Pizza was okay, pasta was empty after 3 bites, very small quantity for unfortunately a lot of money.

Location is super! Just in front of Ulmer Munster. You can have food while still seeing the great view of the place. Food is good but as it is in the middle of summer bees and fry will be around your drink ...

The only thing nice about this restaurant was the view of Münsterplatz. Pizza doesn't taste any better than the Fridge from supermarkets, but it costs a lot. I've had better pizza for a cheaper price. I ordered pizza with shrimp, and it was just wet and oily, it really tasted like it came from the fridge, and as if all the ingredients were just carelessly thrown onto the piece of dough, e.g. all the shrimp weren't quite done and everything fell off the piece of dough which was so wet. Beer also cost more than €5, but tasted like the worst Sterni that had been open in a long time. Pizza wasn't even cut, I thought that was probably the case in the restaurant, but then I noticed that it was only like that for some guests. Was very disappointed. For 40€ you get such a tasteless meal. Only the name is Italian. But what the restaurant doesn't deserve.

My meal was served much later than the rest of the group. Food was okay, but I think the price for pasta is a bit steep. The chairs are not the most comfortable, but you have a nice view of the cathedral

Well, unfortunately that was the worst pizza in years. The price is probably a little higher than normal because of the good location. Then the food would have to taste better. €6.90 for 0.7l of table water is a bit of a joke and definitely too expensive.

We had a very early dinner here and the personnel was really accommodating towards us. We have a really large dog and they provided a spot in the restaurant where the dog would have enough space to be comfortable. The food was nice and the service was fast.

Eating pizza right in front of the Münster is something 😂 the quality of the pizza is great, only the chairs could be a little more comfortable, the hard plastic chairs could at least be equipped with seat cushions. Nice and cheerful staff 👍🏻👌🏻

We (4 people) spent the whole evening at Ciao Bella today from around 5 p.m. because we wanted to listen to Zucchero's concert. The staff was very accommodating when we reserved the table in the early afternoon - big thank you for that! The food was pretty decent throughout, but there was still a bit missing for the final star. - the bread for the bruschetta should be toasted a little better so that it doesn't get soggy so quickly. - the "largest" salad plate (Della Casa) could be a little more colorful. By the way, the dressing is really delicious! - the dough for pizza and pizza rolls should be a little crispier... I know that better. The staff really tried hard to accommodate the large crowds today, but things often didn't go very smoothly. All in all very good!

I would really like to give even more stars because you absolutely feel like you are in a star restaurant here . I was here with a friend on Saturday afternoon and I have to say that I can absolutely recommend Ciao Bella. In recent years I have never eaten anything as delicious as I did here! The food is absolutely delicious and really fresh. The staff is also very friendly, helpful and competent. Questions about the food will of course be answered very nicely. The restaurant is new and centrally located, the decor is pleasant, the staff is very friendly, attentive and quick. In preparation for our visit with my daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren, I studied the menu on the website to see what meat dishes were available, because I prefer carne to pasta or pizza for dinner. So I was happy that there was a decent selection of beef and pork dishes on the menu. There was great disappointment on site: not a single meat dish. Only a burger with fried salsicce and salads with which you could order beef strips and chicken. So, in a pinch, ordered the salsicce burger. The underside of the burger was black, the salsicce was bone dry and tasteless. The salad was fresh but not Italian. However, the other family members enjoyed the pizza and pasta.

I went to eat at Ciao Bella for my bachelorette farewell. The service was very friendly and accommodating. You can really tell that the staff feel comfortable here. Every waiter was very humorous and knew all the tables well View. The food itself was great. We all had pizza and the dough was really well made and tasted great 👍🏻. The price of the card was very good, even though the Ulm Minster is within easy reach. All in all, we can only recommend Ciao Bella and I for one will definitely come back. Please keep it up 👍🏻

The shop is cozy and really nicely decorated. Everything very clean! You feel good. The food was tasty and the prices were okay! Paid just under €35-40 for two people with pasta and pizza and a drink. Service was actually friendly... what I didn't like was that the food didn't come at the same time, but with a time difference of 10 minutes. Next to the table it was even longer, almost 20-30 minutes. That's rude. Serves food to the table at the same time/in a timely manner. Why else do we eat “together”? The shop owner should please take care of it. Thanks

Good prices for a place right in the center, the cutlery is clean, the waiter is always around and very friendly, the food is not the most delicious but very good, we ordered pizza with shrimps and pizza with prosciutto.

My husband and I now regularly visit Ciao Bella for date night. A great pizzeria. Pizza, pasta and salads are both great. Super friendly staff. For me one of the best pizzerias in Ulm and the surrounding area.

Beautiful restaurant above the roofs of Ulm. Mega ambience with a view of the Ulm Minster from the terrace. Delicious international dishes, great breakfast and very courteous, friendly staff. The events with theme evenings or the candlelight dinner are recommended. But you should reserve early for this. Best and most beautiful location in Ulm, can only recommend it to everyone.

Pasta box to go - farfalle pesto, tomato - the pasta is overcooked and mushy. The pesto is tasteless. Overall very dry and no taste. I tried it several times. I won't be getting any more noodle boxes here. Service: Lady behind the ToGo counter was very nice and friendly.

The food is good but unfortunately my last visit here was not satisfactory. Unfortunately, when we ordered spaghetti it was totally hard, as if it had been from the previous day. Price-performance ratio doesn't really fit. The food tastes average but in my opinion it's too expensive, and the portions aren't too big either 1x still water and a pasta dish €18 For the price you can find something better somewhere else. Still okay. Service staff are nice.

Since the Ciao Bella was right next to my hotel, I took the opportunity to try it out today. The ambience is rather rustic but cozy but doesn't have an Italian flair. The staff is very friendly and attentive and it was no problem getting a table without a reservation. The food itself was really good, although the portion of pasta I had was a bit manageable for the price. Despite everything, I would recommend Ciao Bella at any time.

The service staff should not only walk back and forth, but also ask the guests what they want... Otherwise everything is perfect!

Had lunch there today, pasta dish with asparagus. The taste was good but the portion was small, a handful and there was just a stalk of asparagus in it. Went out hungry for 14 euros. When asked if you could get a pizza corner from street sales at your table, the answer was no. This is very inflexible.

A really good pizzaria with a nice location right next to the Münster. Service sometimes a bit slow but really not bad. All in all, one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time.

Don’t order the salad. I had grilled chicken Alla Cesare that was watery and tasteless. No flavor from any ingredient. Chicken was spongy and weird.

It is a bit costly as it is in the centre of city and near tourist attraction. I ordered vegetariana pizza which was average not bad but not as expected too. But the atmosphere and service in the restaurant was good.

Almorzamos en este restaurante muy lindo frente a la plaza de la catedral. La atención fue muy cordial y pedimos spaghetti bolognese y ravioles de verduras con salsa de crema, queso azul y nueces, muy buenos ambos platos, sobre todo los ravioles. Como eran los platos del día venían acompañados con una ensalada muy buena también. Con un agua grande costó 30€, algo más económico que otros restaurantes de la zona.

I often go there for lunch, the food is very good. It's always super quick, the only thing I think is really too expensive are the drinks, over 4 euros for a spritzer isn't possible. Lunch menu with salad 9.90 is mega but the drink doesn't compare.

Very nice atmosphere with lots of solid wood, the table tops are made of old wood from South Tyrol... the service is extremely courteous and the excellent food is highly recommended...

Unfortunately, the waiter for our table was not very nice with his indifferent attitude and unwanted intolerance. 🙁 Also the order took more than 40 minutes (1 pasta dish and 1 basic pizza) . When inquired with the waiter after 30 minutes, the answer was rather defensive than apologistic.

Wir waren heute erstmals in diesem italienischen Restaurant und waren vom Ambiente, der Bedienung und dem Essen sehr angetan. Wie in der Einleitung der Speisekarte steht, sind die Qualität der Zutaten der entscheidende Faktor für ein gutes Essen. Und die sehr gute Qualität war absolut zu schmecken. Auch der Wein war sehr schmackhaft. Nur beim Grappa könnte die Auswahl größer sein, der angebotene kam mit der Qualität des Essens nicht ganz mit, z.B. ein Poli wäre schön gewesen. Wir kommen aber auf jeden Fall wieder.

Schickes, gemütliches Lokal, sehr freundliche Bedienung, Vorspeisensalat und Pizza äußerst lecker! Wir waren sehr zufrieden, 100 % Weiterempfehlung! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
