Shortly before the kitchen closed, we arrived at the Strandperle, extremely hungry and without great expectations. We ordered grilled sausages with fried potatoes – and it was so delicious 😋. Huge sausage, a more than generous portion of the side dish, and a lovingly prepared salad. My Sicilian friend – often critical of German food in particular – said, even two days later, that it was the best sausage and fried potatoes she'd eaten in her nine years in Germany. And that's saying something. The staff were extremely friendly, even to our dog. Speaking of which: A bowl of fresh water was also available. The location right on the lake and the extremely fair prices rounded off this restaurant visit. Perfect after a long walk or a stay at the beach. A clear recommendation for anyone who's still unsure. Go there and enjoy the food, drink, ambiance, and service.

I can't understand all the great reviews. The restaurant has a great location and a friendly server, but that's about it. We waited forever for our food even though it wasn't that busy. Then the long-awaited burger arrived, and the patty was pre-made. Very disappointing. It would be okay for a snack, but unfortunately, it's way too expensive. Not again...

Simply a clean and tidy restaurant. The food is good and the service is friendly. However, the ambiance seems a bit cold. The terrace has uncomfortable seating. Perhaps they should improve this and not focus on the number of seats.

PURE WARMTH 💚 Since August last year, the Strandperle, under the new owners Olaf, Emil, and their fantastic team, has become a true centerpiece of our area. The name has stuck – thankfully! Because what has developed since then is simply special. From the very first visit, you can feel how warm and attentive the entire team is. What's particularly touching is how respectful and helpful they are with their guests – elderly people with walkers or mothers with children are naturally helped without even having to ask. It's this mixture of appreciation, warmth, and closeness that makes all the difference. You don't feel like a guest, but like a friend. And I'm not the only one who thinks, "I feel at home here."🥰 Whether for a coffee, a delicious meal, or just a chat – the Strandperle is more than a restaurant. It's a place with soul. ☀️

The Strandperle restaurant in Zippendorf is in a fantastic location on the beach and offers a perfect setting for relaxation by the water. The atmosphere in the restaurant is remarkably good and very interesting. Everyone should be surprised by this. We were here twice in a group of 20 people each and will definitely come here again. The menu offers a variety of delicious dishes that are freshly prepared. The service is attentive and warm, which made the visit a completely positive experience. Overall, I can only warmly recommend Strandperle Zippendorf! Definitely worth a visit to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and delicious food.

Yesterday we were in the lovingly prepared beach pearl. Our dog was welcome. There is also a restaurant dog. The nice gentleman in service even gave me a pack of tissues for my hay fever nose. The food was delicious. The price/performance ratio is good. We'd love to come back. Thanks :-)

At the weekend, on the recommendation of our children, we went to the great restaurant Strandperle. I was very warmly welcomed at the reception and was immediately offered help so that I was able to get into the restaurant, despite my disability. My husband's special request for health reasons was also fulfilled. The service in the cozy restaurant is so great, you feel comfortable here. The food, all freshly prepared, was top notch and tasted delicious. We went home so happy after the lovely evening with great memories. We'll be back, everyone keep it up. The Strandperle has a wonderful location and in summer you can enjoy the home-baked cake after a walk. We look forward to seeing you again and can only recommend you. Your guests, the Knecht family

I like being here. The selection is within limits. The food is very good. I don't know how often the card is changed. There are also some vegetarian options. What I particularly like is that it is quiet here. The music is really quiet, you can chat and enjoy your stay.

During the stay, someone was always there straight away and brought whatever was wanted. You joined in on every joke and gave us such a great day. The confirmation of the table reservation was very nice, binding and prompt with the friendly question of whether we had a special request. The staff is very nice and considerate, the food is delicious and good value for money. The tooth powder and soaps were also highlights for us and so we took another memory home with us. I went to Strandperle with my husband to eat the famous Belgian waffles. They were great👌!!! The economy pays attention to cleanliness and the staff is courteous and very nice. We started talking to the operators of the Strandperle and it turned out that they not only have delicious food and drinks, but also sell great natural body care products. Tooth powder that gently cleans your teeth... simply a great product and all made in-house. The tooth powder seems to be a magic remedy because my teeth are really smooth after brushing. For my husband there were homemade spirits, because beauty also comes from within😅. In short... it was an unforgettable visit to the Strandperle and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for the great afternoon. You're great and...see you next time.

Da wir selten essen gehen, waren wir sehr überrascht, am Zippendorfer Strand dieses toll geführte Lokal "zu finden". Man merkt, mit wie viel Liebe die Speisen zubereitet wurden. Zuvor nicht einfach im Billigmarkt gekauft, sondern von ausgesuchten regionalen Anbietern. Dazu die aufmerksame Bedienung. Freundlich und nie gestresst. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir können die Strandperle nur empfehlen.

Wichtiger Hinweis: Die Strandperle hat neue Betreiber. Das Niveau hat sich deutlich verbessert. Die alten Kommentare kann man ignorieren. Es ist jetzt richtig nice. Das Essen ist mit Leidenschaft gemacht. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Nachmittag. Endlich wieder ein schöner Ort für Schwerin.

The beach pearl is a pearl again. The ambience has totally improved with the new operators. The chef is passionate about it. You notice that clearly. Finally a great restaurant again on the beautiful Zippendorfer beach. People, go there! I was positively surprised.

Haben für den 23.9. reserviert und die Telefonnummer dagelassen. Leider standen wir dann vor verschlossener Tür und niemand hat uns informiert, telefonisch erreicht haben wir nur den Anrufbeantworter. So etwas geht gar nicht!

Motorradfahrer mit Gepäck sind dort leider nicht willkommen. Wir wurden gebeten unsere Motorräder mehrere 100 Meter weiter weg zu parken, angeblich wegen Durchfahrt für die Feuerwehr. Unser Hinweis, dass wir nicht abschließbares Gepäck haben, wurde nicht akzeptiert und uns auch keine Lösung angeboten. Vor anderen Häusern in der Straße haben Autos geparkt. Komisch.

Sehr Nettes Personal, angenehmer sitzort, sogar auf Wunsch nach einem Einzigen burger Patty haben sie möglich gemacht! Ein Wunsch das nicht jedes Restaurant macht. Einfach eine 11/10! Auch würde nach dem Essen gefragt. Die Preise sind Üblich aber sie haben alles was bei einem Strand Restaurant dabei sein soll. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Für mich das beste Schweriner Restaurant, darum war ich mit einem guten Freund dort und auch er war rundum begeistert. Besonders schönes gemütliches Ambiente, zugewandtes sehr freundliches Personal und ein Meister in der Küche. Er zaubert mit vorwiegend frischen Regionalen- & und Bioprodukten extrem leckere Speisen. Dazu ein ausgewähltes feines Weinsortiment mit exellenter Beratung. Danke und gern immer wieder.

Vorweg- das Ambiente, die Wirtin und der Koch waren so sympathisch und das Essen so schmackhaft, dass wir am nächsten Abend gleich noch einmal hingegangen sind. Man schmeckt, dass vor Ort, gekonnt, mit Sorgfalt und Freude gekocht wird- nichts vorgefertigtes. Ich hatte hervorragende Fish and Chips. Auch die weiteren Komponenten, Weine, Espresso, Grappa, das Eis aus regionaler Manufaktur, sind sehr gut ausgesucht. Auch nach dem Essen bleibt man gerne noch länger sitzen. Die wunderschöne Lage am Zippendorfer Strand kommt noch hinzu.

Das ist absolut spitze. Heute mit live Konzert. Super. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Bei unserer Fahrrad Rundreise um den Schweriner See haben wir eigentlich nur ein Ort für ein Bier gesucht. Aber hier war soooooooooo schön, die Bedienung so herzlich, dass wir eine sehr sehr schöne Zeit hier hatten. Vielen vielen Dank nochmal. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns riesig darauf. Tausend Dank für dieses Engagement mit Umsicht in allen Restaurantrelevanten Dingen. Überaus zufrieden und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Gerne jederzeit wieder!!

Ich mag diesen Ort seit meiner Kindheit, und den jetzigen Betreiber finde ich ungemein engagiert und voller Ideen. Leider besteht hier Personalmangel, ich hoffe er findet gute Leute.

Sehr nette und aufmerksame Bedienung, sehr gute Weine, aufgrund von Personalnöten leider eine etwas übersichtliche Speisekarte. Aber: Das Angebotene war vom Niveau her deutlich über dem üblichen Convenience-Food diverser Restaurants - z.B. noch nie bessere Fish&Chips gegessen: Filetstreifen vom Seehecht in einem hausgemachten Bierteig fritiert, super lecker! Dazu Steakhousepommes, verschiedene Dips und sogar britischen Malzessig. Das gibt gern 5 Sterne, macht weiter so!

So lecker habe ich schon seit langem nicht gegessen. Der Schinken zum Spargel war unvergesslich. Der Spargel besonders lecker. Das Eis war fantastisch! Man merkt sofort am Geschmack eine sorgfältige Auswahl der Zutaten. Und nicht mal teuer gewesen. Hier stimmt einfach alles!

Die Wirtin, sehr nett. Kinderfreundlich. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind, schauen wir sicher wieder rein. Weiter so.
