I recently visited this very nice restaurant and overall I was very satisfied. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, which made the visit particularly pleasant. The burgers we ordered were really tasty – juicy, well seasoned and made with fresh ingredients. The price of the restaurant is a little above average, but it is still within reason. You can definitely treat yourself to it, even if it might not be the cheapest deal in the area. Overall the food was really good and I will definitely visit the place again. Recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy good burgers in a friendly environment.

Fast service, delicious food - both main course and dessert. Cocktails or lemonades could be a little larger or with less ice. Staff super nice. Unfortunately, we sat near the cash register and would then be part of small talk and business meetings that were held very loudly. The atmosphere with the small huts in which you sit is very pleasant. However, it suddenly became very dark because the lights were dimmed. It's probably meant to set the mood - we basically didn't see anything after that.

Sadly cold fries that had been under a heat lamp for too long. Surprised given it was a Saturday night. Burgers were ok. But I had high hopes. Friendly staff and many options of burgers.

Good Morning. I got Charlemagne and Pomm Franz through Liederando. I am completely convinced of the taste of both, the patties are hearty and delicious, the bacon is fried very crispy and the ingredients seem to be of very high quality. The fries taste good and are crispy, but could be a little more for the price of €5.50. I can't rate the service and ambience because I ordered online. Conclusion: The food is definitely worth the money and should definitely be tried!

Unfortunately, customer orientation is a foreign word here. Neither on site nor when contacting us by email will you receive correct and, above all, reliable information. It's a shame, because the food is quite good and the decor is also quite attractive.

Great ambience, service was okay and a huge menu. Food comes very quickly, the plate was very well preheated, ketchup and mayo are already at the table. You can still work on the meat, we found it quite compact. My order of a burger with bread was probably not the best choice, as the bread itself obviously cannot be toasted any further, otherwise it would become hard. As a result, it was unfortunately cold overall (except for the meat) and not really my thing. Fries with skin on were great.

Solid burger and fries, but there are definitely better ones. Waiters were friendly and the swings in the restaurant were a highlight for the children. If I'm in the area again and think about where to eat, I would come back.

We have been there 4 times since it opened, but every time we received excellent service, very fast, friendly and every wish was read and implemented. Thanks for that! The location is completely furnished with beautiful wood and therefore feels warm and cozy. You have your own area and therefore more privacy. Music is played in each area via a separate speaker so it's not too loud and you can have a good conversation. The romantic swing at the entrance is great for souvenir pictures and 2 other swings for children, they will definitely love it too. Food is absolutely delicious. I stuck with HUBERT, very tasty 🤤 Overall, a wonderful place not only to eat but also to relax with friends and family.

Today was definitely the last time we ordered for pickup. Since 2 out of 3 deliveries previously came cold, we picked up the burgers today. Ordered the Karolina twice and the sweet potato fries once. Everything cold (10 minutes drive from the restaurant) and 2-3 nugget-sized pieces of meat per burger. In short. Paid €13 for a salad burger. NO THANKS!!

We were forgotten after a long wait, burgers were unfortunately cold, we were given new food and invited by the restaurant, including drinks, something you rarely experience. The guest is king after all. Thanks

Unfortunately rather disappointing. The burgers were lukewarm, the patti was too cooked (dry), the toppings were sparse (we had a burger with avocado and one with brie - very sparing on both. Reminds me of the McDonald's Fishmac with the slice of cheese) Unfortunately the fries were completely unsalted, but there was salt on the table to remedy that. To my taste, the drinks (Selfmade ICE tea and lemonade) were made with more sugar water and not with fresh fruit. Unfortunately I have to write this here because the actually very nice waitress wasn't interested in whether we liked it or not. We won't go there again.

Great restaurant near the Frankfurt Trade Fair. Looks small from the outside, but has plenty of seating. The food is terrific and the variations of fries are a dream. Definitely worth a visit for a good meal.

I followed google review and came here to give it a try. I ordered sweets potatoes fries and doubled patties burger. Sweet potato fries were really good. Sadly, the patties were the worst. Patties were too well-done, super hard to chew and hard to swallow. I also couldn’t smell the nice flaming beef which made me even more disappointed. The other elements ( the buns, the egg, sauce) were nice except the patties.

Super delicious restaurant. The burgers are really tasty, juicy and have a good taste. The fries are super good and you can still notice the potato, which I think makes high-quality fries. Everything was super hot and was delivered within a few minutes. The ambience was really nice, a bit of music in the background, everything was clean. You could also sit outside, although we decided against it because we needed a power outlet. Toilets are also super pretty, fancy and above all clean. The service was really first class. Super nice guy who explained the menus to us and was super nice. My friend wasn't feeling well because of the weather and he immediately offered her some cool water, which also helped. All in all highly recommended! We paid around €47 for two people with a menu each (excluding tip). So the price is OK.

Super tasty burgers in a great, rustic atmosphere. The staff is super friendly, kudos to you. The food tastes very tasty. The restaurant is very well located and offers a lot of space. Well suited for large groups. There is also a beer garden. Allgäuer Büble Hell is served as a light beer. Kaiserschmarrn tastes super delicious. The furnishings are lovingly designed. There are also citizens who give them bread. Sauces are available on the table or can be ordered.

Firstly, the restaurant is visually a real eye-catcher and makes you feel right at home. We thought the different “huts” were really well done. The two of us ate there yesterday and were more than satisfied. The food was really tasty and the portions were extremely large, so it's definitely worth digging a little deeper into your wallet! 😌 The staff was also very friendly and our food surprisingly came very quickly, because it was quite busy we thought we would have to wait longer, but quite the opposite. 😇 We'd love to come back. 🥰

We dined there on Friday evening with a reservation. These were by far the best burgers we have ever eaten. Really incredibly delicious! The service was on the ball and super nice! The location is super cute with the little houses where you can sit inside and really be by yourself. The only disadvantage is the lack of light. Personally, I find it really a bit too dark to eat. But all in all absolutely great and highly recommended! We will be back :-)

The food was very tasty and the orders came super quickly. The staff were all very friendly and only gave us the best recommendations. We were fascinated by the decor, the restaurant looks very small from the outside, but inside it is beautifully decorated and large. The next time I'm in Frankfurt I know where I'll definitely eat again. We would also like to have a branch in Berlin! :)

Very beautiful there! Mega huge! Even the toilets look a bit fancy with the pictures. It may take longer for the food to arrive. You should plan on waiting 20-30 minutes (at least on Sunday evenings). Burger & sweet potato fries were super tasty.

This is Frankfurt's holy hall of the burger. I like coming here. Everything is just right here. The burgers are perfect and varied. The shakes are heavenly. And the service staff are top notch. The atmosphere is extremely cozy. There are small huts inside where you can sit and a huge outdoor area. Perfect for spring and summer. But even with the heaters and blankets, it's perfectly fine to enjoy your meal outside on not so warm evenings. My favorites are: Burger Joseph, Pomm Sissi, Ludwigshöhe and Rocky. Unfortunately, at some point the pants say: "No more room!" 😜 Come by and put together your favorites and enjoy it. This restaurant is definitely one of the sights in Bockenheim. I was introduced to this restaurant by a friend and I've been going there with friends and family ever since. The food is very tasty, even my American friends were impressed. It's cozy and the service is friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

Well, first of all I have to say that we were greeted warmly like we haven't been in a long time. The ambience is wonderfully idyllic! You feel like you're in the Alps :)) Very tasty food and drinks! Very, very tasty burgers! The side dishes and drinks also taste very good! I got to know the restaurant through “Sharing Plate” and have been here several times since then! The staff is very friendly and the food comes relatively quickly. There is a pleasant, calm atmosphere! I really like the facility!

Burgers were delicious, everything was clean, great homemade lemonade and iced tea, but small burgers for the price. Also, the store is very crowded. Reservations are highly recommended and you should plan for long waiting times.

Unfortunately it was unbelievable, the children's burgers were as big as those for adults, and orders in English were only partially understood.

Oh so ein süßes Ambiente, man merkt, hier steckt sehr viel Liebe drin. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Personal ist auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist sehr sehr lecker. Leider war ich vom Burger so satt, dass kein Nachtisch mehr rein gepasst hat. Die Karte versprach aber vieles, das wird beim nächsten Mal ausprobiert.

Das Personal ist super freundlich, dauert manchmal, wenn es voll ist. Die Currywurst war nicht zu essen. die Pommes matsch und das Essen lag auf einer Papier Serviette. Die Burger sind immer lecker. Aber mit der Currywurst muss man sich noch etwas einfallen lassen. Bei Reklamation gab es einen Kaiserschmarrn kostenlos. Das war eine tolle Entschuldigung. Werde immer wieder hin gehen. Hanne

Für uns unser liebstes Burger-Restaurant in Frankfurt! Sehr gute Auswahl, v.a. auch bei den veganen/vegetarischen/brotlosen Burgern. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier auch. Für die Shakes sollte man eine Extra-Portion Hunger mitbringen oder extra dafür vorbei kommen, weil die nach den Burgern sehr üppig sind. Das Konzept rund um Sissi&Franz ist auch gut durchdacht. Wir kommen immet wieder gerne hierher.

Tolle und abwechslungsreiche Burger-Auswahl, die auch richtig lecker schmecken, in moderner Hüttenatmosphäre. Immer wieder gerne.

Wir waren hier als ganze Klasse die Bedingungen waren sehr nett und das Essen sehr lecker.

Eine große Anzahl an leckeren Burgern im schön gestalteten Alpenhüttenflair. Eine wirklich große Auswahl an verschiedenartigsten Burgern für alle Geschmäcker (fleischlastig, vegan, low-carb,...) und ein Preis-Leistungsverhältnis was absolut in Ordnung geht. Einzig die Getränke (speziell die Limonaden) waren geschmacklich nicht wirklich der Hit.

Schnelle und freundliche Bedienung, hervorragende Burger und prima Ambiente
