Top service. Food super tasty, drinks, super served. Definitely worth a visit.

We were here for the second time within a few weeks with more than 20 people. Breakfast was registered last time, this time after work. Regarding the food and drinks, you can say that everything tasted good. There were no culinary highlights, but good, sufficiently large, mostly fast food dishes such as burgers, ribs or nachos etc. Unfortunately the atmosphere was a bit loud. The restaurant consists of a high, large hall, which of course ensures a lot of noise. But what was really disappointing was the slow and, above all, inefficient service. When we arrived with 24 people, the restaurant was not even half full and there were 4 or 5 employees. At first it took about 30!!! Minutes until the friendly waitress took your drink requests. When we asked if we could order food right away, we refused. (She would have only had to type the order into her device) After this order, the waitress more or less prepared all the drinks on her own and then brought them to us. The kitchen could have prepared the food in that time - none. Then at some point the food order was taken and after about 90 minutes we had our food. After that, no attention or requests for further requests. How cut off. The staff was friendly at all times, but unstructured (high 10).

We went for brunch. Given the low price, our expectations weren't too high. However, we were very positively surprised. Great buffet. Keep it up. The service was also great.

We had breakfast there yesterday and were very satisfied, the service was very friendly, attentive and quick, the croissants were lukewarm and the rolls were nice and crispy, the toppings were absolutely sufficient, the coffee and the cappuccino were very tasty and above all hot and not just lukewarm, my husband and I were completely satisfied

We've been there a few times because we really like the food, but the biggest problem there is simply the catastrophic service, with very few exceptions it was always extremely bad, last time we just left after 25 minutes without service, We were brought to the table and then ignored for 25 minutes without taking an order, with only about 5 tables occupied. We tried again and again but that was the last. What's also really bad is the smell in the toilets, which you can also notice in the guest room if you sit too close to the toilet entrances and the condition of the sanitary facilities is really not good

I know several Cafe del Sol, all visually identical. The food is always good, very friendly here in Hamburg

A very good place for the whole family

Café del Sol impresses with a great atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. The food is, as usual, delicious and the cocktails are an absolute highlight. This time the Piña Colada in particular was very creamy, tasty and thoroughly recommended. Overall, a nice place to stay and enjoy.

Worst service ever – an absolute disaster! I have never experienced such miserable service in my entire life as I did in this cafe. Even though the store was almost empty, no waiter came to even take an order for over 25 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, I was handled by the incredibly unfriendly and completely incompetent waitress Dilara. Her manner was not only disrespectful, but downright disgusting. With such staff you not only scare away new guests, but also the most loyal regular customers. A place to definitely avoid, never again!

Were there for brunch. Very limited choice of food - only one type of hard cheese, not a large selection of sausages and fish, no selection of salads. Overall, very clear and not appropriate for brunch. Drinks arrived very late... We were invited, so I can't say anything about the prices, but since the price didn't even include a glass of sparkling wine or orange juice and all drinks were extra, definitely too expensive...

About 15 people spent a very nice evening there. The food was delicious, super fresh and hot. The selection is also great. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Food and drinks were brought quickly. The restaurant is large and offers a lot of space. I'd love to come back

We were here for brunch. Buffet was tasty but not too special. The prices were quite high, 30 euros per person with drinks. Service was not sufficient, orange juice took 20 minutes and so did the bill. The store was full and the staff was overwhelmed.

Delicious food, great service. Unfortunately it's just always so loud. Maybe a few acoustic panels would help? The volume makes it a bit tiring.

We ordered breakfast. It took a relatively long time until we got our breakfast. Waiter was very friendly. Unfortunately, the boiled eggs were missing from our breakfast but were brought quickly after we asked. The breakfast was really tasty and sufficient. Upon request, the salami was swapped for more cheese.

Had the schnitzel all you can eat today. Well, reordered 3 times, which took a long time between courses. First I had 2 small schnitzels on the plate, after 30 minutes I got plate no. 2 with one!!! Small schnitzel and after another 30 minutes plate 3 also only 1 part. I don't actually call it schnitzel, but rather toasties that you put in the toaster. This is what they looked like! Not homemade but bought. That was a disappointment and I can't recommend it more. At least the fries were tasty and the service was nice

I was here again after many years for a schnitzel holiday. Of course the price went up a lot, but that was to be expected. My schnitzels with turkey were all good. I ate four pieces, but they got smaller with each order, the fourth wasn't even half a piece... The pork and turkey were both good, but my daughter and my wife didn't like the vegetarian one at all, even though they like to eat vegetarian schnitzel. I'd rather stick to meat 🍖 The side salad with honey mustard dressing was super tasty, but from schnitzel two onwards I left out the fries and just used the side salad. You can also order it without any side dishes, but it was too dry for me. My favorite Schnitzel del sole, the slightly spicy hollandaise is awesome... also on the scales ⚖️🙈

Whenever we visit Hildesheim we go for brunch on Sundays - it's always very good and consistent quality.

We had dinner here for Sunday brunch. In short, a bit disappointing. - Choice of food very limited - no vegan/vegetarian options - only 2 overwhelmed waiters serving (Plates etc. also become rare as a result put away and it piles up on the small tables) - Toilets are rather unclean and smelly extremely strict - Food is constantly empty and it takes a long time long until it is filled up - The taste was quite good, however you can't get enough for the price offered - Service is very nice despite the stress - it is sometimes very loud, there are a lot of them People are sitting in the hall If you expand the selection a little and reduce the crowds a little, I think it can be quite pleasant. Unfortunately this Sunday was a disappointment.

The breakfast buffet was so impressive and sufficient, always freshly filled. You just have to go back there. The only thing our family didn't like was the loud music in the background, so we couldn't chat with family members at the table. But as already written, the breakfast buffet was simply great.

PREISWUCHER!! Ich habe Chili Cheese Fries für fast 10 Euro bestellt. Bekommen habe ich Pommes mit einen Hauch von Chili con Carne und ein Paar Jelapenos. Wucherpreise. Den Laden kann man vergessen. Absolut eine Frechheit!

Cesare salad was just romaine lettuce. No tomato, cucumber or anything else. Dressing & topping was ok But too expensive for the price!

We came in and were immediately greeted warmly. It looks very chic and beautiful. The order was taken quickly, although the first 15 minutes were spent waiting for the drinks. The food came relatively quickly afterwards and was quite tasty. Unfortunately, ordering the second round of drinks also took 10 minutes plus another 22 minutes waiting for them. The waiting times were very unpleasant, as was the taste of the cocktails. Just like craftsmanship mistakes were made here. All in all, it's a shame, more potential.

Nice shop, very nice service. Unfortunately, the food used to be much better! The pinsa is far too hard and dry (probably because it is pre-baked). The salsa with the nachos wasn't good at all. There were pickles on the burgers (??).

Very attentive service. Unfortunately, the gluten-free bread offered on the menu was not in stock and so breakfast turned into just scrambled eggs. But that was very tasty.

The food and ambience are nice, unfortunately there were problems with the cash register and booking the table. During a visit with brunch and buffet, the orders from another table were booked onto ours or when paying we had to pay twice because it was on two different devices. That's why only 4 stars instead of 5. The buffet is large and delicious, but unlike others there are no drinks like water and juice, which is again a negative.

The drinks you want to have with it determine the price. Otherwise, it's great what you can eat here. We basically had “all-you-can-eat”. Unfortunately, the toilets weren't that clean, but the friendly service, even though she was busy, made up for it all.

Ate delicious schnitzel this week for 19.90 euros. Cappuccino is also recommended. Free parking and very friendly staff.

Very nice place to spend a nice time with family and friends. The selection of food and drinks is good. Even as a vegan you can find something here. Coffee specialties are also available with lactose-free milk. The breakfast buffet on Saturday is rich and highly recommended. It is advisable to make a reservation (you can easily do so online via the Café del Sol website), especially if you are coming with several people. There is also a beautiful outdoor terrace equipped with patio heaters. You can also smoke there. There are parking spaces in front of the restaurant and also a parking garage where you can park for free for 2.5 hours. After that, every half hour started costs 1 euro (note: only card payment). There are also disabled parking spaces at the restaurant.

Great shop but unfortunately bottomless prices, they charge €8 (!) for a 0.75L water bottle. In general, prices are significantly too high and are not justified by inflation or rising energy prices.

The breakfast buffet was delicious. There was a selection of fruit and bread. I missed wholemeal rolls, as unfortunately there were only wheat rolls or rye wheat rolls. Unfortunately the service only gets 2/5 stars. The staff wasn't particularly friendly and the clearing of the tables/the cleanliness left a lot to be desired... Nevertheless, I found the atmosphere quite nice, as it gives you an American beach vibe. Price-wise it's okay.

You can go here anytime, any time. Very nice atmosphere, inside and out. The food and drink selection is huge. The portion sizes versus price are totally fine There are even parking spaces available right in front of the house I like it best when it's dark and warm. This puts the icing on the cake for the atmosphere.

Every time I go there there is no Pinsa! It always takes a long time for an employee to come to us and they are unfriendly. We then walked away. In addition, tables were not covered and we were told why are they sitting here when we have other tables? Very unfriendly. Cutlery was slammed on the table and we had to get menu cards ourselves.

I was there again with my family after a long time. Inviting at first glance, but unfortunately it is a dingy restaurant, dirty tables. So last night I wanted to have a good evening with my wife and we decided on Del sol, she drank a nice red wine and I wanted the delicious cocktail with it, we wanted to eat little things, now the terrible thing was from the sweet potato chips, which can be up to 15 cm long I then pointed it out to the waiter and she replied that I would inform the boss. She didn't even bother to apologize personally and just told the waitress that I didn't take it into account. To be honest, I think it's a bit poor😢 😢😢

Today we had dinner at Café Del Sol. We had very positive memories of the store, but unfortunately times are changing. We were really looking forward to a pinsa until the waitress informed us when we ordered our food that there was no pinsa today. Hello!? You have a whole page of Pinsa in the menu and the big thing is that everywhere in the store it is advertised “Monday and Tuesday Pinsa Party, all Pinsas for €9.90!!!” You are advertising a promotion and don’t have the dish at the start? ?? You feel a bit embarrassed... We had nothing to complain about about the alternative meal itself, but unfortunately the hard-working waitress was completely overwhelmed. The service was incredibly understaffed and the waiting times were extremely long. So we skipped desserts and after waiting over 20 minutes for the waitress, we decided to pay directly. And one more thing unfortunately has to be mentioned, the flagship of every restaurant are the toilets! We had to change our child in the disabled toilet. Dear Café del Sol team, have you ever stuck your nose in the toilet? Worse than a motorway service station, plus no soap and no functioning towel machine. The poor people who depend on this toilet! It's a shame, you messed it up!

Service completely overwhelmed. 2 people for the entire restaurant including terrace. Women's toilet smells pretty unpleasant. We definitely won't be coming here again.

It wasn't quite as good this time. The pinsa dough was way too thick. The topping was tasty but ok. O. But as I said, only today.

We used to love going there, but the menu has changed for the worse, prices are too high and the service is really slow. You have to wait forever for everything-order-drinks-food-bill! The many small flies that were constantly buzzing around were very unpleasant. It was always loud but somehow it has become even louder. We will think very carefully about whether we will go again.

There were times when it was great here. Well, in times when you no longer want to spend money on good staff, when you prefer to process everything instead of offering an experience, everything gradually collapses like a house of cards. 2 hours spent at brunch and no service employee to wipe one of the cleared tables with a cloth. Well, you would also have to clear away the tray that was left lying around and the receipt, which might be too much effort... The empty plates were cleared away every now and then for 2 hours, but asking for another drink was out of the question. Cobwebs on walls and ceilings that definitely didn't appear "fresh" in 24 hours. The spider that has woven itself there exudes a calm and serenity that you can be sure "it has been chilling there for weeks and is no longer bothered by people"... The flowers are literally screaming for water, they look like they were taken from your last vacation in Qatar and planted back here exactly as they looked there... People also stretch out on the toilet walls, especially the piss bowls. The spiders also get a lot on offer here. Not to mention the pissed bowls. At the end the absolute highlight is that an employee can hardly wait to smoke his well-deserved cigarette after work, which is why he rolls it straight on the counter... When we worked here, we would have been thrown out if we had worked or managed our employees like that. We were instructed to pay attention to every little thing and did so. Nowadays everyone here just doesn't seem to care about anything, which makes me really sad as a former manager and just disgusts me as a guest...

Five of us ate at Café Del Sol today because we remembered it very well. But the first bang actually came when I went to the toilets, I haven't experienced anything so disgusting in a long time. A terrible smell and unclean!!! Very bad. Then we waited a good 30 minutes for our food, despite the fact that it was quite empty, but the lady in service was very helpful and friendly. The citizens, however, weren't great either!!! Pattis burnt and really not tasty at all. So the answer came, they are frozen patties and they have to be fried until they are like the soles of a shoe!! That's how they tasted too!! The price of the drink was really ridiculous, homemade lemonade with blackberries etc. for just under €7. It was floating in the effervescence that was so sweet and only tasted like syrup! Blackberry! Pinsa (extremely spicy) and a schnitzel were ok so far. But we were really very disappointed and that's why we're more likely to eat somewhere else next time! Sorry

I love the restaurant because everything tastes very, very good, especially the drinks. It is very child friendly and you can also sit outside. However, you should reserve in advance if you want a breakfast buffet. Basically, you also get something spontaneously.

Unfortunately, my last visit to Cafe de Sol wasn't particularly pleasant. The service was mediocre and left something to be desired. We had to wait a whole hour for our food, which is definitely too long, especially when you're hungry. When the food finally arrived, the portions were disappointingly small, especially compared to the hefty prices charged. The price-performance ratio was simply not right here. The dessert, an ice cream, was also disappointing. It seemed like it had been thawed and refrozen several times, resulting in nasty ice crystals. Overall, my visit to Cafe del Sol was rather disappointing.

We didn't get any napkins or cutlery. We also had to get the menu ourselves. The last time we were there was 1.5 years ago and there was Pinsa Hawaii. It was huge and tasted very good. This time we ordered half Pinsa and then some dough came in mini format. So the portions have become much smaller, but the price of the food has of course increased. The Pinsa dough was so dry that it scratched your insides when you swallowed it. I like frozen pizza much better. It was my birthday and I just wanted to go out to eat with my family...a disappointment

There wasn't enough for a whole slice of bread. I had the avocado slices with an extra fried egg for a proud price of just under €13.50 In return I got HALF A SLICE of bread. The bread was extremely crusty and I had difficulty cutting it. The price for this should urgently be recalculated. This is just ridiculous.
