The two of us went for lunch. It was very good, and the service was very friendly. Highly recommended!

Delicious food and good service.

The food was tasty, but the quantity was manageable. The beer was on tap, but not particularly cold, and it tasted a bit stale. Regardless, you can definitely eat well there, but not perfectly.

Four of us arrived during rush hour without a reservation. They were nice and did everything they could to ensure we had a great evening.

Such a beautiful place, kind and friendly stuff, I had the lamb mix, authentic Greek cousine and amazing quality. I recommend it without second though.

My absolute favorite Greek restaurant in Lübeck! Very personal and warm service, beautiful decor, excellent hygiene, and, above all, incredibly delicious food. A reasonably priced lunch menu, even with moussaka on offer. The banana liqueur is also highly recommended, if you don't have to drive yourself... We always eat there when we're in Lübeck.

Unfortunately, not so positive! The food arrived differently than ordered, which is a real shame, and I still had to pay the full price. Furthermore, card payments weren't accepted, which I wasn't told upon entry, and if I hadn't had any money with me, it would have been a disadvantage. The food shown in the pictures here looks different, completely different. Overall, there's a lot of room for improvement!!!

We came across the restaurant on a side street. I was looking for a "Greek" restaurant. The waitress was very friendly and attentive, and explained a lot afterward. Our seat was outside, and the sunny weather was lovely. The prices were good for lunch, but the portions were smaller—good for me, as I don't eat much. The gyros and calamari were delicious, but I was a bit skeptical when three of those nasty green flies tried to invade my plate. It was really annoying, and I wasn't sure if it was fresh. The taste was good, though… I can't say exactly why. I would visit the restaurant again. Many thanks to the nice waitress!

The service was very friendly until they asked us during the clearing process whether we enjoyed our meal. We did, although the bifteki was very oversalted, which we pointed out. Suddenly, the friendliness changed. It's a shame they can't stand honest criticism.

The food was excellent. However, there was no tomato rice, but some kind of rice (I suspect curry). The service was excellent, but the ambiance wasn't quite my cup of tea (but that's a matter of taste and my personal opinion). I thought the price for the food was justified.

The service was so warm and entertaining that I was in a good mood before, during, and after the meal. The portion was very generous and the food tasted excellent. 😍 Thanks to the friendly and humorous service, I had a truly enjoyable evening. 😃

I highly recommend the lamb (homemade in a pot) with broad beans and the gyro plate with souvlaki. You can also sit outside in the small alley.

Papadopulus in Lübeck's Old Town is a must-visit for me whenever I'm in Lübeck. Delicious, affordable food, cheerful servers, and a pleasant atmosphere (in summer, tables in the alleyway). Five stars plus.

Delicious food, but above all, great service and super friendly with the kids!

This was our first time there, and since the restaurant has been there forever, we thought it must be outstanding. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The food was only lukewarm and seemed reheated. When we pointed out that it wasn't warm enough, we were offered a return. But by then, we were very hungry. The very tasty tzatziki and the seasoning of the food deserve special mention. Nevertheless, the overall result was rather average.

The food is OK, I had the mushrooms and gyros with fries. I expected much more garlic from the meat and mushroom sauce. The fries were terrible. No salt, seemed old and tasted stale. My wife had the sardines, very good. Others found it very good and the staff was polite and friendly. Recommend you eat the fries first and get salt on them. Other than that a good but not great place to eat. The prices have changes so be ready for a 6 euro increase per meal.

Nettes Lokal in einer Seitenstraße. Sind jedes Jahr im Urlaub einmal hier und ein must have!!! Letztes Jahr waren wir nicht mehr ganz so begeistert vom Essen (nachgelassen). Sind aber dieses Jahr wieder ins Lokal und waren wieder sehr zu Frieden. Preis/Leistung, Geschmack und Service waren wieder wie gewohnt!!!! Weiter so!!!

Grecia en Lübeck! Tuvimos nuestra cena el viernes 18 de julio, y vinimos el sábado para almorzar y nos recibieron como «familia». Comida griega como usted lo desea en un día soleado, olvidar la hora - simplemente disfrutar!

I don't recommend this restaurant. They charge €16 for a gyro, which they advertise at €12.

For the first time, I'm not giving the food here the highest rating. Something was missing, but it was just okay. Maybe the kitchen was on the right track that day—or mine. We'll see how it goes next time.

Everything was top-notch—a good Greek restaurant with an outdoor seating area in an alley. The souvlaki was very juicy, the fries delicious. Good value for money.

The waiters were very attentive and extremely friendly. On every vacation on the Baltic Sea, eating at this Greek restaurant in Lübeck is a must for us.

Small but nice. The food was simply great. A hit in terms of taste. The staff was quick and friendly. Ambience normal for Lübeck city center; i.e. that there is an outdoor area that is on the pedestrian zone. Of course there are also seats inside. All in all: we had nothing to complain about. Keep it up :)

Sehr authentisches griechiches Restaurant. Das Stifado war köstlich! Leider gab es kein Pastitsio mehr. Sollte öffter nachgefragt oder beworben werden. Das Peronal war außergewöhlich freundlich!!

We came here by chance and were totally thrilled! I love eating Greek, but the food here was the best thing I and my wife have ever eaten at a Greek restaurant!!! I gave an extra tip for the kitchen! The interaction with the kitchen and the service was also great. The restaurant is small but I found it cozy and it was very busy!

Very authentic, like in Greece! You also know Pastizio, which is unfortunately not currently offered. Maybe you should ask about it more often. The stifado was delicious. If I lived in Lübeck, I would be here all the time. I liked it very much.

Das Gyros war versalzen. Eigentlich ein Klassiker in einem griechischen Restaurant. Wenn schon kein Ambiente vorhanden ist, sollte wenigstens das Essen schmecken.

In terms of the atmosphere, it's more of a snack bar than a restaurant. The classic gyro was unfortunately too salty and the salad was drowned in a sour sauce. The service offered an ouzu on the house, but it was forgotten. Overall not recommended.

The service was quick and friendly and the food was good. The prices are fair (photos). We didn't like the taramas and tzatziki 100% on the starter plate. The lamb chop also still has some room for improvement. Gyros and souvlaki were very tasty 😋. No matter, it's not a waste of time, but rather a friendly suggestion. We will definitely come back.

A small restaurant for in between. Location in the center, simple atmosphere. Very simple. Actually none. But the service is very nice and attentive, the food meets the expectations of a proper Greek gyros & suflaki. Not crispy here, but very tenderly fried. Very pleasant and spicy and delicious.

We came here spontaneously without a reservation and got a nice table. Delicious salad first, Greek red wine, I had the classic gyros souvlaki and my wife had pan-fried lamb with beans. The food came quite quickly, was extremely tasty and the waitress said when serving that if something was missing we would bring more. We were very full and would love to come back.

Stopped in spontaneously while strolling through the Christmas market in the old town. Very friendly reception. Menu, drinks, food, everything was great. The food was great. Enough selection for every taste. Bifteki was excellent. Gyros with skewers and turkey breast were also really tasty. There was also rice or optionally fries. We took the rice. Also very tasty prepared. The salad at the front was great. No drowning in salad dressing, individual components were very easy to recognize and taste. Tzatziki really tasty. Even though we had to belch for garlic all day 😂 the atmosphere was rather rustic. Steep stairs up to the sanitary facilities and more tables. Everything was very nicely done. Excellently clean. There are even sweets in the sanitary facilities. When we are back in Lübeck we would love to come here again to eat. Thank you very much.

Nice Greek restaurant, something It's a very old house, narrow and winding, but that's also what gives it its charm and character. Cozy and delicious food.

As a group (9 people) as guests, in accordance with our wishes, we were given a separate room on the 1st floor. Service was very quick and friendly despite the steep stairs. The food with starter, main course and dessert was generous in portions and delicious for everyone! All you can do is say “thank you” and pass on the recommendation
