Ein wunderbarer Ort um zu frühstücken, brunchen oder auch Abend zu essen. Das Personal ist freundlich und lösungsorientiert, das findet man nur noch selten heutzutage. Man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen, das Speisenangebot ist vielseitig, alles frisch zubereitet, sehr lecker und preislich vollkommen im Rahmen. Jederzeit wieder!

I reserved a table for 6 people online and stated that we needed a high chair. Neither the table for 6 people was prepared for us nor was the high chair offered. We then squeezed everyone into a table for four and then waited what felt like an eternity until we could order something. Can't recommend the location…

Great restaurant, food, espresso, service, everything was top notch. Gladly again. Very accommodating, quick and simply great tasting food.

Super tasty, a bit expensive but the fact that it is so tasty makes it okay because the pancakes were really tasty. Parking in a nearby parking garage or on-street parking space. A little expensive but pretty close. We waited just over 30 minutes for the pancakes, which is a bit long.

If you're looking for a nice cafe with great food, this is the place for you. :)

The best espresso in Ulm; they have their own roast and the perfect timing. I've rarely had such good espresso outside of Italy. Keep up the good work! The food is also delicious and very authentic 😊

Highly recommended, we spontaneously went for an afternoon coffee and were lucky to get a seat. Cappuccino 👍🏼 & the crossaint with pistachio filling was excellently crispy & flavorful & not too sweet 💪🏼

By the way, I really like this place and the food, everything was great. Lately they are saving so much on creams and fruit. Most of the time, saving is when it is for going out..everything is poor. I ordered a croissant with chocolate and imagine there was no chocolate, it was empty inside, I paid for a chocolate croissant and got an empty one, great! I ordered pancakes and they were so dry and there were three small blueberries on them. I'm sorry that this is happening. I hope you will fix it.

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal in diesem Café, obwohl ich schon sehr oft einen Blick darauf geworfen habe. Bisher gaben mich die dich etwas höheren Preise abgehalten. Aber heute wurde getestet. Leider gab es bei der Bestellung ein Missverständnis, dass aber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gelöst wurde. Aber es ist wirklich ein super Café mit Außenbereich. Service sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Missverständnis wurde problemlos behoben und gelöst. Essen absolut topp. Komme jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.

Absolutely terrific food. Simple ingredients conjured up into something completely fantastic. Tastes just like in Sicily. Was there straight away after my visit the next day. Highly recommended. Very crowded on weekends, but with a little patience there is a place for everyone.

Small but nice! Whenever I'm in Ulm, I like to come to Spresso. The staff are always very nice. people of heart. You just feel comfortable there. I can only recommend it.

We actually like the coffee, but for €7.90 the cups of small coffee are not even half full. We've already mentioned it twice. And every time they say yes, our coffee is full and espresso is low, but the same thing happens every time.

We were here at SPRESSO in Ulm on January 4th, 2025. The service is unique. The interior is very nice and pleasant. The employees are very friendly. The coffee is very good and you can also buy coffee beans directly in the store. The pizzas are super tasty - especially the Barchetta Margherita! For dessert I would definitely recommend “Soufflé al pistacchio” - very tasty!

The store is extremely loud and there are too many tables and chairs in such a small area. You feel totally restricted. The Bueno Latte was extremely sweet. So really extreme. The cannoli weren't a burner, the dough was way too hard. Prices were okay. I wouldn't go there again 😐

We were there once for coffee and once for dinner during our Ulm vacation. We felt very comfortable and ate deliciously. The Spresso is definitely recommended.

Authentic, very friendly and very tasty. Anything with pistachio is recommended, especially the luxurious pancake. And as the name suggests, all coffee specialties are uniquely good.

We had very tasty food, the service was particularly praiseworthy, Erich and the whole team - very attentive, very (hospitable) friendly, all wishes were fulfilled immediately. We stayed in the same house, at the Hotel Abbate. Everything was spotless here too! The location is great, with just a few steps you can reach the Münster-Z.Z. at the Christmas market.

This is a lovely coffee shop/restaurant with a surprisingly wide selection of foods. The waitress was friendly, which is not a given in Germany. Best to make a reservation, as it is always jam packed.

I am no longer satisfied as a customer and will not come back. As a total Sicily fan, I was initially happy that there was such a café in Ulm with “Sicilian” specialties. But now this comes: Many things just look better than they taste good. In the Pistachio Cornetto and New York Roll there is more pudding than actual pistachio cream. The pancakes were not freshly made, when paying at the checkout I could see that they had been taken out of the plastic packaging and much more. I would be happy if there were less on the menu, but a higher quality in terms of taste and selection of ingredients.

I had several small things and was very full afterwards. The arancini was warm and crispy but a bit weak for my taste, but as we all know, tastes are different. The Dubai Tiramisu was very powerful and had a very generous portion size. The lemon cake is also very tasty. It's really sweet and I would order it again. The colleague had the carbonara, which he was very happy with. The Brueno Machiato is harmoniously not too sweet and is something different. I can't understand the other bad reviews. Everything was clean with us and we had great service 👍 We had booked a table before our visit, which was a good thing since it was quite busy at lunchtime. Price performance was right for me The ambience was right for a small, nice coffee restaurant. When I'm here again I will come again.

We received dirty cutlery on Saturday. You have to say there was a lot going on - but even then something like that doesn't work! Not only did the two long spoons for the pistachio tiramisu still have wet leftover food, but the spoon from the cappuccino was also dirty - something like that is disgusting! I felt sick, we pointed it out to the staff and the only thing we could do was take a new spoon that had just come out of the same dishwasher, from the same box and “dry it off” and hand it to us. Thanks for the apology, but you have to be careful how much you put in a dishwasher and not overfill it and, on the other hand, you shouldn't put something completely dirty in it but wash it up first. In addition, cutlery should never be put upside down in the dishwasher drawer, like the ones you did. I felt really sick when I saw that and we immediately got up and left. My first and last experience in the store! Never again.

Wir waren zum Frühstücken dort. Nachdem wir eine Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet hatten, konnten wir unsere wirklich leckeren Pancakes und unser Croissant genießen. Die Bedienungen waren freundlich. Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm auch wenn man sehr eng am anderen Tisch sitzt.

I've never had a better cappuccino in Germany than at Ulmer Spresso. After a two-week holiday in Sicily, the authentic Sicilian dishes here are a completely positive surprise, a treat. We passed by here by chance and will visit Spresso again on our next trip to Ulm. In short: first-class dishes, friendly staff, unkitchen atmosphere, fantastic location right next to the cathedral. Grazie, a presto!

The place is medium size, the ambience is quite nice relaxing, the staffs are friendly, but I think the coffee and cake can be improved. Latte macchiato 7/10 decaffeinated I'm so happy to find another coffeeshop that provide the deccafeined coffee in town other than sbucks, but I feel the coffee is not as strong as I would like brownies 6/10 sadly I feel its too sweet. the texture was fine but it's just too sweet for my taste. ( again everyone has different taste, some people might love it) I love how the coffee can be customized ( lots of options of syrup, milk choice, and decaf) but I hope Id taste better coffee that that time

While passing through, I happened to be a guest at “SPRESSO” in Ulm. Great, very tasty breakfast. The latte macchiato variations (pistachios, Nutella) are to die for and the service was very friendly. If we come to Ulm again, we'll definitely be happy to stop by here again.

Super Frühstück, schmeckt wie im Urlaub in Süditalien!

So unfortunately a disappointment. The arrancini had no taste and was brought to my table only lukewarm. The waitress saw the order at the counter, but preferred to open the new pack of napkins first. And the store wasn't even completely full. The employees simply don't have an eye for good customer service.

The atmosphere is amazing here, the cocktails were absolutely delicious! A big thanks to the service team, especially to Noah and Erich :)

The café is located in the center of Ulm. We were there around 6/7pm (during the week) and it was pretty busy at that time. Unfortunately the table was full of “crumbs” and we had to ask the waitress to wipe the table. This was also done quickly. The cake was very tasty and the drinks were rather average. The shop advertises Italian delicacies. Overall everything was good and I can recommend it.

Eine Reservierung ist ein muss. Das Café ist unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtet. Es riecht schon beim Betreten fabelhaft. Das Essen ist einfach köstlich. Wir kommen wieder!

Cozy café with a wide selection of food and drinks. Super delicious pistachio variants such as tiramisu and macchiato. If you like pistachios you should definitely stop by. The spaghetti was very good, the portion was enough so that one of the delicious desserts fit in 😁🥰 Can only recommend it.

The ambience is nice and the coffee tastes black The iced chocolate was warm and extremely sweet.. When I reported it to the service, the only response from the “owner” was “I can’t do anything, I can try to refill the milk” and an outrageous “It’s handmade, we don’t weigh the ingredients”. I work in service myself and something like that wouldn't work for us, we would accommodate you by offering an alternative or preparing the same drink anew. It was with a heavy heart that I was only able to pay the bill and I don't know whether we would like to come back so quickly, but if we do, it would only be for a black coffee.

The atmosphere is really nice and the food was really tasty, I had a croissant and a coffee, both were really tasty, so I would come back. The only negative point is the employees, they were there during the week, so the café was relatively normally attended. Both employees weren't really friendly, neither when ordering nor when paying. There was no thanks for the tip either. The money was ripped out of my hand when I said “that’s fine” and the employee ran away. It would be nice if more emphasis was placed on friendliness, then the overall concept would be right.

Why all the hype about this cafe?! Cold run-of-the-mill coffee, 3 pancakes for 10€ and a perfectly normal croissant like you get everywhere. Side dishes not worth mentioning in terms of taste. Service inattentive and long waiting time even though there is little going on. Absolutely no recommendation!

Very nicely furnished & everyone is very nice! Coffee is great too! The price/performance ratio isn't right for me when it comes to the yogurt bowl, so next time I would choose something different, but I would generally recommend it ☺️

Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Getränke - Schorle+Limo - waren für die Temperaturen leider zu warm. Die Nachfrage nach Eiswürfel wurde nicht freundlich entgegen genommen. Da wir zum Essen dort waren und uns unterhalten wollten, haben wir gebeten die recht laute Musik etwas leiser zu machen. Die Antwort: wie, noch leiser. Dann hören die anderen ja nichts....... Die Musik wurde dann etwas leiser gemacht, um sie nach einiger Zeit wieder noch lauter zu machen. Schade.

Quite ok. Nice location, cocktails very tasty, the food was fresh but very boring or not seasoned at all. Dessert looked delicious, but wasn't really a taste explosion either. At some point breakfast will have another chance. Otherwise OK for cocktails in between.

I was totally surprised by this amazing cafe. I really enjoy being in Sicily and the café can easily keep up with the culinary and visual aspects. Very tasty croissants, arancini and cappuccini. We haven't tested the rest yet. Nice atmosphere and nice staff. I would love to come back.

Waren für eine Nacht in Ulm und hatten das Café bei Instagram wegen großer Pistazien Liebe entdeckt. Waren zum Frühstück da. Zu unserer Zeit gab es ganz viel mit Pistazien, von Croissants über Latte Macchiato bis hin zu Pancakes. Gibt aber auch viele andere Sachen auf der Karte. Hatten herrliches Wetter und konnten draußen sitzen. Essen war super, Bedienung auch. Sehr zu empfehlen!

We go to Spresso very often. It's wonderful!!! I would especially like to give special praise to the service. Honestly, I can't get reviews like R.B.'s. don't understand! ...to write about behavior...without displaying any behavior yourself... It's a shame that some people have such a disgusting need for recognition... (a fluffy writing style doesn't help either) Spresso certainly doesn't depend on such guests 😉 It's a great atmosphere, delicious food, great service... keep it up!!!

**Simply a great café in the middle of Ulm!** Spresso is a real insider tip when traveling in Ulm. No matter what time of day you can always get excellent drinks, delicious food or delicious cakes here. You can feel that the owners put a lot of love into their café and it is important to them that their guests feel comfortable. I would particularly like to highlight the service, especially the nice lady with the tattoos and the nose piercing. Location was very nice, food was delicious. Service, however, was very stomachy. We were served by a man with his hair slicked back, he left us waiting for 20 minutes until we could order and was very unfriendly and arrogant.
