Wir haben um 20:40 bei liferando bestellt für 40€ und es sollte um 21:27 ankommen wir haben bis 22:00 gewartet und unser essen ist nie angekommen wir haben versucht da anzurufen nimand ist ran gegangen und unser geld haben wir auch nicht zurück bekommen sowas freches hab ich ja noch nie erlebt nie wider werde ich da bestelllen

Ich verstehe die hohe Bewertung nicht. Es ist dort ziemlich dreckig. Dosenthunfisch hat meiner Meinung nach nichts in Sushi zu suchen. Geschmacklich geht so, preislich noch fair. Fotos und echte Welt passen aber nicht zusammen.

Lieferung ins Hotel war perfekt. Preislich und geschmacklich gibt es nichts zu meckern. Sehr zu empfehlen 🤗

Leider überraschend enttäuscht. Poke Bowl: noch nie so eine schlechte irgendwo gegessen.. Nichts ist richtig schlecht aber ist halt wie purer Reis mit etwas Gemüse, Soße kaum bemerkbar, Gemüse harmoniert nicht, kalt. Gurkensalat das Dressing ist echt nicht geil, irgendwie nur Geschmack Limette, sonst nichts.. Sorry aber das geht viel besser

Sushi aus Thunfischkonserven und Reis. In einer Variante war ein wenig frischer Lachs enthalten. Sie ähneln Sushi eigentlich nur in ihrer Form.

Keine super Lage, sehr versteckt, schade eigentlich. Aber das Sushi 🍣 war lecker 😋

Wir waren lange Zeit Stammkunde, denn Speziell die Bowls und Sushi waren gerade zum Abholen/Liefern immer super und konkurrenzlos. Der letzte Besuch war jedoch unserer Letzter. Warum? Die Bowls werden (spätestens seit der Übernahme des neues Besitzers) stetig kleiner und kleiner. Der Preis bleibt. Nun wurden auch noch die Zutaten, die das Essen ausgemacht haben, gegen minderwertige aus dem Supermarkt um die Ecke getaucht. Die Surf&Turf Bowl war bisher immer der Hammer: frischer Lachs + Teriyaki Rinderfleisch. Nun eine Prise 0815 Aufschnitt. Geschmacklich und P/L hat es sich damit erledigt. Sushi ebenfalls deutlich kleiner - Zutaten weniger.

Preis Leistung top, besonders bei Abholung. Nichts außergewöhnliches, aber das gewöhnliche in bester Qualität. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Sehr lecker! Bestellen regelmäßig bei SoulSushi, da es für uns das beste Sushi weit und breit ist. Der Reis schmeckt perfekt, die Menge des Fischs ist gut und die Boxen sind sehr appetitlich angerichtet.

Shit... damn... I ordered online for 60 euros and nothing has arrived, no one can be reached and no support in 2025 and nothing works online even if it had been tasty, get lost!!!

You can tell from the outside that the store doesn't take hygiene very seriously. Unfortunately, we had already ordered from an employee. The entire ordering process was sketchy, and he didn't really know what to do. Then, unfortunately, I made the mistake of handing over my money. Shortly afterward, we wanted to cancel it and leave because we simply had a bad feeling. But he didn't think that was possible, so we left the full amount without eating anything and left. I won't be going into that store again and I won't be ordering anything from there anymore.

We ordered Chicken Bowl and unfortunately it tastes bad. Just bad quality ingredients, weird tasting sauce. I won't order here again.

The sushi was very good and freshly prepared. It came with soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, wasabi, and ginger. We shared 32 rolls for about €32 and were both satisfied. I'm sure I'll buy sushi here again. Very friendly service.

Unfortunately the quality of the food was very variable. I've already eaten great sushi here. But unfortunately it was there for the last time today. The sushi was sticky, tasteless and I didn't eat it. The satay teryaki sticks were so full of flavor enhancers that they actually belong in the hazardous waste.

Regularly order bowls and sometimes sushi, the shop does what it's supposed to do very well: good food for a medium budget. Dealing with them is always very friendly, I was there too early before I was picked up and was quickly brought forward because there was nothing going on at the moment. I order here very often and have always been satisfied. This time I am absolutely disappointed. Edamame, completely raw. Sushi wasn't rolled properly and it just tasted like old fat. In addition, the other roll was not rolled with salmon, but with some leftover bacon. It's never been like this! 40€ in the trash.

On the plus side, they gave me a 10% discount and 2 bottles of beer as a gift, but the sushi wasn't tasty, I took 2 sets, out of all of this only 2 rolls were normal, the rest weren't very good, the chicken roll was just trash, the chicken was raw, it wasn't worth the money at all, I regretted taking it

I've been waiting for the delivery for 2 hours. Still no food. Estimated arrival time was 7:20-7:40 PM. Now it's 9:14 PM. I can't reach anyone by phone. Too bad.

We ordered vegan sushi there online and received a full order with salmon. When we called the following day to clarify this, they were rude and didn't even apologize. We asked for our money back and have been waiting for the refund for five days. To find out what the refund was, we just waited in the queue for TEN minutes. If I had ever actually planned to order sushi there again, I would have hung up eight minutes ago and left my money somewhere else. The call was also simply rejected. Service looks different. Never again.

Unfortunately, I can't rate the food because I've been waiting for it for 2 and a half hours (the online delivery time is 45 minutes). I think it's really cheeky. I'm incredibly angry. Had lunch there yesterday and since then I've vomited several times, had a stomach ache, and had diarrhea. You can already see at the entrance where the posters are old and broken and that no attention is paid to details. Should have been a warning to me. Never again.

Food was ordered. A huge difference between what we ordered and what we received. And the price is a disgrace! The meat is cold turkey, which consists of pressed meat and is not, like the usual piece of chicken, which is normally heated. The chicken box for 33 euros is a joke. See photos. Absolutely the finest sushi. I think that was the worst sushi I've ever eaten. Never again!

Friendly and Honest: Yesterday, shortly before closing time, I set myself a surf and turf bowl. Unfortunately the beef in it was very thin, undercooked and barely there. When I called earlier, the boss was friendly and accommodating. The surf and turf bowl now has the quality and taste that I'm used to and that's why I order there😋. So everything is great. Absolutely awful. I ordered take away and it took over an hour to arrive. When it finally did arrive, the food was cold. Not only that but the quality of the meat was terrible. The chicken teriyaki skewers were chewy and full of fat. Same for the duck in the sushi rolls. I can’t believe I spent €30 on this! Total rip off! Don’t order takeaway from here

Top loading! I'm a very big sushi fan, so I've tried a lot of sushi spots, but Soul Sushi in Stellingen far exceeded my expectations, as they say, you eat with your eyes, that was definitely true, it was not only beautiful but also great yummy! I recommend everyone to go there and try it!

Soul Sushi is the best sushi restaurant in Hamburg! After trying so many restaurants, I can say with certainty that none come close to the quality and taste of Soul Sushi. The freshness of the ingredients, the creative composition of the dishes and the excellent presentation are simply unsurpassed. The staff is always friendly and the service is first class. For sushi lovers, Soul Sushi is an absolute must!

Picked up Sushi Favorite Menu + Beef Deluxe Rolls for the first time today. Very fast and friendly service. My request to get some extra wasabi was kindly accepted. In general, there were enough sauces, the sushi was delicious and, as a nice bonus for customers, there was ice cream...we'll be back!

That's everything but not sushi. Rice to fish ratio is a disgrace. The rice was dry and not prepared like sushi rice. Fish smells strong. Once and never again.

I ordered something to eat and was unfortunately disappointed, The rice was kind of dry like they prepare the sushis and then store them. Dumplings were delicious.

Unfortunately, the sushi Chrispy Rolls was far too greasy and lost my appetite. and the sushis are very large, 1 roll would have been enough. And the dumplings were a 0 go very very dry and not tasty.

We ordered from Soul Sushi Stellingen for the first time today. We ordered the salmon menu. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The food was ready for collection quickly, so everything was good. Unfortunately, the rice is so dry that you would think it was three days old. The fried salmon was also way too dry. We didn't even feel like we were eating sushi. We definitely won't order again.

Habe vorher angerufen und zum abholen bestellt. Die Auswahlmöglichkeiten sieht man online. Lief alles entspannt und es gibt ein Abholerrabatt. Netterweise haben wir auch ein Eis geschenkt bekommen. Mit Preis-Leistung und generell dem Essen war ich mehr als zu Frieden und kann es daher nur empfehlen.
