Jack The Ribber in Schwerin

We went to the Ripper with several people. At the beginning everything was fine, the order was placed and ribs + drinks arrived after a reasonable time... The food was fantastic, but from then on the two ladies from the service didn't show up anymore, even though water and wine were ordered again (twice again reminded). The main focus of this evening seemed to be a darts group, who were provided with drinks at all times. This inappropriate behavior by service staff is not only annoying but also damaging to business. We ended the evening far too early and, apart from the food, we will have bad memories of the Ripper. THANKS TO THE SERVICE STAFF.

Great ambience, super nice service. We stayed here with our 18 month old son. We were brought extra fries without salt and wet towels. Super accommodating. The ambience is also great. Lots of attention to detail in a cozy atmosphere.

We had dinner there yesterday. Viking ribs were very tasty. Unfortunately the plate is completely overloaded with fries. No garnish etc. There was coleslaw hidden under the ribs. The pizzas were well topped and tasty. The schnitzel dish, on the other hand, would have been a waste for the trash can. Both sides burnt completely black. A generous amount of sauce was poured over the top as an attempt at camouflage. We showed this to the service person, but there was no response. We were speechless! Empty glasses were no reason to offer refills. Unfortunately I was really disappointed yesterday.

Absolutely delicious food. We had the ribs “pyre” and the fillet to grill ourselves. Highly recommended, especially the chilli marinade. 😋 Super friendly staff, greetings go to Kevin. Happy to come back!

Rude and xenophobic attitude from the serving straff. The food was burnt, dry, and without any flavor. All in all, if it were possible, I would have rated this "restaurant" with a minus 5.

Let's start with the food, the ribs were nice and tender, the meat was very easy to remove from the bones and was just heavenly juicy and super seasoned, in my opinion the best ribs you can eat in Schwerin. The portions were really big for the price, so if you don't get enough here you've done something wrong. The landlord was really very nice and accommodating. The design is extremely successful. We'd love to come back :)

Good currants and reasonable prices. Having to go to the bathroom through a smoking room with grumpy dart players dragged something down.

In my opinion, this is a racist business. A black face sculpture with white drips across the face is the first thing you encounter upon entering. Seeing this in a restaurant is unsafe for people of color.

Unfortunately we have to leave a bad review here. We went back to Jack The Ribber after many years and are very disappointed. There are no burgers, steaks or anything like that. (Although this is advertised on the website and Google.) The menu includes ribs and pizza. My partner had to order a pizza, and in the end he had a frozen pizza on his plate. My ribs were good but the sides were poor quality. I always enjoyed being a guest and remembered it with fondness. Unfortunately we will no longer visit this restaurant.

We came on Saturday evening without a table reservation, were seated and told that unfortunately only one hour was possible, that was enough for us. The service is fast and friendly. It was very tasty, we ordered ribs with plum and pear sauces, potatoes and garlic donuts with cheese and drinks. Everything is on a level. The check made me very happy.

We had nothing to complain about 🤷🏻‍♂️ it's a shame, that's really un-German 🤔 Thanks to the kitchen ☝️ for the food and smells. Thank you girls 🤗 for the fun, friendly service write the Kaisers and the Schwabbis 👍

Really tasty, the bone comes off the meat very gently and the service is really friendly and modern. Personally, I was missing a spice on the ribs, but that's my individual taste. Gladly again

Food was good, unfortunately the quantity wasn't enough for the price. We always enjoyed going there, but that was probably our last visit. The menu has become smaller, half of it wasn't there and you can't even get tk pizza for an unbeatable price. Staff was friendly as always.

We had a great evening at this restaurant! Although we overestimated ourselves a bit with the partner plate, we were able to take the leftovers with us, which was really practical. We particularly liked that we could try out all the marinades with the plate, which provided additional flavor variations. Overall, the food was very tasty and plentiful, the ribs in particular tasted impressive and the meat was incredibly tender. The ambience was nice and very stylish. Nevertheless, it was consistent and something different. The service was excellent - quick, funny and very personable. We found the ServiceCub particularly cool! All in all, it was great value for money and we will definitely come back. It was our first visit, but certainly not our last.

Great service, the food could be more seasoned, especially the garlic ribs, but I felt a bit sorry for the service because some customers just can't understand it when there's a lack of staff and for everyone the dice on the table are expensive, you only use them when you use them really need to don't knock on it like you're stupid

There were two of us waving here and we shared the partner plate. There was so much on it that we both went home completely full. The ribs are also impressive in terms of taste. And the six different marinades provide additional flavor variety.

The ribs were okay but didn't blow your mind. Service would be friendly but inattentive. Furthermore, a table for two was ordered long in advance and then packed into the last corner. It wasn't possible to go to the toilet because there was a large group eating there and blocking the way. Very unfortunate.

We were all disappointed 😞 The food was served lukewarm so we had to give it back. The service was completely unprofessional. The manner inappropriate. That was my last visit there.

Price-performance ratio is great, I would have liked the service to be a little nicer and it is also small. But otherwise the food tasted great and you can't quite manage a plate like that

It was my first time in a restaurant like this. Everything was explained to me in a friendly manner and the ribs were top notch. It's a quaint restaurant. I'll be back.

Das Essen war gut aber nicht herausragend und überzeugend. Die Bedienung macht ein ziemlich mürrischen Eindruck. Bei halb vollem Lokal dauert es viel, viel zu lange bis das Essen am Tisch ist. Ich werde nicht wieder kommen.

Wir waren heute mal wieder hier essen und sind wie immer mega begeistert...sehr zu empfehlen sind die rippen und Burger...kommen bald wieder!!

Hatte den xxl burger und war am folgetag noch satt !!! 😄Sehr lecker und die super Einrichtung ist urig und gemütlich.

Alles ein bisschen altbacken....Die eine Bedienung nett und die andere unfreundlich und frech. Aber, das Essen schmeckt.

Top Restaurant in Schwerin! Das Ambiente ist urig und gemütlich. Die Rippchen sind sehr zart und super lecker. Ich bin begeistert und komme auf jeden Fall wieder ♡

Tolles Service Personal und tolles Ambiente

肋排很好吃，叫了四份，几种酱料都不错，我个人最喜欢梅子酱和梨子酱。喝了龙舌兰和啤酒，都不错。甜品吃了苹果派，推荐。

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig einen Tisch reserviert und bekommen. Das Essen war reichlich und sehr lecker, der Service schnell, witzig und sympathisch. Das Ambiente sehr stimmig und mal was anderes, da hat sich jemand Gedanken gemacht. Wir waren das erste Mal hier, aber ganz bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal 😊

Ein wunderschönes Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem Service! Das Ambiente ist wunderschön gestaltet und lädt zum verweilen ein. Das Essen war wie immer hervorragend, ich kriege nicht genug von den Rippchen mit Pflaumenmarinade 😄

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir hatten uns mit der Partner Platte etwas überschätzt, aber wir konnten die Reste mitnehmen. Gut fanden wir auch, das man mit der Platte alle Marinaden ausprobieren kann. 🙂 Das Ambiente war schön. Wir hätten uns gewünscht wenn das Ambiente zum Namen gepasst hätte. Sehr leckere Rippchen. Das Fleisch fällt regelrecht von den Knochen. Vor Allem die Pflaumenmarinade ist der Hammer.

mit die besten rippchen die ich gegessen habe. das Fleisch ist super locker von Knochen abgefallen. es gibt Rips mit käse überbacken, wie geil ist das denn. genau mein Geschmack. auf dem Teller war so veil, dass ich den Rest mitnehmen musste.

Super lecker und recht fix serviert. Online reservieren klappt auch ohne Probleme. Werden wir öfter besuchen.

Uriges Ambiente zum wohlfühlen...kann man zu 💯 empfehlen aber man sollte vorher einen Tisch bestellen was auch online möglich ist ..ich bin immer wieder begeistert...

Ich habe mich noch nie unwillkommener in einem Restaurant gefühlt... Herablassender Ton, wenig Nachfragen und das Bezahlen auch nur wenn alle nach vorne kommen, obwohl dem Nachbarstisch alles an den Platz gebracht wurde. Ich kann verstehen wenn man Vorurteile gegenüber der heutigen Jugend hat, aber das ist noch lange kein Grund unfreundlich gegenüber der Kundschaft zu sein oder unterschiedliche Generationen grundlos anders zu behandeln. Das Essen war gut und bis auf die 2 Kugeln Eis, die erst nach 15+ Minuten kamen, waren die Wartezeiten auch sehr angenehm. Auch die Musik war passend ausgesucht und das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, ist, dass unser Tisch genau vor dem Notausgang war und man sich dementsprechend sehr beengt gefühlt hat.
