We enjoyed the daily dish in the day bar for the first time. Very appealing ambience that evokes peace and relaxation. Extremely professional, careful, courteous service staff, especially Franziska and Luca. The food was a great visual and taste delight, be it the main course or the dessert, so that no culinary wishes were left unfulfilled. Absolutely recommended!

We booked this place for lunch at 2 pm. Very pretty, nice, posh environment. Took a very long time to take our order. 2 starters, burrata and Consome, 4 mains. A long time into having ordered, we got the starters. Unexplainable since burrata is not cooked at all and consome should be made so what was the delay for? After that, we were already well into 3.45 pm, (nearly 2 hours), still no mains. Went to ask, and the girl at the counter replied, "Would you like to leave?" "What? No, I want my food. " . After that, our server, a very nice girl, came to tell us that they order the mains once you have finished your starters, hence the delay. Well, in my business experience with restaurants, we ordered the mains once they had their starters, so there is no more than a few minutes between one dich and the next. This way, the customer doesn't lose their appetite and gets angry in the process. In regards of the food: burrata and consome were nice, risottos niced as well, schnitzel was good, however I asked to replace my daughters potato salad for French fries, they agreed but never did. I was not going to wait for them to replace it (at this point, it's past 2 hours there and 4 pm for a lunch) so she simply ate half her dish. They invited my sister to a cake (single portion, just for her (4 spoons just in case, but c'mon. It was her birthday) but didn't even consider a little something for the rest of the guests due to not just the birthday but the two and a half hour meal. Nothing. Not even a coffee or a little chocolate invite. Big disappointment. We chose this place due to the good reviews, but if you want to have a nice memory of a meal, I can not recommend this place at all.

It was an amazing experience to have dinner at the Tagesbar! Very good food and wine quality for the price, exceptional service, and beautiful environment. We would definitely come back again if we visit Munich next time!

The Schwarzreiter is a very special restaurant, reservations are a must here. Service is top notch, the menu is world class and so is the ambience. I love coming here to celebrate special occasions or just to enjoy a wonderful evening. Clear recommendation!

Very nice! Good food and great location..

I had a meal at the restaurant, and the overall taste of the food and atmosphere was good. They were very kind, pouring an extra glass of wine for me, but since I was not familiar with the German tipping system, I felt like I tipped a small amount compared to the quality of service I received, so looking back, I feel sorry. I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

Luxurious dining is definitely possible here: Both the taste and appearance of the drinks and meals presented are excellent. Particularly noteworthy is the daily menu (salad/menu/espresso) which, with a price of €25, is unbeatable in terms of the high quality -> It changes daily, but can be viewed on the website. Reservations online or by phone are recommended because the restaurant is busy.

The food was terrible and so cheep quality. so expensive for nothing. They give you poor quality food in reach area but terrible. The steak was not mentioned what area it is, just mentioned prime but when it comes was bad meat. The veal schnitzel was kind of empty from inside and was cooked with bad oil (I had terrible stomach pain the whole day). And most horrible was beef tartar which came as just plain minced meat with no herbs or anything but lettuce on top... !! Even the French fries was frozen!! Not edible at all... for such a price, terrible experience. Typical tourist trap. Fancy restaurants with disaster food!!

Special thanks to Paula at reception for the table reservations and to Claudia, Christian, Tefik and Sofia for the super good and very attentive service! As a constant guest of the restaurant, I can really write this review with a clear conscience and thanks. No wonder this restaurant is so popular with many guests!

Pre-dinner drinks in the hotel’s airy front bar. Lovely! Great service. Then on to the fine dining restaurant which was out of this world. Luca was our Sommelier and main waiter and he was the kirsch on the most wonderful cake. We did the four course tasting menu with wine pairing and every part was divine. Cannot recommend this place enough.

We were there for the first time last Wednesday. It was the evening on which the second Germany game in the European Championship took place. So we were the only guests for over an hour. We had a wonderful evening, were shown to the bar because we were early and then to the restaurant and were able to choose our table. We had the tasting menu, but were able to swap courses with the normal menu. The food was a dream, beautifully prepared and presented and also unique in taste, first the canapés, then the greetings from the kitchen, then the 4 courses and finally the wonderful petit fours. Plus a competent wine accompaniment. Wonderful homemade sourdough bread. Plus lovely conversations with the extremely competent and friendly service, which was initially only there for us. To round things off, the head of the kitchen, Mr. Franz-Josef Unterlechner, came to the table and we were able to thank him for his creative cooking. All in all: a successful evening in the unique ambience of the Hotel Vier-Season, which we will not soon forget.

The food was really very good, but what unfortunately left something to be desired was the service. Even as three young people, we weren't taken seriously and it was only when we asked why we couldn't have the table where the gentlemen were leaving that we were offered the table. Afterwards the drinks came quickly but then we had to wait forever until someone took the food order. Unfortunately it continued like this until we paid. Would come again for the food but not for the service.

The Daily Dish is very reasonably priced. The wines are typically expensive in Munich, open wines in ridiculous 0.15 portions. All in all very pleasing.

It’s nice to sit next to the window at a raining day. I like the inner design, very cozy and stylish. The starter has Sichuan flavor which is surprisedly nice! (I came from Sichuan). The lamb is juice and soft not smelling. Very good with the vegetables. The service was excellent, they are timely and supportive. I will come back again.

Exceptional experience. The staff members were incredibly attentive. The temperature of the food and the doneness of the meat were exactly as requested. The dessert was not overly sweet, which was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant is conveniently located in the heart of Munich, yet it maintains a peaceful ambiance. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

PROS: The staff were very attentive and helpful and the food was good. We were expecting more of traditional German food that was modern fusion or elevated, but it seems it's just contemporary cuisine, which is fine, but not exactly what we were hoping for. Desserts were very good. CONS: The pacing was a little off. The first part of the meal came out a bit too fast, right after the bread was served. And then it took a long while for plates to be cleared and dessert to be brought out. The flavors were good, but the salt wasn't evenly distributed on my dish. Some bites were good, and then other bites were mouthfuls of salt! Ugh! Overall very nice dinner, but some things should be better, especially when serving at this price point as "fine dining".

Sehr toller Service im schönen Ambiente. Die jeweiligen Gerichte sind Kunstwerke. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten das 7-Gänge Menü, welches ich sehr empfehlen kann.

We ate at Schwarzreiter in Munich and were partly satisfied. The Bavarian beef tartare was delicious and there was plenty of bread with it. The lamb was cooked perfectly medium rare. Unfortunately, the main courses, especially the Parmesan ravioli, were not very seasoned and tasted quite bland.

Foods is overpriced. Food is well presented, well prepared and tasty, but the size of my lunch order was the size of an appetizer. I get the feeling they expect you to order a five course meal and not object if you pay a little fortune. I guess that is the clientele they want to attract. If you are one of those this place is for you. If not you have been warned The service and ambiance is 5 stars

I've dined here for more than 3 times, and unfortunately most of the pictures are gone after I got my new phone, but I still have the picture of this dessert! It was as GOOD as it looked, and the chefs are definitely masters of their craft. Will definitely be coming back.

The staff greet their guests in a very polite and charming manner, which is definitely not an act. Service is always on point and at a very high level. Ordered the shellfish RAMEN for lunch; Unfortunately it came with udon noodles - sorry, but that's just wrong. Unfortunately I didn't see any crustacean apart from a few scampi, hopefully the shells were overcooked in the soup. It didn't taste really authentic either. Unfortunately it wasn't spicy either, but it was okay; However, I had to reorder twice and then a kind of "ready-made mix" with additives arrived; In any case, my face turned red afterwards and I felt a bit unwell. I never have and I eat Asian food very often. I also had to order a spoon and chopsticks. And as a “starter” with salad I thought it was an inappropriate combination, but that’s how it’s advertised, okay. Service is sometimes a bit snooty. Wine delicious. As an add-on there was a mini Gugl with the cappuccino, sweet idea. Ambience great.

We recently enjoyed the tasting menu including wine accompaniment on Thursday and it was a very well-rounded affair. Excellent food with great flavor nuances, an interesting dialogue with the chef, perfectly matched wines and an extremely pleasant atmosphere. We felt extremely welcome here. If there was something I didn't find completely perfect, it would have been the dessert (the petit fours were a bit soft due to the sauce) but that's complaining at a very high level. And our visit became a special experience thanks to the gentleman who served and accompanied us throughout the evening. I mean his name was Luca. Competent and professional in every respect. I almost had the impression that he had personally inspected the wineries. He was attentive and discreet at the same time and was friendliness personified. We are already looking forward to the next visit.

Restaurant: Great service, beautiful and first-class dishes that tasted very good, but didn't fully do justice to the high price. All courses were visually well presented throughout. In terms of taste, the tuna cheeks were the absolute highlight, with which the other courses unfortunately couldn't quite keep up. The amuse bouche in particular was a bit monotonous in terms of taste. The sourdough bread is again first class. Mushroom stock and fish tartare were tasty, but without any fireworks. In the case of the tartare, the chervil ice cream was too intense and overshadowed the other fine components. The dessert was great! Service excellent. Ambience Four Seasons Typical - a matter of taste. The tables are far apart from each other, but at the same time only moderately private due to the lack of room separation and at the same time a bit empty. All in all, very good to excellent food, for which you pay a price that is too high for me due to the star and name.

Der ausgezeichnete, unaufdringliche Service von Nick Stichtmann verlängerte unseren Aufenthalt um weitere Getränke und hervorragende, kulinarisch excellente bayrische Karotten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir hatten ein 7-Gang- und 5-Gang-Menü. Das Essen ist hervorragend: Einzigartige Kombinationen unterschiedlichster Geschmäcker, die jeweils ein Gesamtkunstwerk bilden. Wir waren begeistert. I had a pleasant dining experience at Schwarzreiter Tagesbar & Restaurant during my stay at Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München. The service was truly outstanding, adding a delightful touch to the evening. The Chestnut-chicory & scallop soup was a flavorful delight, and the Munich veal meatballs were a culinary masterpiece. The extensive wine and cocktail selection further elevated the overall experience.

Wir waren wieder Gast in Schwarzreiter Restaurant und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Essen war optisch und geschmacklich fantastisch. Das Personal vor allem unser Kellner war, trotz des stressigen Tag ( das Hotel war wegen den Schneefälle überbelegt), freundlich, aufmerksam, hatte stets ein Lächeln und ein nettes Wort parat... wir waren wieder begeistert und kommen im neuen Jahr ganz sicher gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend im Schwarzreiter. Wir hatten das Tastingmenu bestellt (EUR199 inkl. Weinbegleitung) und wir fanden dies bei der Qualität absolut angemessen. Der Service inkl. Sommelier war hervorragend - sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, dennoch dezent und sehr informativ. Die Weinbegleitung war von hoher Qualität und sehr gut mit den Speisen harmonierend. Das Menu selber fanden wir hervorragend - geschmacklich und optisch ein Gedicht - 1 Stern ist sicher angemessen. Insgesamt leicht und von der Menge ideal. Besonderer Highlight war für uns der Geräucherte Aal mit Roter Beet Sauce und das Lamm Ballotine. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Bin hier öfters zum Mittagessen und es ist jedes Mal aufs Neue super Lecker! + gehobenes Essen im gehobenen Preissegment + Mega Auswahl in der Weinkarte Sehr freundlicher Service und schöne Atmosphäre!

Jak na prestiż tego lokalu miejsce wypada dosyć przeciętnie. Obsługa popełniła kilka wpadek jak na przykład pozostałości po korku w kieliszku wina czy podanie najpierw mężczyznom a na końcu kobietom wina a przy finiszu zrzucenie brudnego widelca na moją koszulę. Do jedzenia nie mam zastrzeżeń smaki zrównoważone, estetycznie podane, lecz porcie raczej małe także przystawka danie główne i deser to raczej standard zamawiany przez gości. Ceny są naprawdę przystępne jak na ten typ lokalu także to na plus. Rozumiem też, że w Niemczech gastronomia to nie najmocniejsza strona medalu także i w tym przypadku przymknąłem oko na kilka aspektów. Lokal poprawny. Wróciłbym ✌🏻

Die Qualität der Gerichte war sehr gut. Allerdings wünsche ich mir bei so vielen Gängen mehr Abwechslung. Alles war eher schwer und ähnlich. Also keine außergewöhnlichen Geschmacksexplosionen. Hat mich nicht überzeugt.

Das Schwarzreiter in München ist definitiv eine Empfehlung wert! Der freundliche Service hat uns von Anfang an begeistert und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Die Austern waren einfach köstlich und haben unsere Geschmacksknospen verwöhnt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der phantastische Ruinart Rosé Champagner, der perfekt zu den Austern passte und unseren Abend zu etwas Besonderem gemacht hat. Die Atmosphäre im Schwarzreiter ist einfach toll - gemütlich, stilvoll und einladend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir waren am 13.10.23 zum Abendessen im Restaurant. Der freundliche Empfang und Begleitung zum Tisch war bestens. Wir haben uns für das 6-Gang Menü mit Weinbegleitung entschieden. Der perfekt aufeinander abgestimmte Service ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Weinbegleitung zum Menü war von exquisiter Qualität. Alles in allem war es ein perfekt abgestimmter Abend…. absolutes Highlight. Sehr aufmerksam wurde am Ende eine kleine Geburtagstorte serviert, dafür nochmals Danke ! Wir kommen gerne wieder & und werden das erlebte jederzeit weiter empfehlen - es war klasse

Allgemein ein sehr schöner Abend. Das Essen ist ganz knapp unter Sterne Niveau und entsprechen im Preis auch angemessen. Die Weinbegleitung war ebenso gut zum 5 Gänge Menü gewählt und wir hatten an dem Abend einen ausgesprochen guten, aufmerksamen Service. Gerne wieder. 🙂

Die Suppe war ein Gedicht, die Kalbsbäckchen ebenso. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und auf top Niveau. Den Wein empfand ich als etwas teuer. Die Portionsgrößen waren so reichlich bemessen, dass ein Dessert leider keinen Platz mehr fand. Ich komme gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für diesen vorzüglichen Abend.

Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort für unsere Geburtstagsfeier aussuchen können. Luca und das Team haben uns stets freundlich und zuvorkommend beraten und uns mit vielen Aufmerksamkeiten verwöhnt. Das Essen war hervorragend und jeder Gang spannender als der letzte. Besonders gut hat uns die saisonale Verarbeitung der Produkte in hoher Qualität gefallen und die visuelle Darbietung. Ich habe hier sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht Das Ambiente ist einfach klasse , die Lage ebenfalls super und das Restaurant stilvoll eingerichtet. Vorbildlicher Service und immer eine gute Speisenauswahl. Das Essen schmeckt und wird schön zubereitet, das Auge ißt hier wirklich mit 😉 Punktabzug weil ich es schon manche Gerichte gibt wo man teilweise sehr wenig bekommt für das was preislich aufgerufen wird

The best restaurant I’ve been to in Munich! The food was exquisitely tasty, all dishes were really delicious. From tomato tarte, wiener schnitzel, ravioli and lamb. Great welcoming staff and very profassional service. Sadly I only got to try it in my last day, highly recommended.

Moin, hatten am Nachmittag hier ein kleines Espresso-Päuschen eingelegt. Schön draußen auf dem Gehweg vor der Bar/dem Restaurant. Passte alles: Wetter, Service und Aussicht! Gerne wieder.
