Subway in Hattingen

I found the employee working there very unfriendly. At the beginning of my order, I told her I wanted the sub included in the meal deal. When I went to pay, I noticed that the item that was supposed to be part of the meal deal wasn't there. I pointed this out to her again at the register. The employee then reacted very rudely and told me I hadn't mentioned anything about it. Misunderstandings can happen, but it's the way you say it that counts.

We ordered over €100 worth of food. The order took one hour and 20 minutes to arrive on a Wednesday evening. The food arrived cold, and the lattice potatoes were practically raw. Disgusting!

Ordered two days in a row, disappointed twice, within Hattingen, and a 35-minute wait turned into 80. Taste is one thing, but delivery service isn't your thing.

The staff are always friendly, even if it sometimes takes longer due to a high number of customers.

We went to Subway in Hattingen, and just because one employee wanted to leave for the day, she treated us like we didn't exist. The sandwiches were inedible; everything fell apart. The bread and pickles were terrible. Not recommended at all! It's practically empty every day anyway!

Be careful with promotions and vouchers that offer freebies. You mention the promotion, say, "Okay," and then suddenly they say it's going to cost you, and you're being ripped off. And the gentleman today showed no insight. I'd rather go across the street to McDonald's. Disappointed that I thought it might be a nice promotion, given the bad parking situation and such a rip-off. Never again!!!!! Service so poor.

I was just at Subway. The service there is usually really great. Not today, unfortunately. I didn't look at the name tag, but the young man seemed completely overwhelmed, even though the place was almost empty. I had to correct him several times so he wouldn't put ingredients on my toppings that I had clearly rejected because of allergies. He also had to show me a picture of the sub I wanted because he didn't even know he had it. Not particularly friendly and incredibly slow.

I can only agree with the latest reviews. Matthias is an incredibly friendly and competent employee, and we'll be coming back more often! Matthias is a top pick!

There's a very special employee at Subway: Mathias. Every time he works, you immediately notice that he puts his heart and soul into his job. The subs he prepares are always fresh, perfectly topped, and taste simply amazing—you can tell he truly cares about quality. In addition, he's always friendly, attentive, and genuinely enjoys his work. You'd want someone like that in every store! Honestly, I think Subway would be losing a lot of money without Mathias, because he's the store's best face. In my opinion, he should get a higher salary for so much dedication and passion—he absolutely deserves it. Matthias should get a raise. You always get decent subs from him, he carefully puts the ingredients on the sandwich, and he's always friendly and courteous. I was at Subway in Hattingen today and met Matthias. He does a great job and is also super friendly and personable. You definitely have to keep him around. I'll definitely be coming here more often because of him. I'd even give him a raise; I've read about Matthias in the reviews a few times now.

Was here for the first time in years and everything was fresh and delicious. The lady was friendly and on the ball - I felt very comfortable as a customer, so I will definitely come back.

We ordered through Lieferando for 12:25 p.m. The order was confirmed at 11:29 a.m. The delivery was made at 1:00 p.m., and when we asked about it over the phone, they were rude. The food was just about acceptable.

Unfortunately, Subway is very quiet at night, which is noticeable by the customers. We were the only customers. Nevertheless, the lady really tried hard. The young man, who seemed to be new, didn't understand us at all. My cookie was extremely hard, there were 2 slices of cheese instead of 4, and the salad at the counter looked extremely bad. Maybe we should change the GN containers, thanks.

Top-notch service, Subway-like ambiance... the lady at the counter was super nice and knowledgeable. I would have chosen a different location for a date. However, if you want good, fast food... the best place, top... I'd go back anytime.

"Oven broken" is a bold statement when the doors are open and it's almost closing time. Employees are also present with AirPods in their ears, making it difficult to speak clearly.

The subs are really good. What I don't think is so great is that I come from Bochum and can't order for pickup via Lieferando. Tried it twice. But it didn't work. I would always like to pre-order before I pick them up. The atmosphere could be a bit friendlier, but I've experienced worse

Just had it delivered... One order wrong, wrong side, requested side dishes not included... dry bread with a few slices of salami and little cheese, even though I paid an extra €2 for more cheese. Really bad, and I still tipped, ouch.

I ordered a sub from the menu. Only a sub was delivered, the driver didn't know anything, so I called the restaurant. "I can't help you unless you pick it up in person"?! I don't order extra to take home just for fun. Then I saw that the sub wasn't even topped properly and was going straight into the trash because I couldn't eat it like that. I've been to the Subway in Hattingen several times, the food is very tasty and always freshly prepared. Last week, however, only one employee was on site and this resulted in a queue and a waiting time of around 25 minutes. Unfortunately, savings are being made in the wrong corners here too! Update: It's now normal to wait 30 minutes because only 1 employee is employed!

My bread was simply toasted without me being asked if I wanted it that way, and both boys were totally confused and I was the only one there.

Unfortunately it is the only subway near us (Bochum). It's always delicious there.

The food was standard, the service was very friendly. It seemed a bit dirty, also due to the many crumbs on the floor and tables. Parking lot super tight.

Unfortunately, service did not respond to inquiries but stubbornly continued to provide information. The quality of the food was very poor, the bread was so old that it was completely hard at the ends. The same goes for the rock-hard cookies. It's no fun like that, I'll steer clear of it in the future!!

I just feel sorry for the employees. During rush hour, only one employee has to do the delivery and the customers on site. Total stress for hungry people and employees.

The waitress is stoned to no end, she let the sub burn and doesn't know the prices. The cashier is unemphasized and doesn't even ask what you want for the menu but just collects the money.

The breads are not particularly “lush”.

The food itself is delicious, but unfortunately a bit cold at times. However, I can't recommend the potato things. And neither is the service. You order something and get something else. When I complained, the only response I received was: THIS IS WHAT YOU ORDERED111eleven!!! Instead of apologizing and making things new - too bad. Next time we'll go back to Sandwich Kings.

New subway in Hattingen for a few years. Unfortunately, the oven was apparently broken, which is why the subs couldn't be warmed up. Employees weren't really interested in a solution either.

Looks worse than shoot, bread was more hard than stone, it doesn't even deserve a star, bought it at 8 p.m., hope nights Subway teaches the employees properly and then leave it at the counter, so never again

We took two subs for dinner today and what should be positively highlighted is the conscientiousness, enthusiasm and customer focus of Matthias and his colleague! Great service, great team, would be happy to come back at any time!!!

What am I supposed to write about? Most of the 1 star reviews are completely accurate.. Tables sticky, food squished together (paper was still stuck to the sandwich) and employees who you can sole your shoes while walking.. Was only here because my daughter wanted to try it out.. I think I'd rather go and eat some currywurst fries...

Very friendly staff. Food is Subway by default, but that's exactly why it's delicious. The on-site parking options are fine and you don't necessarily have to wait.

Unfortunately, the price of the sandwiches has risen far too much.

We ordered food from the Subway restaurant via Lieferando. Instead of the stated 30-40 minute delivery time, the food only arrived after 1.5 hours. We tried to contact the branch several times by phone, but no one picked up. I don't see why paying delivery fees of over €5 for such poor service. Unfortunately, the food didn't convince us either. It wasn't really warm anymore and the pack of fries for €2.79 wasn't even half full. We won't order from there again.

The employees are absolutely unfriendly and only put the minimum ingredients on it. I went here often but not anymore from now on. Something has to be done!

We wanted to use the app to redeem a 2 for 1 deal but unfortunately the two employees couldn't figure out the cash register system. The lady was also very unfriendly to us. We then left the store without buying anything, what a shame!

Die dort arbeitenden jungen Männer sind definitiv freundlicher, schneller, motivierter und informierter als die Mädels. Dafür ein dickes Lob an die Jungs! Und an die Damen: es macht sich nicht gut, wenn ihr ständig draussen mit der Kippe in der Hand steht und der Laden sieht drinnen aus wie Sau. An den Inhaber: deshalb sind zwei Sterne weg. Der sauberste Laden, was die Tische und das einzige WC angeht, ist es nicht. Liegt natürlich mit an den Gästen, die sich nicht zu benehmen wissen. Zum Glück gibt's alles zum Mitnehmen. Das vegane Sub ist übrigens saulecker und absolut empfehlenswert.

Mal etwas anderes als die bekannten amerikanischen Burger-Ketten. Service beschränkt sich aufs Minimum. Man bestellt, bekommt das Essen und bezahlt. Das war es. Insofern nichts, was man als git bewerten kann.

Schande über diesen Laden, hab 2 Subs bestellt und die Hälfte der Zutaten hat gefehlt, genauso wie andere Sachen aus der Bestellung. Bei Anruf wurde alles abgestritten und man konnte nicht helfen, da angeblich das Problem von Lieferando kam, obwohl Lieferando nur ausliefert und nicht belegt. Nach Anfrage, ob man die Bestellung denn richtig erhalten könne, wurde man zurück an Lieferando gewiesen um das Geld zurückzubekommen. Schmutz dieser Laden

Klebrige Tische. Nicht schön. Die Damen waren nett und geduldig, sonst war auch alles gut.

Das sub des Tages kostet nachdem der Edding alle Preise durchkreuzt hat nicht mehr 3,49 sondern 3,99. Wird aber reichlich belegt. Das Personal ist nett aber sehr schüchtern. Das Ambiente ist wie in der JVA.

Der Mitarbeiter mit dem Strich im Namensschild, (nach kurzem Smalltalk hiess er Lany) hat mich super bedient. Essen war total in Ordnung. Nur die Toillete hätte vielleicht ein wenig gepflegter sein können sonst Top.

Der erste Eindruck heisst schon willkommen Sauber, Übersichtlich und problemlos Die Bedienung ist von Anfang an sehr freundlich. Mitarbeiterin bzw Mitarbeiter die dort schon Erfahrungen haben helfen allen problemlos und haben eine Überzeugende Art. Das Essen schmeckt immer Ich bin vom 1. Tag bis heute von diesem Ort begeistert.

Typischer Subway. Mitarbeiter sind alle bemüht. Preise weichen allerdings etwas von der Subway App ab. Und man kann Treuepunkte erst ab 1000 Punkten einlösen.

Die Bedienung macht meinem "Stamm-Subway" Konkurrenz, und ich dachte nicht das das noch möglich ist. Sehr freundlich und immer einen guten Spruch parat. Essen natürlich lecker und frisch wie eigentlich immer bei subway. Da kommt man gern wieder.

Der heutige Besuch war der Oberknaller ! Eine Mitarbeiterin die man kaum Verstanden hat, hat einen neuen Mitarbeiter eingearbeitet . Erst einmal hat das Zusammenstellen der Subs ewig gedauert. Wenn man bei seiner Bestellung angibt, dass alles drauf kann, ist es wirklich nervig dann bei JEDER Zutat gefragt zu werden, ob man das möchte . Aber jetzt kommt das Beste . Die Profi Ausbilderin hat gesagt von jedem 3 . Und ich habe wirklich von jeder Zutat 3 Stück drauf gelegt bekommen .., sogar abgezählt 3 Maiskörner , 3 Möhrenschnipsel und 3 Olivenscheiben , als er aus Versehen 4 draufgelegt hat, wurde eine wieder entfernt und in den Behälter gelegt - unfassbar da muss man sich nicht wundern wenn die Kunden ausbleiben ….

Getränke flat bei Menüs entfällt seit längerem (ca4 Wochen) , kühle Einrichtung, läd nicht zum verweilen ein. Essen ist top.

Wir bestellen immer vor. Alles lecker, frisch, korrekt und pünktlich fertig.

Willkommene Abwechslung zu Burgern und ähnlichem. Sandwich schmecken mir immer richtig gut nur mich da hinsetzen mag ich eher weniger. (der Laden könnte einen Tick schöner sein..)

Nette Lokalität. Parkplätze vorhanden, sind jedoch schlecht beschildert, so dass Ortsfremde diese nicht finden.

Ich esse sehr gerne bei Subway. Die Subs bei dieser Filiale sind auch immer lecker und frisch. Ich weiß nicht genau woran es liegt, aber leider ist oftmals nur 1 Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Deshalb dauert es manchmal etwas länger, weil die Person gefühlt alles gleichzeitig machen muss. Diese Mehrbelastung für 1 Person macht sich dann auch oft bei der Belegung der Subs bemerkbar. Nicht selten fehlen Beläge, weil diese nicht aufgefüllt werden oder schlichtweg vergessen werden. Wenn dieses Manko noch beseitigt werden könnte, würde ich auch gerne 5 Sterne geben.

Der Wrap ist ein Witz. Die Subs sind OK. Dauert allerdings alles in Allem zu lange.

Ganz okay. Mitarbeiter freundlich und bemüht. Zutaten machen einen frischen Eindruck. Küchenbereich, soweit man als Kunde erahnen ist ebenfalls sauber und gepflegt. Schmeckt :-)

Zuerst einmal ein Hinweis vorab. Personal macht eine Menge aus. Änderung zum letzten Besuch neues Personal. Diesmal war alles soweit in Ordnung die Geschwindigkeit war akzeptabel. Bei diesem Besuch gebe ich nur 4 Sterne. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die neuen potato wedges gab es auch diesmal warm. Der Laden an sich war sauber und ist nach dem Umbau sogar gemütlicher geworden.

Essen ist ok aber da arbeiten immer neue Leute und man hat das Gefühl einer ist dümmer als der nächste. Stellt man hier nur minderbemittelte Sonderachüler ein?

Super nettes Personal, Essen wie gewohnt gut und selten eine Schlange. Parken ist mit großen Autos teils knifflig.

Was soll man großartig sagen? Systemgastronomie halt. Essen hat immer die gleiche Qualität und die Mitarbeiter sind immer nett, nur manchmal sind "Neulinge" noch etwas verpeilt, aber das ist ja normal.

Ich liebe einfach diese leckeren Sandwiches. Mehr kann ich dazu nicht sagen.

Letzte Zeit in ANDEREN SUBWAYS wird dir das essen nur noch hingeklatscht. Hier ausreichend Fleisch im Chicken teriyaki, vernünftig belegt und sauberer laden. Angestellte waren auch sehr freundlich. Hier genießt man sein Sandwich

Noch nie so ein gutes subway gesehen...es wird nicht gespart an den Zutaten..Arbeiter sind sehr nett...es sah wirklich aus wie aus der Werbung und nicht einfach dahin geklatscht
