The ambiance is lovely, but unfortunately often very loud. The food and drinks are tasty, but the food isn't good value for money. Once, I had the shakshuka for breakfast, and the eggs were far too runny. Since an unpleasant experience on my birthday a few years ago, I rarely go to the Fuchs coffee roastery anymore. I had reserved a table for breakfast for my birthday. It easily took half an hour before we were served. Then another 45 minutes passed before the food arrived. We barely finished eating and wanted to stay for more drinks, but we were asked to leave because the table had another reservation. What can I, as a customer, do about the fact that we received our food so late and that the restaurant's reservation slots are so limited? The experience was very embarrassing, especially as the host to my birthday guests.

I can highly recommend it, keep up the good work guys!

It may be that I haven't understood the concept, but for over €15 a bowl with a pile of tasteless rice, a lot of salad and a minimal amount of meat is either a brilliant idea to make money or simply an outrage.

We had dinner at Lotte's today. We received a very friendly welcome and were given advice on the menu. The cocktail to start (non-alcoholic) was refreshing. The food was appetizingly presented and very tasty. We'd be happy to come back.
