After the Japanese Streamer Ishigami Nozomi suggested to eat Chkmeruli I was very interested in trying Georgian food for the first time and I was not disappointed Easily one of the tastiest dishes I have eaten in a long time Thanks The service was very great too,I will visit again

There was nothing left to eat from the menu, only an extra menu and you couldn't eat chicken either, so almost everything was omitted, so we decided on a meal and there wasn't even the sauce, but otherwise it was a cute shop

Four of us were there exactly a week ago and wanted to be surprised, but also had certain expectations. I was given the opportunity to look for something nice for the evening and Georgian had been on my list for a long time, and in my imagination it always seemed a bit mysterious, exciting and aroused the spirit of culinary discovery. Yes, what can I say, after successfully finding a parking space, we entered the very beautiful and pleasantly warm-looking restaurant and also a different world. Very pleasant atmosphere and chic yet unobtrusive furnishings. The very nice and courteous waitress was quickly there, gave us a little advice about the wine and we ordered it and the bar was already a little higher in terms of historical Georgian competence. What we got was a powerful and full-bodied red wine, whose tannic notes drove away the cold from outside and welcomed me with outstretched arms to Georgia. The food was ordered quite quickly and after a short wait, khachapuri and other dishes arrived, which were not only pleasantly delicious but so great that you had to admit again that you had never had or known such a world of taste, accompanied by the magnificent wine. Pelmeni and pastas were also extremely good and the lamb and chicken from the main course were a real revelation. Everyone at the table was almost inspired and so happy to have ended up here. Despite being full, the curiosity about the dessert was too great and the honey cake and the walnut ice cream were also convincing. The price was absolutely right and if I knew in advance that I would have such a lovely evening and such an expanded culinary horizon, I would happily pay more. It's a shame that it's so far away, but I'll definitely come back and I'm grateful for this experience. Madloba Schwiliko❣️

the food was overpriced and looked great but did not taste good at all. also the ambience was horrible it was way too loud in the restaurant. we asked for tap water and didn’t get any. all in all an expensive and unpleasant experience

The Georgian restaurant surprised me with delicious, hearty food. The dishes seemed typically Georgian – fatty, rich and tasted convincing. The cheese bread was particularly good, although quite expensive at 18 euros. In general, the prices are quite high, which is not entirely appropriate given the simple ingredients. Nevertheless, it was an interesting experience and something different. I would go again, but not regularly.

Despite a reservation, there was no table available for us, so we had to leave. Very disappointing, we were looking forward to it and it's also difficult to spontaneously find something else to do on Saturday evening. Edit: We looked for a table somewhere else ourselves and were lucky that the neighboring restaurant made this possible for us. There can be no question of “providing” Schwiliko.

Super delicious food, the Shkmeruli had more than enough with the roasted potatoes as a side dish, even as a good eater! Add a glass of wine and the evening is perfect! Overall it's a little over €30. But the food is worth it. You don't eat Georgian every day.

I would like to share my impressions after visiting this Georgian restaurant. The waitress was very friendly and nice, but she was alone, doing work in the room and on the bar. Just like there is only one cook in the kitchen. The dumplings on the menu really surprised me, I even asked the waitress, but I still decided to try it, although dumplings are clearly not Georgian cuisine. We ordered one portion of dumplings and shish kebab. We waited quite a long time for our order, but it's not that bad. The dumplings were delicious, but the portion is very small, you definitely won’t be able to get enough. But the kebab for 21 euros did not even have a side dish, and the portion was small, the sauce was not for everyone, and the taste was mediocre. There is also no choice of open wine, you can choose white or red. But if you take a bottle of wine, there is little choice. This is the worst Georgian restaurant so far, perhaps my expectations were too high, because I adore Georgian cuisine, but this was our first and last time in this restaurant.

We ordered one Supra per person. There were two of us and we shared everything! Contrary to what other people have said, I have to say that the portions were really big!!! The food simply tasted great. It was our pleasure.

Unfortunately, the food didn't convince me. I found it way too expensive for the size of the portions. I found the pelmeni a bit boring. Since I grew up with homemade pelmeni at home, I of course have certain standards. But our service was super friendly and attentive. Top service.

We had a pleasant time here. I have never had Georgian food so I cannot vouch for the authenticity, but we found the food very good. Big portions, very flavorful. The waiter was very attentive and sweet. The only thing I feel is that it is a tad expensive. 19€ for only vegetables with some sauce and bread seems expensive, I would find 14€ more reasonable compared to other restaurants in the area. Because of the price point, we might not come back soon although the quality was really very good.

My first experience with Georgian food and I quite liked it. The have a good variety of menu items. The seating outside is quite nice, though inside can be a bit dark and gloomy. We found it a bit difficult to get the attention of the server, but otherwise had a very pleasant evening!

we were in this restaurant on friday the 7th of june 2024. It was for our 5 year anniversary and I wanted something different. I have seen a lot of youtube videos giving praise to the Georgian cuisine and I wanted to see what the hype was all about. I noticed that this cuisine uses a lot of Koriander and my husband is one of those people that can not stand the taste of fresh koriander so I called before to ask if that could be left out or if that was a must. The lady on the phone assured me that would not be any trouble. So we went there. We had 2 housewines the white ones . LOVED THEM. Georgia has a big whine history and I liked what I tasted. We choose the special " Supra" for us both. That is a kind of best of georgian cuisine. A feast on your table. To be honest, I am always a bit sceptical to food and I really want the food to taste extraordinary, so I was sceptical when the first entrees were served. It was a bread filled with cheese, and some round things with different tastes. First bite of that filled bread,.............OMG , what the hell is this? It is so good, why is this so amazing? I was thinking some sort of cheese tosti, but NO, It is Devine. on to those round balls, Let me warn you, if you want a taste explosion in your mouth, take a bite of those balls. We were both going insane with taste pleasure. we NEVER tasted anything like that before. and there were 5 or 6 different ones , all with a specific taste pallet. try to smear the ball things with that cheesy bread and go to heaven. Down it with the wine and go to double heaven. e were just looking at each other, what the FXXXCK is going on? My mouth just wants more . then the main course came. A sort of chicken dish ( INSANE TASTE) garlick galore , omg I loved it, then there was this porc dish that I have been dreaming of ever since. Could this be my new favorite cuisine??? now to the first down from the menu. The tomato /eggplant dish. Now to be honest, it tasted really good, but because the rest is beyond amazing, this dish is falling behind. Even though it is really amazing, but the rest is just dropping taste bombs in my mouth that it seems to be "just" really nice. on to our second glass of wine, and to dessert. Dessert was nice, ice cream and a cake thing. but this was an experience. The 2 ladies who worked there were very friendly. I can just say. GO THERE!!!!! bring toothbtrush and loads of chewing gum if you want to go out after that, because you can kills vampires from a distance with the garlick breath. But omg it is so worth it. Georgian food it the best EVER!!, and this restaurant just made a regular client. I give 5 out of 5 . Do yourself a favor and eat there. you can thank me later

We visited Schwiliko Restaurant in Berlin after work, looking forward to a pleasant dining experience. The food and atmosphere were exceptional and truly delightful. However, the service did not meet our expectations. Waitress seemed unprofessional and lacked the warmth we were hoping. Her demeanor made us feel unwelcome. It's always good to see smiling faces and warm welcome and the lack of those made us feel uncomfortable. This is based on our personal experience and expectations. Unfortunately, due to this, we have decided not to visit again this restaurant.

We georgeed for the first time. Tried the kitchen, unfortunately it stays that way. First the positive: really great atmosphere, very cozy and the girls from the service were also very friendly. But, I've never had to wait 1.5 hours for food and what came reminded me of a barbecue party at home. Unfortunately I can't say that I tasted any spices, my sour sauce tasted like pure thickened vinegar. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the food.

Stay away. I called and asked if the kitchen is open. They said it’s going be open for the next 30 minutes. I came in 3 minutes. They said their colleague was wrong and they are not going serve food.

We ate Georgian food for the first time. Delicious! Well seasoned and more than filling. Very nice service lady (what do you call it without sounding stupid😉), who also answered our questions about the food very patiently. We had a lovely evening here! Recommended!

Inside it is very nicely decorated. But way too tight. The food wasn't bad, but also not as good as other Georgians in Berlin. The service was nice but alone and overwhelmed. We had to wait 1.5 hours for the food. It's also expensive for what you get.

We got a really bad experience yesterday. The room looks nice, but in reality the tables are old and seem almost falling apart. From the window there comes a strong draft of wind. The waitress was nice, but overall service was bad. When we ordered the starters we had to wait for 20-30 minutes before they arrived. The starters were okay. Then when we ordered main courses, specifically 4 times meat on a stick, we had to wait again at least 30 minutes, and then the meat arrived almost cold, and it was not tasty in general. There was no side dish or anything, just plain meat with a tiny bit of onion and paprika. Btw, we were left with the same dirty plates and cutlery. We could not even finish the meat and went away. It was also quite expensive, around 40 EUR per person, without alcohol (only tea). Overall, our experience was really poor. We will not come again.

I've been coming here every now and then for a few years to feast and feel good in a super-friendly atmosphere. I recently had a blast here for my 56th birthday at a larger table and was really thrilled: That's where I got to know the menu called "Supra" for the first time, where the coolest delicacies are served up for everyone every 30-45 minutes, You can't separate starters and main courses so clearly, so you can eat your way through the evening with vegetarian and meaty delicacies, which also look beautiful in color. You should come here with a big appetite because everything is pretty plentiful. There are no temporary staff serving here during the semester break or similar, but rather professionals who put their hearts into their work and know what they have to offer. There are no machines working here, just great people who want to give you a good time and have very good things to offer. If it's busy on the weekend, for example, then ordering can take a while. If you want a good standard dinner reliably within 20 minutes 24/7, you should eat somewhere else. Thank you very much, that was a great evening! Kind regards Michael and would be happy to come back

Georgian cuisine is famed across the former USSR region and the Baltics. It stands out globally for its unique flavors and cuisine ok’ing methods, particularly the use of walnuts as a base in their stews and soups. Schwiliko was the first place that I tried the cuisine many years ago; I am glad I didn’t stop here. The food here is decent without being anything more. Granted this might have been a function of my bad ordering on my part rather than anything wrong with the kitchen/restaurant. Verdict: Recommended - but with caution Food/ Quality - 3/5 Location/ Ambiance - 3/5 Price (Value for Money) - 2/5 Service - 4/5

Excellent Georgian restaurant in the Kreutzberg district. Abundant and truly delicious cheese khachapuri, in addition to this I tried the cold appetizers and it was really worth it. All paired with their white wine, finishing with a slice of delicious medovik cake.

I used to go to Swiliko often and was always very satisfied. This time it was very disappointing. It took forever for the food to arrive even though there were only 2 other tables occupied. Starters and main courses came at the same time. Various dishes were not available. There was no coffee. Machine defective. The waiter didn't speak a word of German or Georgian, only English. The payment process also took a long time and we were asked to pay in cash. The food was okay, hence the stars.

Our waiter showed us a table rather quickly. The prices for what we got after ~1 hour of waiting were pretty inflated. We asked to get our sides and main dishes at the same time, we got the sides først with a considerable delay to the main courses. Also 18€ for a bread with cheese and an egg? C'mon, it was filling but pretty plain for the price. The staff also just placed our plates on the table. Overall eh experience, main courses were quite tasty at least

Super nette Bedienung und sehr sehr leckeres Essen. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist auch sehr berechtigt, und wir sind sher sehr zufrieden geblieben. Wie kamen extra aus Magdeburg angereist und waren sehr sehr glücklich. Alles war super lecker und frisch!

Meine Frau und ich wollten das „Schwiliko“ am 01.09.2023 gegen 18:30…19:00 Uhr spontan besuchen, da wir in der in der Nähe waren. Es war beste Essenszeit und der Laden war draußen etwa zur Hälfte gefüllt, drinnen waren alle Tische leer. Es waren insbesondere draußen keine Reservierungen optisch erkennbar. Beim Betreten des Lokals stand die Servicemitarbeiterin mit dem Rücken zum Gastraum und beschäftigte sich mit ihrem Smartphone. Als wir uns näherten und ich zunächst nur „Hallo“ sagte, folgte keinerlei Reaktion. Als ich einige Zeit später noch einmal laut und deutlich „Guten Abend“ sagte, drehte sich die Servicemitarbeiterin sichtlich genervt um, musterte uns auffallend und fragte dann was wir wollten. Ein Plätz im Außenbereich sollte es sein, da es im Innenbereich unangenehm warm war. Auf die rustikale Frage der Servicemitarbeiterin „…wie viele?“ antwortete ich „..na für uns beide“. Wieder wurden wir auffallend gemustert und die Antwort lautete „für Zwei hab ich nur drinnen…“. Meine Frau und ich schauten uns kopfschüttelnd an, blickten nochmals auf den nur zur Hälfte gefüllten Außenbereich und verließen das Lokal mit dankender Ablehnung. Ich kann zu den Speisen und Getränken keinerlei Bewertung geben, allerdings war der kühle Empfang alles andere als herzlich und wir fühlten uns unerwünscht. Unser Äußeres gab dafür sicher keinerlei Anlass! Das „Schwiliko“ hat bei uns negative Erinnerung hinterlassen und wird bei der kommenden Abendplanung unsererseits sicher nicht berücksichtigt. -Nachtrag- Zur Reaktion des Inhabers im Nachgang zu meiner Bewertung kann ich sagen, dass es sich in keinster Weise um eine " an den Haaren herbei gezogene Geschichte" handelt. Es handelt sich um unsere ganz persönliche und echte Erfahrung. Es sollte wohl eher um Fakten gehen, als um den Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung. Die o.g. Unterstellung zeugt von fehlender Kritikfähigkeit.

Есть столики на улице, но это для тёплой погоды. Время ожидания заказа было не более 20 минут. Отдельная благодарность повару.

Super tolles Essen! Mir war diese Küche noch nicht bekannt und würde immer wieder gerne hin. Man braucht jedoch etwas mehr in der Geldbörse als üblich.

We came to the restaurant and asked the waitress for the table. Seemingly annoyed, she has shown us the table but pointed out that in the case of rain they can't help us find a different one (or move the empty one 30cm under the umbrella). Then she ignored us for more than half an hour. She never came to take our order, but was talking to the person working at the bar doing nothing. She was the only server for the whole place. After a while we just left.
