Lack of professionalism and security education. Before coming here to make this criticism, I tried to contact the owner of the establishment numerous times, but I was ignored. I was a loyal customer and cleaned some flaws several times because I know the attendants and many people who frequent the Suco. More than a month ago I received a Hausverbot from the security guard for no reason and I was still treated very badly by him who has no professionalism and much less education or respect for women. One Friday, after the live music ended, my friend and I exchanged our glass cup for a plastic cup and left the establishment. In front of the exit door I put the glass on the table to open my bag and get my cell phone, this was enough for the security guard to come out shouting at me with a lot of lack of respect and informing me that I couldn't stay there. I said that I didn't mean to stay there, that I was just taking my cell phone and that we were already leaving, but that he could have been more polite. We left the door of Sucos and went a few meters to the side to decide where we would go. Once again the security guard at the door returned, shouting and saying that we had to leave immediately because our glass was “to go” and not to be left standing on the street and that if we didn't leave immediately he would give us a Hausverbot. I didn't understand his argument and asked for explanations. The security guard went inside the establishment and we left believing we had not received a Hausverbot which was never officially informed to me. Only after a week do I discover that I have Hausverbot. 8 years of being a loyal customer of this establishment to be treated this way. I tried more than once to contact the owner to report what happened privately and was ignored, very sad, I expected more...

I went to that place for many years, I've been a customer since 2009, I've never had any problems, in fact, a rotten chicken there, a spoiled salad, they didn't stop me from going to the place, because that was where I met my friends and acquaintances, but For some time now, things have been changing, there is a very rude security guard with no respect for Customers, who shouts, swears, attacks and expels people from the place without having done anything, (the victims of this are the majority of sometimes, WOMEN) and those responsible for the establishment don't give us the slightest importance, they treat us as if we were asking for alms (ATTENTION: complaints are not well accepted at the place). The last time I was there, I was brutally attacked by the Security Guard without me having done absolutely anything against him, claiming a Hausverboten that he hadn't even given me, (I did a body and crime exam, the B.O. is done, the Security Guard hurt my face, my stomach, my finger and I still have pain in my neck) the owner of the establishment did not speak out, it is sad that someone would open a bar for Brazilians to use the name of our country to make money and not value their Brazilian customers.

Esse é um bar brasileiro in Düsseldorf, onde o dono aceita que o segurança seja agressivo com os cliente, o dono não aceita crítica da comida, falei que achei cabelo na coxinha e pedra no feijão, comida veio gelada, frango veio podre.

The food is terrible. The waiter is rude. You might be unlucky and get spoiled food. or finding hairs in food or stones in beans and if you complain it is still wrong.

Last year I went with a friend, I was very reticent about the açaí, still guaraná which I asked for in a can and it came in a 200ml glass with mint leaves, when I made the bill the waiter had assigned 2 items that weren't mine, I complained and he fixed it…Now during Euro 2024 I went there because all the restaurants in the Altstadt were full, I ordered a feijoada, I had an intestinal infection and to this day I regret having set foot there. That should have been frozen for more than 6 months, as for food safety I believe that this restaurant should undergo a health inspection to stop harming consumers with these tricks...This is a shame for a company that carries the flag of our country...A Feijoada didn't even have the typical garnishes, no meat or sausages, it was just beans and bacon! About the caipirinha cachaça, it's a mess, I'm not even going to talk about the sugar they used (Rübenzucker), it's a joke, right? The Bahian moqueca is a disgrace... the portion of coxinha (in a cup) is outrageous... 5 mini balls that don't fill a 200ml cup... the burnt pudding ahahahahhahahahhahahahahahh and always pay attention to the waiters' bills, don't forget this detail, they They are light and this is the time to include what you didn't ask for! If you want to be a reference in Brazilian cuisine, hire good professionals, streamline your menu, there is no point in offering much if there is no competent staff to execute the dish with excellence, have strict control over what is frozen… here at home we spend more than 1 week I'm having problems and I'm still not 100%. Clean bathrooms, perfect decor, but what is offered on the menu leaves something to be desired in several aspects. It's a shame to have to report this, but it was my experience.

Falta de profissionalismo e educação do segurança. Há mais de um mês atrás recebi um Hausverbot do segurança sem nenhum motivo e ainda fui muito mal tratada pelo mesmo que não tem nenhum profissionalismo e muito menos educação ou respeito por mulheres. Em uma sexta-feira, após o fim da música ao vivo, minha amiga e eu trocamos nosso copo de vidro por um copo de plástico e saímos do estabelecimento. Em frente a porta de saída coloquei o copo na mesa para abrir minha bolsa e pegar meu celular, isso bastou para que o segurança saísse gritando comigo com muita falta de respeito informando que eu não poderia permanecer ali. Falei que não era meu intuito ficar ali, que estava apenas pegando meu celular e que já estávamos saindo, porém que ele poderia ter sido mais educado. Saimos de frente da porta do Sucos e fomos alguns metros pro lado para decidir para onde iriamos. Novamente retorna o segurança da porta gritando e falando que a gente tinha que sair dali imediatamente porque nosso copo era “to go” e não para ficar parada na rua e que se não saíssemos de imediato iria nos dar um Hausverbot. Não entendi o argumento dele e pedi explicações. O segurança se deslocou para dentro do estabelecimento e fomos embora acreditando não ter recebido um Hausverbot que nunca me foi oficialmente informado. Apenas após uma semana descubro que tenho Hausverbot. 8 anos sendo cliente fiel deste estabelecimento para ser tratada desta forma. Tentei mais de uma vez contato com o dono para relatar o ocorrido no privado e fui ignorada, muito triste, esperava mais..

Frequentei este lugar durante muitos anos desde de 2009, nunca tive problemas, alias, um franguinho podre ali uma salada estragada acula, nao me fizeram parar de frequentar o local, (reclamacao nao é bem aceita no local) pois, la era onde eu encontrava com os meus amigos e conhecidos, mas de uns tempos pra cá, as coisas foram mudando, tem um segurança muito mal educado que grita com os Clientes, clientes mulheres, e os responsáveis do estabelecimento, não nos dá a mínima importância, nos tratam como se estivéssemos pedindo esmola, na ultima vez que estive no local fui brutalmente agredida pelo o Segurança sem eu ter feito absolutamente nada contra o mesmo, o Dono do estabelecimento não se manifestou, é triste uma pessoa abrir um Bar pra brasileiros usar o nome do nosso País pra ganhar dinheiro e não valorizar os seus clientes Brasileiros.

Jumbo Caipirinha ftw Update 2024: new location, still great caipirinha!

I‘ve been a customer of Sucos do Brasil for a while as a Brazilian woman living in Germany, but today I decided I wont go there anymore, because of their unfriendly and impolite waiters. when I first arrived and asked if they had a table for 4 people, they said „I should check it myself“ I asked one what one of the ingredients was of the dish I ordered and he didnt know how to explain it or what he was selling to me. last but not least, I asked if I could order a dessert at the end and I was told „I already told you the kitchen is closed.“ For how much they charge for small coxinhas and fake Brazilian food I think they should treat customers better. In any cases, me and my big group of friends who are pretty influential due to our Marketing background aren‘t going there anymore.

I'm Brazilian and I went with the intention of killing my longing for Brazil, but it was very frustrating and I remembered the real reason I moved to Germany. The waiter unfortunately didn't treat us well, I didn't notice organization, instead of guiding us to a table and serving us, they simply left us adrift, they're not friendly. We sat at the table and waited for 15 minutes, there was no food menu on the table and no one came to serve us. We got up and left. Maybe we were unlucky and caught people feeling stressed. Ultimately, frustrating.

Came here for take a break from our city tour. We only order Beverage which the beverage itself not really special. The Service was disappointing, unfriendly staff, not even a smile. Never again I will be there.

It was our first time experiencing Brazilian food, but we did had a Brazilian friend with us. The food was great and the service is good as well, friendly and fast. We'll definitely come back for more.

Dementsprechend war die Bedienung schnell, es wurden witze gemacht und es wurde uns auch einiges über das essen erzählt. Alles sehr sympathisch aber wenn der Laden voll ist kann man das nicht erwarten, wenn ihr mich fragt. Es gibt hier 10 von 10 Punkten Vorspeisen: Da wir uns alle die vorspeisen geteilt hatten, hatte ich 3: 1.Macaxeira: Die fand ich interessant, da sie frittiert waren, mir persönlich waren sie etwas zu trocken aber würde ich eine 6 von 10 geben 2.Coxina de Galin: Das waren so frittierte chicken hüte die man mit Ketchup in eine art mehl dippen konnte, die waren übelst zart also sehr zu empfehlen 10 von 10. 3.Carne de Sol : eine Geschnetzeltes pfanne mit zwibeln und rindfleisch die würzung war einzigartig, das Fleisch auf den punkt gegart eine 12 von 10. Hauptgang Feijiada Complet : ich hatte den Bohneneintopf es war ein unvergessliches geschmackssrlebnis , wenn man sowas nicht kennt da warn bananenchips mit drin und so (wenn man sie denn reinmischt). 10 von 10 Deserts: Ich hatte den brasilianischen Puding, hab auch noch nie was vergleichbares gegessen 10 von 10 Getränke scoring: Acài 10 von 10 Erdbeertraum 8 von 10 Guraveja 9 von 10 Scol 6 von 10 Ambiente: Palmen aus Plastik, Led beleuchtung an der Bar und am Mischpult werden durch kleine Led lampen am tisch abgerundet. 8 von 10 Alles in allem: würde ich 10 von 10 geben wenn man in der woche geht, denke am Wochenende wäre es anders weil ein anderer Zeitdruck herscht kann es aber nicht beurteilen. Würde wieder hin weil: gute deko,aufmerksames personal und geiles essen, mehr brauche ich nicht.

Wir waren am 13.03.2024 (Mittwoch) zu zweit für unser Abendessen hier. (phne Reservierung). Das Restaurant war nicht so gut besucht, die Bedienung gab uns freie Platzwahl. Die Cocktail-Karte bietet für jeden etwas. Wir hatten uns alkoholfreie Cocktails bestellt… die waren SUPER LECKER! Das Essen war sehr authentisch und wirklich lecker! Die Bedienung war stets aufmerksam und außerordentlich freundlich! Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Abend :-)

We haven't visited Sucos for a while. Now we were here for lunch and drank super celebratory champagne and Mai Tai cocktails and ate some delicious food. The service was fantastic, super hospitable, cheerful and really nice. Thank you for that. I can recommend it to anyone who wants a South American traditional ambience and delicious food while enjoying great cocktails.

In Düsseldorf heel tof plekje! Leek eerst heel luid met de muziek maar toen we daar zaten gaf het juist heel veel sfeer. We zijn uiteindelijk de hele avond gebleven tot sluitingstijd. Cocktails waren heel lekker maar service kon wel iets beter (we zagen de mensen die bedienden niet altijd rondlopen). In totaal echt heel leuk! Cocktails zijn rond de €10 euro en zijn zeker goed gevuld en met veel smaak.

Cooles Atmosphäre mit Dancefloor und Live-Musik. Essen war lecker, aber Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis passt nicht so richtig übereinander.

Nett eingerichtetes Lokal mit etwas kleinen Zweiertischen. Wir saßen am Eingang..im Winter nicht so zu empfehlen, da die Gäste oft die Tür offen ließen. Es war gut besucht, wodurch eine recht laute Atmosphäre vorhanden war. Der Service, der noch "bitte und danke" sagen konnte, war stets aufmerksam und freundlich - und die Karte im Kopf. Die Gerichte waren sehr lecker und gut abgestimmt. Mein Rinderfilet, was ich medium bestellte, war wirklich auf den Punkt gegart. Eine schöne Karamelisierung brachte ordentlich Geschmack und das Messser glitt so durch das Fleisch.

En general el lugar es bueno. La musica siempre es buena. La comida tardó bastante en llegar. La comida es un poco cara a mi parecer. Eso si, en el lugar se pueden bailar muchos ritmos latinos y pasar un muy buen rato. Ah! Todas las canciones tienen una coreografía asi que siempre hay esa clase de bailes donde todos bailan menos los que no saben los pasos hahahahaha

Sehr leckeres Essen! Ich hatte Feijoada complete und es war wirklich gut. Auch mein Piña Colada hat echt gut geschmeckt. Coxinhas waren auch super, nur leider echt klein.

Aggressives Personal. Schlechtes Essen! Wegen eine Fehler im der Kommunikation ist der Türsteher durchgedrehte! Bedienung und Türsteher waren Sehr aggressiv. Ich komme nie wieder und jeder, der in Düsseldorf kommt, werde ich ab jetzt fern davon halten.

Einfach sehr enttäuschend, das "neue" Sucos. Kellner unfreundlich, Einrichtung, jetzt vorrangig auf Essensgäste ausgerichtet, steril und ungemütlich, ohne Stil. Sitzplätze in der 1. Etage in direkter Nähe zur offenen Küche dunkel und unzumutbar. Schade! Und noch mehr shade ist, dass man arbeitet ohne Ende hier in Deutschland, ist ohne familien hier mit alle schwierigkeit und mochtet eine moment genießen und zu hause fühlen, aber diese Moment ist zerstört mit so eine schlecht Kunden erfahrungen. So shade! Die Restaurant ist so schlecht geworden....

Um dos melhores bares/restaurantes brasileiros que já fui. O atendimento é excelente!

Hier ist der Kunde kein König Estávamos em um grupo de 6 pessoas. Pedimos o “prato tira gosto”: com palmito, linguiça calabresa, carne de sol, frango a passarinho e, como diz o cardápio, 1x camarão. O prato chegou, como previsto, com um camarão, porém com UM pedaço de linguiça, carne (não de sol), frango a passarinho (sem alho), e NENHUM palmito. Quando reclamamos, ouvimos que “palmito não significa palmitos”, e que a única coisa que poderíamos reclamar seria do frango sem alho, afinal o prato serve apenas uma pessoa e Alemanha infelizmente não é Brasil, e as porções não são como esperadas. Em lugar nenhum do Brasil (ou do mundo) pede-se um prato com tantos tipos de petiscos, e espera-se receber UMA unidade de palmito ou de linguiça. Não recomendo e nunca mais voltarmos ao restaurante. Lá não é lugar para matar a saudade do Brasil nem se sentir em casa. Lá o cliente nunca tem razão.

Seit langem mal wieder zweimal im Sucos. Essen überragend. Service bemüht und freundlich. Den Standort vor einigen Jahren fand ich besser.

Good Drinks and music. Service is slow and the food does not seem to be authentic. We ordered picanha and it came well done. Even after returning the first one, the second one was again well done.

A comida estava gostosa, pedimos moqueca, feijoada é uma porção de coxinha. A feijoada estava bem temperada e a moqueca também. A caipirinha estava deliciosa e estava na promoção do happy hour (de 17 as 20 é em dobro). Só não fiquei satisfeita com a porção de coxinha (não me atentei a quantidade que estava escrita no cardápio, vem apenas 3 pequenas), pois veio tostada, mas estava bem recheada. O ambiente é espaçoso, fui bem atendida e não vejo a hora de voltar ♥️
