Was here twice, not once was the food warm, really nothing. Not even basic stuff. The employees don't do much and unfortunately everything tastes like plastic. (more based on dimensions rather than quality)

The restaurant is clean and the food is sumptuous. The selection is huge and everything has always been fresh. You just have to look a little closer at the fruit sometimes, but otherwise it's a great restaurant. There is enough parking space even when it is busy. The service is friendly and reliable/courteous. Any comments/complaints will be responded to immediately and professionally. Top!

We were at Appetize today, August 18, 2022. I don't think the name of the restaurant is particularly appropriate for an Asian restaurant, but that's a good thing. The food was delicious and the selection at the buffet was large. Unfortunately, the replenishment of the food wasn't always ready on time, so I was often left with empty bowls. I thought the price of €14.90 per person was okay because you could get food, soft drinks, dessert and coffee as often as you wanted. Because you have to get everything yourself, including the drinks, there is a bit of a canteen feel because there is no service. Only a man comes every now and then and clears away the dirty dishes. You then pay when you leave. All in all it was good and I'll come back again. Update: Went here again for dinner on January 29, 2025. Nothing has changed in terms of food and it was again very tasty. The only thing that has changed is the price. You now pay €18.50 for the lunch buffet. What I didn't like this time was that the food wasn't very warm and by the time you put something on your plate and got to your seat, the food was only lukewarm. You definitely have to turn the temperature up again.

Food tastes great. Staff very polite and accommodating. My daughter left her cell phone on the toilet. An employee found it. An employee was smart enough to connect it to the charger in case the owner calls.

I can confirm that the appetize has a large selection, but it doesn't taste good at all! The dishes are tasteless and the meat is very dry. Even the freshly grilled food never met my taste. Unfortunately the worst all you can eat that I have ever visited! And I have to say, I've been there three times so far and it was confirmed again every time!

Food is standard like in any Asian all-you-can-eat restaurant, everyone gets the same ready-made meal. The price is simply too high, you pay less for the same food elsewhere. But what really bothered me was the "children's play area" - it's great that something like that even exists. But where were the toys? Everything was broken, only the slide was intact. A slide where the child falls directly onto the marble floor is not exactly harmless. The store makes so much profit that the toys have to be replaced every now and then. I really felt sorry for the kids!

Classic “Buffet Chinese”. Tidy - well stocked and something for everyone. Just a little more additional vegetable selection would be great. In the evening there is an even larger selection compared to lunch. Quite full towards the weekend - but still completely ok and not "overcrowded". Reservations possible by telephone.

Everyone was very nice, but unfortunately the food was only lukewarm. The fries don't work at all. The freshly fried food is brought to the table. Unfortunately, this is only lukewarm. Too bad. The bedside buffet is delicious. Wine and cocktails have to be paid extra. 2 beers per person and non-alcoholic drinks are included in the price of €28.50. There is enough parking space available. There is a small play area for children.

So let's be honest: I would prefer to give zero stars. If you're going to eat fried noodles, then you definitely don't expect cheap fried linguine/spaghetti noodles.🤮😡 The best thing was the price of almost 20 euros for the spaghetti and a bit of duck. It was definitely the last time!!!! No recommendation

Very good cuisine, really great food

The food was mostly cold, we had to get our own cocktails, and the waitress didn't even come to us. Later, when we were cleaning up the plates, the waitress was unfriendly and after we asked to pay, we received a sporadic response with chewing gum in our mouths. We were here last time.

An inconspicuous restaurant from the outside. The buffet is not overly large, but everything is of fairly good quality. Something for every taste. Lots of free parking spaces in front of the house. If we are in Heidenheim again, we will definitely come back!

A buffet at this price is awesome. And the selection is huge and the ambience is uniquely beautiful. Another visit is coming up and full of anticipation.

The taste of the food wasn't anything special, I wouldn't say you couldn't eat it, but for €30 it wasn't particularly good and some of it was cold and the meat was dry. Apart from that, I didn't tolerate the food well at all. To be fair, the ambience and service were good.

There is a buffet here, food until you can't wait. Unfortunately the quality wasn't great. The "freshly" prepared seafood was tough and dry.

Were there today for my birthday. We were satisfied with 3x buffet meals. 2x meals were cooked and tasted 5 stars. But the duration is not worth 1 star. Had to wait over 1 hour for the plate. If you complain, you will only receive a €5 voucher

Chairs were dirty, there was mostly no food left. We then had something made that took an hour until it was at the table and it was cold. If there was a birthday child with us on the phone, they said that the birthday child could eat for free. Unfortunately, we all had to pay and you got a small "gift". We also complained to the store owner and were put off with a €5 voucher. So we went out hungry and went to McDonald's. So we won't be coming back, regardless of whether the store was full or not. Something like that doesn't work at all.

Glutamate as far as the eye can see. I would stay away from the "fresh" meat and fish.

Only 2 stars for the service. I come to the checkout, say my table number and am charged for the lunch buffet even though I only had the lunch menu. Only after I correct this does the lower price immediately appear at the checkout. The drinks have different prices. If you take the buffet they are cheaper. A Hefeweizen costs 4.80 euros without the buffet. I think that's too expensive.

It was good, we almost ate until we threw up and it tasted great, except... someone puked in the toilet and some little kid stuck his poopy underpants down under the toilet. But it was still a good experience.

The food was ok, the atmosphere was very nice, there was hardly any service but a little explanation at the beginning of how everything worked would have been nice.

Food, service and ambience are ok, but the woman at the checkout/receptionist, or whatever you call her….. I've never been treated so unkindly and condescendingly by anyone, it's really bad. And that wasn't the first time, that's why I have to comment on it today, word will get around because I assume that other people can feel the same way. Unfortunately, that is the first impression of an otherwise satisfactory visit to the restaurant.

Buffet is rich but be careful to be there at least 2 hours before the end otherwise you will only have leftovers and 0 selection 1 hour before the end it won't be refilled.. that's what happened to me.. but then ask for the full price. The only solution from the staff.. tell us what you want, well it was all empty 1 hour before closing time.. should you say everything.. there was only a hint that they would do it in 1 hour.. I was expecting at least one offer to be half price or would you like a dish... just come earlier next time... true or not again at all

Appetize is my life. I love this place! Service is top and nice Facility is cool I would go on Saturday and Sunday so you can do things e.g. Kangaroo, zebra, chicken... fry There are also vegan and vegetarian items!

We went to lunch today, the boss of the day probably didn't have a good day today but yes, it can happen... what disappointed us today was the much praised terrace... well it's probably just being winterized... the flowers/plants are already waiting to the undertaker...the terrace was beautiful and well-kept...and now a very sad sight...a shame!

They have fantastic prices now. Especially if you have eaten there and want to take something with you. The menu to order is also extremely overpriced. There is better for the money

We have already been there twice and are very satisfied. There is a lot of choice at the buffet and it is regularly refilled. The staff is very friendly and the empty plates were always cleared away quite quickly. Drinks (non-alcoholic) and 2 beers are included in the buffet price. I think the price of €31.50 (in the evening) is justified. Reservation would be good. We'll definitely be back😊

Definitely overpriced buffet price. Selection for an Asian buffet was limited, quality was mediocre, food displays were often empty and sometimes unhygienic (flies). Location in the middle of the commercial area, parking on site.

They've been to the lunch buffet a few times now, occasionally to the evening buffet and have also taken advantage of the "to good to go" opportunity here. I find the location very unusual and appealing. At first it's just big, the reason being that you have enough space for the next person and can still have a good conversation. I particularly like the great parking lot. You can park right in front of the restaurant, no matter how busy it is or what time you come. Also worth mentioning is the greetings aimed at drinks. Many of the drinks are high quality brands. It's a shame that you have to pay extra and, as always, the beer is included. The quality of the food is quite good. Some of the varieties are not as warm as you would like, but they are easy to understand given this size. We will be back.

Among other things, there are also many salads and fruits At the sweet counter you will find many different cakes, cream puffs, donuts, chocolate fountains in brown and white, puddings, yoghurts, mashmallows and much more. The highlight for every child is the chocolate fountain. There is also a soft ice cream machine and various ice cream. When it comes to fruits, there is something for everyone, from pineapples to blueberries, grapes, lichis, apples, pears, peaches and much more. Children will also find something because there are fries nuggets and spring rolls. You can find various pasta dishes, rice and meat. The staff is very nice and always replenishes the food immediately. There is also a grill where you can put raw meat in various sauces and watch the food being grilled. The food is then brought to the table. With the all you can drink there are a lot of drinks including beer. All in all, it is a wonderful restaurant where you can have a good meal with friends and family.

It's buffet food, in my opinion there is no Asian buffet in Heidenheim. Drinks are very good, i.e. real Cola etc. and not some cheap imitation.... Fish dishes that can be freshly prepared - the selection here is really huge. A really clean, nice atmosphere, it has an elevator so it is suitable for wheelchair users. Personally I say it was delicious but if you know a buffet you know everyone.

We were a little late because we went around in circles forever until we got to our destination, which was really difficult to find. Then around 1:30 p.m. only leftovers would be left, nothing was freshly prepared because it would only be open for an hour, which I think is bad for a buffet since you pay the same price as the other guests, we were very disappointed. So in compensation we got a voucher for €3 for the next visit, €1 per person...

I was there for the first time last night at 8 p.m., on a recommendation, mind you, and you can see once again how different all of our tastes are. Service good, ambience great, no question, but... ... cold to lukewarm buffet for 31.50 euros??? I really expected more! For me personally, the focus is on quality and not quantity, so yesterday evening was my last visit there, a shame...

Large buffet selection. Unfortunately, the quality suffers as a result! But everything is edible! Ambience is nice, typically Asian! Furniture no longer as new. A bit strange from the outside in an industrial area 😅 otherwise normal restaurant. Service is hard to judge as you can take your own drinks.

The atmosphere is very nice and clean. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. There is also a play area for children. The toilets were clean but the toilet paper holder was broken. Overall, the hall is very well constructed and well thought out. The buffet is in the middle and the tables are around the outside. Unfortunately the food was cold at the beginning. You can put together your own plate with raw ingredients and then have it freshly prepared. Overall, the food doesn't taste exceptional. Almost like all all you can eat restaurants. The chocolate fountain was also cold. Drinks were good and there was beer too. Unfortunately the price is very high for a buffet (32 euros). This is no longer so easy for a family to afford.

There were four of us, everyone was happy

The reception was very friendly, but the woman was rude and abrupt when I asked for cutlery. People took the tongs from 'outside' to fill their plates. This means you can't get there from the inside while you're standing in line! There is also a mix of vegetarian and meat dishes. This didn't affect the service either. Therefore not acceptable for some. When, after going around twice, there were no dessert spoons or forks, I was once again given the abrupt answer that I should just take a soup spoon...

I was in the evening. We were there for about 1 hour. Food is so well. But there were also a few things that were good and hot. Unfortunately, everything is usually empty or lukewarm. Chicken in particular was always empty. The toilets were very, I'll say "wet". Personally, I don't go there anymore.
