Very nice decent restaurant. Simple but good food for a small price.

Completely snoring service. The waiter was apparently taking a break at lunchtime. Since no one showed up after half an hour, I left again.

I can't really understand the high ratings. The burger is a weak 3 according to the school grade principle and I would rate the fries a 3. In general, the food is far too greasy; I haven't had such a greasy burger in a long time. Even the highly advertised lemonade is more of a joke than a refreshment for the price. What particularly bothered me was that the lady behind the bar was arranging skewers and running her fingers through her hair every few seconds. I could see the same thing happening when the good woman was attaching the orange slices to the lemonade glasses - kind of disgusting!!! The highlight was that in the meantime an acquaintance of the lady came into the restaurant and she greeted him with a handshake and then continued with the work described above, of course without washing her hands. Hygiene is overrated!!! There were also, quite unusually for this time of year, a lot of fruit flies buzzing around in the dining room. So I really can't recommend the store and because of the disgust effect I won't go there anymore!

The shift manager today reacted wonderfully in a stressful situation. I felt comfortable and welcome. The food is fantastic as always.

The visit was OK, but nothing more and nothing less. The shop is nice and the drinks are great. But the food was just average and twice we sat with empty glasses for almost half an hour until someone came - on a Tuesday evening with a limited number of visitors.

I was on site and wanted to make a reservation for the next day, but was ignored for over 10 minutes, even when I walked from the outside to the inside area (with a stroller and a toddler - was that the reason?). We were here again with friends who also really enjoyed it. The service was again very friendly and helpful, everything was well explained to our friends, the food was, as always, very tasty and plentiful, and I can really recommend the lemonades. All in all, a very pleasant afternoon. Thanks.

The price of the restaurant is a little above average, service was quite slow and we felt forgotten several times even though there wasn't much going on. The portions were a bit small, the meat a bit dry (burger with cheese and fries). Drinking light from Jever glasses was also disappointing. What was funny, however, was that each beer came from a glass of a different brand, even though there is only Allgäuer Bübke beer. The Kaiserschmarrn tasted okay, but unfortunately it wasn't crispy and looked different than in the photos (no decoration, for example).

Unfortunately the visit was disappointing. At first the service was friendly, but when we wanted to change the drink and order a menu instead, there was no flexibility. The waitress explained to us that this was bad for business, which we found rude and incomprehensible. We felt disadvantaged by this inflexible handling and therefore stopped ordering the Kaiserschmarren we had planned. We were offered a coffee as a small courtesy, but we didn't take it. The food was solid, but unfortunately not so good that the unfriendly treatment could be excused.

Unfortunately disappointing. In a high quality burger joint I expect not only good quality but also professional service. Instead: unasked first-name terms, chaotic order processing (despite multiple tips, onions ended up on my burger, which I had ordered twice), incomplete dessert and the wrong water. My comment was only followed by a terse 'That shouldn't happen' - with no solution. Definitely not enough for the price. It’s a shame.”

I think Sissi and Franz are a successful idea. It feels very familiar because the staff there are super friendly. The food is also super friendly :) So what I mean by that is that the variety of the menu is fun to choose and eat. It's fun to be there in a large group but also as a romantic meeting. You can also laugh really loudly. There is an outdoor area that is also very inviting. Even if it's cold, pillows and cozy blankets are provided, and there are also electric heaters on the ceiling. It's a super nice atmosphere, beautifully decorated and the location is also very central, which unfortunately reduces parking options. So if you can, you should go by public transport. I

Ambiente ist wirklich schön - Almhütten Flair. Sind hier zufällig gelandet, hätte auf der Speisekarte eher eine österreichisch orientierte Küche erwartet. Käsespätzle und Kaiserschmarrn standen zwar auf der Karte - ansonsten erinnert die Karte, (überwiegend Burger) und auch die Getränkeauswahl (viele Cocktais) doch eher an das Menu vom ExtraBlatt eine Ecke weiter (der Cocktail-Deko nach gehören die beidne Lokale auch zusammen) - hab erst hinterher gesehen, dass sie sich unter Burgerrestaurant einordnen. Service, nett und bemüht - allerdings mit 2 Kellnern für die Größe des Ladens an einem Freitag Abend definitig unterbesetzt - man musste Ewigkeiten warten oder selbst hinterherlaufen bis mal jemand vorbeikam (wir saßen vorne in Tür Nähe, das Lokal ist aber sehr groß, zu wenig Personal. Preise sind schon ordentlich - als Frankfurter waren wir ein wenig geschockt - das ein kleines Glas Apfelwein (0,25l) mit 4,45€ berechnet wurde.

Much MUCH too expensive for the quality offered - especially the drinks. The soda in the photo cost almost €6 and was nothing more than a little syrup pushed into tap water. Quantities when again on the glass, still in the card. The service was very friendly. The sauces of my 16 € citizen are also exciting. The bacon wasn't crispy in the slightest, the patty was cheap frozen food (I asked because I like my burger bloody) and unfortunately the plate was the warmest. The ambience is of course purely a matter of taste, but I still think that if I go out to eat with children on Sundays, the music doesn't have to be so loud.

Ten of us went to the Sissi & Franz restaurant today and I can only warmly recommend it. The burgers are simply fantastic – juicy, perfectly seasoned and topped with fresh ingredients. Every bite was a delight! I would particularly like to highlight Aylin's excellent service. She was super friendly, attentive and made sure we felt completely comfortable. It is rare to experience such professional and at the same time warm service. If you're looking for great burgers and first-class service, this is the place for you.

After a visit to the Palmengarten we were looking for a burger restaurant nearby. Sissi and Franz appealed to us and we were not disappointed. Very cozy atmosphere and nice service. The burgers with fries and truffle mayo were also a delight. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

This was my tenth time visiting Sissi and Franz and I can absolutely recommend it! Everyone I've brought along so far has loved it too. Here you can get super tasty burgers and other delicious dishes in a magical atmosphere. Everything is freshly prepared and some of it is even homemade, which you can of course taste. The service is always extremely friendly and attentive. An all-round perfect restaurant! Yesterday we were served by Ayleen. That was really the highlight. Rarely have we experienced such a good-humoured, competent and friendly service.

I was here today. The table was not clean, we had to ask to clean the table. I got a burger with a hair, no one apologized and I had to pay for the burger.

An einem Dienstag Mittag kamen wir mit 5 Personen zum Mittagessen und suchten uns eine der Almhütten im Innenbereich aus. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, mussten dann allerdings relativ lange – so jedenfalls das Gefühl der hungrigen Kinder – auf die Bestellaufnahme warten. Wenn ich es richtig gesehen habe, dann war tatsächlich nur eine Bedienung im Einsatz, die den kompletten Innen- und Außenbereich abdecken musste. Wir bestellten fünf ganz verschiedene Burger-Menus. Mit der Qualität und der Menge (satt wurden alle) waren wir sehr zufrieden, allerdings empfand ich die Preise schon durchaus ambitioniert. Denn wenn man sich nicht für das Menu Mittagsjause (Hamburger oder Cheeseburger) entscheidet, dann sind 20 € - 25 € für Burger, Pommes und ein Getränk doch schon ein recht ordentlicher Preis. Ich spreche ja immer noch davon, dass ich mit meiner Familie mittags „mal schnell“ Burger essen gehe. Und dann ist eine Gesamtrechnung von über 100 € schon ne Ansage.

Joar. The shop is very chic, the atmosphere is really crazy! We sat in a small house, the lights were dimmed a bit...great! The service was very friendly and accommodating, it was just suddenly very busy and they seemed a bit understaffed. But generally the waitresses were great! Unfortunately the food wasn't very good. I had a veggie burger - instead of burger buns there were dry slices of bread that tasted like they were from the day before yesterday - the fries were wobbly. It's a shame, the shop has style

Difficult situation with this place. Ordered the cheeseburger menu. It looks like the cheese was of poor quality. The potatoes also let us down, they were rotten in places. Only the lemonade was good. The most unpleasant thing is the service. I had to wait half an hour for my order. We also had to wait a long time for payment. One plus - one of the waitresses was nice.

I recently visited this very nice restaurant and overall I was very satisfied. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, which made the visit particularly pleasant. The burgers we ordered were really tasty – juicy, well seasoned and made with fresh ingredients. The price of the restaurant is a little above average, but it is still within reason. You can definitely treat yourself to it, even if it might not be the cheapest deal in the area. Overall the food was really good and I will definitely visit the place again. Recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy good burgers in a friendly environment.

Fast service, delicious food - both main course and dessert. Cocktails or lemonades could be a little larger or with less ice. Staff super nice. Unfortunately, we sat near the cash register and would then be part of small talk and business meetings that were held very loudly. The atmosphere with the small huts in which you sit is very pleasant. However, it suddenly became very dark because the lights were dimmed. It's probably meant to set the mood - we basically didn't see anything after that.

Large environment with many small cozy environments..... It almost feels like being in the mountains. You can eat well with a menu that gives you a lot of choice on burgers... practically the only type of food offered It's fine for this type of food.
