The Balkanhaus has no idea where the food is, but doesn't want to refund the money either. We now have to settle this with the police. Don't order if you don't want to be scammed! Addendum: Very misogynistic. During the conversation, you are insulted, and the owner tells you that as a woman you have no right to say anything and should "shut up." He also insults you directly instead of addressing and solving a problem objectively.
