were super happy! We were at the restaurant in time for the late opening at 5:00 p.m. and therefore we didn't have to wait! The service, especially the waiter, was top, he made us feel very comfortable! We chose the Sunrise platter for 3 people. And it really tasted delicious and I can really recommend it! The selection of sushi was good and there was something for everyone. The homemade sauce was unanimously a highlight. Luckily, this was also included in the salad that was served with the sunrise platter. It was delicious and went great with it too! Overall, we have decided to come back for the next concert at the latest! And we're looking forward to it!

I've been a customer for 10 years, but a lot has happened since then. Unfortunately, the quality and especially the taste has deteriorated significantly. The mouthfeel of the white and black sesame, for example, is also strange and the ginger has become noticeably woodier. The Lady Crazy roll has been changed and now tastes almost exclusively of cucumber. The pickled salmon is almost completely overloaded by the cucumber. Both waitresses were very friendly and approachable at any time, high praise for both of them.

Wir waren relativ spontan dort und konnten an einem Montag auch noch kurzfristig einen Tisch reservieren. Der Service ist super und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen wurde sehr schnell zubereitet, dadurch hatten wir nur eine geringe Wartezeit. Die Portionen waren ausreichend und es war wirklich sehr sehr lecker. Leider war es recht kalt in dem Restaurant was sehr schade war, denn ansonsten wären wir denke ich doch länger geblieben. Ich persönlich finde es immer nicht so einfach ein tolles Sushi Restaurant bei dem Riesen Angebot in Hamburg zu finden. Hier sind wir jedoch fündig geworden und werden sicher häufiger zum Essen vorbei kommen.

Kurz und knapp eine geschmacksexplosion waren schon öfters da und werden auch weiterhin dort essen gehen.

Zu wiederholten Male dort gewesen: Shushi, Sashimi, etc sind überdurchschnittlich gut. Der Service ebenfalls. Die Weine fallen etwas ab - wie bei so vielen asiatischen Restaurants.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super. Wir hatten Lachs, Wolfsbarsch und diverse sushi, incl. einer Suppe. Alles lecker.

Wow, ich liebe das Sushi hier einfach, es ist wirklich sehr lecker, meine Freundin mag eigentlich Lachs nicht so gerne, aber hier schon. Das heißt das der Fisch hier wirklich von sehr guter Qualität ist. Hier kommen wir definitiv wieder her! Ein Traum! Alles wirklich zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit!

Wir waren zu sechst in diesen super Sushi Restaurant. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Qualitativ sehr gutes Sushi. Die Platten sind üppig beladen und man kann sie teilweise selbst zusammenstellen. Den scharfen Edamame sowie dem Avocadosalat der Sunshineplatte (es wird jeder satt davon) werde ich noch lang hinter Träumen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sehr leckeres Sushi und super nette Bedienung! Wenn man möchte kann man auch draußen Platz nehmen, dass aber aufgrund von Ruhestörung nur bis 21:45. Auch Vorspeise (Frühlingsrollen) und Nachspeise (Eis, Eis im Teigmantel oder Sesambällchen) sind sehr zu empfehlen. Preislich etwas teurer, dafür aber auch sehr gute Qualität und für Vorspeise, Hauptgericht und Nachspeise mit 30-40€ pro Person völlig im Rahmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr leckeres Essen, vor allem kann ich die Sushi-Platten empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich, auch für Kinder super geeignet.

Sushi von wirklich bester Qualität, die Kokos -Suppe ich ein absoluter muss. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Durch geringe Sitzabstände zu den Nachbartischen insgesamt ein hoher Geräuschpegel und dadurch keine entspannte Atmosphäre.
