An all-round successful evening in the bodega. It started with the reservation... where can you get 10 seats during this Advent season... in a popular restaurant... the service was very friendly and helpful... and then the food!!!!... fish platter ...tapas...to creme brulee...at affordable prices...gladly again!!!

We have been there several times and have always been very satisfied! But last Friday they surpassed everything there! It was a Spanish evening with band and dancing! It was so fun and, as always, delicious! Thank you for the lovely evening and best wishes to the team!

The service is very good, all the waiters are extremely friendly and attentive, even when it is very busy. The food is unbeatable, we both had the rump steak with grilled vegetables and loved it. Keep it up👍

Really great Spanish restaurant! Be sure to reserve in advance. There is a large selection of tapas, but also delicious main courses. There is a children's menu and painting supplies for children. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Very nice restaurant and delicious food

Last year was a real discovery for us, this year unfortunately it was nothing. Service was tried hard, but rather helpless, the vegan tapas were bland and pretty unloving, the grilled vegetables as the main course were a disgrace: dry, old and charred. The red wine was okay, but overall it was too expensive for what was offered.

A very tasty dinner. A nice staff. Very well attended. You should call and reserve in advance. And there are no parking spaces available. You have to park on the street and pay parking fees.

We went to Bodega in Wernigerode for lunch and it was simply fantastic! As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The perfect place for a relaxed meal. The menu offers a great selection and we loved the fresh, creative dishes. We tried some tapas and every little bit was a delight. We were particularly impressed by the seasonal ingredients and gave the food a special touch. The service was first class. Our server was friendly, attentive and gave us great recommendations. It was obvious that the entire team works with passion and cares about the well-being of the guests. Overall, it was a completely successful lunch! We can only warmly recommend the bodega and are already looking forward to our next visit! A big thank you to the team for this wonderful experience!

The restaurant is more than perfect. We had the tapas platter for 2 people. It was a "flavor explosion", super tasty. The prices are more than reasonable. The service was very attentive and friendly. My daughter had the Kinderschnitzel. She was also very enthusiastic. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The fact that you could watch the chef also shows the great work of the restaurant. This place turned out to be a surprisingly good Spanish spot! The food was tasty and exactly what you’d expect from a solid tapas restaurant. The staff was nice and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I noticed a lot of families enjoying nice dinners, which adds to the cozy vibe. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the mood for some good Spanish cuisine!

Despite a failed reservation and incorrect number of people, everything was quickly made to fit! Food, drinks and service top. Ambience a bit loud, Spanish bodega stops! 😄

Very child-friendly (pencils and coloring cards were brought directly). The dessert for 3 people was the crowning glory...

Top Restaurant with very delecious food. You should do a reservation as the location is quite busy. We had for similar cost other restaurants in this city in this here is by far much better. A strong recommendation for those loving Spanish Food, Meat and Tapas. If you 9want to eat the Bodega Meat-skewer (500 gr. Meat per portion), you need to book this dish in advance. All other dishes a la card. Love it !

We receive a very friendly welcome, the service is really top, courteous and with humor. The food was very good, the portions were very large for tapas, but that's ok. The prices were reasonable. All in all great. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back.

Nice restaurant with a good atmosphere, the service was also very attentive. The food fresh and well prepared. Unfortunately I have to deduct one point: if the menu says Chuleta (cutlet) and I order it that way, I can expect that a cutlet will be served and not a pork loin steak. Gladly again.

Nice atmosphere and delicious food. Attention: there is not only the terrace in front of the restaurant but also a larger terrace behind the restaurant. Overall there are a lot of seats, but with a good layout. The atmosphere, even with the open kitchen and wine racks, is great. The service is competent. The food has always been excellent. Maybe a few tapas could be smaller and cheaper so that you can try out more extensively. Still worth recommending at any time.

We were thrilled. A very nice restaurant with two levels of indoor space, a terrace in front of the restaurant and a beautiful beer garden. We have reserved and if you want to sit outside in the summer, I would recommend this too. The service was very friendly and attentive. Through the glass-enclosed kitchen you can watch the dedicated chefs at work. The food was a dream, everything freshly prepared and of very good quality. I had the fish platter and my friend had the Iberico pork chop. Of course we also had tapas beforehand and churros at the end. We would like to come back from Hanover to spend a nice evening there. Praise to the entire Bodega team😊

Hygiene and service shocking. I found a big rubber band in one of my tapas. Waitress was apologetic, left with the dish but didn't come back with replacement or follow up. Bill came that STILL included cost of that rubber band dish. That cost was taken out after we raised it. Food was decent but service was slow. Perhaps needs more training and certainly hygiene standards for the kind of costs they charge.

That was really delicious!!! We had various tapas and nothing, absolutely nothing, that we didn't like. Price/performance was great and the service was extremely good.

A very well-attended Spaniard in the Wernigerode old town. There is a nice beer garden, even if you sit relatively close together and don't get that much Spanish flair. The biggest plus was the very nice waiters and waitresses! Unfortunately, our food impressed a little more with quantity than with class. For example, the scampi in garlic oil is a big pile of shrimp drowned in oil. This is much more sophisticated. Tip: If you can't manage everything on site, you can have it packed up.

We were there as a large family. And I can definitely recommend it. Not only was the food simply delicious, but so was the service. Here you could see the fun at work.

A good Spanish restaurant. We had a starter platter which was unfortunately disappointing, ham and the other sausages and cheese were out of the packaging and not freshly cut. And unfortunately not outstanding either. The large bodega plate was inhumanly full. There were 21 pieces of meat for 3 people and lots of vegetables and potatoes. It was all very tasty, I have to say. But it was way too much. Price performance is ok.

Update 2024: Had dinner there again on May 11th, 2024 after two years and was once again enchanted by both the kitchen and the service staff. We will definitely come back there next time we visit Wernigerode. Please make sure to reserve in advance!! Five stars are actually not enough for this fantastic restaurant!! Google - please allow an additional star for exceptional restaurants. Really good: the friendly and courteous service. The order was taken by the service person while crouching at the table - great!! Very strong: the delicious dishes and the short but varied menu. Sensational: The glass show kitchen, where guests can practically watch the preparation of their food live. The three chefs understand each other blindly and every move is perfect - even when playing with fire. Add to that the good music played at a pleasant volume and a sensational Crema Catalana - we were blown away. In my opinion a clear “must have” on a holiday in Wernigerode.

Absolutely great. We were there two evenings in a row, and not least because of “our” waiter Armin 😍 super nice and accommodating, with dancing, and the best presentation of a cognac you could ever imagine! But the food also spoke for itself. Tasty and definitely worth the money. If we are in Wernigerode again, we will definitely come back.

We were there on May 26th, 2024 and tried the following dishes. Tomato soup 27 gambas al ajillo 34 Queso de oveja 35 vegan sellers Sangria Everything was delicious. The dishes come with mojo sauce, which I like best. Sangria was light and delicious. Value for money could have been better. Service was super nice and quick. A nice restaurant. The ambience is pleasant. The service is good, very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the food has nothing to do with Spain. The ajioli seems to be “refined” with mayonaise, the chicken with honey is totally oversweet and everything else (we had six starters) is relatively tasteless. Unfortunately, I felt unpleasant nausea 2 hours after eating. So we only have something to drink, if at all. Don't eat anymore. Too bad.

Wir hatten die Tappas Platte für 2 Personen bestellt. Es gab erst eine kalte Vorspeisen-Platte und dann konnte man 6 warme Tappas auswählen. So lecker und wir sind wirklich gut satt geworden. Wir kommen morgen wieder!! Auch die Bedienung war sehr nett!

Es war ein mega toller Abend. Total nette Bedienung. Das Essen Mega lecker um nicht zu sagen das beste Essen seit laaaaangem. Den Köchen kann man beim Zubereiten der Mahlzeiten zusehen. Ich empfehle es bedingungslos. Wer in Wernigerode ist, muss hier her kommen. Ein Team was zusammen arbeitet um so ein tolles Esserlebnis zu zaubern. MEGA GEIL!!!!!!
