Casa Mia in Wernigerode

Not really suitable for vegetarians, vegans, or people with lactose intolerance. There are hardly any vegetarian dishes, and even after asking, my request for gnocchi without cheese was ignored. Vegan alternatives were also unfortunately unavailable. Overall, therefore, not recommended for anyone who requires such dietary restrictions.

I was turned away at 1 p.m. on a public holiday, with the explanation that it was almost time for a break and they were too busy. Apparently, they don't need to take on any more guests despite having free tables. I won't be trying that place again.

The ambiance is pleasant. The service is friendly and fast. The pizzas are very good, and the white and red wines by the glass are delicious.

We had dinner here twice during our vacation. Everything was simply first-class; everything from the service to the food and the ambiance was perfect. If you want to eat there, you should reserve a table in advance, as the restaurant is always very busy. We'll definitely be back as soon as we're back in Wernigerode.

We just ordered takeout. They're super fast, super friendly, and incredibly delicious. I had pasta with salmon...it had tons of salmon in it and was sooooo delicious. Unfortunately, I don't have any photos...we were so hungry, and it was all eaten up in no time. Thanks again.

A very nice little restaurant...very accommodating! We arrived without a reservation, and it was practically impossible to get four seats...but the owner personally arranged it, and luckily we were able to get something to eat. It was very, very good, and arrived quickly and at the same time.

Italian restaurant with a wide range of delicious dishes to enjoy. The friendly staff managed to get us a table that evening without a reservation. The dishes were delicious and quickly prepared. The summer terrace with its vines gives the ambiance a truly Italian feel. It was a successful evening for us and we highly recommend it.

We ate here on vacation (August 14th at 7:40 p.m.), and haven't had such good Italian food in a long time. We had a starter and main course plus drinks. Paid €81.50, very fair! We called ahead, but no one answered because it was full. We walked down; the chef had to think about where to seat us, but after a short while, that wasn't a problem. 👍 Pasta with salmon, lots of salmon in it, large slices. Pizza Chef generously tossed, very tasty. Starters: pizza bread = large, feta = amazing! All in all, great, keep it up!! A fantastic experience for us at the end of our vacation. Tomorrow we're heading back to Geesthacht (near Hamburg), where, unfortunately, you can't find anything like it anymore.

A great evening in Wernigerode at Casa Mia! We were here with our children and everyone had a great time! The very tasteful ambience is reminiscent of northern Italy. Whether spaghetti Bolognese, tagliatelle salmone, pizza calzone and asparagus with potatoes - it was all a poem! A place you'll love to come back to! If you're nearby, it's an absolute must! Delicious, family friendly, what more could you want?!

If you like extra-thick calzones with plenty of filling, this is the place for you. The price is very reasonable at €15. I'll definitely come back here on vacation.

Bestes italienische Restaurant in und um Wernigerode. Etwas abseits im Ort Hasserode aber der Weg lohnt sich. Familiengeführtes Restaurant. Schneller aufmerksamer netter Service und sehr leckere Gerichte. Wir waren 2x dort. kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Restaurant. Eine Tisch-Reservierung ist ratsam. Absulte Empfehlung des Italieners.

It's a cute restaurant, and the pizzas were delicious 😋 But 12.50 is quite a price for a simple salami pizza. We took the pizzas to go, so I don't know about the other dishes or prices.

They kindly gave us a table even though everything was fully booked. We were standing in front of the restaurant trying to find something else and an employee came there and told us that someone had canceled the reservation. I wanted to eat at Casa Mia, the place was almost completely empty, but there were reservation signs on every seat. The lady said there was no space available. When I asked if I could order something to go and maybe get a plastic fork, I was also told no. Really impressive friendliness…” so I will definitely not visit this restaurant again

It was our first time ordering pizza there to pick up. Unfortunately we can't say we ate the best pizza. The atmosphere is nice, the employees were friendly and the pizza was ready at the agreed time, but the pizza was completely bland. The dough is airy but certainly not original Italian/Napolean. Salt or other spices would certainly have been good for the dough or the tomato sauce. You can do it, but in our opinion it's not anything special.

Wir haben hier zu Abend gegessen ... und wir als Hundebesitzer haben unseren Hund einfach zu Hause gelassen. Das geht nämlich durchaus ja auch mal! ;-) Das Essen war sehr lecker, die Bedienung nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren zufrieden und können nichts Negatives berichten. Es hat sich auch schnell gefüllt; reservieren ist also sicher eine gute Idee. Die Preise sind nicht ganz günstig, aber auch noch nicht überteuert.
