The shady courtyard of the Dinkel Brewery is the perfect place to enjoy Stublanger Lager beer. Self-service ensures short routes and no waiting time, so you can relax right from the first sip. The beer is wonderfully fresh, full-bodied, and fairly priced. A perfect place for anyone who appreciates good beer in a quiet atmosphere and enjoys uncomplicated outdoor seating.

Although I've been passing through the area every now and then for many years, I hadn't heard of this restaurant. A friend who lives a few villages away took me there on Ascension Day. I have no idea whether the restaurant is open on other days or just on holidays, but the atmosphere was great. The entrance to the courtyard is somewhat inconspicuous at the end of the street, but when you walk through it you feel like you've gone back decades. An old chestnut tree dominates the square surrounded by beer tables and benches. You order at the drinks counter and your food (if you order something) can be picked up from the kitchen counter (window). Just like it used to be at day-trip restaurants. But the most important thing, which is what this is all about, is the 🍺. If you're in Upper Franconia and enjoy drinking 🍺, you should really take your time and try a few things. Unfortunately, some of the breweries are no longer there (like they were 40 years ago), but there are still enough to find your 🍺. Well, I enjoyed it.

The guest is still king. Great atmosphere, good entertainment. It's nice when you, as a Stublanger, can drink a Stublanger beer. I can only recommend it.

Master brewer Hubert has once again brewed a very good beer here.
