Istanbul Pizza und Dönerhaus in Bad Staffelstein

We bought two kebabs there on two consecutive days. The first time as a takeaway, the second time we ate in. Both times the kebabs were excellent, and small special requests like mildly spicy or extra spicy were accommodated. The price and quality are right, the service is very friendly, and we highly recommend it. As a non-resident, you have to be careful about parking, which is a bit tricky.

I've been here several times now and have been impressed every time. As soon as you enter the shop, you immediately feel welcome – the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, and you can immediately tell that the work here is done with passion. The employees are incredibly attentive and take time for each guest. They are not only friendly, but also know their craft perfectly: The kebab is perfectly seasoned, the meat is juicy and fresh, the bread is crispy, and the ingredients are of the highest quality. Even special requests are accommodated without any problems. All in all, a place where you simply feel at home and which demonstrates what kebabs should really taste like. Highly recommended!

We were there at lunchtime on a Saturday. New customers kept coming in, either to pick up food or to eat in. We thought the only employee that day handled everything brilliantly. We didn't have to wait long, the food was delicious, and there was so much to eat that we took the leftovers home with us. The atmosphere is pleasant. Clean and well-maintained.

Unfortunately our visit was very disappointing. The store itself is clean, but the owner was extremely rude and even aggressive towards us. This kind of behavior towards customers is absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, the food wasn't convincing either - it had a weak taste and was carelessly prepared.

In my opinion, there is one of the best kebabs here far and wide!! We were able to find out that it is even better if you eat it directly on site!! The bread is warm and nice and crispy, the salad is crispy and fresh and the meat is already hot... An absolute dream!! Of course, it is also logical that this cannot be the case if you take your kebab with you and then drive a quarter or half an hour until you are home and can eat it... The pizzas are also super tasty and baked perfectly!! The service is super nice and always tries very hard to fulfill all requests (regarding the food order) quickly... And it's always very successful!! If it's possible, he makes it possible... If you are in a hurry, you may want to order in advance, as (at least I personally) have never come to the store without having people in front of me with orders...

The food is prepared with love. I got a vegetarian kebab and a dürüm for lunch. Ambience is very inviting. It tasted great.

The kebab went like this, the meat is an industrially bought skewer, I know it's spicier, but 9.50 euros is really too expensive and doesn't do the kebab justice. Guys, I make a detour when I'm in the area because of the pizza. This is definitely the best pizza in Northern Bavaria if not in all of Bavaria. A pizza like this in a kebab shop is above average. 4 weeks ago, 20 km away, I also ordered a margarita in an upscale, well-frequented Italian restaurant, not even half as good. 10 points. Keep it up.

We were here with a leisure group including, among others, a wheelchair user. Food was first class. I personally had the Margherita pizza, which often tastes like nothing if you're unlucky. In my opinion, the owner could open a pizzeria with the pizza. Really tasty. Various kebab dishes from my group were also very tasty. Despite the many orders, the owner was quite friendly and even though he was alone, the food came to the table quite quickly and warm. But above all, very carefully made and, as I said, super tasty and fresh. After the meal came the best thing in my opinion. Since the toilet was not usable, our wheelchair user was allowed to wash his hands in the kitchen, and the owner helped us walk in a very friendly manner without asking. I always find something like that particularly great: he stopped work for a moment and helped the person with the limitation. That alone deserves five stars. We were all very satisfied

Ich finde diesen Laden mega gut des Fleisch schmeckt so gut wo mann es nicht besser bekommt. Ich kann es euch hier weiter empfehlen es ist nicht teuer und schmeckt bombe
