Beware of fraud!! Ordered online via Lieferando, food never arrived, paid in advance via PayPal, around €40. The Balkan House has no idea where the food is, but doesn't want to transfer the money back either. Now we have to clarify this through the police. Don't order if you don't want to be cheated! Addendum: Very misogynistic, you are insulted during conversation and the owner says that as a woman you have nothing to say to you and you should “shut up”. Also insults directly instead of approaching and solving a problem objectively

So let's be honest: I would prefer to give zero stars. If you're going to eat fried noodles, then you definitely don't expect cheap fried linguine/spaghetti noodles.🤮😡 The best thing was the price of almost 20 euros for the spaghetti and a bit of duck. It was definitely the last time!!!! No recommendation

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, the food was excellent and wonderful, the char was a poem, and the Schlutzkrapfen are also highly recommended. The ambience is beautifully coordinated with a wonderful view of the outdoors. Gladly again at any time...
