La Vigna in Heidenheim an der Brenz

It was okay. The food was good, but nothing special.

From the outside it looks completely unassuming, but the food is delicious and the portions are large. Keep it up!

I loved it. It's a small town hotel, but well-equipped. I had a magical 3-day stay. It's located on a small hill with plenty of green space and a beautiful view of the town and castle. Although it's only a 10-minute walk from the town center, you can really disconnect from everything. It has all the basic amenities: a restaurant, Wi-Fi (the signal isn't great in the rooms), a swimming pool, parking, and a sauna (very popular and requires an extra charge). The rooms are a good size, with comfortable beds and views of the surrounding area. The bathroom has a hairdryer. It's very quiet, so you can rest peacefully. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. Coffee and water are always available. The service was excellent. They went out of their way to understand me, even though I don't speak German. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Judge for yourselves from the photos.

Best doner kebab and lahmacun, most delicious turkey. And overall, the price-performance ratio is excellent, not overpriced like some places in Heidenheim.

The staff is very friendly and service is quick. Portions are large, but unfortunately, much of the food is deep-fried, which isn't to everyone's taste. There's no real ambiance around the terrace.
