We stayed in the hotel for two nights. The location is very quiet, the rooms are nice. Unfortunately, despite my advice that we are two friends, we got a smaller double bed. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient, coffee was very good. On the buffalo evening we have to complain that the food was left in the warming containers for a very long time and was therefore cooked through and very dry later on. The reception staff were very friendly and nice.

Small drawbacks here and there. But still everything is fine. Very popular with families with children due to the hotel's own access to a large swimming pool. Accordingly, it is also loud when eating, for example.

Unfortunately, due to my trip, I only saw the hotel in the dark. And unfortunately I couldn't use the swimming pool, for example. What should definitely be highlighted is the very friendly and helpful staff! Very nice and very committed. It takes a few minutes to walk to Heidenheim city center, but that was manageable (for me). The breakfast was absolutely fine, but not a highlight. What I saw was 5 stars, but as I said I didn't see everything...

We stayed at the hotel for an overnight stay on the way back from Italy to Northern Germany. The room (409, ground floor) was spacious and quiet. Unfortunately, the cooling system of the machine in the foyer sporadically hummed very loudly - that was annoying. Because of the deep tones, I was able to hear the noises despite wearing earplugs. The bathroom and beds were fine. A few strange hairs on the floor. Unfortunately, the evening buffet disappointed us. Eating à la carte was not possible. The food was bland and boring. Little choice and no bread for the salad buffet. The drinks/bar service ladies were very friendly and on the ball! They had everything under control and worked with joy and verve. Respect! The possibility of using the neighboring water park was not mentioned to us at reception upon arrival. Unfortunately we only found out about this later via the tray in the room. Breakfast was - compared to dinner - quite okay. When we left we were not asked about our satisfaction. Too bad! Except for the ladies at the bar, the staff seemed rather bored and annoyed. I would have liked to have been more cheerful here (like when we arrived at a Swiss hotel!). Very good parking options.

We stayed at the Taste Hotel Heidenheim for 3 days and would come back at any time. The room was large with enough storage space, had a very nice bathroom and was absolutely quiet. For breakfast there was a very large selection, where everyone should find something. Mr. Rejhan deserves special praise, as he was extremely helpful and courteous.

The hotel initially made a somewhat simple impression to me. But everything has been thought of and solved excellently. At the breakfast buffet you can even find white sausage, jelly pudding and much, much more. Everything is clean and the staff is very friendly. The free underground access to the bathing paradise is a blast. The only point of criticism: the bar and breakfast room is small and very loud.

Nice hotel with good parking and a quiet location. The staff is very nice and always helpful. Rooms are OK and clean. Unfortunately the food wasn't good. Everything was very tasteless and carelessly prepared. What was left over from lunch was served as a buffet in the evening. Unfortunately, breakfast sandwiches were like rubber. I should have gone into town to eat. The hotel name “The Taste” doesn’t really fit. I think it's a shame, because otherwise it's a cool hotel. Maybe it will work better next time.

Rooms are large, clean, modern but slightly noisy. Service is great in the restaurant. I would only like more service at check-in, e.g. Information about the swimming pool and sauna, description of where seminar rooms can be found, etc. Hotel has free parking, location next to a swimming pool and not far from the city center I can recommend it for seminars and conferences :)

Pretty hotel, connected to a great indoor and leisure pool. Beautiful location, pretty town, castle, museum, Brenzpark and historic city center. Food is good, only Sunday evening is not recommended. Restaurant and bar are closed. We felt very comfortable.

We rested there one night on September 24th. Good parking situation, also safe enough for motorcycles. We really liked the hotel. A bit sober hotel corridors but an attractive room. However, the restaurant was disappointing in the evenings and mornings. Little things in the room (the first signs of wear and tear, a slipping bed and a strange exit to the makeshift terrace) but above all the fact that guests at breakfast had to wait for tables to become available in the morning stop us from giving full points now. After all, it is a 4* hotel that obliges. I would check in again for an overnight stay, overall it was good.

Very friendly reception. Good dinner (possible inside or on a nice terrace). Very rich breakfast. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. What's particularly nice is that you have free access to the beautiful swimming pool with wellness area via an underground passage (additional payment only for the sauna area). The location is not quite central, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center. But the view is very nice. We'll definitely be back.

Nice hotel and great location. Unfortunately the staff is poorly trained and ignorant. No hotel information at check in. Even when asked, no sufficient information was received. Higher room prices were also charged than originally agreed in the offer.

Slept here for 1 day because we were in transit from Italy to the Netherlands. Hotel is neat and clean. Unfortunately there were no air conditioners in the rooms, it was very hot.

We spent one night at the Taste Hotel with our two children. Regarding arrival, it should be mentioned that we called because we were unfortunately delayed due to a traffic jam. The receptionist was very friendly, thanked us for letting us know and kept our room free. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and moved into our room. Since it was only for one night, we didn't take a large room, but rather one with a double bed and a pull-out couch - which was actually supposed to be for the children and was unfortunately forgotten when we asked at reception. They then sent someone who gave us the bed thing at the door an hour later, and we then moved into it ourselves because our children were already sleeping there. We didn't think it was that great for organizational reasons, but things like that happened to people and will certainly remain more in focus in the future. Personally, since we communicate something like this on site, it wouldn't stop us from booking again because the staff are really nice and friendly everywhere and immediately apologized for this incident. The breakfast was absolutely sufficient and beautifully prepared, as the staff always cleared and refilled quickly. Rooms as well as bathroom and toilet (including the ones downstairs in the reception area) were very clean. All in all, definitely again for transit

Good stay overall, but disappointing dining experience. The rooms are nice, clean, and meet expectations. However, the dining experience falls short. I wouldn't recommend opting for the buffet—the quality of the food is poor.

All complaints have already been mentioned several times in the reviews: room cleaning doesn't work, no air conditioning in the room, loud noises from the hotel's exhaust system when the window is opened, poor service! As can be seen in the reviews, the problems are obviously discussed with the team, but no one there seems to be interested in making improvements! We wouldn't book the hotel again and certainly wouldn't recommend it!

Was a nice stay. Room very clean. We particularly liked the tunnel passage to the indoor swimming pool. The hotel is in a quiet location with a wonderful view of the castle. It's rare to find very friendly reception staff. Come back in November.

4 stars from reception, but miles away. No hello, warm welcome, nothing came, just complaining. Unfriendly to the point of being unfriendly, you were really insulted if you just asked about the parking fees. It says whether we couldn't read. Yes, okay, we're there for the first time, but also for the last time. This level of unfriendliness is unacceptable in a 4-star hotel. I would love to leave immediately. Update: The breakfast is subpar, I can't understand the good reviews. The sausages are ice cold and it's disorganized. We were told that there were pretzels from the day before and no rolls were available because there was too much going on. The breakfast room is much too small. There are too few staff and the unfriendliness runs through the entire house. The reception is very unfriendly and gives no information about the hotel or the swimming pool. You're not allowed to ask any questions, that's not welcome, you'll be bullied. This hotel should be checked to see whether these 4 stars are still justified. This hotel failed us.

The hotel is okay for one or more overnight stays. Nice room. I have seen and had better breakfast buffets. Very busy during breakfast. Dining is relatively expensive. The hamburger we had was good. Swimming pool had been closed for some time. Opened again after our departure.

We recently stayed at the hotel! With 4 stars we thought it would be luxury, but in the end we had false expectations! On the day of the reception everything was still good. Very nice man with a lot of laughter, but the rest of the days there were only bad-tempered employees. We went to the room and there was the next shock! Room too warm and neither air conditioning nor a refrigerator was in the room. You couldn't open the window until late at night to get some air. On every vacation we always bring drinks and something to eat to snack on, but everything was ruined in the heat. In the end we were glad we only stayed for 2 nights otherwise we would have been even more frustrated. Breakfast is also only made for children. Bread rolls, pretzels (none of which were fresh and crunchy) all in mini form that wasn't fun to eat in the end and sausage etc. was also worth 2 stars. I am of the opinion that 2 stars for the hotel is enough! Because you expect a little more for 4 stars. PS: Bed was ok! Free parking was perfect

We have been to this hotel three times now and have never been disappointed. We booked a superior room. Here a large balcony, minibar and bathrobe are included free of charge. The breakfast is great. With your bathrobe you can reach the indoor swimming pool underground free of charge. We'll definitely come back.

Nice hotel, quietly located, great direct connection to the swimming pool through the tunnel in the basement. We went swimming every evening; there is a whirlpool and an outdoor pool outside. From Heidenheim you can go on great excursions. Parking directly in front of the hotel and even free of charge. The breakfast was good, but the baked rolls and bread detract from the good impression. The buffet-style dinner costs €24.90 per person, looked good and plentiful, but we didn't eat it. We would definitely go there again.

Unfortunately, giving zero stars would be more appropriate here. It's actually a mystery to me how such an excellent rating for the hotel comes about. Even aging accommodations can definitely impress with the quality, but this is not the case here. Some of the furniture is severely damaged, dirty or no longer functional. Furthermore, the room is generally not hygienically clean (use a tissue and a stocking under the bed, crumbs on surfaces, bathroom surfaces with toothpaste blobs, etc. - for this price and the 4 star rating, it's really a snotty joke). In addition, the mattresses are saggy and the adjoining “fun” bathroom, which is advertised, definitely leaves something to be desired. Since there is no ventilation or air conditioning in the room, an open window is unavoidable, which turns out to be a real noise nuisance with the hotel's ventilation system directly below. Definitely not recommended.

Good hotel, friendly staff, boss not very friendly. Breakfast could still be improved. As soon as the boss was in the breakfast room, the staff was treated in an unfriendly manner and it is appropriate to say good morning to the customers.

Apart from the clogged sinks, lamps that don't work and no room service, the room was okay, even for people with disabilities and that's the biggest criticism, there are electric charging stations, but not a disabled parking space, the remaining parking spaces are so narrow that you don't have a chance getting disabled people out of the car quickly, especially when it rains, It would be nice to think about parking spaces for disabled people near the entrance and in a space that allows you to open the door completely.

We had the double room in the hotel months ago. According to the description, we booked one night each on the outward journey and on the return journey of our holiday trip. Yesterday, upon arrival on the outward journey, the disillusionment followed: the bathroom had not been cleaned, there were urine stains on the edge of the toilet and “skid marks” in the toilet bowl! The receptionist, who was immediately informed, tried to reach the cleaning staff who were not available, but then had to give us another room after a long complaining. For our trouble we were given 2 drink vouchers. When asked about an evening meal, the same picture: no one there to give information - a **** hotel without kitchen staff??? We then asked for a recommendation for a good restaurant in town - none! We canceled the room for the return journey!

My girlfriend and I booked two nights with breakfast because of the proximity to the leisure pool with sauna. We liked it very much. The rooms are modern, functional and clean. There was nothing missing at the breakfast buffet. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. Thanks to the bathrobe we were able to spend three very relaxing days in the sauna area. We will come back in any case.

We came here as a family, from a distance of approximately 180 km, for a day trip. It was very good to have direct free access from within the hotel to the pool complex located right next to the hotel. The pool has water slides, an Olympic pool and a children's pool. It was also great fun swimming outside in the hot pool. Prices available at the cafeteria in the pool complex are reasonable. A clean and comfortable hotel. I advise..

The hotel is located on a hill and is suitable for sporty and young people/families and for people with walking difficulties/wheelchair users. The direct connection to the bathroom is great. The team is all very friendly and the breakfast is amazing. Greetings Andrea

Ich kann nur fabelhaft sagen ! Hatte ein Zimmer am Wochenende gebucht, für 75€ die Nacht bekam ich ein schönes Zimmer, 2 Personen dusche, Tablet und Zimmer, Tv, kostenloses gutes Wlan, großes Bett, Sitzgelegenheit, schöner Ausblick ins grüne, sowie das Frühstück und den Thermen Zugang zum Aquarena, welche beide im Preis inbegriffen waren! Das Frühstück war breit aufgestellt, alles dabei was man sich wünscht, pancakes, Ei, Müsli frische Brötchen, wirklich lecker, essen darf man das ganze dann in einer schönen Atmosphäre! Ich war mit meinem Kind dort und auch Kinder werden herzlich empfangen ! :) Der Thermenzugang ist unterirdisch direkt vom Hotel aus, man muss also nicht extra raus in die Kälte !:) Alles in allem meiner Meinung nach für das was ich sonst in der Umgebung für diesen Preis gewohnt bin echt fabelhaft und wirklich günstig, wenn man bedenkt das man oft Frühstück dazu buchen muss bei anderen Hotels und man sich den Eintritt für die Therme spart ! Sollte man Essen bestellen ist es auch kein Problem, die Rezeption ruft an wenn der Lieferant da ist. Wirklich schönes Hotel und toller service !:)

Ottima soluzione quando si è di passaggio verso la direttrice Italia/Monaco. Il prezzo è corretto, camere e servizi sono ok ed é OTTIMA la possibilità di usufruire delle piscine (fino alle 21.30 o alle 22.00) senza dovere pagare degli extra. Decisamente consigliato!

Haben das Hotel über Kurzurlaub gefunden und gebucht. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden! Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück und freier Eintritt in die Aquaarena! Nur zu empfehlen

Preis- Leistung ist gut. Es ist nichts überaus tolles aber die Zimmer sind gut, das Frühstücksbuffet ist so la la und die Lage ist eher ruhig und somit gut.

fangen wir mit dem positiven an: die Lage und Parkmöglichkeit sind gut. Die Innenstadt ist auch fußläufig gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist ok, Bett auch ok. Das Bad auch ok. Was nicht ok ist, ist die Sauberkeit. Ich hatte noch die Kackspuren des Vorgängers in der Toilette hängen und das Bad sah aus, als wenn es nur grob durchgewischt wurde. Was aber unter aller Kanone war, war das Essen. Mittags gab es nach Vorbestellung ein Schnitzel, es war ein Fertigschnitzel, das kurz durch die Fritteuse gejagt wurde. Die Beilagen-Pommes waren klatschig und unappetitlich. Das Frühstück hat dann dem Fass den Boden ausgeschlagen: Alles...wirklich alles war Fertigware. Von Brot über Aufschnitt über Rührei über geschnittenes Obst. Alles war einfach aus Verpackungen gerissen und aufs Buffett geklatscht. Semmeln bzw. Croissants wurden nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Die Marmeladenspender funktionierten nicht, der Nutella-Spender war leer. Zwei Kaffeevollautomaten zum selberbedienen, von dem einer nicht funktionierte. Als der Frühstücksdame bescheid gesagt wurde, hat sie willkürlich Milch aufgefüllt. Die Kaffeemaschine ging trotzdem nicht...Erst nach mehrmaligen Hinweisen, wurde der Sache auf dem Grund gegangen. Der Kaffee als Solches schmeckte furchtbar und man hat sich schier den Mund daran verbrannt - also viel zu heiß. Ich fand den Aufenthalt wirklich schlimm....

Nettes Hotel, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Sauber und sehr entgegenkommend. Gerne wieder! Bar und Restaurant gut. Frühstücksbuffet absolut okay. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Wir sind auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht im Taste Hotel Heidenheim zu Gast gewesen. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Das Zimmer (Doppelzimmer Superior) war sauber, groß und mit einem tollen Ausblick auf das Schloss?? in Heidenheim. Die Qualität und die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir haben 160 € gezahlt und waren mit dem Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis zufrieden. Man hätte auch noch das benachbarte Schwimmbad nutzen können.

Eigentlich ein nettes Mitteklassehotel, da könnte man was draus machen… macht man aber nicht. Das Personal ist sehr sachlich, nicht besonders freundlich. Das Hotel (Zimmer im EG) war recht laut, da man entweder die Geräusche aus der Lobby hört oder das Zufallen der Brandschutztür bei jedem Gast in der Nacht. Im Zimmer gibt es keine Möglichkeit, die Temperatur selbst zu regeln, so dass es entweder viel zu warm war oder, bei offenem Fenster, unnötig Energie verschwendet wurde. Im Badezimmer war der Handtuchhalter nur lose in die Wand gesteckt, so dass ich ihn mit samt Dübeln beim kleinsten Ruck in der Hand hatte. Das Flair im Restaurant gleicht dem einer Bahnhofshalle - kalt, zugig, laut - so dass ich nach einem kurzen Blick in die Speisekarte eine Alternative in der Stadt fand. Beim Frühstück waren die Fruchtsäfte so verdünnt, dass sie praktisch gefärbtem Wasser entsprachen.

Bardzo fajny hotel, czysto, bardzo miła obsługa...a śniadanie po prostu jak nie w Niemczech, wszystko świeże, pyszne, do wyboru.... byłem w wieku hotelach w Niemczech ale ten odstaje od innych tego typu hoteli ... pozytywnie oczywiście....polecam....kierowca autobusu, który zna trochę hoteli...

Wir haben zwei Nächte inkl. Frühstück von unseren Kindern geschenkt bekommen. Die Zimmer waren wirklich ansprechend und das Bett sehr gemütlich. Die Lage empfanden wir als Top auf Grund der Nähe zur Stadt. Die Möglichkeit das direkt angrenzende Schwimmbad nutzen zu können haben wir voll ausgenutzt da auch der Zugang direkt vom Hotel aus möglich war (waren morgens nach dem Frühstück und Abends vorm zu Bett gehen jeweils die ersten und letzten im Schwimmbad). Das Frühstück war auch mehr als ausreichend und sehr lecker. Abends haben wir noch die Gastronomie im Hotel genutzt und auch hier können wir nur positiv berichten. Egal ob Burger, Spätzle oder Cocktails - alles hat gut geschmeckt und war den fairen Kurs wert. Als Sahnehäubchen war das Personal, wenn auch teilweise sehr Jung und scheinbar frisch im Gewerbe, immer sehr freundlich und weitestgehend aufmerksam. Alles in allem würden wir immer wieder kommen.

Moderne Zimmer und ein modernes sauberes Bad da kann man nicht meckern. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man braucht wir waren zufrieden.
