I can only advise against it. The food isn't even cafeteria quality, yet it's priced at airport prices. Dried-out ravioli for €14. I have no idea what a salad is supposed to do with the pasta?!? It used to be so nice. Before departure, you could go to the Mövenpick and have a nice steak or fish. Not cheap, but first class.

The customer service at the checkout is a complete disaster every time. The same cashier is consistently bad-tempered, unfriendly, and reacts to normal customer requests with genuine annoyance. I don't just experience this once, but consistently on every visit.

Come here if you wish to have watery coffee for 5€ and rude service 🥲 the coffee just tasted watery

I actually like the Marché at Hamburg Airport – the freshly prepared omelet, the self-serve pizza, and the salad bar are always delicious and of good quality. A bit more variety in the salad would be nice, though. What really annoys me, however, is the recurring issue with Priority Pass. We always ask beforehand whether the checkout is working, and unfortunately, we're told far too often that there's a "technical problem." Strangely, the same system runs smoothly in the lounge and other restaurants in the same terminal, always without any problems. When you ask, and in reality, it's usually because the employees don't know how to use the device, don't know the PIN, or don't even understand what needs to be entered into the system. After so long, I find it disappointing that this problem still occurs – the service should be simple. Even with the regular checkout, there's often confusion. Several times, I've been told I have to pay an additional €6 for amounts under €17 because the cash register display was misinterpreted. After such a long time, I expect the processes to finally run reliably. The food is good, but the service and payment proficiency urgently need to improve. As long as I can't pay, I unfortunately won't get any food and can't give a good review.

Dry cakes, rude cashier that seemed very annoyed that she had to speak English.. payed 3,5 euro for the driest muffin EVER. Couldn’t eat it because is just crumbled in my hands..

Marche Bistro HH Airport is expensive and terrible

Service at the bakery was extremely unfriendly. Even staff who have worked there for years served without the slightest bit of politeness: no "please," no "thank you," and no apology when bottles were knocked over on the tray. The atmosphere among colleagues was abysmal. Is good staff really that hard to find? Or is it the fault of the managers? UPDATE October 8: Following feedback from the owner, I visited the Marché today as a customer for the first time and was pleased to find that the service was very friendly and polite, and the atmosphere among the staff was much better. I have therefore upgraded my review.

Quite good Italian cuisine at fair prices. There's not much choice of good restaurants at the airport, but the Marché is still among the best.

The lady at the counter was extremely unfriendly, with an unacceptable expression on her face. She was also somewhat disorganized and misunderstood me the entire time.

Unfortunately, a lot of them are already sold out, but that's due to staff cuts. The pizza was great and the friendly staff were fantastic. Apologies a thousand times because many things were sold out.

We brought salads for the flight, but unfortunately, they were several days out of date and also spoiled. Customer service offered us a voucher as compensation, which didn't even cover half the money we had essentially wasted. Now, the real kicker: We tried to redeem the voucher, but the employees refused to accept it. It's truly pathetic.

On a Saturday afternoon, everything is closed, and there's no opportunity for a family with children to have dinner after 9 p.m. It's shameful.

Priority Pass and LoungeKey-affiliated restaurant This restaurant operates on a self-service basis, but not by weight, but by item—like an à la carte restaurant. For those unfamiliar or visiting for the first time, the process can be quite confusing. Many items don't have clearly marked prices, while others have vague or incomprehensible descriptions, leaving room for different interpretations—especially in the case of side dishes. It's difficult for customers to understand how much each item costs and how much is included in the price. Customers serve themselves at the various self-service islands—appetizers, salads, main courses, desserts, and drinks—all self-service. Finally, they pass through the cashier, where a staff member examines the dish and adds the price, much like at an IKEA restaurant. The big difference is that at IKEA, item prices are clearly marked before serving, which is not the case here at Marché Hamburg Airport. For Priority Pass and LoungeKey customers, the process is even more confusing. According to the rules, the benefit entitles you to a 23-euro credit per person. Obviously, this only makes sense if you can stay within this limit, which is quite difficult due to the lack of clear information about prices. If the amount exceeds 23 euros, the difference can be paid directly with a credit card or cash. Another important point: customers in these programs can only serve themselves once. That is, if you use only part of the credit (for example, spend 18 euros), the remaining 5 euros will be lost—you cannot reuse the benefit to top up later. Furthermore, the restaurant has very limited opening hours—for example, it is closed during dinner hours. I recommend avoiding peak lunch hours. Granting access via Priority Pass or LoungeKey requires extra time for verification, which can cause impatience among other customers in line and the staff themselves. This type of reaction is not uncommon in Germany, where there is low tolerance for situations that delay the normal flow of service.

Not the best coffee I've had. Half froth, half liquid in a glass and from a machine. Starbucks probably cheaper.

Some good tasty good options. I ate here often as I was staying near the airport. Staff always polite and friendly. If you have a crew or an airport ID, you can get a discount. The only thing I didn't like was that it closes at 6pm and all day on Saturday, which is typical of Germany, but no consolation if you still need to eat!

We ordered three plates of pasta Bolognese and were so disappointed with the portions and the way they were presented on the plates. Very unloving and overdone. The taste was also very disappointing. We won't be back!

Our stay at the Marche Bakery before our trip was once again excellent. Everything is still freshly baked. We received very friendly service again, and we would definitely stay here again as a family.

I wanted to return my Vio water bottles as required by the deposit return law, but they refused to accept them because I didn't buy them there, but they sell that exact brand.

We were there for the brunch buffet and really filled our stomachs. Really a good deal for the price including all hot drinks and a fresh fruit juice. We found the stir-fry dish relatively tasteless, which we then changed with spices and bacon.

Very fresh and generous size Pizza, well cooked and very tasty. The parmissan cheese was grated, shaved would have been better for the pizza, was not pasta. Nonetheless very tasty and fresh.

Impossible place! Was there 6 times with my wife and child. Although the partners are in Priority Pass, they do not serve Priority Pass Prestige customers. The first time it worked, but the cashier grudgingly charged it using the PriorityPass card. The second time there was a bad surprise: we had to pay in cash, the PP card was not accepted. During further attempts, before we ordered anything, we asked the employees whether the PP card would be accepted today. Unfortunately, it was denied in the further 4 attempts. The statement was, either there was a technical problem with the cash register or PP would not be accepted. We are frequent flyers, we fly over Hamburg over 10 times a year. Unfortunately for me it's a juice shop. Complaint to the company Priority Pass is out. My friends have had exactly the same problem for years. Why don't they accept the PP cards???

I bought food via TooGoodToGo, go a tiny portion of their Daily meal or so, a Franzbrötchen and an Orange. All for 3€ should be okay. But the Franzbrötchen tasted like it has been sitting out next tk stinking oil for the last two days, was equally as dry. If I would have tried it immediately, I would have gone back to the restaurant. It was plain disgusting. NEVER again.

I always get my provisions for the flight here and I still like to drink a latte with oat milk, which is a super good size. The food is really delicious, especially the bread sandwiches and the Franzbrötchen!! The staff is super friendly, even at very early times. Big recommendation.

Great breakfast buffet, there is everything your heart desires and there is also a great play area for the little ones.

Today I found my new favorite dessert at the Marché at the airport. “White Rummkugeln” super tasty and creamy. Many thanks to the pastry chef and his wife for this sweet creation <3. I took two more for home.

Just before leaving for Dubai, we had a quick bite to eat. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Everything is clean and the ambience is good too. Stängli Serrano (very tasty), a pretzel (no longer tasty after several hours) and a cola together for €15.25. Airport prices. This is a good place to spend the time before departure. But you should eat the pretzel straight away. Conclusion: recommended

Very disappointing meal. Everything was cold and the staff was unfriendly. My colleague and I ordered a currywurst and a schnitzel. The currywurst's sauce was very diluted and tasted watery, while the schnitzel was dry and tasteless. Dear Marche people, please reconsider the quality of your food, because unfortunately this is not recommended.

Pizzas are sold without sauce but with tomatoes (as a substitute for sauce) for an unbelievable €15.90. If asked, this would be the system standard because the Food & Food and Beverage Manager is supposed to have set it that way. They said it would also be on the product board. Expensive, dirty. Asking for a tip in a self-service restaurant is embarrassing. At 8:00 am it is extremely dirty here. That doesn't have to be the case if you've only been open for 2 hours and you can clearly see that there are Heine coffee stains from the same day. Dust and dirt on the floor are just not acceptable.

This restaurant is typical of an airport, with a similar soulless style. I ate a pizza lacking in content and continent. At least it was hot and the price wasn't ridiculously high like everything else in airports.

Good restaurant with reasonable prices. However, I don't think it's nice because I work at the airport but am not directly employed at the airport so we have to dig a lot deeper into our pockets. Last year I was visiting with my parents on the terrace at a Weizen and there was 25-30% for employees with airport ID. This time the gentleman tells me that there has never been a discount on beer or other alcoholic drinks and so we had to pay the full price that passengers also pay. Then I ask myself again why do I need a discount so that I can drink a cola with my dad that costs 7 cents to produce per liter? There is Aldi 500 meters further and there is an Edeka in the airport where I can get a cola or a beer for a quarter of the price. I find it inappropriate and almost cheeky! Even though the staff was very friendly, it will definitely be my last visit.

No pizza is better I ordered a pizza with broccoli and chicken. Since pizza is my favorite food and I also like frozen pizzas, you have to do a lot of things wrong for me to not like a pizza. However, Marche managed it brilliantly. You almost had to look for the small 4-5 pieces of broccoli with a magnifying glass, but what I have never experienced before and never want to be served again: Marche left out the tomato sauce and instead made the pizza with curry ketchup Bottle “occupied”. You could easily understand the path of the bottle based on the circles on the pizza. The pizza tasted horrible and dry like cardboard. The whole thing was garnished with a very taciturn, annoyed delivery of food. Together with a wine and a small... A bottle of water cost 30 euros for this “enjoyment”.

€4.50 for a 500ml bottle of Evian is absolute daylight robbery. I'm surprised the servers weren't wearing ski masks to hide their identities while they rob people.

The food and drinks on offer defy description: the coffee is actually just more or less hot water. The so-called currywurst is a strange molded meat mass that floats in canned tomato sauce while the French fries have been briefly carried past the deep fryer. For lovers of the worst quality at ridiculous prices, it's exactly the right thing. But the employees are really friendly, the immediate proximity to the viewing terrace is the only plus point for this impudence. Spend your money somewhere else, it's really not worth it.

Von Bäckern richtig gebackene Brötchen und Brot, heiße weiße Schokolade als Abwechslung zu Kaffeespezialitäten und eine große Auswahl an Süßem, Herzhaftem und Gemüse haben mich zu einen überraschend moderatem Preis überzeugt. Ich fahre gerne wieder zum Flughafen um zu brunchen. Mein kleiner Liebling freut sich sich über die Spielecke und die Flugzeuge... ich werde Marché weiterempfehlen.

Das Restaurant war bei meinem Besuch wirklich sauber und das Personal angenehm freundlich. Mir wurde sogar das Glas nachgetragen, als die Mitarbeiterin gemerkt hat, dass ich mein Tablet mit dem Glas nicht tragen kann. Die Preise finde angemessen, nur sollte eine Currywurst aus einer Bratwurst bestehen und keine Bockwurst.

Eine der wenigen Orte am Flughafen, wo man noch was vernünftiges zu essen bekommt. Mitarbeiter sind meist freundlich und das Essen ist qualitativ wirklich immer sehr gut. Tagesessen ist auch immer abwechslungsreich und wenn es dabei Fisch und Fleisch gibt, ist dies immer auf den Punkt gegart und wirklich sehr lecker. Ein Stern Abzug, da Samstag weiterhin geschlossen ist und letztens eine halbe Stunde vor Schließung das Buffet schon fast vollständig abgeräumt war.

Hmm.. Für 8€ die kleine Portion ist schon teuer, geschmacklich inordnung. Ich habe gefragt ob ich mir was vom Knoblauchöl nehmen darf, die patzige Antwort: "es steht nicht umsonst da", hätte man auch anders formulieren können. Letztendlich geht man nur wegen der Außenterrasse hin um sich die Flugzeuge anzuschauen.

Ganz sicher eine der besten Arten, am Hamburg Airport zu essen: reichlich Auswahl von „gesund“ bis „Seelenfutter“ 😜 Dazu ein zeitgemäßes Ambiente und beim heutigen Besuch wirklich sehr freundliche, kulante und gut aufgelegte Mitarbeiter. Das Tagesessen (gedämpfter Lachs mit Spinat) war ebenfalls gesund, preiswert und geschmacklich überlegen. 👍 Mit der kostenlosen Aussichtsterrasse gehört dieses Marché wahrscheinlich zu den schönsten Filialen, die es gibt.

Ich hab das Franzbrötchen, Schokocrossion und die Laugenbrezel gegessen. Das Franzbrötchen war wirklich extrem lecker, der Rest war okay. Die Preise sind hoch, aber das ist ja immer so im Flughafen
