Its location above the town, with views of Wernigerode and the Harz Mountains, is simply fantastic. The house is lovingly furnished, very clean, and exudes a pleasant, cozy atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive – you truly feel welcome here. The breakfast was also superb: fresh, varied, and prepared with care. The terrace is particularly lovely, where you can sit and enjoy the view when the weather is nice. Whether for a short break, a hike in the Harz Mountains, or simply to relax – the Schanzenhaus is the perfect place to unwind. I will definitely be back! 🌿🏔️

A prime example of good and affordable hotel accommodation. The rooms are spacious and soundproof. Free parking is available in front of the hotel. It's about a 15-minute walk to the city center. The bed was comfortable and didn't squeak. The breakfast buffet has everything I need for a good start to the day, whether I'm looking for something healthy or hearty. From smoked salmon to chia seeds, it's all there. It's no wonder this is the fourth time we've stayed at this hotel chain.

We were able to book a room relatively spontaneously, and consequently, it wasn't cheap. Since it was important to us to get a good night's sleep after a long night at the theater, so we could be rested for the long drive home the next day, the price would have been worth it if we had gotten the restful sleep we were hoping for. Our room was right next to the breakfast room, so the noise started as early as 6:00 a.m., and by 7:30 a.m. we couldn't get a wink of sleep. It's a shame the room is on the same level as the guest rooms. The walls are generally very thin, and the elevator is very noisy. So, if you happen to get room 116 at check-in and would like to sleep past 6:00 a.m., I would recommend mentioning this at check-in. The floor throughout the entire room was also very sticky. However, the breakfast was very good and varied.

We are only here for a weekend and the hotel is ideal for that. It is a bit remote but very clean and quiet.

The room was beautifully furnished, small but nice, with a balcony and a wonderful view of the palace. 😊 We particularly liked the Cleopatra bath; we were able to fully relax and enjoy it! Everyone there is very friendly!

Pleasant accommodation for a short stay. We had a bamboo bed with a full-length mattress, which was unfortunately a bit annoying at times, as was the slamming door to the stairwell. The walk to the hotel is okay and about 1.2 km from the center on foot. On the other hand, you're gently awakened in the morning by the sound of rustling deer. The breakfast is good enough and there's something for everyone. The staff is helpful, and with a little patience, almost everything works out. Completely fine for a short break and I would use it again, but there's no common room, and with a larger group, one room is too cramped. Without a reservation at a local restaurant, it's also very difficult.

There will probably be real parking problems in the summer!

I was there in September, off-season. The breakfast is very good for the price, and the rooms are comfortable. The parking in front of the hotel is also OK. I could stay there again.

We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of the month. The hotel and the rooms were very tidy and clean. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and I would say there was something for every taste. What bothered me was that one day the rolls were hard and the next very soft. One day there was no butter, which is a no-go for this price and this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a fridge in the entrance area with drinks that you can buy. This is all well and good, but I think it's silly to have to pay small amounts by card. I would like to have a small cash register at reception so that I can pay in cash. On the day of departure I received a call saying I had left a T-shirt behind. I contacted the hotel by email and asked if it was possible to send it by post? I received a quick reply telling me I would have to transfer the postage first. So if you don't even have €2.50 to spare for your guests in postage, you only get 2 stars from me for the service and everything that goes with it!

The Schanzenhaus, of rank and tranquility, but the ravages of time are taking their toll: The terrace is crying out for a fresh shine, the night entrance remains without a dance – in the dark, you search for slots and locks, which seems rather crude and large for guests. The bed frame, too high in the construction, makes lying less comfortable, exactly. But the team radiates heartfelt enthusiasm. Check-in, breakfast: a happy win. The bread roll selection – quite simple, meager, there needs to be more variety, otherwise the snap is missing. The digital check-out: modern and splendid, the location of the hotel: simply magnificent.

We stayed at the hotel for four days. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel was also very well-maintained. The bathrooms were very clean (small but nice). The breakfast was good, with something for everyone. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view of the castle was simply amazing. We would gladly return.

Relaxing break The hotel is very quietly nestled in a mountain valley. The view over Werningerode is magnificent. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are renovated and clean, and the breakfast is very plentiful. We would love to come back 👍

A very friendly hotel in a quiet location that we really enjoyed. Very good breakfast, friendly staff. The room appears bright and clean. A look under the bed reveals that the sheets haven't been changed in a long time; the entire "nature of a person" is visible underneath. The bathroom is okay, but the toilet seat wasn't cleaned thoroughly, which disgusted me. The cleaning staff should make more of an effort. Additionally, an additional charge for the climate tax was added upon returning the room, which was not discussed in advance, and the previously incurred charges included all taxes. Don't be fooled. Still, it was nice.

Overall, the price-performance ratio is good. The rooms are clean and functionally furnished. The location is very quiet, and the old town is a 10- to 15-minute walk away. The breakfast buffet is absolutely excellent, with everything you need. I would book the hotel again in a heartbeat.

Former sports school or boarding school of the GDR, well renovated - you can't complain about that. But hardly any sound insulation (long hallways, slamming doors, neighboring rooms...) But price/performance is right!

So 5 people in the room and 3 glasses doesn't show from the service. Completely overwhelmed at breakfast and the tables were not set up. You would have to ask for everything, even glasses from the juice machine were missing...Today, on Sunday, there wasn't even any refills at the buffet🥴next time somewhere else...

Super nice and very quiet hotel with very nice, attentive staff. The breakfast buffet is delicious, also with fish and varied. The double room was bright and beautiful, generously conical. Directly at the hotel on the steep slope is the fallow deer enclosure, the ski jump, and within sight of the beautiful castle (a visit is a must!). You can walk comfortably into the beautiful city, there is a lot to discover. The small sauna facility is well integrated into a large room on the ground floor opposite the reception with 2 saunas (infrared and Finnish sauna). We would be happy to come back at any time and are already looking forward to the next time...

Good location for hiking and the center. Unfortunately no half board, even though it is called a hotel with a restaurant. Refrigerators were ideal. Guest cards were worth considering. Despite asking by phone, no confirmation and price information by phone did not correspond to the costs and services on site. Room including shower was for slim people. Nice staff and great breakfast. Room was clean and well equipped, only the ability to hang something up was a bit limited. You could sleep well in the beds, a second pillow or an adjustable headboard would have been nice.

Unfortunately we are a little bit disappointed 😞. Communication between guests and staff leaves a lot to be desired. And since when has it been customary for the staff to serve themselves at the breakfast buffet like the guests? Even though all the guests are still having breakfast.

There is still potential in everything

We really liked it in the Schanzenhotel. We had a nice family room where you could watch the deer up close early on. The staff was very nice. As a suggestion for improvement, I would recommend more of the larger tables in the dining room. There were 5 of us and we had to Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time until something was available. Secondly, it would be nice if you could get something to eat in the hotel again in the evening, for example a buffet. Otherwise we were very satisfied, the breakfast was rich and tasty. We will definitely come back again.

Very good location. 20 minutes on foot and you are in the center. Otherwise in the forest with a view of the castle or the forest with a fallow deer enclosure. Staff very nice and helpful. Rooms very small, but modern and clean. At breakfast it is very tight, there are few seats. However, the selection is OK. What was missing was a selection of coffee, e.g. B. Cappuccino.

Went again for a short vacation in the Harz, for the chocolate festival. We were very positively surprised that the breakfast theme has improved. We'll definitely be back!!! Young staff who are hard-working, friendly and helpful 👍.

Remote place, therefore absolutely quiet unless the terrace is cleared from seven (Saturday). We had our room right next to the breakfast room. Therefore, absolutely the shortest route to breakfast. I've never had this before in 35 years of field service. Rooms functional and clean. 2 small water bottles and a kettle for tea or coffee are available. The “Alexa” in the room is buzzing and irritating. Should be announced when handing over the keys. However, the plug can be pulled out of the socket... - the big drawback of the hotel is the insufficient parking spaces. This is certainly problematic during the holiday season or on a long weekend. That was it for us. Especially when we came back from a concert in Ilsenburg... 😎

My stay at the Regiohotel was a complete disaster. I was put in an 8.5 m² “room”? accommodated without a wardrobe. “Housekeeping” is located in the neighboring room. From there I was gently woken up by the washing machine at just after 6:00 am. In the room itself, the window fogged up in the morning due to the humidity. For this reason, the blackout blind is already moldy. The shower could only be accessed through a 39 cm wide entrance. The breakfast was very good. The promised WiFi didn't work. The reception recommended that I use my cell phone hotspot. This cost me another €14.99 from my provider. Under the circumstances I can only advise against staying in this “hotel”.

The rooms are simple but functional, good bed, decent bathroom, quiet location with great views. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is also very friendly and always concerned about the well-being of the guest. We spent a lovely short holiday here. And all of this at a reasonable price. I can recommend the hotel without hesitation.

Great 3 star hotel with wellness facilities. I stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was very extensive with a large selection. Gluten-free rolls weren't a problem either :) The sauna is very clean and you can choose the temperature yourself. There is also the possibility of making an aromatic infusion. I was absolutely thrilled with the service. People asked whether everything was good or whether they still had wishes unfulfilled. Very attentive and friendly. German, English and Russian are also spoken very well. The audience is more parents with a lot of pensioners, but very pleasant. The location is also good. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the old town. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. Great 1-3 hour hikes! All in all, I can highly recommend the Regiohotel!!!

I just looked at it from outside and had a coffee. The location for ski jumping is very good, the other paths are relatively far.

Very friendly young people - hotel is simple but clean, great breakfast - short walk into town

We were in the Schanzenhaus with friends from September 8th to 15th, 2024. At check-in we discovered that it was a problem getting rooms on the same floor, even though we had booked 2 rooms early enough. Because of room cleaning, you had to throw a card into a box during breakfast in the morning so that the room was cleaned. This didn't happen automatically!! Breakfast was a disaster. There was fresh bread once this week, otherwise always from the day before. Refilling also caused major problems, as only one person was responsible for the entire breakfast room. Clearing and cleaning the used tables was also a big problem. The already stained tablecloths were re-laid. Some of the female staff walked around in jogging suits and the male staff in jeans and a T-shirt. Nobody except a female person at the reception understood or spoke German. Conclusion: once and never again!! This hotel is not recommended.

The ladies at reception sat bored behind the computer and were curt. The room was okay so far, there were stains on the bed sheets and there were lots of lint in the bathroom. And the water didn't drain in the shower (room 400). Otherwise it's a very nice location from the hotel and you can't complain about the breakfast, only the man standing there making coffee doesn't get a good morning.

The rate was relatively cheap, the reception was friendly and there were still some free parking spaces in the large parking lot in front of the house - at least at the time of my arrival. The house itself is quiet. The so-called Swabian Room with a separate door from the outside, above the main entrance, is quite small. Much worse, however, is the mattress that is far too hard and the room is noisy. The turning plate/loop directly in front of it is also unmistakable: busy and ultimately used by some guests as a parking space despite the ban (traffic-calmed area/"play street") - as there are apparently too few parking spaces overall for the number of rooms. The shock came in the morning at breakfast with filter coffee from thermos flasks. This fact alone is terrible - but the coffee tasted like it had been left in the pot all night and/or it was probably cheap industrial coffee from the wholesale market/supermarket. A fully automatic machine is really not a high cost factor and also saves personnel, especially since there doesn't seem to be a lot of it in the ski jump house.

It was also clearly visible that the rooms were not adequately dusted. From 9 p.m. there were no more staff at the reception and we had to use the side entrance (which we were told to do, but...), where the key unfortunately didn't fit. Waiting for 2 hours and hoping that a guest notices and lets us in. NO GO. However, the beautiful outdoor area and the quiet surroundings are positive. However, the price-performance ratio is not right for us as the comfort in the room needs to be significantly improved.”

Hotel is a bit far away from the center. But well suited for hiking. There are a bit too few parking spaces available. Rooms were quite OK. Very simple but clean. At breakfast you were out of luck if you were there at the wrong time. The staff couldn't keep up with filling the buffet at all. Even after 40 minutes it was only partially filled. Not a good organization.

Unfortunately, a lot has changed for the worse. We were here 7 years ago and loved it. That's why there was no question about booking there again. Unfortunately, the rooms weren't really clean, there was dust and cobwebs everywhere. The first morning at breakfast there was no room at all because some guests had simply reserved the tables. The staff, one man, was totally overwhelmed because he was alone. He didn't get a good morning out either. When we finally had a table we had to set it ourselves. On the 2nd morning the same problem. Then there was a woman who gave us a reserved table and told us not very friendly that we only had an hour then we had to be ready. After 30 minutes the guests who had reserved the table arrived. And then the drama began. The cleanliness in the breakfast room also left a lot to be desired. Sugar bowl dirty and empty, not refilled. Salt and pepper shakers also dirty. There were dead wasps and flies on a layer of dust on the window sill. The restaurant where you could always eat in the evening is no longer there, which is a shame. You have to go back in the evening to eat. Since we were very disappointed, we will look for another hotel next time, even though the location and the view are fantastic. Instead of putting an Alexa in every room, you should invest the money in other things.

We were in this hotel a few years ago, but unfortunately we discovered that there is no longer a restaurant there. The restaurants in the town center are about 1.5km away and the return journey is only uphill if you leave the car. The cleanliness is no longer what it used to be, the outdoor area looks unkempt. The breakfast service is very poor. Many people had to wait for free tables because they weren't newly set. I cannot recommend this hotel for longer stays.

Everything was very clean and the rooms were modern, although very small and unfortunately noisy. No gauze in front of the windows means mosquito alarm in summer. And you have to walk quite far and uphill to the next restaurant. However, the starting point is ideal for hiking.

The hotel is a bit out of the way, so you can enjoy absolute peace and quiet. The rooms are relatively newly renovated, we had two single rooms. Overall it is a somewhat simpler hotel, but everything you need is there. A drinks fridge in the lobby and even a kettle with tea and coffee in the rooms. The breakfast should be highlighted, which surprised us very positively. Very extensive! Our conclusion: Rooms at a relatively reasonable price, but which you can book without hesitation. We would book it again.

It's a simple hotel, check-in possible until 2100, but it was difficult, no one was there after 1900. We had to use the key box ourselves and luckily we knew the room number. Other guests were less lucky.

A nice place to relax and hike. The staff are excellent and friendly. For me, as an allergy sufferer, the restaurant employee specially ordered wheat-free bread for breakfast. I think the gesture is very nice. Everything very clean.

I was warmly welcomed and everything was tidy and clean. The only points of criticism for me were that the internet was too slow and the radiator in the bathroom was very low compared to the rest of the room. I found breakfast very good. There was also enough parking space.

Beautifully quiet location, ideal starting point for hikes. Sufficient parking space, no charging stations. Unfortunately, the hotel's own restaurant is closed and the drinks fridge is switched off (but stocked), there is enough restaurant selection in the city (approx. 15 minutes on foot). Breakfast room and staff undersized when fully occupied. Deer live right next door...😀

Nice location. Hiking trails right outside the door. Unfortunately the rooms are not as you book them. Clean, yes, but the bathroom smells very much of chlorine. Unfortunately, the reception is staffed by staff who don't speak German well. Communication is therefore very difficult. Breakfast is very good, but the room is clearly too small. If the hotel is fully booked, you have to stand in line and wait. Somehow it reminded me of my childhood. I probably won't go there again.

The location is really nice. The team is very nice. The breakfast is beautifully prepared and more than sufficient. The rooms are completely sufficient. Only the beds are a bit hard. But we'd love to come back and look forward to a slightly softer bed. All in all, highly recommended.

A very quiet, peaceful place to relax. Excellent and delicious breakfasts. The staff is attentive and friendly. I recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room is clean and spacious, equipped with everything you need. Buffet breakfast is good. I was especially pleased with the surprise that the hotel staff arranged for my birthday - for breakfast our table was festively decorated and my wife and I received a glass of dry sparkling wine. As an international consultant in the hospitality industry with 23 years of experience, I would like to advise allowing reception staff to communicate with guests in languages other than German, adding music TV channels and channels in other languages. Also, perhaps, to increase the occupancy of the hotel, it would be advisable to use the capabilities of the ski resort - purchase and use a snow cannon, use a cable car, etc.

We were there with friends over a long weekend. We were accommodated under the roof. The lady at reception spoke broken German, but check-in was smooth. You also receive a card for using public transport. Unfortunately our names were written down there incorrectly. The room was clean and sufficient. The shower was a bit small and there were still remnants of the previous one on the sink cap. The trigger device had also not been cleaned for a long time - therefore a point deducted. the breakfast was plentiful and with a large selection. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Here I would particularly like to praise the staff at breakfast, always attentive and helpful. Overall, the hotel can be recommended 100%. We'd love to come back.

We had the family room 216, which is modern and we liked it. We covered the rusty heater in the bathroom with a large towel and so it was fine for us. There was something for everyone at the breakfast buffet and the service staff was very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately we have to deduct a star because we were woken up before 6 a.m. It was incredibly loud. Rattling dishes, seemingly moving “wheelchairs” and a constant buzzing noise. Apparently our room was directly above the kitchen and cold rooms. Nevertheless, we would come back and recommend the hotel. Just not room 216.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Zimmer. Hatten einen Balkon, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und recht neu Renoviert. Angenehme Matratze und richtige Federbetten. Bad ist ziemlich klein, reicht aber aus und super sauber. Das Hotel liegt am Rande von Wernigerode an einem hang. Zufuss von Ortsmitte wieder zum Hotel ziemlich anstrengent. Kann ich aber weiter empfehlen. Preis eine Nacht für 100 Euro inklusive absolut leckeren Frühstück für 2 PERSONEN finde ich super👍 Mit Blick aufs Schloss

Kann ich nur Empfehlen es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer guten Lage direkt auf dem Berg so das man Wernigerode perfekt sieht und noch dazu ist es ein Historischer Standort. Das Essen wahr auch sehr gut. Das Zimmer auch wobei einige Deko echt Geschmackssache ist deswegen da nur 4 Sterne

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger und grüner Lage mit sehr lieben Menschen im Service :)

Das Hotel liegt in ruhiger Lage am Ende einer Straße, die als Waldweg direkt in den Harz führt. Zwei besondere Highlights sind das Damwild-Gehege, auf das man von der Rückseite des Hotels direkten Blick hat, ebenso wie die Skisprungschanzen. Vom Hotel aus hat man insbesondere im Abendlicht einen tollen Blick auf das Schloss Wernigerode. Die sich dem Hotel anschließenden Wanderwege führen unter anderem zu einem Märchenpfad und bieten so auch Familien mit Kindern Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten in der Natur. Die Stadtmitte erreicht man vom Hotel aus zu Fuß in etwa 1,5 km. Parkplätze waren bei meiner Anreise und auch in den Tagen danach immer genug vorhanden und ich erlebte einen angenehmen Empfang an der Rezeption. Das Personal war stets freundlich und reagierte auf Nachfragen sehr kompetent. Mir wurden zudem Ausflugstipps genannt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und wohnlich eingerichtet. Auf Privatsphäre wird großen Wert gelegt, die Reinigung erfolgt auf Wunsch individuell, indem man eine Karte an der Rezeption abgibt. Auf dem Schreibtisch lagen neben Gläsern und einem Getränk auch Informationen zu Restaurants in der Nähe aus, dessen Buchung auch vom Personal übernommen wird. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich und auch auf gesunde und vegane Ernährung wurde Wert gelegt, z.B. gab es für das Müsli auch Haferdrink und frisches Obst wie Wassermelone. Daneben wird aber auch Käse, Wurst und Lachs angeboten. Die Frühstückstische waren sehr schön eingedeckt und Kaffee stand jeden Morgen schon am Tisch bereit. Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Regiohotel Schanzenhaus und kann es vor allem als preislich attraktives Hotel für naturbegeisterte Wanderer und Familien mit Kindern empfehlen.

Für den Preis ist das Preis Leistungsverhältnis fantastisch. Das Personal äußerst freundlich, die Zimmer super, das Frühstück absolut top, alles was man braucht. Dazu die Lage, traumhaft.

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel, direkt an der Skischanze von Wernigerode, Zimmer sehr sauber, Betten bequem, Frühstück war mega gut, es hat an nichts gefehlt.. Immer wieder gerne..

Hauptproblem: Extrem verrostete Heizkörper im Bad, Info im Vorfeld wäre notwendig sowie finanzielles Entgegenkommen Weitere Kritik: Mitarbeiter teilweise sehr unprofessionell im Agieren (Beispiel: "Wollen Sie schon mal nachschauen, ob Ihr Zimmer fertig ist?"), digitales Einchecken funktionierte nicht (vorwurfsvolle Worte seitens der Mitarbeiterin) - Frühstücksraum sehr beengt und voll und stickig (fast nur 2er Tische, und man musste teilweise lange warten, bis ein Tisch frei wurde, und das, obwohl beim Einchecken nach Frühstückswunschzeitraum gefragt wurde, aber dies spielte wohl keine Rolle und wurde auch nicht kontrolliert) - Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, aber teilweise steinharte Brötchen und viel zu weich gekochte Eier - chemischer Geruch in Fluren und im Zimmer - das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig - Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt

Es war super im Hotel. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer "201 - Tibet" war soweit echt schön. Morgens kann man sogar einige Rehe beobachten! Das Frühstück war auch reichhaltig und es war immer alles da! Auch hier ist das gesamte Personal sehr entgegenkommend und sehr nett!!! Auch Englisch, kein Problem! Sehr gut!!!

Ein sehr angenehmes Hotel, mit Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Von der Innenstadt von Wernigerode ist es weit entfernt, aber mit dem Auto ist es möglich. Die Zimmer sind sauber, neu eingerichtet und bequem. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und mit viel Auswahl.

Kein Restaurant, keine Bar,wie bei Buchung gesagt.Wir sind sehr enttäuscht.

Wir waren vom 23.12.23 - 26.12.23 im Schanzenhaus. Es war alles toll,das Personal im gesamten Hotel sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dss Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend. Wir hatten das Zimmer Studio, was schön groß und sauber war und den Blick zum Schloss hatte, einfach traumhaft. Vielen Danke für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!!

Wir waren enttäuscht von diesem Hotel und würden es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Hat meine Erwartung, umfassend erfüllt

Sam obiekt ładny, na poziomie. Pokoje czyste, super sprawa z czajnikiem na wodę i możliwość zrobienia kawy czy herbaty. Obsługa miła, pomocna. Bardzo przepyszne śniadania, naprawdę spory wybór, duży plus za to. Niestety 2 gwiazdki odjęte za drobnostki, grzejnik w łazience straszył wyglądem, a w pokoju zero internetu! Masakra. Dopiero na korytarzu szło złapać zasieg, dla mnie to był dodatkowy koszt, musiałem korzystać z kolejnego pakietu...

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und die Stadt Werningerode nach ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Parkplätze sind vorhanden (auf 2 Parkflächen). Aufgrund des aktuellen Krankenstandes war wohl die Arbeitsbelastung im Sevice und beim Frühstück hoch und die Wartezeiten somit länger. Das Frühstück an sich war reichhaltig, vielseitig und gut. Die Stoßzeiten sollte man aber lieber meiden (dann ist es sehr voll und die Auswahl zeitweise etwas begrenzter). Die Saunazeiten waren leider nicht so lang (nicht bis 20 Uhr) und die Sauna kostet extra. Das Zimmer war sauber und in Ordnung, obwohl die sehr rostige Heizung den Gesamteindruck mindert. Eine Bar gab es leider nicht - ein Kühlschrank mit Getränken war im Eingangsbereich platziert. Ein Restaurant war nicht vorhanden. Die gute Bewertung bei Booking konnten wir so aktuell leider nicht (mehr) ganz nachvollziehen (auch im Hinblick auf Preis-Leistung).

Sehr schöne kleine Stadt mit einem hübschen Weihnachtsmarkt.

Waren in Not auf der Suche nach einem Hotel und hatten um kurz vor 21 Uhr eigentlich schon die Hoffnung aufgegeben. Aber freundlicherweise konnte uns die Dame in der Lobby noch ein Zimmer anbieten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gemütlich mit dem Nötigsten eingerichtet. Betten sehr bequem. Überrascht hat mich sehr positiv das Frühstück, das im Preis enthalten ist. Sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Note 1. Am positiven ist mir jedoch das Personal aufgefallen. Jeder im Hotel ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank an das Hotel für die "Rettung". Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen.
