They're a rip-off! Either get rid of them, put in more animals, or readjust them. Otherwise, I can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience.

The food was good except for the fish dishes the cook was supposed to prepare; they were cold and disgusting. Otherwise, everything else was good, but it all tasted rather bland.

We are frequent guests here. The food is delicious, but unfortunately, we've noticed that on our last few visits, the kitchen simply can't keep up with the demand. Many dishes can't be refilled, and there are many empty displays for extended periods. For over €30 per person, this is rather disappointing.

Sadly the Experience here was ruined by a very loud wedding. The resturant gave no thought to its guests outside of the wedding. Forcing your guests to be part of a wedding, indirectly, is disrespectful. As someone who has worked in the Resturant industry this has been very disappointing experience, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant further.

Five of us were there on September 21st. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the food at all, as everything was extremely salty. That was very disappointing. The only thing that was somewhat acceptable were the desserts. Overall, we had hoped for much more and were truly disappointed.

I have been to this restaurant several times at lunchtime the buffet is not as varied as in the evening but the food is very tasty so absolutely recommendable the service is excellent what is also very nice is that non-alcoholic drinks are included in the price

Hello everyone! The interior is nice, but it smelled so bad right from the entrance that I lost my appetite! Even the piccolinis (mini pizzas) weren't ready; they couldn't even make them. The sushi selection was very limited, and there wasn't much to choose from for vegetarians. The service was quite pleasant, but you felt a bit watched, etc. Furthermore, I found hair in my food, which made me want to tell them what I thought. In my opinion, I wouldn't eat there again! Not a good recommendation.

The buffet is very extensive and good! Unfortunately, when it's very busy, some of the items from the grill arrive cold at the table due to a lack of service.

My first time here, and it will be my last. We arrived on Saturday at 8 p.m. The buffet was empty, the food was COLD, and the teppanyaki ingredients were frozen solid. A young waitress was unfriendly; she didn't laugh. No thanks were given for our "thank you." We said so when we paid at the cashier. What a pity...

Big restaurant, huge buffet, really cool here

We were here for the first time today and were absolutely thrilled. The food and drinks were very, very wide. We came here on a recommendation and were not disappointed. We were here as a family on a Tuesday evening.

What an evening! We arrived hungry – we left in a food coma (happy, of course!). The food? A dream on plates. Whether sushi, grilled food, or dessert – everything was fresh, delicious, and made with love. They almost had to roll us out. 😄 The staff? So welcoming, like we were part of the family – but without the dishwashing service afterward. Value for money? All you can really say is: Take my money and buy me another round! For those who appreciate indulgence, a good atmosphere, and full stomachs – this is an absolute insider tip. We'll be back. With even more appetite.

Unfortunately, I have to correct my 5 stars. I've been disappointed several times now. This will definitely be my last visit. On the last visit, one member of our group had health problems and was taken directly to the hospital by his partner. Neither of them really ate anything. It's irrelevant; they paid the full price without hesitation. The fact that people don't count here is demonstrated by the reaction at the checkout. We were informed that it certainly wasn't the food (which no one claimed). A few get-well wishes would have been nice, though, especially since the rest of the group left quickly due to the unclear situation. It was only important that everyone paid in full. Previously, the lunch buffet only offered lukewarm food, which was also blandly seasoned. However, the drinks were also lukewarm. Prices are OK despite a recent increase, but the quality and friendliness have noticeably declined. Too bad.

Gute Auswahl, gutes Essen, Mittagstisch ist relativ günstig. Als Nachtisch gibt es Softeis und zwei schokobrunnen, mit weißer und dunkler Schokolade, natürlich auch jede Menge Früchte, andere Eissorten und so weiter

From the outside, it's an unassuming restaurant. The buffet isn't particularly large, but everything is of quite good quality. There's something for every taste. Plenty of free parking in front of the building. If we're in Heidenheim again, we'll definitely come back!

I could only eat a frog's leg and chocolate-covered bananas from a friend... Nobody knows that the place closes at 10 p.m. and stays open until 11 p.m. So, the service was rated negatively, and I didn't see much of the food, so it wasn't really any better. PS: I'd adjust the opening hours or at least mention it on the website. You should know.

Einfach nur Massenabfertigung. Buffet wurde nicht regelmäßig aufgefüllt und noch schlimmer, alles war kalt. Sogar das frisch gebratene war kalt. Bezahlung am Ein bzw. Ausgang. Finde alles unpersönlich, und hektisch. Für mich: nie wieder

We were there last Sunday and unfortunately we didn't have a good experience. We were there 1 full hour before closing time. The buffet was almost empty and was no longer refilled even though the restaurant was still busy. When we asked, we were told that the buffet would no longer be filled and that we should say what we would like and it would then be prepared. Unfortunately, you didn't have the buffet enjoyment you had hoped for. And all for a price of almost €30 per person! Since we had only had one soup at that point, we just paid for it and left. Never again!

Yesterday I was with a friend However, we were treated very rudely by an employee. She works there regularly and seems to be a hostess of sorts. Even before we actually entered, she spoke to us disrespectfully. When we asked her why she spoke to us like that, she simply replied, “Don’t you see how much stress I’m under?” Of course, I understand that it can be stressful when things are busy. But that doesn't mean guests should be treated unkindly. If you can't handle stress, you probably shouldn't work in customer service. In addition, many of the dishes in the buffet were often empty, so we couldn't really enjoy the food like on other days. Nevertheless we paid in full. I understand busy situations, but poor service and unfriendly treatment of guests are unacceptable.

We always enjoy coming here, whether as a couple or as a family! The food is always great and the atmosphere invites you to try something new!

Disappointing when you have to keep asking at buffets whether it will be refilled again. Some of the food was ready-made products that you know and taste like from the freezers of discounters, but for a proud 31.50 euros, they were rather disappointing and not recommended.

Was here twice, not once was the food warm, really nothing. Not even basic stuff. The employees don't do much and unfortunately everything tastes like plastic. (more based on dimensions rather than quality)

The restaurant is clean and the food is sumptuous. The selection is huge and everything has always been fresh. You just have to look a little closer at the fruit sometimes, but otherwise it's a great restaurant. There is enough parking space even when it is busy. We were at Appetize today, August 18, 2022. I don't think the name of the restaurant is particularly appropriate for an Asian restaurant, but that's a good thing. The food was delicious and the selection at the buffet was large. Unfortunately, the replenishment of the food wasn't always ready on time, so I was often left with empty bowls. I thought the price of €14.90 per person was okay because you could get food, soft drinks, dessert and coffee as often as you wanted. Because you have to get everything yourself, including the drinks, there is a bit of a canteen feel because there is no service. Only a man comes every now and then and clears away the dirty dishes. You then pay when you leave. All in all it was good and I'll come back again. Update: Went here again for dinner on January 29, 2025. Nothing has changed in terms of food and it was again very tasty. The only thing that has changed is the price. You now pay €18.50 for the lunch buffet. What I didn't like this time was that the food wasn't very warm and by the time you put something on your plate and got to your seat, the food was only lukewarm. You definitely have to turn the temperature up again.

Food tastes great. Staff very polite and accommodating. My daughter left her cell phone on the toilet. An employee found it. An employee was smart enough to connect it to the charger in case the owner calls.

I can confirm that the appetize has a large selection, but it doesn't taste good at all! The dishes are tasteless and the meat is very dry. Even the freshly grilled food never met my taste. Unfortunately the worst all you can eat that I have ever visited! And I have to say, I've been there three times so far and it was confirmed again every time!

Food is standard like in any Asian all-you-can-eat restaurant, everyone gets the same ready-made meal. The price is simply too high, you pay less for the same food elsewhere. But what really bothered me was the "children's play area" - it's great that something like that even exists. But where were the toys? Everything was broken, only the slide was intact. A slide where the child falls directly onto the marble floor is not exactly harmless. The store makes so much profit that the toys have to be replaced every now and then. I really felt sorry for the kids!

Classic “Buffet Chinese”. Tidy - well stocked and something for everyone. Just a little more additional vegetable selection would be great. In the evening there is an even larger selection compared to lunch. Quite full towards the weekend - but still completely ok and not "overcrowded". Reservations possible by telephone.

The bedside buffet is delicious. Wine and cocktails have to be paid extra. 2 beers per person and non-alcoholic drinks are included in the price of €28.50. There is enough parking space available. There is a small play area for children.

So let's be honest: I would prefer to give zero stars. If you're going to eat fried noodles, then you definitely don't expect cheap fried linguine/spaghetti noodles.🤮😡 The best thing was the price of almost 20 euros for the spaghetti and a bit of duck. It was definitely the last time!!!! No recommendation

The food was mostly cold, we had to get our own cocktails, and the waitress didn't even come to us. Later, when we were cleaning up the plates, the waitress was unfriendly and after we asked to pay, we received a sporadic response with chewing gum in our mouths. We were here last time.

The taste of the food wasn't anything special, I wouldn't say you couldn't eat it, but for €30 it wasn't particularly good and some of it was cold and the meat was dry. Apart from that, I didn't tolerate the food well at all. To be fair, the ambience and service were good.

There is a buffet here, food until you can't wait. Unfortunately the quality wasn't great. The "freshly" prepared seafood was tough and dry.
