Soul Sushi Rahlstedt in Hamburg

I ordered there for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The bowls were absolutely delicious, the rolls my husband had were also great. The only thing that wasn't so good was that the dumplings were too cold. I will definitely order here more often.

Now after the reopening/change of ownership, ordered 3 times again... for values ​​around €100(+). Appointment order placed at around 5:50 p.m. for 7:00 p.m.... At 7:25 p.m. the supplier was at the door, not a word and, above all, probably not in German, just "Hmm, hey, babble...." at some point a boss... then finally, after 10 attempts to explain something went wrong here: I'm sorry. Well, there's nothing you can do about it. Chicken peanut without fried onions. Sometimes the rice is so firm that it makes a “click” when it crumbles. Rolled: like an amateur chef... falls apart... Call: "yes, we have a list that we check off so that we deliver late.. you somehow slipped through there....." guys eh..... Once upon a time: Fact: better and much friendlier than sushi for that matter... 100€ order, 20 minutes for preparation and quality very good - except for the tuna (please check again here - it was dark... but rather greyish). Otherwise, as already said, VERY good value for money. Your employees are tip-top, funny, friendly and, above all, motivated. He was even super grateful when it was delivered to your opening! So: if you keep it up, you'll have new regular customers.

Small shop, you can sit comfortably and eat. The staff was super nice and attentive. But you can already tell that little on-site catering is accepted and a lot of delivery or pick-up services are used. We still felt very comfortable and will come back.

Quick lunch. It was really very tasty. The salmon was very fresh and tender.

The delivery was really quick, but unfortunately I won't order there a second time. The portion was very generous, but unfortunately it was completely carelessly prepared. I've had much better sushi at comparable prices. On the one hand, the taste didn't blow me away and on the other hand, the ingredients were saved a lot. The avocado is already discolored as you can see in the picture and the ginger also looks like it has been lying there for hours.

I ate at soul sushi for the first time today and I can by far say the food and service was a 10/10 and the staff were also very friendly. When I was finished eating I received an ice cream gift just great

First things first my food came later than expected. On the other hand, the presentation of the sushi didn't seem particularly appetizing. I wasn't particularly impressed with the taste either, as the Spicy Deluxe (even without soy sauce) was way too oversalted, which is very unusual. All in all, I would give the experience a 2.5/5 stars. Very unfortunate!!

The food and the atmosphere are really good

Great store. The staff is super friendly. We were there with our dog and the cashier asked without being asked if the dog wanted water or sushi. Then got two large pieces of salmon. Our bowls were very tasty and fresh! Edamame very crunchy and tasty. Mango Lassi tasted like it was freshly made. Collection discount and there was also ice cream on the house. Absolutely nothing to complain about! Always there from now on!

Top shop, food is top, EVERYTHING is top. Authentic store, top quality. The drivers are ALL very polite (I order often). Always a smile on your face. Plus it delivers really quickly. I don't care how they are dressed! It's all about the food and the service around it!! Always my pleasure.

I was just there with my family and I have to say we were a bit shocked. Wherever we came in we didn't even get a decent hello and some of the tables were occupied with Dominos orders and the chairs weren't particularly clean. It was also very loud, even though we were the only guests in the store. The staff wasn't dressed particularly appropriately either, but in jogging suits. Due to this unpleasant atmosphere, we quickly left because it was really unbearable It's really a shame :( Unfortunately we didn't order anything because the atmosphere wasn't really pleasant So unfortunately I can only give one star

Firstly, the delivery arrived much too late, then it also contained things that were not ordered, so the amount was far too high. Unfortunately, it was not possible to only bill and receive the food we ordered because the driver did not know where what was packed. So the driver had to take everything back with him. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food because I didn't receive any, the service was a complete disaster! Thank you very much too!

The sushi at Soul Sushi is extremely delicious and we really enjoy ordering there. Even if there were errors in the order, they always responded very quickly and generously and always made up for the error. Great food, great service! I would be happy to recommend them!

Great value for money, we will order more often! The chicken teriyaki sticks didn't taste good, as if the meat was still raw. Unfortunately we threw them away. But the rest was very tasty!

Outrageous delivery times! I ordered something 1.5 hours ago, delivery time 45 minutes, after another 45 minutes the food is still not there. After 6 minutes on hold, someone answers and says yes, the food is here in front of me. Simply cheeky

The delivery woman (younger with blonde hair) today was very, very nice and waited for me even though I wasn't on time. Unfortunately a misunderstanding for which I apologize again. Eine Bereicherung für Rahlstedt! Das Essen ist sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet mit frischen Zutaten . Lieferservice kommt schnell an und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett . Ich kann Soul Sushi Rahlstedt nur empfehlen.

Wir haben bestellt und es nicht bereut, immer wieder gerne.

Leckeres Essen und nettes Personal. Ich würde mir noch mehr vegetarische Gerichte wünschen, daher nur 4 Sterne für das Essen. Weil es aber alles frisch und lecker ist, gesamt 5 Sterne ;)

Wir hatten zu zweit ein 48 Stk. Menü + 6er Garnelensticks was ausreichend war. Die Platten waren liebevoll hergerichtet und zwei Schokoherzchen gab es zum Valentinstag dazu. Die Chrispy Rollen waren zu fettig und nicht so lecker. Alles andere kann ich empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Laden, mit sogar noch beeindruckenderem Essen. Die Angestellten sind freundlich und meine Erfahrungen dort sind zu 100% Positiv.

Wir haben online bestellt, zu Fuß abgeholt und waren zufrieden. Sehr lecker und frische Zutaten. Zwei Kritikpunkte hätten wir aber: der Fisch war bis auf eine Roll nicht roh sondern gegart und die Rolls waren zu locker und zerfielen zum Teil. Wir freuen uns aber sehr euch in unserer Nachbarschaft zu haben und kommen garantiert wieder 🤩 Kleiner Nachtrag: mittlerweile haben wir uns mehrfach durch die Karte gefuttert. Immer richtig gut 👍

Endlich ein neuer Sushi-Laden und ich bin begeistert! Der Laden ist sehr schön und gemütlich und das Essen war mega lecker und hat eine super Qualität.

Sehr leckeres und frisches Essen. Habe dort schon mehrmals gegessen, obwohl der Laden erst neu eröffnet ist. Besonders empfehlen kann ich das Mix Menü und Nigiri Menü. Preis-Leistung stimmt auch. Daher auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Und übrigens: sehr freundliche Bedienung!

Für eine Feier habe ich eine Soul Box New Mix 1 und ein Salmon Menü bestellt. Die Bestellung war pünktlich abholbereit und ließ sich sehen. Die Sushis waren sehr ansprechend angerichtet, sehr frisch und lecker. Für meine Gäste und mich auf jeden Fall ein neues Stammlokal.
