Great food, nice service. But you should bring a few minutes with you, as this is not a quick, quick mass processing!

I have no idea what the food tastes like - I haven't had any food for almost an hour and a half. Even asking doesn't help. Food is maybe even good but there is NOTHING

Attention, insider tip :) Nice ambience and great atmosphere. The food was very nicely prepared and tasted incredibly good. If you could give 10 stars, this restaurant would 100% deserve it. It was definitely not the last time I was there.

We were in Schwerin for the first time and discovered the "LOTTE" in a side street...modern, cozy, extremely friendly and extremely tasty!!! Enjoyed it on two evenings with good wine.

Tables well lit with real flowers. Nice restrooms. Food was great and service was very friendly. This place was way better than cafe Prag and Friedrich's.

We were guests here for the first time today and were immediately impressed by this restaurant. A friendly gentleman served us, the cook knows her craft (you can see her whirling around in the kitchen!). The room is discreetly and tastefully furnished, a large window facing the alley lets in lots of air. The menu is very varied, everyone should find something suitable here. We liked it and enjoyed it, we'll come here again tomorrow. Thanks.

Pay attention to the bill and whether you get enough money back! The food was reasonable, but if the bill suddenly shows a Lava cake for € 8.50 that needs to be corrected and then you don't get any change back for 100 euros because a bald man with blue eyes just assumes it is a tip, then you feel ripped off after a night out for dinner. Very wrong and unfortunate.

Ordered a flammenkuchen, it was totally soft, got it in the oven, still almost inedible, didn't pay for it though

The three of us ended up at Lotte's by chance. Unfortunately, the football game ended in defeat for Germany, but the food, the service and everything surrounding it were everything. We were very excited and would love to come back 🤩🤩 Thank you dear Yvonne and team Maike and best friends 🫶🏼

We felt super comfortable, the service was super nice and accommodating. The food is freshly prepared there, everything looked very tasty and we enjoyed it very much.

We came here on a recommendation and were unfortunately very disappointed. The staff was absolutely understaffed. Only one person in service and one in the kitchen. Waiting time for food was over an hour. The food was mediocre at best and significantly overpriced. Service was practically non-existent. The "highlight" was that the waiter no longer knew what we had ordered or where the dishes were located on his tablet. So he gave me his tablet and we had to click together the bill ourselves. I've never experienced anything so bad.

Without further ado, we celebrated our wedding here at lunchtime. It was almost impossible to get a table in SN at lunchtime and what can we say? Lotte made it possible! With wonderful asparagus and a festive atmosphere, we enjoyed a wonderful part of our special day in the Lotte restaurant. Simply great staff and excellent cuisine. A MUST GO! for SN! Go there and simply let yourself be pampered. PS: There was even a vegan treat upon request ;)

The Restaurant & Café Lotte impressed us today with its excellent service and culinary art. It's a shame that we only discovered this gem now, we could have saved ourselves the search for suitable restaurants this holiday week. You are a place worth repeating. I would have liked to have tried more besides your excellent matjes bean plate and the fresh asparagus with salmon. The plates were very finely prepared and the quality was impressive. Thank you for the hospitality. Waiting time for the food was perfectly fine. The restaurant was a third full and we waited about 30 minutes for our food. Considering the lovingly prepared plates and the excellent taste, it's absolutely fine. A compliment to the cook, who is alone in the kitchen. You have to be very well organized to pull it off so well. Small points of criticism on my part: the prices are missing on the board in front of the door and the music system is too bass-heavy. But I'll definitely still like to come back again.

If you are looking for a restaurant with very good food, friendly and competent service and a cozy and quiet atmosphere, this is the right place for you.

We had guests from three federal states and planned a meal together on the evening before an event. The unanimous tenor - good food, nice service, great restaurant. More is not possible.

Full restaurant and the kitchen understaffed. 2 hour wait for the starter. Service staff overwhelmed. You can sink in level so quickly. We gave up after 2 hours because the kitchen couldn't provide an indication of when the order would be ready. We'll try it again...

We made reservations for 14 girls a long time in advance and pre-ordered all the food and drinks. The day before our visit we wrote another email and received confirmation of the reservation and the pre-ordered drinks and food. When we arrived at the reserved time, nothing was prepared, a table for only 8 people instead of 14. No apology, no effort, little friendliness and a long wait for tarte flambées, which are supposedly “quick”. In terms of taste, it wasn't a highlight for well over an hour of waiting, and one person in the kitchen was probably not enough for a Saturday evening. We definitely won't be coming back!

The Lotte restaurant in Schwerin is located in a small street, you come here and immediately feel at home. It is a place to feel good and to stay. Here the guest is still king and you can put together your own dishes effortlessly. There are regional, fresh ingredients and you can take a look inside the open kitchen while the food is being prepared. You can tell the freshness of the ingredients and that they cook with heart. The service is friendly and attentive. It's definitely worth a visit. We always enjoy coming to Lotte. Thank you and see you soon

Unfortunately, the evening in the restaurant was a culinary journey into nowhere. Table was reserved, nice welcome at the beginning and nice decor. Unfortunately, that was it that evening. More than an hour after ordering, I noticed that there were no zucchini for the zucchini and potato pan. After a total of 2 hours, neither starter nor main course were at the table. When we asked, we were told that our order had unfortunately been pushed to the back by the kitchen (regulars seem to be given priority). We couldn't be told when our food would arrive. Then we canceled everything and after more than 2 hours without eating anything, we paid for the drinks (cash only, no card payment possible :-) and left. Kitchen seems totally overwhelmed, used dishes are piled up in the visible kitchen next to the stove. A cook who is apparently overworked is working alone. The star goes to the nice waitress who tried to save what could no longer be saved. You could really feel sorry for her. If you as an operator try to compete in this price segment, then you should be able to deliver and not just leave your staff to do the work alone. We found a good restaurant in the immediate vicinity where everything was right.

Unfortunately, the restaurant smelled very much like food. All dishes were way too salty. The service seemed unprofessional. Soft drinks were only available in 0.2l bottles. We were lucky, two other tables only received their orders after they had ordered them a second time (after over 2 hours). The season ticket is just around the corner. There is no mention of this menu in the restaurant (not even by the waiters). The price-performance ratio is not right here and the average rating is incomprehensible.

After a wonderful concert experience, an equally wonderful culinary experience awaited us at Lotte. We were here for the first time with friends and will definitely come back. Friendly service, fresh and tasty food, also very pleasing to the eye. We have recommended the restaurant to family and friends. Our son tested it straight away and was just as impressed. An enrichment of the gastronomy scene in Schwerin.

Went to Café Lotte on a quiet Saturday. The first problem arose with the drink. The drink we ordered wasn't there. Even for dessert there was only a limited selection of the dishes on offer, and unfortunately no lava cake as promised. The price for tagliatelle with wild garlic pesto for 24 euros is pretty steep. Tasty, but not for every budget

A very nice restaurant. Went here for brunch for my 80th birthday. As an exception, the owner was open for us. The food was great and the service was very attentive and quick. We would love to come back to “Lotte”.

War gestern, 19.12.23 mit 2 Freunden dort. Schöne saisonale Winter / XMAS - Atmosphäre vor Ort. Haben gemeinsam die sehr leckere Soljanka (+Salat) als Vorspeise gegessen. Im Anschluss gab es für die Beiden (Lachs, Hummersauce, Bandnudeln & Kalbschnitzel, Rahmchampignons, Bratkartoffeln) und für mich (Hirschgulasch, Klößchen, Rotkohl) die echt gelungene Hauptspeise. Sehr empfehlenswert und werde sicher noch weitere Empfehlungen von der Speisekarte testen in Zukunft. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und besonderen Gruß an die Küche. Frohe Festtage gewünscht!

Vorspeise: Rote Beete Carpaccio mit Ziegenkäse Hauptgericht: Entenbrust mit Rotkohl und Klößen Sehr gutes Carpaccio und geschmacklich wunderbar. Die Entenbrust war schön zart und leicht rosa. Die Soße war gut abgeschmeckt.

Super Essen, Die Bedienung war freundlich und die Chefin hat für uns extra länger offen gelassen.

Sehr zu empfehlen🤤 Meine Bandnudeln mit Scampi und Blattspinat in Hummersoße war mega lecker. Für ein Essen das mir so gut gefallen hat zahle ich auch gerne den Preis von 22,-Euro. Vorweg gab es gebackene Avocado mit roter Beete und Ziegenkäse. (10,-)fair) Meine Begleitung hatte den (Geheimtipp!) Flammenkuchen (14,50)👍 Das Lotte ist sozusagen ein Erlebnis Restaurant Die Küche ist einsehbar und man kann der Köchin bei der Zubereitung zuschauen. Es werden frische Zutaten verwendet. Der Gastraum ist gemütlich gestaltet und die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein Restaurant das es wirklich verdient hat unterstützt zu werden.

Wir sind gestern abend spontan dort von unsrem Verein gelandet und haben den Abschluss unserer Weihnachtsfeier dort verbracht bis morgens. Super tolles Team! Gegessen haben wir nicht, küche war bereits geschlossen. Einige Getränke waren auch leider leer nachher (wenn 16 Mädels zum trinken kommen, damit rechnet kein kleines Café :D ) aber die Mädels haben super leckere Alternativgetränke für uns gemixt!! Schwerins heimliches Sternerestaurant! Ich hatte ein unglaublich leckeres Essen in einem geschmackvollen Ambiente. Die Inhaberin arbeitet selbst im Service mit. Man spürt, dass dieses Restaurant eine Herzensangelegenheit ist.

Wir hatten einen tollen Abend! Das Essen war super! Unsere Vorspeisen Suppe wurde für uns auf zwei schalen aufgeteilt und schön angerichtet und unsere Schnitzel waren der Hammer, besonders die leckere Soße. Wenn wir noch mal in Schwerin sind, kommen wir wieder!

Das Schild vor dem Lokal mit dem Grünkohl und der Kohlroulade hat uns hinein gezogen. Wirklich schick eingerichtet und gemütlich. Der Grünkohl war 1a. Genau so stell ich mir Grünkohl vor. Meine Freundin hatte die Schweinemedaillons mit Speckbohnen und Bratkartoffeln. Auch hier 1a ohne Makel. Tolles Abendessen, kommen gerne nochmal.

Ein schönes, mit viel Herzblut geführtes und eingerichtetes Lokal. Das Essen wird mit Liebe zum Detail frisch und lecker gekocht und ansprechend angerichtet. Tolle regionale und saisonale Karte, sehr freundliche Chefin - wir werden bei jedem Schwerin-Besuch wieder kommen.

Kleines Café und Restaurant in der Nähe des Schweriner Marktes. Freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Reservierung, vorallem für Gruppen empfehlenswert. Umfangreiche und abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte, hier ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die Zutaten sind aus der Region. Getränkekarte beinhaltet neben den gewöhnlichen Getränken u. a. auch Cocktails. Speisen werden frisch zubereitet, wodurch eine längere Wartezeit entstehen kann. Die Portionen sind relativ groß und werden heiß serviert. Zu empfehlen sind auf jeden Fall das Kalbsschnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln sowie Beilage. Zahlung in bar und per Karte möglich. Sehr gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis

Super leckeres Essen mit bodenständigen aber sehr gut gekochten Zutaten. Eigentlich gab es keinen Tisch mehr; aber wir durften nach 45 Minuten zurückkehren. Ein wunderbarer Abend in sehr netter Umgebung.
