Not really recommended for travelers who value a little culinary delights. The food is served in so-called boxes.

Usually overcrowded with trucks, brazen truck drivers park in alleys. Or block exit.

Because toilets cost money, the truck drivers resting outside pee everywhere. It stinks, and you have to be careful not to step in the pee.

Spacious parking for LKW. Normal and clean shower and toilet. The toilet ticket can be used in the restaurant and in the store. There is an exit from the territory to the city, if you look at the building, it is on the right side. Wide parking lots for everyone!

Huge parking lot and excellent serways

Stopped several times, once on a weekend. The parking lot is not huge, but spacious. It gets clogged as usual in the evening. It's hard to find places on weekends, but you can behind trucks. The servers system in the cafe is as usual. There is water tap at the gas station in the wall. Shops are 2.5 km away. And everything is fine, clean and comfortable.

The showers are great, everything is spotlessly clean and the staff is very positive.🇩🇪♥️

5:00 p.m. kielbasa with fries served, not fresh at all, baked for two days, additional curry sauce, which is very different from other places of the same name, and additional fries, two bites in the takeaway order, drama

Good McDonald's, warm place after driving in a snowstorm, nice staff, good parking.

We were here shortly before 9 p.m. because our kids were hungry and wanted to go to McDonald's at the rest stop. We got everything freshly made there shortly before work ended. The very nice and attentive Gusticus employee immediately brought water for our dogs and then gave us 3 apple bags that were left over at McDonald's closing time at 9 p.m. That was very, very nice. We'd love to stop here again!

Going to the toilet costs one euro. Thrown in two and got no change. When I told the Serways employee this, he shrugged his shoulders and grinned stupidly in my face. Not like that, friends!!!

There was a hair in my fries and it took forever for me to eat. The toilets were cool

The Serways rest stop Augsburg Ost offers everything you would expect from a classic rest stop. The spacious and clean Sanifair toilet, which is located immediately to the right on the first floor, is particularly positive. For a hot fast food meal there is a McDonald’s on site which is always handy. The outdoor parking spaces are plentiful and conveniently close to the entrance - ideal for a quick break. The rest stop is perfect for us to take a pee break after setting off. The only point of criticism: The building is now a bit old and could use some modernization - as does the McDonald's. Still a solid and practical point of contact for on the go!

Despite the negative comments, the services are very good, the food is very good, the showers are 3 euros and you can adjust the water, everything is clean, the large parking lot smells a bit like pee, that's why I gave it 4 stars... you can't get the animal out of a person, it pisses where it hits, this is the world 😀😀😀😃

Toilets were only partially functional. The automatic self-cleaning system was defective in 1 of 3 toilets. Otherwise it was clean and didn't smell unpleasant. Disinfectant dispenser dispenses a sufficiently large amount.

Personally, I like everything, the parking is convenient, simple electronic registration, I receive an SMS on my phone indicating the ramp, take my ADR passport just in case and go to the office to register After loading, we go to the office again, sign the documents and go. There is a shower in the parking lot, the office has a toilet and a vending machine. Parking under the ramp is very easy, long distances both in front and on the sides One bad thing: there is practically no space in the industrial area

Apparently the portafilter machine was broken, which is why I only got one espresso from the fully automatic machine. But I guess that the lady simply didn't know how to use the device.

The toilets are all crappy and the soap dispensers don't work, but the turnstile where you have to put euros in is great.

I really liked the Serways rest stop in Augsburg. It's a big facility and I had to walk a bit to get inside. Because almost all parking spaces were occupied by trucks and cars, since it was Sunday. But it wasn't a problem. The rest stop itself had everything you could need. Ate a little something and drank a good coffee. You could also use very clean toilets. I'd love to do it again next time. 😉

The petrol is a whopping €0.50 more expensive than other petrol stations... That's just usury

The lady who worked at the checkout was very rude and ignored my question and didn't accept the appropriate payment! However, your colleague was polite and probably tried to ease my irritation when she brought the food. The food wasn't worth the money either! Then I recommend using McDonald's on the premises. Some of the toilets had no toilet paper and the disinfectant was also empty! I say this once and never again!

The rest stops along the German motorways are all extremely expensive, and Augsburg is no exception. Unfortunately, people here are also very unfriendly. The outrageous prices for really only averagely clean toilets are one thing. An emergency situation is being shamelessly exploited. I then wanted to redeem the vouchers that you get for coffee. Since my wife didn't want anything, I would have liked to redeem both credit discs. But the waitress at the coffee counter brusquely rejected this. She snapped at me that it had been like this for two years and slammed the terms and conditions on the counter. But then she had some good advice that I will follow in the future. 'I could take a break somewhere else if that doesn't suit me'. Maybe the management should consider whether the employee would be better assigned to cleaning the sanitary facilities. There she would have no customer contact and the toilets would perhaps be clean. I'll definitely avoid this rest stop in the future!

Unfortunately, the YlKW shut everything down

I have ordered my drink by the least attentive employee I have ever witnessed. She first took half a minute to finish whatever she was doing on her phone before trying to answer me. Even when I ordered my drink there was no eye contact whatsoever as all the attention was towards her phone. The toilets were clean though! 😄

By far the scariest schnitzel of my life. Apparently air-dried in the counter for hours and then served warmed up to the customer. Absolutely not worth the money! I didn't think that rest stops could sink any lower when it came to FOOD, but this "Serways" chain makes it possible! Never again! I'd rather be hungry!

Totally littered parking lot, toilet not particularly clean and lots of broken ones.

The place is good for truckers and tourists,but it's a bit busy at times. Truckers will struggle to park after 5pm.

We wanted to have breakfast there, the waitress told us no, we didn't have it today, we started straight away with lunch.

The toilets are incredibly dirty, one toilet is right by the window, there is no privacy screen and you can be watched. Much worse, but still, the window looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years, there are cobwebs hanging everywhere, the toilets themselves are also incredibly dirty, which the pictures attached prove. I can't understand how you can still make money here can request. Totally not recommended and the operator should really make sure the toilets are tidy. Even the floors aren't swept. After all, this is the flagship of every rest stop. Very bad!

Clean rest area with enough space. If you would like to take a few more steps after a longer journey, you will also find access to adjacent fields.

50% of the soap dispensers are usually empty when we've been there so far. The paper towels are also mostly empty. With the high number of guests, cleaning has to be done much more frequently. Maybe a professional from the office should take a look at whether you can really charge money for the toilets if only half the price is provided.

We have known this rest stop for 15 years now! Unfortunately, it has seen better days and the cleanliness of the Serways toilets is no longer what it used to be :( The extensive range of food and drinks as well as rest/seating areas still make it a good, if unfortunately somewhat old, rest stop.

Disgusting. Tables dirty, sticky. The changing room hasn't been cleaned for a long time and the buckets haven't been emptied. 2 pieces so full to the brim with diapers that they can no longer go. It's a shame, the staff was nice but you still couldn't feel comfortable.

I can't say much about it, we only made a short stop. But it was clean, the sandwiches bought there were very tasty and the saleswoman was nice.
