Das schönste ist der Blick auf der Terrasse auf den Augsburger Dom. Insgesamt einer der schlechteren Döner in Augsburg. Das Fleisch war ziemlich trocken, alles andere sehr unspektakulär. Besonders freundlich war hier auch niemand, sodass ich nicht noch mal kommen werde.

Sowohl Pide, Dönerbox oder die veganen Gerichte sind sehr lecker und seit langem mal wieder ein Döner bei dem das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt.

Der beste Durum-Wrap, den wir je gegessen haben. Absolut empfehlenswert und fantastischer Service. Wir kommen wieder.

Leider hat mir der Lahmacun überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Er hatte einen bitteren Geschmack und wirkte auf mich nicht frisch. Ich kann die vielen positiven Bewertungen daher leider nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Vielleicht war es nur an diesem Tag so, aber meine Erfahrung war enttäuschend.

Sorry aber das personal ist wirklich nicht in der modernen Gesellschaft angekommen.

Haben uns dort ein Döner geholt, Fleisch, Brot, sause und Gemüse waren super lecker Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Das Steak Fleisch ist immer noch nicht verfügbar, obwohl es anfangs groß versprochen wurde, finde ich nicht korrekt.

Der Laden hat eigentlich ein gutes Konzept – einer der wenigen Spots mit Seitan-Döner. Geschmacklich auch okay, aber für 8 € erwarte ich definitiv mehr Füllung. In meinem Döner waren nur ein paar wenige Streifen Seitan, das war einfach zu wenig und nicht wirklich sättigend. Auch übergreifend auf die Fleischvariante, sehr wenig Inhalt! Am Service gibt’s auch noch Luft nach oben – insgesamt wirkt es etwas unkoordiniert und unhöflich. Schade, denn die Idee ist stark, aber Preis-Leistung passt so leider nicht ganz.

Guter Service, leider wurde der Döner über die letzten Jahre immer kleiner und flacher. Die Vegane Option ist super. Leider für den Inhalt zu teuer, wenn man innerhalb Augsburg vergleicht. Geschmack ist gut, und hole mir schon hier hin und wieder gerne einen Döner. Aber 8€ für einen Döner, der aus 4 Streifen Fleisch und auch von den Beilagen sehr makaber ist, leider nicht mein go - to.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut.

Menü 2: 9,50 € Döner Dürüm mit Pommes und einem Getränk nach Wahl. Sehr lecker – absolut empfehlenswert 🤗 Das Fleisch im Döner Dürüm war gut mariniert und durchgebraten – 75–80 % Fleischanteil sind optimal, der Rest besteht aus Salat und Soße. Die Pommes waren schön saftig. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden. Kartenzahlung ist möglich, was ich besonders toll finde ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 Es gibt eine Toilette vor Ort, wo man sich die Hände waschen und die Toilette benutzen kann.

Das Döner-Sandwich schmeckt echt gut. Beim ersten Mal dachte ich, es wäre ein Burger, aber es schmeckt trotzdem wie ein richtiger Döner. Das Restaurant ist gegen 16 Uhr nicht besonders voll, soweit ich das beurteilen kann. Ein Döner-Sandwich kostet etwa 6,50 €. Leckeres Essen! 😋

Gestern war ich dort Döner essen und leider war mein Besuch enttäuschend. Der Mitarbeiter wirkte während der gesamten Bestellung sehr unmotiviert und wenig kundenorientiert. Auf Nachfragen oder Wünsche reagierte er mit einem Grinsen und verschränkten Armen, was nicht besonders freundlich oder professionell wirkte. Zudem musste ich meine Bestellung mehrfach wiederholen, da sie sich offenbar nicht gemerkt wurde. Während der Zubereitung wurde nebenbei mit einem Kollegen gesprochen, was den Eindruck vermittelte, dass die Bestellung nicht ernst genommen wird. Das Brot wurde lediglich flach getoastet und geschmacklich konnte mich der Döner insgesamt nicht überzeugen. Insgesamt habe ich mich als Kunde leider nicht willkommen gefühlt. Ich hoffe, dass hier in Zukunft mehr Wert auf Freundlichkeit und Qualität gelegt wird.

Ich war dort türkische Pide essen und leider war auch dieser Besuch sehr enttäuschend. Die Pide war trocken und geschmacklich wenig überzeugend. Frische oder besondere Qualität konnte ich leider nicht feststellen. Besonders unangenehm war jedoch das Verhalten eines Mitarbeiters. Es fehlte deutlich an Professionalität und Anstand im Umgang mit Gästen. Teilweise hatte ich den Eindruck, dass sich über Kunden lustig gemacht wird, was absolut unangebracht ist. Ein respektvoller und freundlicher Umgang sollte selbstverständlich sein. Insgesamt habe ich mich nicht willkommen gefühlt und werde daher nicht wiederkommen

Ich bin mehrmals hin gegangen dort zu essen und jedes Mal von den gleichen Mann bedient, sehr respektlos und Pommes nicht mal richtig fertig gewesen

Leider war mein Besuch in diesem Dönerladen eine große Enttäuschung. Das Fleisch war roh und absolut ungenießbar. Die Pide war steinhart und hat eher an einen Pizzakarton erinnert als an frisches Brot. Dazu kam noch der schlechte Service – unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Ich werde hier definitiv nicht noch einmal essen und kann den Laden leider nicht empfehlen.

Es war bis jetzt der schlechteste Döner in Augsburg. Das Fleisch war sehr trocken und innen noch pick. Die Pide war der größte Reinfall man denkt ich esse Beton amk. Und komischer Schimmel auf der Pide Ich würde es lassen

The doner kebab was small; I think they forgot their sauce at home. The server called me "bro," which was completely inappropriate. I've had better doner kebabs many times before.

Simply put, respect to the people who work there; you made my and my colleagues' training camp much better by being open at these times. Honest respect, thank you all, huge praise!

The shop itself is also nice and clean, especially for a kebab shop. The restroom is clean as well. It's also in a good location and easy to reach. Highly recommended, definitely worth the trip.

The seller demanded more money, arguing that the menu was outdated.

The meat on my doner pizza was raw, and it really didn't taste good. I would only eat it again if it was really late and I absolutely had no other choice. Unfortunately, I and my friends can't recommend it.

We bought a doner kebab with a friend. When we asked him to add pepper, he said "no problem." He also responded "fine" to other special requests regarding the preparation. When we received our order, he said we hadn't asked for anything. It turned out that the seller and cook barely spoke any language, were uneducated, and rude.

After I had agreed with my colleagues that I would be allowed to use the toilet on site, I worked as a caretaker and there was no toilet on site. Just recently today, I don't know if it was a boss or a colleague who gave me a hard time, saying I was lying, that I didn't work as a caretaker at all, that he knew me, even though I didn't even know him, and that it was really cheeky of him to accuse me of something like that, even though he didn't even know me. He also wanted to know where my equipment was and where exactly I worked, which was none of his business. After I politely asked him why he wanted to know, I got a response like that. I will never enter this place again, and it's more unfriendly than ever.

The food is okay except for the doner sauce. It's really not my cup of tea. The staff are overwhelmed with their tasks. The friendliness is also lacking. Customers don't feel truly welcome. The wait time for food is abysmal. They could work on the cleanliness. The floor of the toilet cubicle is terribly sticky, and there's hair in the sink. I won't be a regular there.

I've been there a few times this week and last week. It's very good and delicious. The kebab menu is fantastic. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. I ordered a large doner kebab, but I got one that was smaller than a regular doner kebab. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't convincing either – the meat was dry, and overall, everything seemed carelessly prepared. Definitely not recommended for the price.

I can't recommend it. The staff don't listen; you have to say everything three times. The kebabs and kebab boxes are much too small. The taste is more like paper. The meat (if you can even call it that) is tasteless. The only positives: the ambiance is quite modern and the sauces are good.

We ordered two regular doner kebabs with everything and two vegan durum. Others who arrived later received their orders before us. The staff seemed overwhelmed. Unfortunately, the food was not tasty at all. The seitan had no flavor at all, and the meat smelled and tasted moldy. There was practically no sauce, and what little was on it tasted of nothing. The "salad" and the bit of cabbage were limp, old, and therefore completely tasteless. Despite the fact that there was hardly any sauce on it, the bread was soggy immediately after purchase. Conclusion: The price-performance ratio here is simply abysmal and ridiculous. You definitely shouldn't support this shop or the owner. Make your own sandwich instead; you'll get more out of it.

Never experienced such rude employees I was in this store with 2 friends And I ordered a jumbo kebab The staff then said €7.50, I got €10. I reminded him after a short time that I would still get €2.50. He then said in an angry tone (You really get it!) and didn't want to give me my money. After ordering, he called through the shop for the jumbo kebab guy to come. But I was the only one of my friends who had to get the kebab.

Classic case of “that’s how it goes”. According to the employee, the kebab menu with veal costs 1 euro extra. I haven't read it anywhere, but so be it: kebab, fries and a drink for 10 euros are still very fair. However, the kebab was only two thirds full. The savings price just has to be recouped! Absolutely average in taste.

The boss cheats on the stamp cards! I had a card full. So a kebab would be free. We ordered 2 kebabs and a pide with minced meat and egg. The full card was torn up and everything was fully charged. Only upon request was a new card fully stamped and returned. He also apologized. However, no 3 stamps were made on another card for the fully paid order! Sorry boss. I will avoid the store in the future!

I was born in North Rhine-Westphalia and therefore know what a real kebab should taste like. But I have to say this kebab from Melek surpassed everything. Incredibly delicious and great service. That wasn't my last kebab at melek!

We visited twice this week. The tea and sweet treats were amazing. Döner kebab is indisputable. With love from Istanbul 🤗🇹🇷🇩🇪☘️❤️

Unfortunately, the vegan kebab/dürüm doesn't taste like anything. The sauce doesn't make it any better either. There was no real hot sauce, just Asian hot sauce. There is a much more delicious vegan kebab in the neighborhood. The only advantage: it is open very late on weekends.

CASH ONLY. It seems like this place enjoys pretending they accept cards when in reality they don't. Many behind the counter pulled the card reader out of a drawer and then - as many others have said - the device didn't work and he said "cash only". I had no cash, so I couldn't eat. Just be honest and tell people that only cash is accepted and stop the charade.

You cannot pay by card, no sign indicates this. Barely decent kebab, no receipt. You can't pay by cart.

So, I've eaten here twice now, once at night on the way home, the vegan kebab was dry, the sauce wasn't really tasty & tasted suspiciously like "not vegan".. I was unsure if it was me & the fact that I already was pretty tired and a little drunk. New attempt: in the afternoon, kebab again, this time with fries. I stick with the kebab, pretty dry, not very topped, fries a bit soggy. No, that won't be my shop. The staff was friendly to me, but only the minimum level of friendliness.

We had a kebab plate for just under €10! It was a huge portion hot and delicious! When tables became available, they were cleaned immediately! Only the floor under the tables (people seem to like to lose their food on the way to their mouths... lots of rice...) should be swept more often! The rest of the landing was great!

We were in the mood for kebab, so we went to the Melek kebab shop. When we (two women) placed our order, the two men whispered about us in a different language (Arabic) and both laughed about it. This continued until we left the store. Unfortunately the staff was very anti-social and that spoiled the appetite. The kebab and the dürum were okay, but the staff had absolutely no desire and just spoke to each other in Arabic and sometimes pointed their heads in our direction and kind of laughed. We stood there and didn't feel like it anymore and they were very, very slow. That was definitely the last time we visited this kebab shop. It's a shame about the kebab with such employees. Somehow women are not welcome there even though the place is in the heart of Augsburg. Somehow it felt like the women weren't welcome in the Melek kebab shop, even though the shop is right in the heart of Augsburg...

The kebab box with fries for 6 euros didn't really convince me: it looks bigger on the price board, but you actually get a sparse portion. Unfortunately, the fries were under-fried. Conclusion: Price-performance unsatisfactory, especially since the employee seemed more than listless
