Beware of fraud!! Ordered online via Lieferando, food never arrived, paid in advance via PayPal, around €40. The Balkan House has no idea where the food is, but doesn't want to transfer the money back either. Now we have to clarify this through the police. Don't order if you don't want to be cheated! Addendum: Very misogynistic, you are insulted during conversation and the owner says that as a woman you have nothing to say to you and you should “shut up”. Also insults directly instead of approaching and solving a problem objectively

Just passing through and really craving Balkan cuisine. I had read reviews in advance, but thought they were mostly due to the poor delivery service. I was there to eat. The store was completely empty, which should have given me something to think about. Ordered 10 Chevape with fries. I don't know how you can make fries so badly... hard and dark! The Chevape TK product dripping with grease. Supplement zero. No salad decoration.. Ajvar… ketchup… onions…. Nothing . Plus a Coca Cola... In terms of taste, I wondered if it was an original... for 4€ 0.4l... ambience run down... the toilet floor is sticky with urine and nothing to dry your hands.... Unfortunately underground... Service was nice… came once then never again…. Hey, I can make this better and more beautiful at home, I don't have to pay €12.50. To his answer: Should learn German first, and then maybe. More cooking...would be an advantage 😁😆

For people who order via TooGoodToGo: unfortunately a very bad experience. I ordered, came in, he (the only one of the 6 people who spoke German) said the restaurant was already closed. I should come by again the next evening (when I asked, he gave me a "receipt" for it, see picture, and also asked me to write a good review on Google). We were there the next evening and then it was closed. There was light inside and obviously something was going on. I called the number written outside. Two calls later I knew that my food was no longer going to work (he wanted to "put me off" until 10 p.m., but I think he just wanted me gone. The people would probably have left later too). Unfortunately I had to get my money back from the delivery service. Addendum: TooGoodToGo contacted the store at my request, and they probably then "agreed" to end the collaboration. A few days after this incident, Laden was no longer listed in the app. Edit: I'm glad that many others found this review helpful and that I was able to save them some probable trouble 😊

Well I have to say that I have never eaten as bad as I did in this restaurant, if you can even call it a restaurant!!! We really tried everything there was to order on the menu as there were around 20 of us. The service was totally careless and partly on dirty dishes and glasses... Some of the meat was raw, cold and in shoe sole quality, fries were also cold... Staff was overwhelmed and served here in jogging suits... Boss himself can't handle criticism at all and immediately becomes agro... To top it all off, the bill was manipulated so that everyone had to pay too much... Conclusion: 3 people vomited afterwards and the others felt nausea!!!

DISASTER!!!!! We wanted to eat here and it turned out to be a terrible day! The bread is completely wet and full of fat! The meat smelled, was inedible and disgusting. Even the onions smelled bad... We didn't want to cause any drama and wanted to point it out in a friendly manner. Unfortunately, we were treated so unkindly that we had to call the police. The boss is very aggressive! I hope the health department will be at the door here in the next few days. Conclusion: we threw up from eating and we still have severe stomach pains!!! Please don't go here otherwise you'll end up in the hospital.

Burger wasn't well cooked, fries were raw and a few black, we didn't eat the food because we felt sick, we recommend Balkan Haus Tuzla NOT the delivery date was right but I still wouldn't even give it one star because I threw €31 in the trash and now I'm hungry go to bed Thank you 👍

The food was terrible, it was good to eat because I'm from Croatia, but I've never eaten anything so bad anywhere. The food was greasy, the meat wasn't cooked through, and the Croatians are complaining

Ambiance, snack. Here you immediately feel like you are in Jugo. On the door it says open until 10 p.m., but at 8 p.m. the door is locked and only opens when you knock. It Out of 8 drinks only 2 are available. Menu with 6 desserts, none available. Was here for the first time. Ćevape was also the only one available but was very tasty. Everyone just got heartburn afterwards. A pity

Was expecting more. Local is more of a snack bar with seating than a serious Balkan restaurant. I ordered cevapcici in flatbread with kajmak. Unfortunately there were no onions and the kajmak was normal sour cream. The taste was okay but not nearly as authentic as in the Balkans. Were there with a child and the door was open so that cold air always came in from outside. We then closed the door, but the staff would then open it again. There are two televisions in the restaurant where everyone played different music. In general, a lot can be improved.

We both thought the food was really good. The affordable price is a factor for us to keep coming back. You can get a lot of food here!! We think the Balkan Haus Tuzla is an enrichment for the Heidenheim restaurant scene.

Avdic plate ordered for 50 euros, with Ajvar 1 euro. Get tuzlanska germanska plate for 40 euros. It can be seen that there is no sucuk. Instead of veal schnitzel there was liver. Without Ajvar. Paid 51 euros and got it for 40 euros. And the grilled vegetables were salad. Conclusion very small portion, didn't get what you ordered. After calling about missing food, a delivery was promised which never came.

Scammers are registered with To good to go, you can make a reservation normally, but when you get there the owners claim they don't know the app, become aggressive and you get kicked out...

The food is excellent, huge portions, the service is friendly, the workers like to joke around, all praises ☺️

The best barbecue in the entire province!

Ordered food home. The food was cold. I ordered a burger menu. Only the burger was delivered. The drink as well as the fries and the extra sauce were missing. The chrispy chicken was only breaded and the meat didn't even cover half of the burger. The cucumbers on it were partly dried out, old and inedible. I paid €17.00 for this. When I called, the answer was that the gentleman didn't understand the problem. That was our first and immediately our last order there.

Da wir bestellt hatten kann ich zum Ort selbst nichts sagen. Vor Ort mag die Sache anders aussehen, unsere Lieferung hat uns leider schwer enttäuscht. Wir hatten die mittlere Platte bestellt. Mit 40€ nicht günstig, aber ordentlich Auswahl....dachten wir .... Denn das Essen, das gebracht wurde war sehr ernüchternd. Das angekündigte gegrillte Gemüse entpuppte sich als Tomaten und Gurkensalat. Beim Fleisch suchten wir vergeblich nach Hähnchen und Kalb sowie Cevapcici. Die Würstchen waren ok aber unter der Beschreibung hatten wir uns etwas anders vorgestellt. Brötchen gab es ebenfalls nicht. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Die Pommes Portionen waren reichlich, allerdings eher lätschig. Da bekommt man an der nächsten Imbiss Bude teils deutlich bessere. Für die bezahlten 40€ ein absoluter Reinfall. Definitiv das erste und letzte Mal hier bestellt. So viele Fehler dürfen einfach nicht zusammenkommen.

Die geilsten Cevappe EVER....Fladenbrot der ABSOLUTE HAMMER...so wie es sein soll...nicht zu fettig aber sehr Geil gemacht....frage mich wie die das soooooo hinkriegen... Cevapcici auf denPunkt gegeart ... die Rindswürste sind der OBERBURNER...auch das das Rasniciji iszt sehr Empfehelenswert....tollle Karte.... hier wird wenigestens noch zu anderemn Lökalen ALLES frisch gemacht...netter Service....schnnele Lieferung....weiter so...

Wir waren heute zum essen da. Es war super lecker und reichlich. Wäre schön wenn noch etwas Ajyvar dabei gewesen wäre. Leider war die Damentoilette defekt so das man zu den Männern musste, das ist nicht so toll. Trotzdem waren wir zufrieden.

Heute grill Platten bestellt 1a so lecker und ein super Geruch Heimats Erinnerungen waren da Lieferant auch sehr net und sympathisch gewesen

Sehr nettes Personal, die schnell unsere Bestellung aufgenommen hat. Das bestellte kam schnell. Meine Cevapcici waren gut. Leider waren meine Pommes kalt. Die anderen Gerichte waren Ok. Die fehlenden Zwiebel wurden schnell nachgeliefert. Die Portionen waren ausreichend groß. Preislich würde ich sagen, Getränke waren super günstig, das Essen zu teuer.

Hört nicht auf die negativen Kommentare, euch entgeht was wenn ihr nicht wenigstens probiert! Wir haben Cevapcici Bestellt und es war ein Genuss wie das Original, meine Frau selbst vom Balkan meinte dass hat sie zuletzt so gut nur im Balkan gegessen! 1 A Empfehlung!

Ich habe mir ein Putenbruststeak und einen Hamburger bestellt. Das Putenbruststeak war okay aber der Bürger sah etwas zusammengewürfelt und platt aus. War aber zum essen okay.
