Accidental discovery - we were extremely pleasantly surprised, just wanted to have a coffee and discovered an interesting menu. Service was super nice, we'll definitely be back!

Bar and restaurant for bikers with delicious food. Getting there through old Mutzschen is a bit stressful, but Soul Food is well equipped and compensates for that. Parking is possible directly in front of the outdoor area. There is great homemade lemonade, beer and very tasty burgers. The prices match the quality, but are not a bargain, especially in this location

Good access point by motorbike, I'm definitely not here for the last time, the castle still needs a lot of attention, otherwise the ambience is perfect. The burgers are 🍔 fresh and tasty. You can notice the American influence from the boss.

Cool location. Super cool location! Map and food absolutely okay. Riding the mopeds almost to the table also has its charm😎👍. I found it relatively expensive - but that's just my subjective feeling.

We were in the beautifully located pub on Whit Monday. The menu on offer that day was quite minimalistic and was limited to a few salads and various burgers. The chicken burger I ordered for sixteen euros seemed absolutely overpriced just from its visual appearance. The certainty came when I wanted to go to Essen. The chicken had the consistency of a rubber ball and was as dry as Sahara sand. My mistake for not returning it immediately. What motivated me to leave a review here is the reaction of the staff. The kitchen help is new and I can get a coffee on the house. The suggestion to charge this against my beer was ignored without comment. I think mistakes happen, but to dismiss them like that is an absolute disgrace. The thought of goodwill or the insight of having to serve the guest a dish that meets minimum quality standards for a not exactly cheap sixteen euros is obviously completely absent in "Soul Food...".

Delicious burgers at fair prices

All in all a good restaurant, the cheese sauce with the nachos might be enough, but the kids found it too dry. Food was great, service was very nice and friendly.

It's a shame... we've always been thrilled, good food at the right price Today everything was different and the explanation when we asked why and why everything is so bad today was also sobering. The price for the food was way too high or too little food for the price. (I have no idea which scale is used for this, which was an answer from you) It was also cold. The service today didn't respond well to our complaints either, it's a shame, service means something different to me. Then music, a life band was announced, which then just stopped.... ....

We traveled half an hour to eat here, unfortunately the opening times are not up to date and we found ourselves standing in front of closed doors...

Burgers were okay, in my opinion. But too expensive for what it is.

We often go out to eat with friends and family. This means we are always compared to other restaurants. The service at our table was relaxed and friendly. She understood our sense of humor and you could laugh out loud. We also felt comfortable. The toilet walls are a cool change 😄 The pulled pork starter was first class. I would order this again and again. Unfortunately, our burgers were quite dry and the degree of doneness wasn't right either. There is no children's menu. So the expensive burgers had to be modified for the children. That made the evening quite expensive. On average we were €50 more expensive than usual. Unfortunately, some things were gone, like the chilli con carne. There are some problems with a small card. As a constructive tip. It's better to let the coleslaw sit longer. Our lettuce was fresh and very firm and squishy. Still very tasty.

Full marks, beautiful location in Mutschen Castle. Great service, great food... very tasty and everything fresh. The burgers are lush and look fantastic, the eye eats too. I had chili con carne with fries, not too spicy...great. High prices, reasonable. We would like to come again.

Located in Mutzschen Castle, there is a free parking space in front of it. Very pleasant atmosphere, adapted to bikers and everyone who has petrol in their blood. The restaurant is not particularly large, but on the other hand that makes it very pleasant and cozy. The American cuisine was great and very tasty! The service was particularly friendly and very helpful. There was always someone available to answer any questions or requests!

Good food, can only recommend the burgers, I particularly liked them. Staff was nice and reliable. Conclusion: Would eat here again😝🤟🏻

Very nicely located and furnished restaurant. The food was great. The burgers were grilled to a nice medium rare and the finger food was also really tasty. It's definitely not the last time you've been here.

Gute Küche...tolle Location mit Schloss und Geschichte...Bedienung sehr freundlich, aber leider fehlt die Umsicht um nach neuen Getränken zu fragen oder auch einfach den Tisch abzuräumen...trotzdem gerne wieder...

Sehr lecker waren mal mit den Großeltern hier um denen mal was neues zu zeigen sie fanden es auch mega da mein Opa nicht so der Burger Fan ist war es echt hammer das es auch genügend andere Optionen gab.

Außergewöhnliches Restaurant mitten im Dorf. Tolles Ziel, nicht nur für Biker. Wer Burger mag, wird es hier lieben. Auch die Getränke *z.B. Limonaden mit und ohne Alkohol sind mal etwas anders. Wir haben uns richtig lecker satt gegessen mit der ganzen Familie.

Immer ein Stop mit dem Motorrad wert. Hier gibt es gutes Essen und Trinken. Man kann hier im alten Schloß entspannen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Interessanter Ort. Aber nochmal essen würde ich dort nicht. Es wird wohl nicht ohne Grund ein Koch gesucht. Der Burger war schlimm und die ich nenne es mal Teigumrahmung (so eine Art Brötchen) krümelig und bröckelig, völlig ungeeignet für einen Burger. Auch, wenn man sagt, ich möchte keine Pommes und bekommt statt dessen einen Salat offeriert, kommen Pommes und eben kein Salat. Das Gedächtnis der jungen Kellnerin ist anscheinend auch ein wenig bröckelig, obwohl es wenig Gäste gab. Chicken Nuggets aus dem Eisfach und das Eis am Ende mittelmäßig, das alles aber für einen deftigen Preis.
