Classic chip shop. The operators are super nice, there are typical dishes like currywurst, fried fish and schnitzel. Everything from the deep fryer. And of course really delicious fries. They are freshly prepared in portions and seasoned to perfection. Prices are totally ok, ketchup and mayo don't cost extra. Food is available on site with good seating or to take away. Ecological. The Styrofoam packaging in which the food is provided is somewhat unfortunate. Since you only transport it to your own parking space at the campsite and therefore not far, the plastic is actually unnecessary. A bread roll service is offered as a kiosk, which can be ordered in advance the day before. Good selection, rolls are not spectacular but ok. Every now and then there is a disco for visitors to the campsite in the evenings.

Yesterday I was privileged to DJ a wedding at Schüttenhus. The building may be a bit dated, but the food and service more than make up for it. A very friendly, informal team who prepare the food – there was a salad and side dish buffet and grilled meat – entirely by hand using their own recipes. Absolutely delicious! After a visit to the beach, it's a great alternative to the often overcrowded restaurants in the city center.

Strandallee 130We were on vacation in Schabeutz/Timmendorfer Strand and wanted a good, quick dinner. The staff was very friendly, and we were seated without a reservation, even though everything was booked. We were offered a table that wasn't needed for another hour, which was plenty for us. The food is recommended. The portions are adequate, but could be a bit larger. I particularly enjoyed the cucumber salad and the fried potatoes.

Am Kurpark 4Was there with family on Easter Sunday. The plaice was great. Goulash with spaetzle is excellent. I had asparagus with salmon fillet. Super. Were served friendly, service was great. Again and again.
