I really like the tray paisa but this one disappointed me, the rice was not loose and the beans were too thick and seemed like they didn't even have a dressing, the fried egg was not soft and the inedible arepa looked like rubber

The food was good, but the service was terrible. It took them a long time to take the order even though there weren't many people, when we ordered the drinks I was very clear when ordering my juice in milk, and we even repeated it to the waiter and when he brought us the juice I asked him if it was in water and He rudely responded that I had ordered it that way, without even giving me the space to respond. All the people who worked there were just gossiping, in general the service was very average.

Colombian pub, good beer, interesting music. One star less for cigarette smoke throughout the pub.

Shocking experience – Avoid this place!! We had an extremely unpleasant evening in this restaurant. A guest insulted us with N@zi greetings and racist and homophobic statements. What was even more frightening was that the staff didn't intervene, even though they heard everything. It is incomprehensible that such behavior is tolerated. I can't recommend anyone to visit this place. Please avoid this restaurant!

We had a terrible evening yesterday where racism, homophobia and abuse were allowed.

We spent our night there and at the end at the entrance there was a tall old man that kept harassing other people by calling them the “n word”, insulting homosexuals, shouting n@zi profanities and assaulting other people. The man called a member of our group the n word, shouted “heil hitl€r” and assaulted me, and the bouncer did not remove him even after the police was involved. I kept looking at the bouncer who simply kept shaking his head and shrouding his shoulders as if he couldn’t do anything while his job is literally to remove out of the premises people that create havoc. This proves that the management of this location not only condones n@azis but also defends them. You should never support them with your money.

The food was good and tasty. The only downside is to find parking if you bring a vehicle. This restaurant is located on a pedestrian only street.

Was there on Sunday evening and seemed to be the only guest there for dinner. All in all, there were only about 4 guests in the whole store. As a starter there were 2 types of empanadas, the one with meat filling was ok, but the one with chicken was way too garlicky. Well, for the main course there was a plate filled with beans in tomato sauce (clearly from a can), some rice, minced meat, avocados and fried pork belly. After the first 3 bites it was clear that it was inedible... I'm open to all sorts of new flavors but the stuff tasted absolutely like nothing. Unsalted, unseasoned and not even really hot. There was also a delicious non-carbonated cola that took about 15 minutes to make because the waitress preferred to chat with guests. All in all, never again and certainly not recommended to friends of good taste.

My wife and I ate the picada and the bandeja paisa. The portion size was generous and the prices were quite reasonable. But the quality of these dishes was unfortunately rather poor. All of the meat was fried in the deep fryer, the sausage was too salty and the plantains were so heavily fried that unfortunately you could only taste fat and hardly any banana. A pity.

Great bar/restaurant! We went there twice to eat lunch and have to say that the meals we ate were delicious! We tried the pezcado Dorado and a picada, they were both ridiculously good 😊 The arepas as well as the chorizos were great as well! We can definitely recommend eating here 👍🏻

SCAMMERS! Although the food is good for the price, we were ripped off at checkout. They believed that because we were foreigners we were tourists and they tried to take advantage of us. From the first moment we asked to pay by card and then they did not allow it. They argued that they had "turned the wrong button" and that we could only pay in cash. When it came time to pay our bills individually, they began to add 20% tax to each person, even though the tax was already added to the total bill. Their argument was "that this is how it is in Germany", which is a lie, since the total bill already had the tax included and they were charging it again. They indicated that it is specified in the letter. They verified that the menu does not say that and they apologized for having given us the menus from 5 years ago!!! Finally, they refused to give us the account receipt. The man who served us was so rude that we decided to just leave to finish the discussion. A very bad experience. If you can avoid the place, the better.

ESTAFADORES! Si bien la comida está bien para el precio, a la salida nos estafaron. Creyeron que por ser extranjeros éramos turistas y trataron de aprovecharse. Desde el primer momento pedimos pagar con tarjeta y después no lo permitieron. Argumentaron que "se habían equivocado de botón" y que sólo podíamos pagar en efectivo. A la hora de pagar nuestras cuentas individualmente comenzaron a sumar el 20% de impuesto a cada persona, aún cuando el impuesto ya estaba sumado en el total de la boleta. Su argumento fue "que así es en Alemania", lo cual es mentira, pues el total de la cuenta ya tenía el impuesto incluido y lo estaban cobrando nuevamente. Indicaron que en la carta está especificado. Comprobaron que el menú no dice eso y se disculparon por habernos dado las cartas de hace 5 años!!! Finalmente, se negaban a entregarnos el ticket de la cuenta. Una muy mala experiencia. Si puede evitar el lugar, mejor.

Das Essen war halbwegs in Ordnung. Die Bezahlung war ein Alptraum. Wir wurden, in der Annahme, wir seien Touristen und nicht aus Deutschland, so richtig über's Ohr gehauen. Uns wurde erklärt, dass die Preise auf der Karte die Mehrwertsteuer nicht enthalten würden, daher wurden sie (nochmal) draufgeschlagen. Dies sei in Deutschland so üblich, hieß es, dass die MwSt zum Schluss dazugerechnet werde. Den Kassenbon wollte man uns nicht rausgeben. Als eine Frau aus unserer Gruppe protestierte, wurde der Kellner sehr unfreundlich, so dass uns unwohl wurde. Wir sind dann abgezogen.

We ordered soursop and blackberry juices, arepa with chorizo, and paisa trays. All very rich. Unfortunately there was little staff that day (Saturday) so the girl was late for obvious reasons in taking our order, bringing the food and taking additional items, we also noticed the discussions between the staff, from our table.

Previously I was often in this restaurant with my friend and it was always in order. But on last visit on 01.04.2024 it was really a disaster - getting from service up to Essen. The empanadas were served without aji, and despite the fact that we included the staff, we always have to wait a long time for it to finally be served. The Picada only lists venison, although on the menu it should have listed red flesh as well. When we recently wondered why no redfish was ordered, the cook thought a Colombian Picada would order no redfish and that the menu card was false. Then he reached out to my Colombian friends and thought they must know that a Picada doesn't mean redflesh. The flesh was crispy, thick and geschmacklos - of course the cheapest flesh they could find and simply warmed up after it had been frozen for a long time. The human Kellner looks for everyone alone, although there were still two Kell girls in Erdgeschoss who just sat at the bar and did nothing. The lady at the box office was extremely unfriendly and disappointed in the end not once. Now yes, then we probably won't come back if they cheat the guests so little. We used to visit this restaurant with my girlfriend before and it was always fine, but the last time (on 01.04.2024) was really a disaster, from the service to the food. The pies were served without garlic, and although we mentioned it to the staff, we still had to wait a long time for it to be brought to us. The mince only had pork, despite the fact that the menu said it also had res meat. When we kindly asked why there was no carne de res, the waiter said that a Colombian mince had no carne de res and that was wrong with the menu. Then, she asked my Colombian girlfriend if she didn't know that a mince didn't carry res meat. The pork was tough, dry and tasteless, probably the cheapest meat they could get and they simply reheated it after being frozen for too long. The male waiter seemed to do it all by himself, although downstairs there were two waitresses just sitting at the bar and not doing anything. After, the woman at the checkout was extremely rude and didn't even say goodbye to us at the end. Well, then I guess we won't be back anymore, if they don't want to retain customers.

I would never return, the food is ugly, the place is dirty and the serving staff is just as bad. They bill you whatever they want and then get angry even though it is their mistake. How sad that people come here and think that this is Colombia.

Ein etwas unerwartetes Erlebnis mitten in Altsachs. Urige Atmosphäre drin, Service nett aber quasi nur spanisch sprechend. Getränkeauswahl (oder vllt auch nur die Getränkekarte) überschaubar. Nur Binding vom Fass 😢.

El lugar me pareció muy acogedor, la atención muy buena.De entrada pedimos unas empanadas estaban deliciosas. Luego vi que en la carta habían jugos naturales decidí pedir uno de Lulo pensando dentro de mi que sería natural pero recibí un jugo Hit servido como un jugo natural lo que tambien está bien pero en ese caso no deberían poner en la carta que son jugos naturales cuando no lo son ,eso me decepciono. Luego pedí una bandeja paisa de aspecto se veía muy bien y de buen tamaño .Sin embargo la comida no estaba fresca específicamente los frijoles y el arroz y aparte sin sabor .

Das Essen ist super lecker und reichlich für einen sehr guten Preis. Die ganze Atmosphäre war so fröhlich und angenehm, dass ich am liebsten jeden Tag dort essen gehen möchte. Immer wieder ein Genuss, besonders an den Büffetsamstagen. Das Essen wird immer frisch gemacht und am Büffet war stets alles verfügbar. Fast alle anderen Gäste waren Südamerikaner, was eine besondere Stimmung macht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It used to be a great place with delicious Colombian food. I had a Bandeja Paisa but the quality and the taste were not so good. I really hope they get a good cook and better quality soon. We desperately need Colombia food in Frankfurt. I can only recommend this place if someone wants to go out for a drink and to dance.

Nach dem Betreten wurden wir direkt positiv überrascht: Obwohl der Laden brechend voll war und unsere telefonische Reservierung offenbar nicht im Kalender stand, fand der nette Kellner einen kleinen Tisch für uns. Die kolumbianischen Gerichte sind von meiner Partnerin, einer Kolumbianerin, für authentisch und gut befunden worden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Empanadas, die sind einfach fantastisch! Das Ambiente ist sehr robust, laut und turbulent, aber stört das? Mich in keiner Weise. Eine fröhliche laute Bar mit gutem Speiseangebot. Gerne wieder!
