Ein HOT Wrap sollte mindestens warm sein, dieser war nichtmal lauwarm, an manchen Stellen eiskalt. Zudem ist der dann auch noch winzig. Für 9€ einfach frech.

Warum kostet eine 75-cl-Flasche Wasser 5,95 €? Wasser ist lebensnotwendig. Dieser Preis ist inakzeptabel. Wasser sollte maximal 2,50 € kosten, nicht 5,95 €. Dieses Prinzip gilt auch für alle deutschen Restaurants und Schnellimbisse.

Der Toilettenbereich ist unauffällig, die Treppe ins Untergeschoss wirkt beunruhigend. Besonders wenn das Licht ausgeht. Für ein gutes Restaurant ist es etwas schwierig, die Zutaten zu erraten.

Gut organisiert mit wirklich leckerem Essen. Gerade zur Mittagszeit muss man manchmal etwas länger warten, aber das finde ich völlig verständlich. Sitzplätze sind eigentlich immer frei, vorallem im Sommer, da es draußen viele Sitzplätze gibt. Die Bowls, Salate und das Curry sind super lecker. Außerdem gibt es regelmäßig wechselnde Saisonangebote, die ebenfalls immer sehr gut sind. Das Personal ist freundlich und insgesamt fühlt man sich dort sehr wohl 😊

Sehr nette und schnelle Bedienung, viele vegane Optionen, KEIN Aufpreis für pflanzliche oder laktosefreie Milch. Danke!

Bei über 5 Euro muss der Matcha einfach gut gemacht sein. Tatsächlich sollte das Personal dann wissen wieviel Pulver etc… meiner war einfach Mega schlecht, zu viel Pulver, zu süß und wirklich nicht gut!

Ich habe hier vor 3 Tagen einen Salat mit Hühnchen gegessen (Chicken Vitality) und habe seitdem eine Lebensmittelvergiftung.

Es gibt Verhalten, die gehen in dieser Branche einfach nicht: Bei 6 Kunden im Cafe schaffen es drei Personen Personal nicht, nach 20 Minuten 2 Cafe-Getränke zu fertigen. Nach Rückfrage nur fadenscheinige Entschuldigungen, 💸 zurück und Bye Bye...

Der Hot Teriyaki Wrap war kalt und sehr wenig Fleisch darin. Die Bedienung war freundlich. Aber das war es auch schon.

Heute Nachmittag habe ich einen Wrap mit Hühnerfleisch gegessen, und etwa eine Stunde später bekam ich starke Bauchschmerzen

Sorry, aber das bisschen Salat, mit einem Hauch von Hähnchenfleisch, war viel zu teuer. Leider einen Kunden verloren.

Auf Kaffee gibt es zwischen 9:30 und 10:30 Uhr morgens 50 % Rabatt, aber der Rabatt ist nicht auf der Quittung ausgewiesen und wir haben den normalen Preis bezahlt. Das ist lächerlich.

Liebes Team, ich bin absolut entsetzt darüber dass ich knapp 6€(!) für einen frisch gepressten Saft zahle der dann zu 50% aus dem Tetralogie gemixt wird. Das war einfach eine Zucker Brühe! Es ist in Ordnung, wenn das zu viel Zeit in Anspruch nimmt aber dann darf es generell nicht angeboten werden. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Ordered from Lieferando, everything went smoothly, and it was confirmed. After an hour and the status "Driver is at the restaurant, 5 minutes wait," the order was canceled for no reason. Simply outrageous, and then no one even answers the phone. Otherwise, I'm relatively satisfied with the store, but this is abysmal.

Ordered on Uber Eats. Waited for an hour and a half just for the order to get cancelled. Absolutely terrible service.

Wraps are hardly edible because the packaging sticks to the wrap and you destroy the whole wrap if you try to remove the packaging. sometimes it doesn't even come off

I love Dean David&David, I'm glad that there are local ones that have plenty of vegan and vegetarian food to choose from and of course the sweets, not forgetting the chocolate muffins are super delicious. I think the falafel bowls are particularly good. It's also cool that there's always something new. So it won't be boring then. Yes, and there is something to the employee change mentioned here that I have already noticed. Sometimes they are down in the Citygalerie then the same employees are back in the city. However, I can't complain about the lack of cleanliness or unfriendliness. So far I have always received courteous service.

I have been a Dean & David customer for years, but unfortunately the standard has deteriorated extremely recently. The service is now an imposition: unfriendly, slow and it seems as if no one is really interested in making the customer happy. The portion sizes are another huge criticism. The price-performance ratio used to be acceptable, but now the quantity is decreasing while the prices remain the same or even increase. This feels like a bad joke. But the worst thing is the hygiene. It's just shocking how little emphasis is placed on it. Unclean tables, cutlery lying around and even the impression that the work areas are not cleaned regularly - that's just not possible. Overall, Dean & David is no longer an option for me. There are enough alternatives that place more emphasis on quality, hygiene and customer satisfaction. Very disappointing!

Dean&David on Rathausplatz is a great place for a relaxed lunch break. The dishes impress us with their freshness and taste, while the very friendly service and uncomplicated self-service make the visit pleasant.

I come by regularly to have a coffee. The salads are absolutely delicious every time. Particularly noteworthy is Gabor's excellent service, which always impresses with its friendliness and professionalism. Very good wraps and bowls. Unfortunately, the fan at the front door is so loud that you can hardly hear the music, giving it the "charm" of a snack bar in Europe's deepest south (where the air conditioning is roaring). It's a shame, because it's actually stylish and delicious.

Today I was in a Dean and David for the first and probably the last time. I had a warm main course, namely chicken strips in mango sauce (with coconut?) with rice, broccoli, peanuts, edamame, red cabbage, sesame and coriander. Unfortunately it wasn't a nice experience. On the one hand, the food was just a bunch of pre-prepared ingredients thrown together, like in a sandwich bar, which meant that the rice was far too cold, lukewarm at best, the broccoli was so hot that you almost burned your tongue, the mango (and coconut? I didn't taste it, but I'm no longer sure if there should be coconut) Sauce medium warm, the edamame cold, as well as the red cabbage, and the roasted peanuts at room temperature. The meat was slightly warmed, but definitely not fried on site, and completely tasteless. It tastes like those pre-cooked chicken strips from the supermarket that everyone has probably bought as a snack out of desperation and then never touches again. Apparently the food is made up of stored ingredients, but that's not cooking. No chef turned on the wok and created a meal from fresh ingredients. Instead, someone simply arranged a selection of ingredients in a bowl according to management's instructions in a specific order and then poured the sauce of the month over it. All finished products, except the lettuce leaves. The red cabbage was obviously from a jar because the vinegar in which it was marinated didn't go well with the rest of the dish. (Every kebab shop has fresh red cabbage.) The lukewarm rice can definitely be kept moist for a long time at this temperature, but it just doesn't taste good, it's so boring in the bowl. Nothing steams there, no aromas emerge. The sesame doesn't rip it out either. The edamame are not seasoned at all, not even salt, I mean. They were simply cooked, then probably frozen and thawed and served here. Oh yes, some of the broccoli florets were too big and not bite-sized. Anywhere else they would have been prepared accordingly in the kitchen. I'm shocked that so many people seem to see something like this as a full-fledged dish and are satisfied with such cuisine. And pay over ten euros for it. I recommend going to a decent (not necessarily expensive) Asian food stall (e.g. a Vietnamese one) and having a dish of crunchy vegetables served fresh from the wok. I also didn't like the atmosphere of the restaurant. Self-service, uninviting tables and chairs or benches (you're supposed to eat quickly and then quickly make your way back) in a business space that hasn't been lovingly converted into a restaurant. The house's cables and pipes run along the ceiling, which exudes the charm of an underground car park. The interior design is clearly mass-produced according to the corporate image; there is no personal touch from the “innkeeper” here. The atmosphere is cold and uninviting. I didn't see a cloakroom either. My companion had a salad with beef. The salad was fresh and crunchy, but the beef had certainly been artificially tenderized, not through high culinary skills, but through some product beforehand, which gives it that typical spongy consistency. It was also very strongly seasoned, which doesn't go well with a salad, but rather with a grill buffet. The contrast is too strong, you can hardly taste the salad. All the ingredients were fresh and certainly as they should be, but the composition was poor and I don't like the concept that much. Sorry to give such a bad review, but is that what people want these days? How can a shop like this survive? I don't understand it. Two stars for the food, as described above. Two stars for the service because it is self-service (i.e. no service) One star for the ambience because this is not a restaurant that invites you to linger. You don't want to have a date here.

0 stars for the terrible hot wraps, they were cold in the middle. Ok it could be an employee mistake, but the ingredients inside, particularly the chicken in the chicken terriyaki was not pure chicken. One star for the location and one for the decent employees. If i were you I would order something else than the wraps.

I eat out a lot. Today after shopping I'm hungry for Dean & David, it used to be good, the last time it wasn't so great and today it's under all description. Actually a disgrace. I left it there. Not even a cheap canteen can afford something like that. One less guest in the future.

I ordered from dean&david via Lieferando. Unfortunately I have to say it was very disappointing. The croutons that were described in the salad were nowhere to be found. The carrots that were ordered additionally and for which you pay an extra charge couldn't be found either. And my request that the salad should be without cheese was ignored. Just annoying!

Bowl was very tasty and ready quickly. The fact that a tip was automatically added to your order via the self-service terminal left a bad aftertaste. (There was probably a catch that needed to be removed). Apart from the preparation of the food, there is no service in the restaurant (you have to fetch the food and cutlery yourself and put it away again). In general, tips should be a voluntary service (this is also the legal regulation, otherwise it would not be tax-free) and is generally seen as recognition for good service and not in advance, because you can't judge the service.

We're usually always at Dean and David's in the City Gallery. After a long renovation break, you can again enjoy the fresh dishes directly on the town hall square. Self-service works well, the service is friendly and the food is delicious! The view of the town hall is, as always, spectacular.

Normalerweise sind wir immer bei Dean and David in der City Galerie. Nach einer längeren Renovierungspause kann man die frischen Gerichte auch wieder direkt am Rathausplatz genießen. Die Selbstbedienung funktioniert gut, der Service ist freundlich und das Essen lecker! Die Aussicht auf das Rathaus ist wie immer spektakulär.

Luckily reopened. Eat tasty, fast, healthy and varied. Free tap water, for example in a carafe, would be cool.

Ich kenne Dean&David aus München und bin dort immer begeistert. In Augsburg stand eine gelangweilte Mitarbeiterin an der Theke. Keine Angebote gemacht bzgl. Getränke oder Nachspeise. Das kenne ich so nicht. Und das Sandwich wurde auf den Teller geknallt. Die Tische waren nicht abgewischt, schmutzig vom Vorgänger. Nicht so schön. Sehr schade, zumal nichts los war. Das geht definitiv besser

Big portions, fast service - the grilled chicken was still hot and the bread on the side was fresh. I've had a Teriyaki Chicken Salad and it was nicely balanced when it came to the ingredients.

Endlich gibt's wieder Monats-Specials! Ich war lange nicht mehr da. Aber diese Monats-Bowl hat mich überzeugt. Auf meine Frage, ob ich statt "Weide Rind" auch etwas Vegetarisches bekommen könnte, wurden mir 3 Möglichkeiten genannt, von denen ich mir "Planted Chicken" (aus Bohnen) aussuchte. Knusprig angebraten, perfekt! Tolle Kombination von Salaten, Toppings und Spicy-Ginger-Dressing. Die Bowl - ein Genuss - Dean and David - ihr habt mich wieder! 😃

Die besten Salate der Stadt. Sehr sauber, frisch und lecker. Der Service ist gut und schnell. Die Salate werden direkt und vor dem Augen der Kundschaft zubereitet. Sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre inkl. Gratis Toiletten auch wenn man mal nichts bestellt hat.

Ich finde das Ambiente relativ gemütlich und fand auch den Service nett. Meiner Meinung nach sind allerdings die Getränke und Speisen zu überteuert. Für die Preise müsste das Essen/Trinken schon überragend sein, es ist natürlich nicht schlecht, aber nicht nachvollziehbar für den Preis.

Haben in letzter Zeit öfter mal hier zum liefern bestellt und immer den Falafel Tahini Salat mit Hummus bestellt. Das erste mal war alles top, super leckerer Salat. Seitdem ist jedes mal irgendwas nicht mit drin. Zwei Mal hat der Hummus gefehlt, einmal die rote Beete, einmal die Süßkartoffeln, einmal das Brot (einmal war das Brot verbrannt) und heute haben die Falafel gefehlt. Beim ersten Mal als der Hummus gefehlt hat wurde man noch informiert dass er aus ist und eine Alternative angeboten. Alle anderen Male kam keine Info, also geh ich davon aus dass die Inhalte einfach bei beiden identischen Salaten vergessen wurden. Für die Preise ist das echt extrem ärgerlich und jedes mal wieder ne Überraschung was denn heute vergessen wurde - obwohl der Salat wenn er denn vollständig ist echt super lecker ist. Sehr schade.

Reinste Abzocke! 2 Bowls zum mitnehmen für 28 EURO!!! 1. Winzige Portionen 2. War nicht alles drin, was drauf steht. Und das ist mir jetzt in diesem Store auch passiert, ebenso wie in der City Gallerie. Absofort könnt ihr euer Grünzeug an andere verfüttern, ich komme nicht mehr!!

Leider sind bei diesen Dean&David die Salat Portionen zum Abholen sehr klein. Das war jetzt schon das Zweite mal bei mir. Beim ersten Mal dachte ich, dass es es den einzelnen Mitarbeitern liegt. Aber dieses Mal war die Schale wieder nicht richtig voll. Das kann man bei 10€ pro Portion jedoch schon erwarten finde ich, vor allem bei den Materialkosten für Salat, Paprika etc. Ich bin relativ häufig bei D&D, vor allem in Pasing und Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Dort hatte ich wirklich noch nie eine so kleine Portion. Auch die Sauce wird in anderen Filialen nicht in die Box gelegt (wahrscheinlich damit sie voller aussieht) sondern einfach so dazu gegeben. Bitte in Zukunft nicht an den Zutaten sparen, sondern lieber den Preis um 50ct oder so anheben, dann fühlt man sich nicht so verarscht. Über den Salat an sich kann ich mich nicht beschweren, der ist wie immer gut.

Online-Bestellungen scheinen hier echt problematisch zu sein, nahezu jedes Mal fehlt das extra dazu bestellte (und bezahlte!) Dressing zur Bowl, das als zusätzliche Position auch noch auf dem Bestellbon aufgeführt wird. Was ist daran so schwer, es auch hinzuzufügen? Möchte man die Filiale dann erreichen, um auf die unvollständige Bestellung aufmerksam zu machen, geht natürlich niemand ans Telefon. Danke dafür! Vergebe die zwei Sterne nur, weil das Essen bei dead&david grundsätzlich schmeckt, aber die Filiale hat sich nun schon zum wiederholten Mal nicht gerade mit Ruhm bekleckert.

Wir hatten Probleme beim Bestellvorgang online (Karte akzeptiert aber Bestellung weg). Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Theke glänzten durch absolute Inkompetenz so etwas zu handhaben, eine fing dann schweigend an Nachrichten im Handy zu schreiben (?!?)....stellte sich heraus, sie kontaktierte den Chef, der am Telefon wirklich sehr nett und bemüht war. Er war das einzig Positive am Laden. Ansonsten ein Koch, der mit sehr langen Haaren und Bart ohne irgendeine Kappe o.ä. schwitzend am Grill steht und Rezepte nachguckt, wie er was macht. Das Avocado-Mozzarella Sandwich hatte dann doch für knapp 5 € eine dünne Scheibe Mozzarella und drei hauchdünne Schnitzchen Avocado. Aber das war uns dann auch schon egal, der Appetit war eh weg. Der selbst gepresste Saft war gut, aber sonst: Benehmen der Mitarbeiter und Qualität des Essens - unterirdisch, nie wieder! Ach und übrigens- Tische mal abwischen ist auch nicht, nicht mal auf mehrmaliges Nachhaken eines anderen Gastes während wir dort waren. Sauberkeit ist definitiv anders.
