Very friendly people. I have rarely eaten as well as I did there. It was also OK in terms of price. Wasn't here the last time. It was great again tonight...

Chairs were dirty, there was mostly no food left. We then had something made that took an hour until it was at the table and it was cold. If there was a birthday child with us on the phone, they said that the birthday child could eat for free. Unfortunately, we all had to pay and you got a small "gift". We also complained to the store owner and were put off with a €5 voucher. So we went out hungry and went to McDonald's. So we won't be coming back, regardless of whether the store was full or not. Something like that doesn't work at all.

Were there today for my birthday. We were satisfied with 3x buffet meals. 2x meals were cooked and tasted 5 stars. But the duration is not worth 1 star. Had to wait over 1 hour for the plate. If you complain, you will only receive a €5 voucher

Glutamate as far as the eye can see. I would stay away from the "fresh" meat and fish.

Only 2 stars for the service. I come to the checkout, say my table number and am charged for the lunch buffet even though I only had the lunch menu. Only after I correct this does the lower price immediately appear at the checkout. The drinks have different prices. If you take the buffet they are cheaper. A Hefeweizen costs 4.80 euros without the buffet. I think that's too expensive.

The food was ok, the atmosphere was very nice, there was hardly any service but a little explanation at the beginning of how everything worked would have been nice.

It was good, we almost ate until we threw up and it tasted great, except... someone puked in the toilet and some little kid stuck his poopy underpants down under the toilet. But it was still a good experience.

Food is quite good if you like Asian cuisine. Has always been clean

Food, service and ambience are ok, but the woman at the checkout/receptionist, or whatever you call her….. I've never been treated so unkindly and condescendingly by anyone, it's really bad. And that wasn't the first time, that's why I have to comment on it today, word will get around because I assume that other people can feel the same way. Unfortunately, that is the first impression of an otherwise satisfactory visit to the restaurant.

Buffet is rich but be careful to be there at least 2 hours before the end otherwise you will only have leftovers and 0 selection 1 hour before the end it won't be refilled.. that's what happened to me.. but then ask for the full price. The only solution from the staff.. tell us what you want, well it was all empty 1 hour before closing time.. should you say everything.. there was only a hint that they would do it in 1 hour.. I was expecting at least one offer to be half price or would you like a dish... just come earlier next time... true or not again at all

Appetize is my life. I love this place! Service is top and nice Facility is cool I would go on Saturday and Sunday so you can do things e.g. Kangaroo, zebra, chicken... fry There are also vegan and vegetarian items!

We went to lunch today, the boss of the day probably didn't have a good day today but yes, it can happen... what disappointed us today was the much praised terrace... well it's probably just being winterized... the flowers/plants are already waiting to the undertaker...the terrace was beautiful and well-kept...and now a very sad sight...a shame!

They have fantastic prices now. Especially if you have eaten there and want to take something with you. The menu to order is also extremely overpriced. There is better for the money

Food is very good for an all you can eat buffet. Large selection and the food, which is freshly fried, is ready quickly. I particularly like the selection of drinks.

We have already been there twice and are very satisfied. There is a lot of choice at the buffet and it is regularly refilled. The staff is very friendly and the empty plates were always cleared away quite quickly. Drinks (non-alcoholic) and 2 beers are included in the buffet price. I think the price of €31.50 (in the evening) is justified. Reservation would be good. We'll definitely be back😊

Definitely overpriced buffet price. Selection for an Asian buffet was limited, quality was mediocre, food displays were often empty and sometimes unhygienic (flies). Location in the middle of the commercial area, parking on site.

They've been to the lunch buffet a few times now, occasionally to the evening buffet and have also taken advantage of the "to good to go" opportunity here. I find the location very unusual and appealing. At first it's just big, the reason being that you have enough space for the next person and can still have a good conversation. I particularly like the great parking lot. You can park right in front of the restaurant, no matter how busy it is or what time you come. Also worth mentioning is the greetings aimed at drinks. Many of the drinks are high quality brands. It's a shame that you have to pay extra and, as always, the beer is included. The quality of the food is quite good. Some of the varieties are not as warm as you would like, but they are easy to understand given this size. We will be back.

The highlight for every child is the chocolate fountain. There is also a soft ice cream machine and various ice cream. When it comes to fruits, there is something for everyone, from pineapples to blueberries, grapes, lichis, apples, pears, peaches and much more. Children will also find something because there are fries nuggets and spring rolls. You can find various pasta dishes, rice and meat. The staff is very nice and always replenishes the food immediately. There is also a grill where you can put raw meat in various sauces and watch the food being grilled. The food is then brought to the table. With the all you can drink there are a lot of drinks including beer. All in all, it is a wonderful restaurant where you can have a good meal with friends and family.

Not entirely bad, but there is still room for improvement

It's buffet food, in my opinion there is no Asian buffet in Heidenheim. Drinks are very good, i.e. real Cola etc. and not some cheap imitation.... Fish dishes that can be freshly prepared - the selection here is really huge. A really clean, nice atmosphere, it has an elevator so it is suitable for wheelchair users. Personally I say it was delicious but if you know a buffet you know everyone.

We ate better the last time we visited. Unfortunately, the food you got from the buffet was only lukewarm when you arrived at the table.

This is simply the best Asian restaurant. This restaurant has no defects.

We were a little late because we went around in circles forever until we got to our destination, which was really difficult to find. Then around 1:30 p.m. only leftovers would be left, nothing was freshly prepared because it would only be open for an hour, which I think is bad for a buffet since you pay the same price as the other guests, we were very disappointed. So in compensation we got a voucher for €3 for the next visit, €1 per person...

I was there for the first time last night at 8 p.m., on a recommendation, mind you, and you can see once again how different all of our tastes are. Service good, ambience great, no question, but... ... cold to lukewarm buffet for 31.50 euros??? I really expected more! For me personally, the focus is on quality and not quantity, so yesterday evening was my last visit there, a shame...

Large buffet selection. Unfortunately, the quality suffers as a result! But everything is edible! Ambience is nice, typically Asian! Furniture no longer as new. A bit strange from the outside in an industrial area 😅 otherwise normal restaurant. Service is hard to judge as you can take your own drinks.

The atmosphere is very nice and clean. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. There is also a play area for children. The toilets were clean but the toilet paper holder was broken. Overall, the hall is very well constructed and well thought out. The buffet is in the middle and the tables are around the outside. Unfortunately the food was cold at the beginning. You can put together your own plate with raw ingredients and then have it freshly prepared. Overall, the food doesn't taste exceptional. Almost like all all you can eat restaurants. The chocolate fountain was also cold. Drinks were good and there was beer too. Unfortunately the price is very high for a buffet (32 euros). This is no longer so easy for a family to afford.

There were four of us, everyone was happy

The reception was very friendly, but the woman was rude and abrupt when I asked for cutlery. People took the tongs from 'outside' to fill their plates. This means you can't get there from the inside while you're standing in line! There is also a mix of vegetarian and meat dishes. This didn't affect the service either. Therefore not acceptable for some. When, after going around twice, there were no dessert spoons or forks, I was once again given the abrupt answer that I should just take a soup spoon...

I was in the evening. We were there for about 1 hour. Food is so well. But there were also a few things that were good and hot. Unfortunately, everything is usually empty or lukewarm. Chicken in particular was always empty. The toilets were very, I'll say "wet". Personally, I don't go there anymore.

Was at Appetize for the second time. The last time was at Christmas time. Quality and selection remain great. Two of my guests, who are vegetarians, were a bit disappointed that there was only one type of sushi for them to choose from. But they also got full. For the other eight people the selection was very good. Friendly service, even the fish were happy that we were there... 😉👍

After the somewhat sober exterior and the bare staircase, it is like an epiphany to experience the sumptuous Asian buffet in a noble atmosphere. From sushi to meat and vegetable dishes to fresh fish fried and grilled as desired, everything is there! Overwhelming dessert buffet with chocolate fountain... Everything freshly prepared and of high quality.

We ate at the buffet. It was quite pleasant as there wasn't as much going on as expected. When all the seats are occupied, it's a train station atmosphere and very loud. Chairs and benches become uncomfortable over time. The buffet was again appetizingly prepared and it was also signposted which was which so you knew exactly what you had in front of you. There are all sorts of things from Asian cuisine and salads are just as we know them. It is still the case that non-alcoholic drinks and two beers are included in the price. A nice all you can eat restaurant, clean and well maintained. The toilets also clean. You get a place immediately, even without a reservation. It is well attended. Drinks are included in the buffet price and the buffet has a bit of everything. So far so good As for the food itself, I haven't eaten so badly in a long time. As a shrimp lover, I unfortunately have to say the baked and grilled shrimp were a) shrimp b) cooked to death. You could still choose between dry/boring or tasty/cold. The only thing that tasted halfway good was the fried mushrooms. There is also the option of putting something together yourself and having it freshly prepared on the grill. Although it is warm, half of it was missing or there were other ingredients included. Dessert also nothing, cakes are the cheapest products and I thought you couldn't go wrong with soft ice cream until now, but I was proven wrong here. It tasted stale. Conclusion Maybe some dishes wouldn't have tasted so bad if they had been warm. What I actually expect from a lunch buffet at 11:30. There was everything from cold to just warm. But hardly anything hot, even with the soup. Basically you could say 20 euros for all you can eat including drinks is okay, but in my case it's a bit too expensive for a drink and mushrooms. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it or go there again. Very unfortunate!!!

Canteen atmosphere, way too loud. Food is usually fried, and we have to wait in line forever, which causes frustration because some people move as if in slow motion. 2-3 things are tasty, but not more. Nothing is done about "clientele" that is too loud. No risk of repeat, we won't come again

The place is very nicely done. What looks very elegant at first glance is almost just for show at second glance. A lot of cheap decoration, plastic surfaces and a lot of smooth surfaces, which, among other things, contribute to the enormous volume. The food is varied, but was barely lukewarm when we visited the buffet. In my opinion, items like frog legs no longer have any place on a buffet these days. You can also have food prepared fresh, but you only get part of what you chose because the chef mixes everything up wildly. Anyone who has a problem with glutamate is in the wrong place here anyway. All the sauces and soups are bursting with it. The staff was almost always annoyed and short. To clear up, people deliberately pushed themselves between talking guests instead of going a step further. The fact that only 16 came instead of 20 people registered resulted in some dissatisfied comments. Overall, the restaurant is worth a visit. But you shouldn't expect fine dining. Fresh food and the dessert buffet were presented carelessly and were only sparsely available during our visit.

Definitely a place worth visiting, pleasant atmosphere, very tasty and fresh food I happened upon an afternoon where the "all you can eat" buffet was served, and I can say that I spent a beautiful evening with good, tasty, fresh food and a very good dessert. The range of products on the menu was very varied, traditional products that can be found in any Chinese restaurant. Very tasty desserts, varied range of products for all tastes. The icing on the cake, to call it ass, were the 2 chocolate fountains placed next to the "district" with sweets, simply gorgeous

Sehr leckeres Buffet, im Preis sind auch Getränke enthalten. Am Besten unter der Woche gehen, am Wochenende soll viel los sein.

War heute das erste und das letzte Mal dort, Essen war total versalzen und kalt einfach ekelhaft, habe mich auch an der Rezeption beschwert

Grosse Auswahl, Preis-Leistung ist top. Es wird schnell nachgefüllt, leer Teller zügig abgeräumt. Buffet ist sehr sauber und alles schmeckt lecker!
