We ate there several times (not just this holiday). Very tasty cuisine and always fresh 👍 Definitely a must for us when we are in Scharbeutz. The service is always friendly and very nice 👍

Our favorite restaurant when we are on holiday on the Baltic Sea. 😍You definitely have to reserve a table because it is so full that you have little chance of getting one. Price performance is 100% right, and even if it's packed, everyone is super friendly. Good home cooking and no fancy food. Great🥰

A very cozy restaurant with incredibly friendly staff and incredibly fast food. The waitresses were attentive and friendly, praised the children for their pictures and remembered us when we came back. Both times, all four of us had food on the table within 20-30 minutes, even though it was full. The children's meals were great. We found the main courses to be solid (baked fish, schnitzel) to very good (pike perch on vegetables, was recommended for the day). What was a bit strange was how different the serving methods were.

Very tasty food at a fair price. We ate there at least once on vacation. If you want to be on the safe side, you should make a reservation, as it is usually full, especially in the evening. Service friendly and competent, only recommended.

Super tasty fried fish with fried potatoes and tartar sauce at a great price, a cozy outdoor beach chair and really nice service. We'll come back here on our next trip to Scharbeutz. 😊

We had dinner there today and were very disappointed. The currywurst had an inedible sauce and was also cold. The fish we ordered wasn't tasty either.

We went to the restaurant because of the positive reviews. We had the fried fish with fried potatoes and tartar sauce and were a little disappointed. Unfortunately, instead of fresh breaded fish, there was fish a'la Iglo and the remoulade was also a rather thin sauce.

Price is a bit high for the portions but that's probably due to inflation. Otherwise it was fine.

Today we were looking for a restaurant with our two children (9 years and 3 years) that also had good children's meals and came across this one. We were lucky that we got a spot as it was already almost completely full. We were allowed to put the stroller on the side inside. I don't even know where to start. The restaurant is absolutely child-friendly, even if it doesn't look like it at first glance. There is a children's corner inside. There is also a children's menu and even children's drinks. Here you won't be looked at stupidly with children. We were welcomed so warmly and immediately felt very comfortable. The service is so nice and accommodating. We received the menu immediately and our ordered drinks very quickly. The food didn't take long to arrive and we all tasted very, very tasty. In terms of price, the four of us paid just under €60 including drinks, which was absolutely fine for us. We definitely recommend this restaurant and would be happy to come back. Fried potatoes (reheated) were burnt and tough, charred onion and bits of bacon. The waitress was outraged by my complaint. When we asked to pay, she made us wait 20 minutes and punished us with contempt, but she charged us 0.2 €7.10 for the glass of wine, which was marked on the menu for €6.90, and no apology for that either. The food was not seasoned and served quite carelessly on the plate. If you can believe the many good reviews, the KOCH apparently had his day off on Saturday. The service was Nordic bitter.

We have been eating here for years and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately this year it has dropped off a lot. The schnitzel (12.50 euros) was thinner than the breading and therefore very dry. Salad has to be ordered separately this year (3.50 euros). The Swiss sirloin steak (16.50) was also totally dry. Unfortunately we can no longer recommend Café Dierksen. It's a shame. Another tip for the nice waitresses, don't speak so loudly to the guests!

Very friendly service. Cozy atmosphere. The menu is conservative, good-bourgeois. All dishes tasted good and were good value for money. Good selection of drinks at moderate prices. The pork steak with ham and cheese was very dry. Recommendation: YES.

We were there for dinner with four people. We ordered Jägerschnitzel, baked potatoes, fried fish and, for the child, fish fingers. Drinks came quickly, unfortunately they were entered incorrectly when ordering. So twice new. The schnitzel with mushrooms in cream was delicious, there's nothing like that. Plus 5 small croquettes. This is too little. Better order fries or fried potatoes. A side salad costs 3.50 euros extra Baked potato itself is delicious. But the sour cream has a very pungent herbal taste. Plus a note of mayo. Not tasty Baked fish is fried frozen goods like those from any discount store. Comes out of the deep fryer. Fried potatoes really tasty. The children's order was entered incorrectly again. Instead of fish fingers there were bratwursts with fries. We were allowed to keep them and the chopsticks were delivered later. All in all, rather mixed.

Holiday in Scharbeutz. While looking for a restaurant in Scharbeutz, we became aware of the Cafe and Restaurant Diercksen on the Internet. Hmm just delicious, we ate there in the evenings for the last three days on vacation and were annoyed that we didn't notice this great restaurant earlier. The food is very tasty and the service and friendliness of the staff are simply great. Any time again and I can absolutely recommend the Testaurant 👍😀👍

My meal was a schnitzel with chanterelles in cream sauce and 6 croquettes. It looked very bland on the plate! The second meal was fried fish with fries and was the same loveless picture. In addition, the fish was frozen from the Eismann or Bofrost. When asked if you had any garnish left for the eye: lettuce leaf and 2 slices of cucumber. We were then told that they would eventually have to charge 19% VAT again. Now I didn't feel like discussing things anymore. You can get better food in every chip shop, you just have to eat at a bar table. I wish you much success! I don't understand the people who give 5 stars!

If you don't want to eat in the front row, this is the place for you. Good ambience with outdoor and indoor dining, friendly service. Food tasted good too. Penne carbonara for 16 euros, plaice gluten-free if desired for 24 euros. Would love to come back. The only drawback: the kitchen closes at 8:30 p.m. Numerous guests looking for food had to be turned away. Corona sends greetings.

We had dinner here twice while on vacation. It was very pleasant both times. Starting with the extremely friendly service and the comfortable winter garden. The first time I had a rump steak. It was very well fried. The portion of fries could have been a little larger, but it was very tasty. On the second evening I had a grill plate. All three pieces of meat were equally well fried and tasted very good. Here too, the pieces of meat could have been a little larger, but here the more fries were filling. The side salad (unfortunately you have to pay extra at €3.50) also tasted really good. The dressing is also delicious. The price is still within the range for this exposed location in a tourist resort.

Fried potato pancakes were not fried brown, fish soup was more like a cheap vegetable broth, fried fish was frozen in pieces. A pity. What happened?????

If you're looking for a cheap place to eat, you've come to the right place. After ordering, the food was brought to the table extremely quickly. The portions were quite large. The meat is rather dry.

My mistake: I should have asked beforehand, but I didn't expect to be served frozen food about 50m from the beach. The sauces, at least the tartar sauce and sour cream, are obviously out of the box. I would be ashamed to serve such quality. The overall rating probably comes from undemanding people who value the price above the standard. So just a relatively friendly and heated chip shop.

The quality of the food was poor and knowledge about allergies was poor. A friend wanted his meal without dairy products, it came with butter.

If you like half raw plaice with mushy fried potatoes for 22.80 euros, everything moderately warm and inedible, this restaurant is ideal for you. Everyone else goes to Gosch.

No bread ahead of time. Nothing. Overall, very, very bland and not edible. The drinks were delicious. Yippee. No recommendation.

We actually wanted to have breakfast somewhere else. Nothing was free there anymore. Were welcomed very warmly in the cafe. Service definitely 5 stars. The gourmet breakfast was rather disappointing. Prices similar to those in luxury cafes. But it's neither visually nor taste-wise comparable (bland shrimp instead of crabs, small baked rolls) - that's why only 3 stars

The fish soup was just great. Very authentic, lots of fish and small crabs, served hot. The pollock in breading with fried potatoes and homemade remoulade was also served, although the fried potatoes were served a little too much in oil from frying for my taste. That made it a bit heavy and greasy, so I only give it 4 stars. All in all: location, price, quantity, taste rounded up to full points 😉

After not feeling comfortable at another restaurant, we went to Café Diercksen for lunch. The service was very attentive and the food from the lunch menu was served quickly and hot. We had 1 x potato soup with sausages, 2 x currywurst and 1 x matjes with fried potatoes. Everything was excellent, the prices for lunch aren't exactly low, but the quality and portions justify it. We would be completely full and satisfied and can only recommend Café Diercksen, which we did immediately after leaving the restaurant with a family waiting outside.😉

Im unserem Urlaub in Scharbeutz hatten wir spontan Lust auf Schnitzel. Kurz Tante Google bemüht und es kam Cafe Diercksen als erstes Ergebnis. Spontan dort hin, nett empfangen wurden, hier fühlt man sich willkommen. Bestellt haben wir 2 x Jägerschnitzel einmal mit Pommes und einmal mit Kroketten, Spezi und Alster. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und war mega lecker. Schnitzel sehr groß, knusprig und lecker gewürzt, wahrscheinlich die Panade. Pilzsosse und Pilze sehr lecker, sehr viele Champignons. Pommes eine richtig große Portion, die Kroketten auch zahlreich und lecker. Wir waren rund um zufrieden auch der Service spitze, fragte nach ob alles OK sei. Dazu gute, faire Preise. Schnitzel 17,30 €. Mit Trinkgeld haben wir 46 Euro bezahlt. Danke für einen tollen Abend, wir sind satt und zufrieden.

During our vacation in Scharbeutz we spontaneously had a craving for schnitzel. A quick google search and Cafe Diercksen came up as the first result. Went there spontaneously, were warmly welcomed, and you feel welcome here. We ordered 2 x Jägerschnitzel, once with fries and once with croquettes, Spezi and Alster. The food came very quickly and was extremely tasty. Schnitzel very large, crispy and deliciously seasoned, probably the breading. Mushroom sauce and mushrooms very tasty, lots of mushrooms. A really large portion of fries, the croquettes were also numerous and tasty. We were completely satisfied and the service was great, we asked if everything was OK. Plus good, fair prices. Schnitzel €17.30. With tips we paid 46 euros. Thank you for a great evening, we are full and satisfied.

We were 4 adults, two toddlers and a baby (with strollers and buggies) and had breakfast there. It was good to sit outside under the roof even in February. You could put together your breakfast to suit your needs. Special requests for the children were gladly accepted. The service staff were super nice and accommodating. Everything is designed to be family-friendly. There is a changing table, high chairs and even a book corner. It was very pleasant and stress-free to eat there, so we went back the next day.

We were warmly welcomed here even in cycling clothes. Service is attentive and friendly. We had coffee, cake, rice pudding and a few drinks. That was all ok.

We ordered fried fish and as usual on the coast we expected fresh fish, after all we are on the coast and what did we get, exactly frozen fried fish. When the service staff asked “whether everything was good” we replied that the fried fish didn’t taste good. She replied that frozen fish is also fresh fish and fresh fish is in short supply, but you can expect fresh fish for the price and the statement that frozen fish is also fresh fish on the coast, I find it to be a very bold statement. Leider hatten wir wohl heute nicht den besten Tag des Koches erwischt. Denn die bisherigen Wertungen zum Essen fielen ja ziemlich gut aus. Mein Rückensteak war so la, la. Die Bratkartoffeln fettig und geschmacklos. Meiner Frau ihre Scholle kam nicht durchgebraten, teilweise noch kalt an den Tisch. Das Essen wurde zurück genommen und zu Ende gebraten. In der Zeit war ich mit essen fertig... Die Scholle im zweiten Versuch war ebenfalls fettig und geschmacklos. Ähnliches konnte man auch vom Nachbartisch zur Scholle hören. Die Scholle mussten wir nicht bezahlen, dass war das einzige positive des Abends.
