It was very crowded and the service was difficult to listen to and therefore unfriendly. But food was OK.

Always worth a visit. There are no complaints, so far everything is always going well.

The service is super nice, but the portions are getting smaller and the food is getting more and more expensive

Order was not delivered as requested, despite a note on the delivery note, then excuses on the phone that it was not feasible in terms of price (exchange Barcecuedip for sour cream). Unfortunately not recommended as a delivery service, unfriendly and not flexible at all! Won't be ordering from there again! Cheeky tone!!!!!!

Anyone who believes in the WiFi that is shown on the homepage will be deceived. On the contrary: Not only is there no WiFi, but cell phone reception is also disrupted.

The table wasn't cleaned. The cutlery was cheap. I think this Schweinske was a bit understaffed this morning. That's why we waited longer for several orders.

We were invited to dinner at the Schweinske on December 19th, 2024 at 3 p.m. It was the meeting of the advisory boards of promoting and living. Since it was the last time this year, we arranged to meet up for dinner. THE FOOD was very tasty, everyone ordered salads or schnitzel or hamburgers or you could even order vegan. The food was so delicious, just great. We laughed and talked a lot. THE waitress was so friendly and just great. DEAR. Schweinsteiger team thank you very much for the great hospitality. The Schweinske can often be found in Hamburg, but each one is special in its own way and therefore actually so. Visit them all and find your favorite pig.

I was there last night on November 15th. 24 Eating with friends at Schweinske. We were served very nicely and competently even though the store was very full. The waitress was super friendly and very competent. Always my pleasure.

I'm just having breakfast in Farmsen, very tasty and the dark-haired waitress is very courteous and attentive!! Always happy again 👍

Super tasty food with friendly service. Unfortunately, even though there wasn't much going on, the meal took a relatively long time and the price for the desserts is a bit high for the amount you get. The prices of the main courses are great for the quality.👍🏼

Schweinske is always worth a visit. However, a pleasant visit here also depends on the staff. It took longer until we could order because the monthly flyer had to be exchanged etc. first. Well then you could order and it came (today with a big delay - I don't even know about the Schweinske stores) We had 1x schnitzel with fried potatoes and 2 1/2 rolls with onion meat. The schnitzel and the potatoes were ok, but by the time the requested ketchup/lemon arrived the food was of course cold. Onion Mett was not fresh Mett, but this strange Mettwurst spread. I also know it with chopped onions, today they were cut into thin strips 🙈. Questions were blocked. It's a shame, because I know that things are completely different there.

Phew, what can I say... this store lives up to its name. It looks like a pigsty, so incredibly dirty that I wonder if the authorities are making an exception for them. Cobwebs everywhere on the ceiling, inside, outside, above the entrances. The chairs and tables were so sticky, dusty and greasy, even my children found it difficult to eat there. The floor hasn't been cleaned in ages, everything is full of crumbs, fries, banana slices with chocolate sauce, stuck together so it didn't just fall down in front of us. You would have to handle the menus with disposable gloves. We had to wash our hands afterwards. There was no paper. And the cleanliness in the toilets, unbelievable! It hasn't been cleaned properly in forever. This store needs an absolute thorough cleaning. The food was mediocre, all the schnitzels had no taste. Tomatoes and cucumbers in the salad were "glassy" and dried, as if they had already been on another plate. Real nausea factor. But the staff was very friendly and attentive. Still, we wonder if black leggings are part of workwear, regardless of whether you fit in or not. This isn't meant to discriminate against anyone, but my children stared in horror at the "you can see everything" bottoms of all the service staff. An adventurous trip. No thanks!

Hello, I had dinner here with my family. The food was once again very tasty and the staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. I can highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you very much and see you next time.

I was here again on August 22nd, 2024: The turkey meat is now a little thicker than a slice of sausage. Once it's been on the grill on both sides, it's so tough that you can barely cut it with a knife. I will never spend money on this again. You should get another supplier for the meatball. The part was only edible with ketchup. It doesn't help when the nice waitress wants to buy me a coffee. It's a shame, let's see where we will eat in the future, certainly not here anymore.

Was very satisfied yesterday. Had an XXL turkey schnitzel and it was very tasty. Many thanks to the chef. If the quality is just as good next time, it will be 5 stars. Edit: Yeah, what can I say. Nowadays I have a little higher standards when it comes to going to restaurants. At that time, the schnitzel was really worth 4 stars to me, but I've never eaten a real schnitzel that wasn't frozen beforehand. Now I have it and that's something completely different. So no, unfortunately not 4 stars at all. This is standard here. You can eat quite well here, but it's nothing special. 3 stars from me!!!

Typical pork. Service as always nice and courteous. However, the food has diminished. Only warm food. Too expensive for that.

Fast and friendly service. Some of the coffee cups were dirty and had to be replaced. Price-performance of the food is not justified. The occasion was breakfast. E.g. a plate with a slice of bread, some toppings, no garnish on the plate. Price €16. Other breakfast options similarly priced and very manageable plates. No recommendation. Criticism expressed on site was received without much interest.

Ordered & looked forward to the food & after 1 hour the food was canceled without explanation! even though it has already been paid for! 1 regular customer less!

We were greeted and served in Hamburgish by a nice young lady. The food was very tasty but unfortunately not as cheap as before. But the selection is constantly increasing 😉. Conclusion: we have been here several times and would love to come back 👍. Keep it up, dear Schweinske team.

Very tasty food and great service! We've been eating here since I was a kid and this pork bar has never disappointed me. The bread is incredibly tasty, the ingredients are always fresh and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you are there at peak times, it is very loud because the tables are close together and the room is open. But if you know that, you can of course avoid it.

I haven't had such a good meal at Schweinske in a long time. For me, the Schweinske in Farmsen is the best Schweinske in Hamburg. Crispy chicken burgers, fries and Cesar salad tasted very good and the prices were pretty fair. Service great - nice, friendly and attentive.

The service was first class, unbeatably funny and warm. We were there for breakfast on a Thursday.

Service was top. Very friendly and quick. Unfortunately the food wasn't good at all. We were here with 4 people and had different dishes. The fried potatoes were tasteless and the portions were very small. Unfortunately the steak wasn't cooked properly either. Schweinske has slacked off a lot in recent years, which is a shame

Food is good, as you would expect from a pork bar. There are always actions available. The staff is very nice and attentive. Very conveniently located, so there is a bit more traffic noise outside. I'd love to come back.

My husband and I ordered through Lieferando and were disgusted by the food. We ordered a “pepper pork” and unfortunately the sauce was bad. In addition, there was hair in the fries. Then we ordered a chocolate chip cookie, which unfortunately was already open and looked as if it had been open for a few days and as if someone had already taken a bite. And last but not least, there was something in the coleslaw that we couldn't identify. End of story: unfortunately we had to throw away said food.

We love this place so much that we come here every fortnight for our date night. We've tried most things on the menu and have never been disappointed. The schnitzels are fantastic and my favourite is the pulled pork, it's delicious!

My visit to Schweinske was a big disappointment. The trouble began as soon as we entered the restaurant: Despite a reservation, it was said that it had not been confirmed, even though we discussed everything on the phone. When we finally got to our table, it took another eternity for our order to be taken. The wait for the food was unbearably long – over an hour! During this time we weren't even given a drink or asked if everything was okay. The staff overall was very unfriendly and seemed to have no interest in making our visit pleasant. Questions were answered curtly and there was an irritable atmosphere, which clearly had an impact on the service. When the food finally came, it was mediocre and not worth the long wait. Overall the visit was a waste of time and an extremely frustrating experience. I definitely cannot recommend Schweinske and will prefer other restaurants in the future.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The food was not good, the dishes were bland and carelessly prepared. Furthermore, the service was unfriendly; the staff seemed annoyed and was unhelpful. Overall the evening was a disappointment and I won't be going there again.

We love breakfast at Schweinske. Simply delicious. Scrambled eggs with bacon are awesome. Plus friendly and competent service, what more could you want?

My wife's meal, “baked potato with mushrooms and onions, was unfortunately burnt!” The portion sizes in relation to the price are no longer appropriate. Fried potatoes were more of a child's portion, rather than for an adult. All in all, sobering! The service was very friendly and accommodating. Food was ok, we ordered Spezi as a drink and we were brought cola mixed with water. When we asked we were told that they didn't have any Fanta in stock, which in my opinion isn't possible at all. Staff very disorganized, it's a shame it used to be a cool shop.

Unfortunately the menu was changed and many things were taken out, for example eggs and coffee were no longer included at breakfast but were extra. That was your unique selling point, which you have now destroyed by changing the breakfast menu.

The usual pork food was OK. Tables not clean, only wiped down when asked. It's probably also because there weren't enough service staff, but then I don't give up all the tables.

I had a turkey steak and chose spaetzle as a side dish. They were almost refrigerator cold. I got new ones that were also hot, but by then the meat was lukewarm. It's a shame...

Spontaneously and by chance for a business brunch at 9:30 in the morning. Good-humoured and very courteous service and a great presentation of Strammer Max and Strammer “Lax”.

The food is generally good and lunch prices are reasonable. It's just that the staff is always so confused. “French fries instead of potatoes please.” They're happy to do it, but they forget. Then swapped, but the Brussels sprouts were gone. Which was then delivered later. And that's how it always is. 🙈

I've eaten better schnitzel, salad with ready-made sauce and you couldn't order something to drink until it was cleared away because the waiting plates had been empty for a long time. Oh well.....

The food tasted very good and the service was very friendly and everything was clean.

Great service and by now they have good vegan options. Even the House-dip is vegan. The vegan food is good but not exceptional, which is okay for a place usually centered around pork ;) The Service in this specific restaurant was amazing though.

We now eat there more often when we are nearby. Everything is great and we like to go there.

Unfortunately we wouldn't have had much time there today, but next time we're in Hamburg we'll be there again Food and service were very good 😊

I wanted to have dinner, went in and ordered a steak. The waiter told me that only pork steak is available. But the menu includes turkey and chicken. The order was brought quickly, but this meat is very fatty, with a lot of fat and bones.

Food and prices good, service nice and fast, but - even if tolerated - too many dogs with sometimes impossible behavior... But all in all a highly recommended shop!!! 👍🏼

It's been many years since I've eaten at a Schweinske. As I remembered it was just great. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the service is above average friendly. Gladly again!

Went to the Schweinske again after a long time. The service was super nice and the food arrived quickly. But what I have to complain about was the price/performance ratio. I know that everything has become more expensive, but I found a grill plate for almost 20 euros with 3 tiny pieces of meat, a run-of-the-mill salad and a few fries a bit outrageous. For the money you can eat better somewhere else.

Had dinner there on April 6th, 2024. You can't complain about the service or the food; the taste can be compared to a snack bar on the side of the road. It's an absolute mess and that's why there's only 1 star because of the payment. We had a bill of €97 and a few cents and told the waitress loudly and clearly to round it up to €100. I then paid with a card and headed home. 3 hours and around 250km later, my cell phone showed me a debit from Schweinske for €105. If I had still been there, I would have left them standing at attention. An absolute no-go and never porky again.

Like last time, the staff was super friendly, the food came very quickly and it was delicious too, so I'll be back at any time! Unfortunately, the Schweinske has the problem at the moment that the direct access is blocked by a construction site and a detour has to be taken... I hope that it goes away quickly..

The food was very good and plentiful, the price was cheap to reasonable, even for the (non-alcoholic) drinks. We ordered the XL schnitzel, around €20 per portion and we were more than full, especially the obligatory delicious bread. The service was very friendly and relaxed and deserved a good tip.

Once again a party, always well attended, acoustics correspondingly loud, but top service and good food - and a surprise under the pot of coffee 🫶🏻

I go there very often, it turned out very well, I'm very satisfied.

The restaurant is rustic and quaintly furnished. The dishes are varied and fill you up. The prices for the food and drinks are quite affordable and the hospitality is very helpful.

You can also eat there in larger groups, the service is very nice and the food tastes good.

My visit to Schweinske was positive. The selection on the menu was varied and the dishes were well prepared with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was courteous.

The food is really not of the best quality. Sirloin steak for €20 was really tough. Fried potatoes totally greasy.

Food was good and the service was very nice and we didn't have to wait long.
