Schnell Restaurant in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Food perfect, waiting a bit long, but that was not bad because the weather was nice. Service: the owner was friendly, but his staff was worthless, not friendly, threw dishes on the table, was annoyed when ordering... asking questions was too much work for them.

Unfortunately the worst apple strudel I have ever eaten. The vanilla sauce neither tasted nor looked like vanilla. After one spoonful I had enough. Overall, the mood in the whole café was strangely depressed, not very open-minded and the cappuccino tasted watery and I didn't finish it either.

5 dinners as half board at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. The food was delicious. The two waitresses were very friendly and attentive every time, but not too pushy. If you wanted something, you got it. I felt very comfortable here and the other guests were very friendly too.

The bratwurst with potato salad was excellent here. The currywurst was good too. A lot of the restaurants we saw in Garmisch were onlyopen for dinner so this was a great place to have lunch.

Solid hotel. Recommended for a short stay. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Central location.
