Yesterday evening was not only a tragedy across the board, but also quite simply harmful to health. I would like to mention in advance that this is the first bad review I have ever written and I have always been very satisfied with this restaurant. Since there was neither an apology nor any attempt to create a balance, I see it as my duty to “warn” every other guest. Six of us went to the restaurant last night to redeem a birthday present (voucher). After the innkeeper first picked up the drinks, we found out right away that his “beer supplier” had gone bankrupt and that therefore there could be no draft beer. Well, let's drink bottled beer, which ran out during the evening. In retrospect we are glad that the tap was gone, who knows what we saved ourselves. Visibly overwhelmed (we were the only table), the host stumbled over to our table several times because he couldn't quite get the food order right. I would also like to add that 3 of the tapas we ordered could not be served because they were not available. Here, too, I reflect in retrospect that we probably saved ourselves the worst of it. At the beginning the innkeeper handed us a basket of bread. Here the first of us fled because the bread was moldy. After pointing this out, no apology was even given. Instead, the landlord cut new, moldy bread from the same loaf of bread and handed it to us again. But it gets worse… the first tapas came to the table (breaded olives). Everyone happily shoved these into their mouths until the first of us noticed that these were also moldy (I'll spare everyone the photos as proof at this point). Pointed this out to the landlord, again no apology. Instead the answer: “that’s sea salt”. Why we didn't flee by then is simply due to human pity. To top it all off, other dishes not only had a kick, they were inedible, harmful to health, rotten and furry. I'm seriously surprised that no food has started to live and move by then. The piminetos we ordered were large green peppers. The prawns were small, inferior scampi from the supermarket. The Serrano ham was simply not one. In addition, the innkeeper walked past us with a pack of ham from the supermarket. This is misrepresentation and deception of the customer. After the first of us went to the toilet, he later talked about how strange it was. Every Berlin club toilet was cleaner than this wet room. We're really not picky, we can overlook the cobwebs, and some of us come from the catering industry ourselves... but last night was a complete tragedy. Until now we have always overlooked the host's choleric manner. Not to mention the embarrassment we felt when he yelled at his then-employee in the dining room. No wonder she eventually ran away. When I was in the restaurant industry back then, I would have been ashamed of the quality of the food. But now we're getting to the point where we voluntarily gave the landlord our €75 voucher, as I'm sure none of us will ever enter this shop again. And if we're being completely honest, we shouldn't have paid a cent, especially when we were still discussing the fact that the goods had been bought fresh the previous day. Anyone who had seen the moldy fur on the olives would now have known that nothing here was fresh. It's time to close this store. And anyone who willfully serves food that is harmful to health, without insight, does not deserve an ounce of pity or a cent from our wallets.

We were there again for the first time in 4 years and left straight away! At some point you have to know when it's over! Apart from the lack of cleanliness, which we knew and would have accepted, we were speechless when we looked at the tapas in the counter! There was mold on all the tapas! This absolutely must not happen and must be reported! I feel very sorry for the gentleman because I don't think he can really see it anymore, but this is at the expense of his guests' health. We advise everyone not to visit this store again.

Food from the microwave isn’t cooking. The mushrooms were off and gave us an upset stomach. The garlic potatoes were just oily - that’s it. Selling tap water in a fancy Italian mineral water bottle for EUR 6 is quite cheeky.

We have been regular guests there for 30 years. The owner, around 80 years old, runs the shop alone. And yes, at 80 you may have one or two characteristics. 😁 The food is always wonderful, as are the wines. Anyone who is bothered by the fact that the prepared tapas are warmed up in a microwave right at the counter is basically not allowed to eat in a restaurant. It's better to have freshly prepared tapas every day that are obviously warmed up in the microwave for a few seconds, rather than a secret microwave that secretly warms up old food. It is a shame that the stove is no longer allowed to be operated due to structural reasons (as with other open stoves and fireplaces). We always enjoyed being here, but now the gentleman is retiring soon and we wish him a great retirement.

The oven was (and is?) out… in this tapas bar that I appreciated years ago. I'm sorry to have to write this down, but it doesn't work that way anymore. At least this evening there was so much going on that I still feel uneasy: the cleanliness of the walls, the toilets and the sticky tables as well as warmed tapas in the microwave were not unusual for me, the shop always impressed with its old Spanish style Flair with its rustic coziness by the fireplace and the delicious various tapas. What's left of it? The fireplace was “broken” and the old Spanish owner, who was a bit wobbly and perhaps had a cold because of this, had difficulty serving what was ordered hot and without fingerprints (directly on the plates!). On top of that, the plates weren't really clean... While preparing the food for another guest couple, the owner, who had a bad runny nose, had to sneeze several times without being able to move the already filled plates out of reach... the couple then left the pub relatively quickly. My partner and I had basically seen and eaten enough and paid soon afterwards. The various tapas actually didn't taste as bad as we felt. And still! Despite the disinfectant mulled wine at the Christmas market afterwards, at least my digestive tract didn't feel well at all throughout the evening. It's a shame that this traditional shop is no longer an option for a Spanish evening for me!

Unfortunately it's not the same experience as before. On our last visit the owner was all alone and cooked most of the tapas in the microwave. The sangria was great again though!

Immernoch Kult! Spanische Musik und Kamin entfalten immernoch eine ursprüngliche Atmosphäre. Aber alles etwas schmuddelig und die Tapas sehr einfach und kaum als Tapas zu bezeichnen. Die Weine sind billig.

Nette kleine Tappasbar mit lecker Essen und guten Weinen.

Wir waren gestern im Restaurant, hatten um 19 Uhr einen Tisch bestellt. Auf die Tapas mussten wir fast eine Stunde warten. Sie wurden leider nur nach und nach serviert. Andere Gäste, die später erschienen, wurden zuerst bedient. Die Gambas waren nicht genießbar. Sie waren trocken und rochen nicht mehr frisch. Zumindest wurden die Gambas von der Rechnung abgezogen. Ich will ja nichts unterstellen, aber der Wein des Monats kam mir bekannt vor. Ich werde das nachher noch einmal beim Discounter checken.

Eine meiner Lieblingsbars in Lübeck. Sehr gemütlich und die älteren Besitzer sind super sympathisch.

Gemütliche Atmosphäre...leckere Tapas... Hintergrundmusik zu laut...und Streitgespräche zwischen Chef und Bedienung will keiner hören!!!...da muss Guido wohl noch lernen...

Sicherlich eher eine Lokalität für das ältere Publikum. Bei etwas gehobeneren Preisen gibt es eine große Auswahl an Getränken, welche schon die Absicht abzielen vorallem die spanische und etwas die portugiesische Küche zu vertreten. Außerdem gibt es eine ordentliche Auswahl an tapas, welche jetzt für meinen Geschmack keine Besonderheit oder einen Sinn nicht einen anderen tapas Laden zu besuchen bieten konnten. Es gibt allerdings eine Riesen Auswahl an Weinen, Sherry und Co, welche ja auch wieder Name der Lokalität die Spezialisierung des Hauses sein wird. Die habe ich allerdings nicht probiert. Daher an alle Freunde dieser Getränke, sollte meine mittelmäßige Bewegung nicht allzu abschreckend wirken, sondern eher eine Aufforderung es Mal selbst auszuprobieren.

Sehr authentisch südländisches Restaurant, die Fischplatte war ein Gedicht. Klasse Getränkeauswahl, der Name ist definitiv Programm. Sehr faire Preise, wir waren wirklich überrascht. Lediglich eine etwas energischere Reinigungskraft wäre nötig. Aber dennoch ein gelungener Abend, den wir beim nächsten Lübeckbesuch bestimmt wiederholen werden.

Die Küche konnte mich mit ihren einfachen, aber grundehrlichen und sehr leckeren Gerichten überzeugen. Die Getränke waren in Ordnung, aber ausgesprochen günstig und insofern gemessen am Preis sehr gut. Einzig die Sangria hat einen etwas parfümierten Geschmack, was am zugesetzten Likör liegen mag. Das Lokal hat einfach eine tolle Atmosphäre und sehr freundliches Personal. Man sollte kein Fine dining erwarten, sondern authentische Bewirtung - dann wird Sherry & Port voll überzeugen können. Für mich eine Empfehlung!

Super Gemütlich und lecker. Ein schöner Abend.

Sehr nette kleine Örtlichkeiten . Top Essen. Und das Personal ist nett. Das Essen kommt sehr zügig und ist perfekt in der Zubereitung. Das Ambiente ist hoch interessant. Die Zusammensetzung zeigt viel Liebe und derartige Leidenschaft zum Land und Leute der Südlichen Region in Europa. Durch die kleinen Tusche gibt es eine mugglige Atmosphäre. Auch das Publikum das an unserem Abend vor Ort war kam aus allen Altersklassen und somit sehr gemischt und angenehm. Ich würde sagen wer in der Nähe ist und gut Essen mag mit einem guten Preis Leistung verhält ist hier gut aufgehoben. Eine Reservierung würde ich machen .

Ein absolut kultiger Laden... Die Tapas waren der Hammer, der Cherry excellent und der Laden einfach kultig. Bin bereits zum zweiten Mal da gewesen und nicht das letzte Mal.... Dieser Käse... hmmmmm lecker

Hervorragende Tapas, gemütliche Atmosphäre - vor allem mit dem offenen Feuer im Kamin. Die Musik ist einfach nur genial. Sympathische Eigentümer. Lieblingsladen in Lübeck 👍

God portvin og lækre små tapas retter, hyggelig stemning. Helt sikkert et besøg værd hvis man er til små hyggelige steder med charme.

puh, war vielleicht kein guter Tag (Fr. 17.09.21) an dem wir da waren.... ...aber es gab einen Großteil der Getränke auf der Karte NICHT. Auch bei den Tapas eher ein Trauerspiel. Kommunikation mit der Bedienung nur mit Hand und Fuß bzw. auf Spanisch möglich...... Wir hatten den Laden empfohlen bekommen und waren ehrlicherweise nicht wirklich begeistert.

Heute waren wir da,auf Empfehlung von Freunden...entweder haben die Freunde den Sinn für eine gute Küche verloren,oder sie sind keine guten Freunde. Kurz: Nein,nicht gut. Satt aber ein Cheesi musste noch sein.

Tolle Tapas, wirklich lecker. Der ganze Laden ist authentisch zu seinem Betreiber. Da wird noch alles in Handarbeit zubereitet. Die Bedingungen war komplett verpeilt aber absolut lustig dabei. Ein wirklich toller Abend!!!

Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker! Die Unterhaltung der Gastgeber hat zu reichlich guter Stimmung gesorgt😉😁

Urige Bar, leicht überforderten Wirt. Das Essen kommt nach und nach, also wenn die ersten Tapas aufgegessen sind kommen nach langer Wartezeit die nächsten. Auch die Bestellung wurde mehrere Male vergessen. Aber die Leute sind redlich bemüht.
