Unfortunately, I cannot give any stars, as we waited for some time in the almost empty restaurant but were not served, so we left and went to another restaurant where we could place our order immediately.

The service was absolutely unacceptable and not recommended at all! Even though only a few tables were occupied, we weren't served. After a good half hour, we got up and went somewhere else where, despite the restaurant being full, we were served immediately. We then told the waiter that we hadn't been served, but he didn't seem to care that we hadn't received anything. I cannot recommend this restaurant at all!!

Great location. Great food, even if it is a franchise. Mostly lovely staff. Caesar salat and Insalata Pollo is our favourite. Absolutely recommendable.

The food was really good and the service was excellent. I really can't complain. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also very pleasant and you feel very comfortable there.

I visited CiaoBellaUlm and the experience was truly excellent! I ordered a hot Aperol, and it was a fantastic surprise – aromatic, perfectly balanced, and served with great attention to detail. The oven-baked gnocchi were also absolutely delicious: soft, flavorful, and incredibly comforting – one of those dishes that makes you want to come back for it immediately. The restaurant is cozy and charmingly decorated, but the staff deserves special praise. Our waiter, Giuseppe, in particular, is not only very personable but also extremely professional: attentive, quick, and always friendly. Overall, a place that simply delights: great drinks, excellent food, and service that truly makes a difference. Highly recommended! ✨ See you soon!

It's a nice restaurant, but the food was inedible and reheated, hence the "quick" service. Some of the waiters and waitresses are friendly, while others make you feel very unwelcome. If you're in the mood for reheated and overpriced food, this is the place for you; otherwise, Ulm has much better Italian food to offer.

There were three of us eating out, and we received complimentary tiramisu, which was absolutely lovely of the waiter. We'll definitely be back! The waiter was very, very nice and attentive. A 20% tip was more than justified.

Delicious pizza and fair prices! I ate at Bella Ciao today. The pizza was really great, fresh dough, and delicious! It's very good value for money, and the restaurant has a cozy atmosphere. One minor point: I noticed cameras in the room, which bothered me a bit while eating. The employee said they were only for the manager in case something happened. That's okay, but I personally prefer to eat without them. Still: 5 stars for quality and service! 🍕✨

My husband and I love this place! We always go whenever we have time off together. Every time we've been well taken care of and the food is always wonderful.

Unfortunately disappointed 😒 Apparently a new pizza maker, new service, etc. I was here two years ago, it was great, the food was good, and the atmosphere was friendly. Summary: started strong and declined significantly.

Good pizzeria with normal prices

Ate on Sunday evening. Sat inside... Service left a lot to be desired. I waited 15 minutes for an order. Only after I complained were the drinks brought. Ordered a main course. Tomato salad was delivered very quickly. Five minutes later, the spaghetti I ordered arrived. What's up with that...? The drinks were just as confusing. Ordered 1/2 liter of mineral water and 1/2 liter of house wine. Delivered a glass of red wine and 2 dl of water... The quality of the food was good, but the service could be improved.

Not enough staff for the space. Long wait times for someone to pay and for someone to take orders.

Excellent quatro gusto pizza. The pizza base was clearly freshly made and flavoursome. The two of us shared a single pizza, and it was divided in a novel way on two plates; sufficient food for both of us. Good selection of drinks too.

Enjoyed a great and authentic Italian dinner. The friendly service was disappointing, as she left the place with my umbrella at closing time, and I came home soaking wet. Still, it's worth a visit, but leave your umbrellas there.

Of course, if you're abroad, don't you want to eat a good pizza like at home? The Neapolitan waiter makes you feel like you're not even in Italy. We finally found an excellent espresso too!!! Of course, speaking of the pizza, it's really good, the best we've had in Germany, but it's not quite comparable to the Neapolitan one. All the ingredients, however, are top-quality. If you're passing through, you absolutely have to stop because, besides the good food, eating in the cathedral square is unparalleled!!!

One of the best pizzas we’ve found in Germany, superb quality and generously topped. Nice to be sat out on the square until ‘rain stopped play’. Very wide menu of pizza and pasta although limited on deserts. Welcoming and engaging staff but did feel a little pressurised to give a 15% tip when using the card machine to pay.

Very good lasagna and pizza, friendly and efficient service.

The town center, especially the functioning market, doesn't look very appealing. The available pizza isn't particularly tasty, and the beer from the kegs tastes stale. Hence the low rating.

We've been here several times and can only recommend Ciao Bella to anyone who enjoys Italian food. The food is truly excellent, fresh, and high-quality, and the staff are always super friendly. You can tell there's a great atmosphere within the team; even in very stressful situations, everyone remains friendly and humorous. I'm particularly pleased with the large selection of vegetarian dishes and interesting pizza variations. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Ciao Bella is such a cool place for dinner! We sat outside, had some great pizza and drinks, and got to enjoy live music near Münsterplatz – the vibe was perfect. The tiramisu hit the spot, but the pistachio hazelnut ice cream was next level – so different and super yummy. Great vibes, friendly service, and an amazing location to just relax and enjoy the evening.

The meal took a very long time, and then something else arrived that we hadn't ordered. Then the real food arrived, very poorly presented, cold, and very small portions (we didn't feel full). We were very disappointed and won't go there again. The price/performance ratio was completely unacceptable.

We only drank coffee and ate ice cream cakes there, but everything was delicious and with the best view.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right at all. Pizza is far too greasy and lacks flavor for the price. Unfortunately, you only pay for the sampler here. Better to go somewhere else.
