My delivery came 20 minutes earlier than planned and the delivery person was very friendly. I am very happy with my meal. Everything was perfect. Gladly again.

The dough and cheese crust were great. The drinks nice and cold! There was no skimping on the topping, the ratio between the ingredients was completely ok. You could taste fresh peppers. Thank you again!

They didn't have enough money to change and the food is just okay. Don't order anything there because the people are very rude, you really don't have to put up with something like that.

We have always ordered pizzas here regularly and they have always been top notch. For a few weeks now the dough has been good and almost raw, today it was enough and the pizzas were packed up again and a complaint was made on site. Unfortunately I was told that it was ok. What a shame! 30€ thrown out the window, no insight. Please everyone who is still ordering check your dough and don't be blinded by hot cheese.

burnt food and incomplete delivery

I don't know what happened, it used to be super cheap and always reliably lightning fast, true to the motto "Good and cheap" - now it's significantly more expensive and delivery now takes longer (used to be 20 minutes, now usually >=1 hour). I understand that these are tough times for restaurants at the moment, but in the current state of Sky Pizza I will no longer order like this, the price-performance ratio is simply no longer right

Ordered by phone, waited 1 hour. Didn't get pizza. Not recommended! When I asked, they didn't even know what pizza it was. Loading Disasters!

When I read through the posts here, it becomes clear to me: there is a war going on here between pizza delivery people who are trying to put the other down with bad reviews. A few times I also got a pizza here or ate it on site. It was always ok. And they were never remarkably unfriendly either.

Worst food in all of Heidelberg. The sauce from the pasta was almost transparent like water. It immediately gave me stomach cramps. The burger bread was from the day before and the meat was raw. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THERE!!! DANGEROUS!!!

The six of us all ordered pasta and a burger. The pasta sauce was completely watery and tasted of nothing except a little pepper and salt. The burger was pure mush. We called straight away and explained everything. His answer: I can cook very well, you better clean your tongue because you all have no taste. Never again, something like that should be banned.

Forgotten half of the order upon delivery and the quality of the food available doesn't make it any better

We order here often and are usually satisfied. Food arrives warm, drinks cold, selection is large, prices are good and delivery is relatively quick.

Even in my case three days ago, despite 20 signs on 20 mailboxes, no advertising, everything is crammed. The problem seems to occur very often. I recommend calling and complaining. Write down the flyer with the date and hand it in to the consumer advice center, who can send a warning, €150 fee per flyer. Maybe the pizzeria will quickly learn how to reduce daily sales to zero.

On my mailbox it says: “Please no advertising”. What does Sky Pizza do? They stuff two advertising flyers into my mailbox to draw my attention to their products against my will. If you obviously can't convince people with good food, you have to resort to forbidden means to attract attention. The same principle as the cards from those sleazy car buyers who always stick to the windshield wiper of my 911. Konrad Duden would be spinning in his grave reading your menu. Take your pizza shop to the next level and finally activate Google Ads. Not recommendable.

Driver unfriendly, the only thing that was edible was the beer he brought with him

One spring roll was not delivered enough and the wrong iced tea. Lemon instead of peach. Not exactly good...

Delivery arrived in the specified time frame. Driver was friendly. Eat warm. I ordered a spinach family pizza. There was minimal spinach on a total of 3 pieces. Why is the pizza called spinach? There were huge blobs of crème fraîche on some of the pieces. The rest of the covering was also poor. Underside slightly burnt. You could somehow still eat the pizza warm, even if it didn't taste good. But now it's completely dry and hard when it's cold. Simply inedible.

Ordered here today. Initially, parts of the order were missing. Then I had to argue with the driver for ages to get my complete order. When he brought the full order 30 minutes later, the burger and fries were ice cold and inedible and went straight into the trash. If it takes so long to correct your own mistake that the food gets cold, then I actually expect it to be remade. The driver himself was extremely aggressive, threatening and angry that I had the audacity to insist on having the food I ordered.

DANGER! I advise everyone to order from here. The menu was delivered incorrectly, the receipt was unreadable (scrawled by hand), he didn't know what he had written down and what exactly had been deducted, well it doesn't matter. When I finally wanted to enjoy the 4 pizzas with my guests, all 4 pizzas were wrong and tasted like rubber dough with greasy cheese, really bad, and the cola was warm. When I called to report the problem, the gentleman on the phone said, "Brother, your debt is wrong." That's not true at all, because the amount didn't make sense at all. Paid €45 for such an indictment! Towards the end he promised me he would bring me the difference and said “Brother, I will bring your money by tomorrow” (of course to get rid of me). Of course without success. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

The quality of the pizza left a lot to be desired. The dough was dry and tasteless, and the toppings weren't fresh. It lacked flavor and overall the pizza just wasn't particularly tasty. Furthermore, the ambience of the pizzeria was not particularly inviting. The furnishings seemed outdated and lacked cleanliness. Unfortunately, this had a negative impact on the overall experience.

Loved the food here. Tried it for the first time here. Friendly people, good service, reseasonable prized and delicious food. Would definitely recommend.

Bin immer sehr zufrieden dort. Essen kommt schnell und warm an. Wenn man Änderungen am Essen vornimmt wird dies auch getan.

Unser Essen war wahnsinnig lecker! Pommes auf den Punkt, Hähnchenschnitzel super knusprig. Mein Mann hatte eine Pizza Mexicana, ausreichend belegt, schwamm nicht in Soße und war durch. BTW eine Pizza die schwarze crosse Stellen aufweist ist nicht verbrannt! Frag mich was die Leute hier so an Bewertungen abgeben....

Die Pizzen sind güstig und solide, zudem gibt es immer ein nettes Pläuschen mit Ali, der das Essen oft früher als erwartet bringt. Immer wieder gerne, denn ich weiß was ich bekomme!

Die Lieferung kam etwas später als erwartet, aber für einen Sonntagabend noch im Rahmen. Der Lieferant hat leider nicht mal „hallo“ gesagt. Wir haben zwei Pizzen und Tiramisu bestellt. Meine Pizza war leider nicht dieselbe wie ich bestellt hatte. Eine Zutat hat gefehlt und dafür war eine andere Zutat zusätzlich drauf. Prinzipiell ärgerlich, aber nicht tragisch. Leider war die Pizza extrem fettig und unten teilweise schwarz angebrannt. Insgesamt geschmacklich nichtssagend. Das Tiramisu hatte eine eigenartige Konsistenz wie Marshmallows und war nicht essbar, da der Boden geschmeckt hat als wäre es in purem Ethanol getränkt. Ich würde dort nicht nochmal bestellen.

Wir bestellen regelmäßig online und Sky Pizza liefert immer zuverlässig. Ich hab tatsächlich viele Pizzarias in Heidelberg ausprobiert aber Sky Pizza war bisher der einzige Laden der die Bestellung immer richtig und (über-) pünktlich geliefert hat. Ich weiß das zu schätzen und bleib deshalb treu. Für mich die beste Pizzaria in HD!

Pizza ist Okey für den Preis . Lieferzeit ist auch in Ordnung ich bestelle seit Jahren dort , heute aber konnte ich mir den Preis nicht erklären ... Ich bestellte Angebot 10 von dem Flyer der in meinen Briefkasten vor ca 2 Wochen war , Pizza und Getränk 12 Euro Plus ein Tiramisu sind dann 15 Euro... Der Fahrer kam und wollte 17.50 Euro haben , also ich ihn fragte warum sagte er , er hätte nichts von dem Geld. Dabei wollte ich nur wissen wie der Preis zustande kam , er sagt es wären plötzlich 1,50 euro lieferkosten die nie vorher erwähnt wurden . Dann wären es trotzdem nur 16.50 gewesen und nicht 17.50 , ich drückte ihm 18 Euro in die Hand und sagte "dann passt ja alles " und er ging total unzufrieden . Preise sind daher willkürlich für mich . Was ich sehr schade finde. Als jahrelange kundin muss ich sagen , das war noch nie so . Und ich finde es sehr schade , natürlich muss der Laden sein Geld zusammenhalten, ich als kundin aber auch und das man dann nicht gerne Trinkgeld gibt ist ja wohl klar , schließlich bekomm ich in meinem Beruf auch nur wenig bis kein Trinkgeld.

Gute Pizza, aber zwei Tage in Folge für einen Fahrweg von 10 Minuten mehr als zwei Stunden gewartet und verbranntes Essen bekommen. Damals waren sie noch besser!

Sehr freundliches und großzügiges Personal, auch um 1 Uhr morgens hilfsbereit :) Essen war lecker und die Preise sind fair Very friendly and generous staff, helpful at 1AM also :) food was delicious and fairly priced

Pizza gut, leider werden Lieferwünsche (ohne Tomaten bei der Pasta) nicht berücksichtigt :( musste die Pasta daher leider wegwerfen.

Spaghetti Carbonara war echt nicht lecker. Es waren einfach nur Nudeln mit Ei (das Eiweiß war als Klumpen in den Nudeln). Der Schinken hat komplett gefehlt. Die Chicken Wings waren vom geschmacklich nicht gut und auch nicht kross. Der Cheesburger haben dem Preis entsprechend geschmeckt. Nach Tiefkühlkost und Fertigsoße, aber bei 3,50€ zu erwarten. Die 2 Sterne gab es für die schnelle Lieferzeit (40 min) und den netten Lieferanten. Aber hier bestellen wir nicht mehr!

Hatte eine Bolognese mit Ei Pizza. Irgendwie hat sie süßlich geschmeckt weiß nicht ob das die Bolognese Soße war oder das Ei darauf vielleicht hat der Pizza Bäcker Salz mit Zucker verwechselt passiert 😁 Der Salat war sehr gut

Wir haben eine Partypizza und eine Familienpizza bestellt. Die Pizzen waren sehr sehr gut: toller Boden und lecker belegt. Die Preise sind mehr als fair. Die Lieferzeit wurde eingehalten und die telefonische Bestellung hat problemlos geklappt. Schade, dass wir Sky Pizza erst jetzt ausprobiert haben. Wir sind sehr positiv überrascht und werden in Zukunft nur noch hier bestellen.

Pizza ist echt gut, etwas fettig, hat aber Pizza an sich. Ich kann nur von der Pizza sprechen, die passt mir. Lieferzeiten auch Top. Eigentlich meist unter 30-40 Minuten da, wenn viel los ist, dauerts auch mal ein wenig länger. Punkt Abzug aufgrund des Geschmacks, könnt intensiver sein.

Meist sehr schnelle Lieferungen. Leider ist es schon öfter passiert das die bestellten Burger verwechselt wurden. Ansonsten aber lecker und zuverlässig.

Dies ist ein Fastfood Restaurant, dass u.a. Pizza und indisches Essen als Take Away anbietet. Vorteile: 1. freundlicher Service 2. Kompetente Bestellungsabwicklung (praktische Verpackung für das Take Away Essen) 3. gute Essensqualität 4. nach ca. 25min hatten wir unser Essen Nachteile: 1. es ist meiner Meinung nach eben Fast Food, wer eine ausgefallene Küche erwartet, liegt hier falsch. Für den Preis hält es aber auf jeden Fall was es verspricht.
